Like, growing up, I used to love building Legos and shit like that. When you build a Lego, right, what is the manual? It's an sop, Right? It's an SOP that stuck with me. And I kind of think of business the same way as that. Like you're building manual on how this shit is supposed to run so that anyone, any consumer that steps in, or employee or partner or client, they know exactly what's going to happen.
