How Raphael Makes $15,000 a month with his TikTok Content Agency

Raphael built a TikTok content agency to $15,000 a month by age 17. He guarantees clients 1,000,000 views in 90 days or they don't pay, uses case studies to overcome age bias, and credits a 3-month coaching program with refining his pricing and sales scripts.

What's going on, guys? Andre Hakel Jr. Here from Climate Attention. Back with another student spotlight interview. Here, the homie Rafael. What's up, brother?
What's up, bro? How are you?
I'm doing good, bro. So like, first off, you gotta be young, bro. How old are you?
I'm 17, I think I joined client ascension. I was 16 though.
Yeah, you joined, bro? What? That's insane. Are you like in high school or like, what's the deal?
I'm in high school. Yeah. But I switched to online school, so I'm chilling right now.
Online. But so like Client Ascension I'd imagine is like what you're making like the primary form of education for yourself right now.
Oh yeah, 100% primary form of education. It's on top.
How do you get started in business that early on? Is it just something that like, you picked up from other people in your life or like, I feel like that's such an early age to start at especially this series. I was an entrepreneur when I was 16, but I wasn't paying thousands of dollars for coaching programs and like making thousands of dollars with an actual business by then. So like, how do you get started so early? Like, how'd that happen?
Yeah, bro. So actually I always wanted to be a YouTuber. Like they're kind of cringe now, but I used to watch like Jake, Paul, Logan, Paul of these guys when I was younger. So I tried that for myself and then I had somewhat decent success. Like this was before TikTok, before like all the short form, just pure long form. And then I grew my channel to about 100k views, I want to say. But I just started slacking. Obviously. I entered high school and my focus changed, but then I realized like, okay, cool, I have the skill of growing like YouTube channels and long form videos and I learned how to edit myself and then I was like, oh shit, I can do this for other people. And then pretty much what I did was I started off as like almost the normal video editor. And then I literally just started reaching out to people on Discord. I showed them the work on my channel, they really liked it. I started editing. And then I did that for three months, I want to say. But then I found out that the issue was I was just literally sitting at my desk all day editing videos and I just really didn't enjoy that. And then around that time, actually this is how I found out about Client Ascension. Me and Eamon were in a Discord together. This was before he joined. And then I think because I was showing like, my video editing work and all that stuff. So then he messaged me and is like, hey, bro, I need a video editor for my agency. Would you be down? And then we started working together for a while, and then I pretty much learned, like, the whole agency model from him because I never even knew it existed. I thought, like, okay, I'm gonna scale up by just getting really good at editing and then just editing for bigger clients. But then I saw that he was literally just signing clients. He had a team. And then he was more like. It was more like a business, not like a freelance thing. So then I still kept editing for my clients on the side. I didn't kill my cash flow immediately, but I built up the agency stuff on the side. And then slowly but surely, that took off. I think last year in April, I had my first 5k month when I was 15, which wasn't too bad. And then, yeah, I kept scaling that up. And then I met my partner. Actually, I joined Client Ascension with my partner. I met him in July, I want to say. And then before then, I really just had a small team of two or three editors, but he actually has an office in Pakistan with about 30 editors. I want to say. We just started off doing videos, but then I saw that he was, like, really, really good. And then I brought him on, and then I pretty much said, like, hey, bro, we need to partner up. I'll take care of all the sales. I'll take care of all the content. You just take care of the backend stuff, all the operations. And then we were doing pretty good. We were floating at around 8 to 10k. And then earlier in this year, actually, we had an issue with one of our big clients. And then it was, like, really a pain for both of us. And then I messaged him, and I'm like, you know what, bro? Why don't we just. Why don't we just join Client Ascension? And he's like, yeah, I've been thinking about it for, like, forever. I'm so glad you brought it up. And then, yeah, he was already in contact with Jordan. So then we just messaged Jordan, hopped on the call, literally. There were some logistics on our end, but, like, I think a week later we joined. And then from there, we've just been scaling it up.
It's cool to think that, like, when you face an issue in the business, like, both your guys first thought, like, you saw my. And yourself was like, client ascension might be the solution or might be able to help with this. So, like, how both of you guys Hear about Client Ascension or know about it. You probably heard about it from Eamon, but like Usama as well. And also, where did you guys meet?
We met on Discord, actually. We were working for the same clients. And then actually, it's kind of crazy. My client messaged me and then he said, because this is when my agency first started popping off, like around April. And then he said, like, look, if you really want to scale up, you should message this guy, have him take care of your team. He has a huge team of editors and it'll really help you. So then, yeah, we just hopped on a call. We hit it off from there. Yeah, I think he found out about CA from Eamon as well. But like, even, like we see the results, you see the case studies every single day on Twitter and it kind of got to us. It's like, holy shit, all these results, like, this can be us. So then, you know, one day we just decided, you know what, let's join, let's see what happens. What's the worst that could happen? And now we've been scaling it up.
Yeah, that's awesome, bro. So what was some of the problems that you guys had early on that like you wanted to join Client Ascension to solve? Like, what were some of the bottlenecks? And this is for people listening that have, you know, a similar agency or maybe are dealing with similar issues. Like, what were some of the problems or pain points you wanted to solve early on?
Yeah, it's pretty interesting because we had, we had some really big clients. I have a client, I still work with him now. He has 2 million followers on tick Tock. Who? Some. I work with a channel that has almost 2 million on YouTube, but they just weren't paying us that much. So our offer really wasn't there. It was just video editing. So then as soon as we came into ca, we got an amazing offer built out with Leo. He really helped us out. Daniel as well. And then one of the main things actually was we weren't booking calls. We were closing almost everything through DMs, which is pretty cool. It's kind of nice. But the thing is like DMs, it's really tough. You're never going to find out the objections. And you know, they can just leave you on red and never reply again and then, you know, the deal's gone. Whereas opposed to on a call, you can go, you can dove, you can do that or book a follow up. So I would say Andy's been an absolute great help with sales. We do mock calls Every now and then. And then whenever I need help, we just hop on a call. I remember actually, this is how we actually really scaled up. I had a call with Andy, and then I told him this idea that me and USAM actually have a huge list of old leads that we can hit up. And then he's like, okay, hey, that's awesome. I'd say go for it. And then he gave me a script to give them. And then literally we. I think this was our first week into ca. We hit up all of them, and then within the first three weeks of being in CA, we closed about 12k of deals, I want to say. And now we're at about like, 15k a month.
I remember that, dude, it was just like, in the WINS channel, it was just like you and Usama posting, like, nonstop. And I'm like, where are all these deals coming from? Especially from new students. You don't really see new students posting wins, like, right away. Because a big part of our program is you set up, like, the infrastructure for cold email. It takes a little while to, you know, like, start seeing results. But, like, you guys had a quick win where, like, you said, Andy, your student success coach, gave you the quick email script to blast out to all the people that were in your pipeline already with this new offer that was, like, primed for as well. So that's what I want to learn a little bit more about, is, like, we always talk about offers and, like, how do you create $100 million offer as Alex Hormozi talks about? So, like, you started with just video editing. How did the offer change after joining Client Ascension? And, like, why did that help boost sales but also increase the, like, client value for each person you were working with?
So the biggest change was actually adding a quantifiable result. And I actually, I spoke to Leo about this because our offer is now a million views in 90 days or you don't pay. But I had the concern where I was like, okay, a million views is cool, but they wouldn't be making any money off it. But then he told me, like, bro, some people get it wrong. Your offer doesn't need to be like, this crazy thing where you're adding 100k a month or whatever. Like, you're saving them time, you're getting them eyeballs, and, you know, a million views in 90 days, you're gonna close at least, like, 10 people at the very least, if not way more. So it was really just adding that quantifiable result. And the cool thing was we actually, we didn't even know this, but we had the case studies before because I know a lot of people right now are doing the same offer. But before, before joining ca, we actually did this for our clients. One of our clients, Charlie, got a million views, 5 million views actually, in our first month. Another client of our SUI got a million in our first month and a half actually. So we could actually do a million in 30 days. That would be a bit tough though. But just to think about it. But yeah, just adding the, the quantifiable results at the end and then really just pushing it. Also, we did have the issue where we were quite loose on pricing. We weren't quite firm. Like we'd always go for like a win win deal, like a wimp win deal. If you've ever read Chris Voss, he talks about that. But we'd always like, we'd usually take like the one care retainers and hope that we can upsell. But David and Andy really helped us increase all prices and then just be so good with sales, so good with the social proof. And then where it's like, boom, easy, close.
Yeah, that's. That's huge, bro. It's cool to hear how like you've pieced together the different components of client ascension, right? Like you got your offer fixated, you figured out how to leverage case studies, you figured out how to get the most value from working with your student success coach, Andy. Not just through getting like an email template you could blast out, but also through like mock calls and then also on the sales side, talk a little bit more about the sales side. Because like my thought process is, dude, like if you're 15, 16, 17 years old, like, that's got to be hard or at least a little bit more difficult to sell than if you were like a little bit older and more established. Like, how is David and Andy maybe helped you like overcome some of those challenges, if that's even been a thing.
Yeah, it's a bit interesting because whenever I tell prospects my age, like, they always gasp and they're like so shocked. But yeah, I think just having the case studies and then, you know, we send them case studies beforehand the call we. Nick helped us also a lot with our vsl. He gave us some really good advice. So I think just having like that social proof in the background, like even maybe if I was 14, maybe I wouldn't cause as much. But just like with just all that social proof, it's really helped. So the client just sees that and then, you know, they know we have results. Doesn't matter how old or whatever the skill level is, if the results are there, they're going to buy.
Yeah, it makes sense. It's more. It's really just about the results and then presenting yourself professionally as well. Like, I would have never guessed you're 17, just based on the way, like, you communicate and present yourself. So I think that's. That's huge, dude. What are some of the other things that, like. So you've been in client ascension for a month now, or not even.
We're coming up on our third month tomorrow, actually.
Okay, third month. And so, like, what are some things you've done in the program that have, like, just really helped you? Like, specific coaching calls you've gone to, things you've implemented, training videos you've watched in Kajabi? Like, what. What are some things along the way so far that have made, like, the biggest difference? Because there's a lot in there, but I feel like there's some really key things that have the highest leverage.
Just going through the course content as quickly as possible. Like, as soon as I got my logins, I. It was. It was like 1am, I think. But then I binge watched all the offer videos. I texted Andy immediately. I scheduled that call. Just doing everything quickly because I've joined courses in the past, but it was kind of like a slow ride where I didn't really take it too seriously. But with ca, I knew that here I just need to take massive action and then that's what I did. And then just really, like, abusing my private channel. I know. I think in the welcome email you sent me, you said the same thing. And that's literally what I'm doing. Whenever we have an issue, whenever we have a new idea, I send that through. Ori's helped me a lot too. Same with Dylan. Like, whenever we have. Yeah, I think I had a pro. I had a couple prospects that I wasn't too sure how to book the call. And then I just sent a screenshot of the conversation in the private channel. Or he got to me asap and we got the call booked and a couple of them closed. So just really abusing that private channel and just asking good questions too, because I think one of the things is people are afraid to ask questions on the coaching calls. But Andy told me, like, bro, it's okay. You need to ask as many questions as possible. Just make sure they're concise and make sure they're good questions. And that's. That's really helped us a lot.
Yeah, dude, I feel like, you guys have taken advantage in, in a good way of the program. Like, what people don't realize is like, when you join the program, you get put into a private channel with 20 plus expert coaches from our program. Coaches like David who helps the sales Orey who helps with the response handling. Lucas who helps with landing pages. Nick who helps with bsl. I. I help with hiring and operations and fulfillment. Nick Verge or Daniel helps with offers. So it's like people don't realize that they literally have a private channel with every single one of those coaches to like run questions by them and get help from. And it's just, it's refreshing to hear that someone like yourself is actually taking us up on that and, and making the most of it. Because I'll go through most private channels when I'm running like a monthly audit just to see kind of what's happening and like maybe one or two messages a month in. In channels from students. And it's like, dude, you're completely underutilizing the main value of this program. How about on the coaching call side? What have been some of the most valuable coaching calls you're attending?
I love Daniel's offers calls. That one's really good. David's sales calls too. He's very interactive. He gets everyone to participate, which I love. The growth partner calls too, are pretty good. I haven't been joining as many as I should, but that's definitely something. Me and my partner had a call about that yesterday, like, we need to be joining more calls. So I will be joining a few more moving forward. But the sales calls and the offer calls, I love those.
That's awesome, bro. And how does that work with your partner? I feel like having another human being in a program like Client Ascension just makes it that much easier to get through the content and actually implement things like, how do you guys divide up the workload? Are you going through different parts of the program? Are you guys going through the same and sharing your different perspectives? What does that look like?
Yeah, it's really good. He keeps me accountable. I keep him accountable. So he mainly handles all the things on the back end. I still do some client work, like the scripting, the ideating, and then just like Matt, like steering the boat if you imagine like the client journey. But he really takes care of all the editing. He also set up the emails. I think we got one book call already from emails today and it's the first day running, which is pretty awesome. We finally got that up and running. But yeah, he joins the. Yeah, cold Email? Yeah, he mainly joins like the email calls, the more technical stuff. And then mainly what my job is right now, it's just pumping out content and then taking these sales calls and closing them. And also on the content side, Nick Rogers has been very helpful too. I remember I hopped on one call with him and then we literally, we audited my Instagram, we audited my TikTok and then he gave me like a good hook framework because he saw something was working. And then like straight after that I recorded a bunch of videos, I posted them and now I'm about to hit 1k on TikTok too. And I was at like 200 followers. So it's been really helpful, bro.
I love it. Like so many people come into programs like Client Ascension and just really like overthink, like, oh, should I focus on personal branding? Should I focus on email? Should I focus on improving sales when like the reality is they're wasting time that they could be using towards doing all of those things. And so like, what does your day to day look like? Because to do all the things you're talking about, I'd imagine you're working, you know, pretty decent amount of hours every day.
Yeah, I don't really have a set schedule because a bunch of things always do tend to come up. But yeah, it's just wake up. I know people say don't check your phone immediately, but I have to check mine. I see what's happening, you know, clients, clients messaging me. Yeah, I just, I can't do that. I don't know how people don't check their phone for the first two hours. I need to check it immediately. Yeah, just check my phone. Pray, get ready, get straight to work. I'll usually work on some client scripts in like the early morning and then throughout the afternoon I take sales calls and then just whatever, like managing the business. Sometimes my client will ask me questions, sometimes we'll have like issues with accounts we're posting on. I just fix that. And then late afternoon I usually just head to boxing training. That's the time where I'm offline, I don't use my phone at all and then come back, call my partner, see what we worked on today, and then what we're going to work on tomorrow. Keep each other accountable. And then really I just make sure everything's good for tomorrow. I take a couple of sales calls actually after around 2:00pm EST to 5:00pm EST, and then yeah, it's go to sleep, straight back to work.
Love it, bro. I love it. Good for you, dude. I Guess my question is like being so young and already having results, like you said you're. You're hitting 15k a month or you've already hit it, like what are your shorter term goals? And then even some of your longer term goals if you plan far ahead.
Yeah, so we do definitely. I think we're on track to hit 30k a month in the next 2 months or so, maybe even less. We already have a couple prospects in the pipeline who should close, so that's a big goal for me and my partner. He also said he wants to lease a Supra, which is going to be pretty sick, but we'll see about that. But longer term goals, I'm 18 next year, so we'll see. But I would like to move to the U.S. maybe Miami, just see how it. But I'll visit there first, of course, just to see if I like it. And then, yeah, like super long term. I'm not sure. I just want to keep scaling the agency and then we'll see what pops up. I think definitely in the next, like maybe year and a half, if we really do keep pushing, we'll be at 100k a month and then that'll just be awesome. But we'll have to see.
Yeah, absolutely. Bro, if you keep showing up like you've been putting in the work every single day, like, there's no reason you can't get to those revenue levels. And dude, definitely come to the US bro. I mean, we have the event in Tampa later this year. Miami's cool, but I don't know, it's not really my style. It might not be yours. So definitely check it out. Check out Tampa. There's other spots in the US too, that are growing in terms of like attracting the types of guys like myself and you and client attention, guys that are just wanting to grow their agencies and their businesses online. So I think that's cool. But yeah, it's just crazy. Like being so young, you have so much ahead of you, but like the fact that you're so laser focused on, you know, just getting your work done and growing to the next revenue level, like 30k being the, the next one is just really cool. What are your friends at school like, think? Do you talk about business in school? Are you pretty detached from like people in school at this point? What does that look like?
Yeah, that's pretty interesting because I post like all the case studies and stuff on my IG story and like sometimes like results of mine and they're like always surprised. But yeah, it's. It's pretty much been the same, really. A couple of my friends do want to learn and I've been telling them to join Internet money, but they're kind of on the fence. But yeah, it's, it's, it's more or less the same. I would say I'm still pretty close to all of my friends, though.
That's cool, bro. Yeah, you don't have to be so different. You can still have homies and whatnot, even if they're not fully ingrained with, with what you're doing. So anyways, dude, super exciting. One last question I love to ask is like, you again. You've had early on success in the program and even with cold email, like you said, you just started campaigns and right away, day one, you booked a call. You move really fast and you get results really fast. So like, what advice would you have to anyone else in Client Ascension who might be in the program for three months or six months at this point, and they're just not where they want to be yet? Like, what are some things that you would encourage them to do that have helped you in Usama get the results you're seeing?
First step, definitely abuse your private channel. Like any questions you may have, any concerns, just tag your students Success coach. They're gonna reply instantly. They're gonna get to you. Just do that. And then really just show up to the coaching calls, ask concise questions and then, yeah, just take massive action. There's all these more work to do, all these more DMs to send, all these more follow ups to send. That's something that we've seen as well. Like following up has got us so many deals. We really just. And also rewatching the course videos. I've been rewatching the sales videos and picking up on things that I haven't noticed before and also taking notes too, and then just going back to that every now and then. But really the game changer for us was abusing the private channel. And then just whenever we have an issue, immediately just send a message, get it resolved, and then just act on whatever advice we've gotten instead of like, you know, waiting a couple of days and then thinking, oh, I can do this now. Like, no, just do it immediately.
Immediate. Yeah, take immediate action on the things that you're learning. That's what I always challenge people to do on my coaching calls. It's like, okay, we just talked about all these different things. But like, what's one specific action item you can implement right away? Because if you don't have an answer to that. Chances are you got nothing out of this call. And so I love how you're big on taking immediate action after stepping off the coaching call. So, anyways, bro, last question I have for you is where can our audience find you online and follow you and also learn more about your services? Because I know a lot of people in the audience are probably wanting to grow on YouTube or just get videos edited. So, like, where can they find you and learn more about that?
Yeah, so I'm pretty active on Twitter, Instagram and TikTok. TikTok. I'll send you the links off of the course so it can be in the bio. But my TikTok and Twitter username is Raphael R, A P, H, A L, V, F and then double X. And then my IG is just my name and surname, Rafael Gordon. So, guys, want to work? Or if you have any, like, just general business questions or whatever, you can just message me there and I'll get to you.
Sweet. Love it, bro. Thanks for coming on and congrats on all the success you're crushing, and I'm excited to have you back on. Probably here soon. Just talking about 30k and that 100k goal that you've talked about and just continuing to learn from all the things that are working for you and your business partner.
So thank you, bro. Thank you for having me on. Only the beginning.
Yes, sir. Only the beginning. Love that, bro. Absolutely. All right, take it easy. Peace for now.
