How Eddie & Brady Scaled Their TikTok Agency To $27k+/mo In 2 Months

Eddie and Brady grew their TikTok agency from $7-8K to $27K in two months by splitting roles, joining Client Ascension coaching, and taking massive action. Brady handles operations while Eddie focuses on sales, and they credit having a mentor and attending coaching calls as critical to scaling.

What's going on, everyone? Welcome back to a student spotlight interview. This is actually the first time we've had two guests on the show, Eddie and Brady, who are both business partners. They run a really sick agency, and I'm just hyped to have them on today's call. What's up, guys?
What's good? What's good?
Thanks for having us.
We're outside. Sun is shining, and getting all the. All the good vibes today. So real quick, for everyone out there that might not be familiar with you guys, tell us quickly about who you are and what you're currently working on.
So since Eddie's camera just kind of cut off. My name is Brady, and this is my partner Eddie, and we run a TikTok growth agency. And basically, like, we guarantee $50,000 in 90 days with TikTok sales funnels. And that's basically kind of what we.
That's awesome, guys. And, like, how are the roles split up? Like, who works on what within the agency? You guys have different roles and responsibilities.
So before we joined Client Ascension, everything was kind of everywhere. And we both did a little bit of sales, we both did a little bit of operations, and it was kind of, like, not sufficient. But as soon as we joined Client Ascension, they highly recommended that we split our roles up, and I bit the bullet. I didn't necessarily, like, want to do operations, but I ended up doing operations. And I actually find it actually pretty cool. And I find that I'm pretty fit for operations and stuff like that. And then Eddie's, like, really focused on sales, so it's pretty much like we both have completely different hard mindsets on, like, Eddie's only focused on. Focused on bringing, and I'm more focused on getting case studies in the door. So it's like it goes hand in hand for sure.
That's kind of how our dynamics, kind of how our dynamic is. Like, when we ran our business before we joined Client Ascension, Brady kind of managed. We, like, had an info product for Discord server. So he managed, like, the Discord, handled the channels, and I did, like, the TikTok. I brought people in. And so it's kind of the same dynamic now, which is pretty cool.
Yeah, it's awesome, bro. I know from my experience, the most successful business owners and even personally when I started to have the most success in business was when I started to hone in on, like, what I'm actually good at, which is, like Brady said, operations and partner with people that are good at the other things that are necessary to keep a Business growing, which is marketing and sales and stuff like that. So it's really cool that you guys were able to find the complementary skill sets and make it work. My next question is about how you guys actually joined or heard about Client Ascension. I think there's a funny story behind this with Dylan and you guys actually trying to sell them on your program. Kind of tell us how that all happened.
So basically I initially heard of Client Ascension through a mentor. He said, I can help you guys scale to like 5 to 10k a month, but these guys can help you scale like much further. So. And then I. I like opted into like the webpage and I was getting texted all the time and I was just mad interested about how you guys were texting so fast all the time and like constantly following up with me. So I just honestly wanted to know what softwares you're using. So like I just stayed in contact and I already knew I was going to join eventually because I'm like, I like to invest in coaching and stuff like that. But then because I initially heard about it and got on a call and I was like, I'll wait for right now. And then we actually set up Dylan for an appointment to sell him our services. And Dylan was like, bro, just join. It's like this much. And I was like, okay, I'll join. It's like whatever. And I just wiped it on that car on that call. And it changed from there pretty much. Eddie kind of pushed me over the edge too. He was like, bro, this is going to just change our agency. And it did. So like, yeah, it was a good investment.
Yeah. Like Eddie, maybe talk a little bit about that. What goes into the decision making process and having like a business partner to help make these types of like bigger decisions. Right, because that's a big investment.
Yeah, for sure. So, I mean, Brady, he's pretty frugal. He's tied with the money, which is good because I'm the coach.
The complete opposite, bro, it's just like me and Daniel. It's so funny, man.
Yeah, I'm just like, bro, like swipe. And he's like, bro, no, like we have to make sure it makes sense. And like he always wants to wait. And I was like, it makes sense to wait because like, yeah, it's tight right now for us to like invest into this, but if like you guys guarantee 10k a month extra in 6 months, it makes sense. And then you guys also had an option where we didn't have to pay fully upfront and so it just made sense. Because, because you invest in it, we get exactly what we need to do to scale. And we could do it instantly instead of waiting like three, four months until we can afford it and actually pay for it. Waste that time not having a clear path of what we needed to do. And so we bought it and it actually gave us a clear path and we scaled really fast. We're doing pretty well. And I think Brady's pretty happy with. Brady's pretty happy with the.
That's good to hear, man. It's good to hear. Yeah. And I think it's only been like two or three months, so you guys still have a lot of time left in the program to continue to scale things and solve the next problems that start to come up. So speaking about like problems and bottlenecks, one of my favorite questions to ask is like, what would you say was your guys biggest problem or bottleneck that you struggled with early on before joining Client Ascension?
So I would say we had more than 20 bottlenecks probably that you guys solved. Like, I'm dead ass. Like, I'd like to say there's this big one bottleneck, but there's like probably three of those. And then there's like 20 other bottlenecks that we would have like came up with. And you guys just kind of saw like when we first came in, like our offer wasn't even like too solid and you guys just fixed our offer completely and that just made like our actual clear path, like very clear. So it's like, oh, we just need to go here because we're kind of all over the place, like signing consulting calls and like getting different prospects on the phone. It was just a mess. And you guys kind of cleared up the path and said only do this. And we just listened to like everything you guys said. And I think just having someone like a, like a third person on our team to say like, hey, like, just do this and you'll be successful and because when you're working with a partner, it's like you guys have a lot of mixed opinions and it's just back and forth between each other. We don't fight a lot because we've been partners for almost three years now, but we still have disputes of like, what decisions actually are good for the business. But I think having a third person to say this is actually the most valid thing. It usually ends up like, okay, we have a bottleneck here, let's go to them, see what they say and implement it. And it's just a faster decision making process to just keep going Forward more and more and more and more. And it's not even asking you guys all the time. It's literally just like looking inside the client ascension slack for like, other questions that other people ask and stuff like that. And like the coaching calls too. So it's literally the bottleneck. I would say there's a bunch of little bottlenecks and major ones, of course. But I would say the biggest benefit was being able to just have someone to go to fix a small thing, go back and do the stuff, have a problem, go fix the problem. It was just kind of that thing that really was pivotal for us. I would say.
Anything to add, Eddie.
I would say having clarity on the offer opened up, like what we need to do for operations. Like, our operations before were all over the place. We were trying to work with Ecom clients and we had no way to like, service them. Like, we knew we needed to make the UGC videos and run ads. Brady was just learning how to media buy and the UGC creation was all over the place. It wasn't fun to do. So that was really big. And it was like when we signed a client, we were happy, we made money, but we were like, oh, dreading actually working with the client and doing the service. And so now I enjoy, and I think Brady enjoys working with the clients one on one. We're actually working with people. We enjoy it just like people like Dylan who are fun to work with and young. You're able to joke and work at the same time when, like the clients we're working with before were stuck up. So I think having that clarity and then having a more streamlined service delivery has really changed everything and opened us up to allow more clients and more revenue.
I love that. That's awesome, man. Yeah, I think like, once you start to find the right clients, everything becomes a lot easier. And there's more motivation too, on the legion and sales side to really, you know, push it. Because I feel like before operations and fulfillment are not really optimized or figured out yet, it almost creates hesitation on the sales side because, yeah, you obviously want to get money in the door, but you know, in the back of your mind, like, I might not be able to deliver results and you, you just don't have that confidence going into the sales process, which is so important. And I love what Brady said too, about like having an outside advisor. I mean, I. We even do that. Like the, like, I'm one of the co founders decline Ascension, obviously. And like, we have outside counsel to counsel the founders of the business that are outside of our, you know, actual company in business. And it's just so helpful because when we're like, in business, it gets like, so narrow and tunnel vision because we're just so in it. And so getting outside perspective is key. And I love that Brady mentioned not just from the coaches, which there's like 12 coaches, so there's a lot of different perspectives you could get there, but also from the students that are kind of, you know, doing the same thing that you guys are, which is trying to grow their agency and solve bottlenecks within their agency. So talking about, like, results for a second here, you guys, you know, mentioned you solved a lot of bottlenecks and problems, figured out your offer, even signed some of the coaches and even the students within the program for the new offer, which is awesome. So, like, what have the results been like since you've kind of solved these bottlenecks or joined the program?
So in January we did about $8,000 and now we joined client Ascension. Like, I think it was like mid January and today it's March 8th. So mid January, like all of January, we made like seven or eight grand. And then February was our best month. We did 27 that month. And now we're just still pushing forward and trying to sign the best clients possible. The most pivotal thing for us was like signing the higher ticket clients. We were charging lower ticket prices. We thought 2500amonth was good, like high pricing, but apparently we needed to be charging 5k a month. So we signed two clients at 5k a month. And Eddie's been an absolute G on the sales end. So as we improve over time, it just like kind of folds together and.
Yeah, that's sick, dude. Eddie, how what do you think attributes to like, what Brady just said about your sales capabilities?
David? 100%. I got on like a hour long call with him one on one, and he helped me work on, like, a lot of the stuff that I needed to tweak on the sales end. I stopped using a script, which was actually like a crutch for me, making me worse at sales. And then I didn't really know how to dig into pain on sales calls. And he really helped me, like, understand the process. And now I can actually do it without just asking questions, without knowing why I'm asking them. So just having like, I go to every sales call except for the one yesterday. I missed that one for the first time because I was moving into a new apartment. But just being able to go ask questions whenever I have questions, and then getting that One on one help from a sales pro has helped me a lot.
That's so cool, man. Happy to hear that. And one of my favorite questions to ask is like, you know, there's so many coaching programs out there and even Client Ascension students will come into the program and just not see the types of results that you guys are mentioning here. And there's a lot of different reasons for that. A lot of it is, you know, lack of action or even in the beginning just being too overwhelmed with all the information up front that they don't really know what to do with it. It's almost like decision fatigue. And so a question I love to ask guys like yourself who just coming in the program and breeze through it, like, what would you say to a student that is now joining Client Ascension today or sometime in the future to say, hey, like, here's the three things you should do that'll help you get the most value early on because you guys clearly have gotten a lot of value and it's just cool to see.
Yeah. I would say if you were to join Client Ascension today, take massive action, don't be ignorant and don't be a pussy, Just do the fucking work and move forward. I say those are the three main pillars and you'll be fine. Just, just do what you guys say and like work hard, you'll be fine.
Yeah, I would say, I believe partnership is a really big contributor to our success. We're able to move twice as fast. So. And then I think you guys suggest having three partners, like someone on marketing, someone on sales, someone on operations. So I would say at least get one partner and then both of you need to be working really hard. Like when we were first starting, we were doing like 1012 hour days every single day, just working every day until we got burnt out and then we get off and then do it again every day. So just do that partner massive action and then go to every call, ask questions. That's really helpful for me because you might not see all of your problems, but if you ask one question, it'll like highlight that to the coach and they'll be able to pinpoint it and actually solve it for you. So yeah.
Yeah.
And I think a lot of it is like taking massive action. There's no way you go through a 10 hour workday and you don't have any questions that you'd like to ask someone else further insights on. Right. Like, it just doesn't make sense. Like there's so many entropy season scenarios that you're dealing with on a Day to day basis that are new to you. That like if you have access to a community of other people that have also likely experienced those things, you're going to have questions and the coaching calls are a great outlet to get those answered. So a little bit more broader speaking here, what would be your advice to someone that's just getting started in the agency game, whether or not they're in a coaching program or any of that stuff?
I have two. It's a whole. I would answer. Like, try, like, like try to and learn. Like don't, don't be. Keep moving.
Keep moving.
That's what I was, what I would.
I would say. I would say start the personal brand. That's going to be, that's going to be. It's going to take a little bit. It's going to take a little bit get you clients. Most of our clients, most of our clients are coming from our personal brands. And then also, also invest, invest into a mentor coach, into a mentor because they will give you the game plan, exact game plan. You need to scale. Like me and Brady are like me and Brady are big believers in investing into education because have a straight line. Have a straight line.
Hell yeah.
You guys dropped some bombs on this call. This was super valuable and just cool to chop it up with you guys and hear more about your story within the program and just with the agency and the partnership dynamic. It's really cool. So real quick for our audience listening in, where can they follow you guys and just learn more about working with you because you guys offer a great service that can help with a lot of the things, things you mention, you know, as advice to these newer agency owners or even people incline ascension.
