In this 2025‑12‑22 YouTube guided meditation, Dallas Bragg and co‑facilitators lead listeners through a structured ritual designed to reclaim personal power as the winter solstice closes one year and opens the next. The session begins with a full‑body relaxation and breath‑awareness exercise, encouraging participants to release muscular tension and settle into a calm state. The facilitators then shift focus to the concept of power depletion, naming external and internal sources—people, social media, subconscious narratives, shame, guilt—that siphon energy. Listeners are guided to visualize an open door representing all these drains, and through a series of deep inhales and forceful exhalations, they symbolically release the accumulated power back to themselves. A spoken affirmation (“I thank you… I now release… I reclaim all my power”) reinforces the reclamation. The meditation continues with a visualization of the reclaimed power entering the heart as a cleansing rainbow mist, followed by the sealing and locking of the door, signifying the closure of past cycles. The facilitators emphasize entering 2026 with restored, guarded power, encouraging ongoing awareness of who and what is allowed to receive one’s energy. The tone is calm yet empowering, using vivid imagery and rhythmic breathing cues to foster a sense of renewal and purposeful forward movement.

All right, get settled in and get relaxed. Find a position that feels restful. We spend most of our day with our body tensed in some way. Take this moment to relax every single muscle in your body. You can do a body scan that begins with your feet, up the legs, stomach, the back, the arms, shoulder, neck, jaw, eyelids. Make sure you are completely Relaxed. Release any tension and begin to monitor your breath as it goes in and out. Just let it breathe naturally. Let your body breathe. You don't have to think about it.
Okay, body's relaxed. Just take a deep inhale through the nose right now. Start now. Exhale through the mouth.
Okay.
So winter is closing the door on one year. And leading the transition into the season of a new year. So not only are we shedding what hasn't served us, that's great. However, we need to take back our power so that we can enter into the new year. Completely restored, full battery, where the shedding has very little value. If we're going to gallop forward, we need all of our power, and we've given our power away. To people who trigger us, people who don't agree with us, people we've used with. They made me this, they made me that. It's their fault. Given our power away to the situations on a global scale in our society. We've given our power away to our subconscious patterns, letting them be in charge, given our power away to our phone, social media, the work situations, family drama. But most of our power is depleted, siphoned even. Through the thoughts and the stories we tell ourselves. Stories about our wrongdoings, our faults, our missteps. We're never good enough. We're never good enough for ourselves. Constantly trying to live up to some arbitrary standard that doesn't even exist. Think back on the last year. We left a trail of our energy, our power inside people, situations, and made-up stories about what life situations mean, especially around our decision to use. We give it all of our power. We give all of our power away through meaning-making. So today we're pulling the power back. We're calling the power back to ourselves. So if you can imagine a door in front of you, a door that's open. Beyond that door are all the people in our lives that we've freely given our power away to. Every man you've used with, so willingly offering your precious energy, your potential, your peace, your progress, oftentimes to complete strangers. Giving our power away to others through a chemical hijacking. And beyond that door is the version of you who is trapped in thoughts of shame, guilt, and constant criticism, making you depleted, Tired, exhausted, every day. Those people behind the door are colleagues that we've given our power to, family, friends, politicians, partners. Everyone you gave your power stands beyond this door. I want you to breathe in deep through the nose.
Inhale now.
And I want you to exhale through the mouth. Feel that life flowing through you. Feel the anticipation of receiving all this back.
I'm ready.
Now the ritual is these words: I thank you for our time together and the gifts you've given me, and I now release any parts of you that I should release for my highest good. And we're going to inhale through the nose, but when we exhale Everybody's muted. When you exhale, I want you to make a noise. I want you to blow that air out forcefully to release. Inhale through the nose nice and deep.
Exhale.
And now I reclaim all my power. I call it back. To me, hands on your heart. My power belongs with me and not you. I want you to imagine all this power, all this power coming through the doorway, filtered. Through a rainbow mist, cleansing that power. And I want you to receive it right into your heart. Stick your chest out, receive it, all that power back.
Mm.
Feel that shift and feel that restoration. And now close the door. I want you to close it and watch it seal. Watch it close tight.
Lock it and watch it disappear.
Dissipate.
Gone.
That year, that chapter. Those cycles, the habits, the patterns, all gone because you took your power back. That all belongs to the past. You just giving yourself away. Now we can enter into a new season, a new story. Powerful, protected, and purposeful. You're walking into 2026 with the power to choose. You have the power to choose every moment, every thought, every word, every story, every meaning-making, every day. You have the power. Guard your power. Only certain people, only certain situations, only certain environments are privileged enough to receive any of your energy. And you're going to know. You're going to feel it in your body. When your power's leaving your body, and now you're going to know how to restore it. Come back to this meditation anytime you want. So I'm recording it. Shedding the past. Galloping, galloping.
Confidently.
Not looking back, not looking to the side, not questioning, not doubting, not woe is me, not I'm a bad person, not is this right, is this wrong, where should I go. Galloping. Free.
Reckless abandon.
Inhale through the nose.
And exhale.
Inhale through the nose. Exhale.
This is the time This is the year.
This is the moment. When you're ready, you can come back into your body, take a few breaths, and when you feel comfortable enough, you can come back into the Zoom room.
