Daniel Fazio explains how long it can take to reach $10,000/month in profit for an agency or B2B offer. He contrasts the outlier social-media claims with typical timelines: with prior knowledge of offers, sales, and fulfillment systems it can take ~3 months; without it, ~12 months. He shares his own path (first hit 10k/month after 12 months; seven years later he reached $1.2M/month) and emphasizes the key barrier is lack of an offer with active market demand plus consistent outreach.

It's so easy to see people touting these absolutely massive numbers on social media. Oh, I make 100,000amonth, 200,000amonth, a million a month. And you begin to think that this is normal. This is not normal at all. If you manage to get something to 10, $20,000 per month in profit, you are not normal. But how long does it take to make $10,000 per month with like an agency or any kind of B2B offer? Let me walk you through this. Some people might take three years, some people might take three months. If you know how to make offers, have a base understanding of sales, and understand the concept of making systems around fulf, it could take you three months. If you do not have this information spoon fed to you, it'll probably take you 12 months. Context. It took me 12 months for the first time, I hit 10k a month, and then 7 years later, now at 1.2 million a month. The biggest problem that people have is they don't have an offer. With active market demand, they're selling something that people do not want. There's the number one issue that stops people from scaling. You need to sell something that people are actively buying. It's not saturated, it's not too late. You need to only sell something that people are buying right now. That is what stops people to try to sell. They try to make random things up and they don't sell. This is the wrong way to do this. So if you do that and just be consistent with outreach, it's pretty much mathematically improbable that you can't hit 10k, 20k, 30k a month within 12 months. It's just completely unreasonable.
