In terms of volume this month we had, by the looks of it, 839 replies, which again is awesome. And then we had 359 positive replies, which again is really awesome. All from cold email.
Yeah, amazing. Dude. What's going on, guys? Andre Hagel Jr. Here from Klein Ascension. I've been telling these guys this is the one I've been looking forward to doing all day. So Anthony and Ty, welcome to the show, brothers. Appreciate you.
What's up, man? Dude, it's good. Good to be here.
Yeah, thank you, Andre. Looking forward to all that as well.
Yes, sir. So this is going to be awesome. I mean, you guys are absolutely blowing up the WINS channel. I think you just are coming off a record month with the agency and so we'll dive into all that. What made it possible? What led you to get there? Because obviously it wasn't just an overnight thing. You guys have been working really hard for a long time now. And so I'm excited to unpack it for myself and for our audience here. Like, what goes into having a record month with an agency? But before we get into that, if either of you can explain real quick just the, the business that you run, what is the offer, who do you guys work with and what does that all look like?
For sure. So really we're working with entrepreneurs of podcast education based shows. Really? Entrepreneurs, business owners, experts in their field who have already launched their podcast. They're experienced in a game maybe a year, two years, maybe sometimes three years in, but are struggling with slow growth. To help them turn slow growth show into, you know, rapidly growing positive ROI podcasts, whether it's using as lead generation or helping them get more book sales or customers, that's really what, you know, who we help and what we do with them. And again, like I said, like I mentioned journey, I'm excited to kind of get into it.
Yeah, dude, real quick, just so I can geek out a little bit before I get into like the actual interview. It's like for people that have a podcast, like I have a podcast and I've been in the podcast game for a while and like my intention for the podcast is just to connect with other guys in the network because I always had this limited belief you couldn't really make money from your podcast, like if you grow your podcast, so what? But like, what have you guys seen? Like, why is your service valuable to someone that has a podcast outside of just getting more views?
Yeah, honestly, I think to an extent the thing about not really making money directly from the podcast is Semi true, obviously, unless you like Joe Rogan or someone with like a massive audience and you can get sponsors. But if not, like most of our clients, they don't make money because they land a sponsor. They make money because they then get a really good podcast that's really well marketed, that gets loads of their target audience and then they turn them into clients. You know, I think that's really where people are using podcasts is like a big thing in their business. Are kind of, you know, people in the online space anyway.
And we've had clients, you know, where like let's say, for example, you have a super niche show that's super targeted in terms of who your audience are, when we're able to kind of communicate the value of their podcast in the right way, position their show as a right podcast for the right listeners or the right potential future clients when they get those listeners coming in. Because let's say, for example of one of our clients who, you know, they're in like the Canadian like real estate slash wealth tax, you know, savings industry. And if for them, clients worth so much from the back of their podcast because they've been able to generate more leads from the show, but also nurturing leads who, let's say, book the call and then listen to the podcast and then nurture the right way. And some of them are projected to make like literally a million dollars a year of the back of their show because they've built up. So that's kind of the, you know, that was the word. The value isn't in the numbers, isn't the actual attention and the people you're attracting to the podcast. That's what makes it valuable, you know.
Yeah, makes. Makes a lot of sense. Makes a lot of sense.
Yeah.
And that's helpful for the audience because yeah, a lot of people are not going to start a podcast and just start making money by sitting on the podcast and talking. It's more so another one of the channels and mechanisms to generate leads. So I think that's a really cool way to think about it. And it's a unique offer that, I mean, again, I was excited for you guys to be able to share your offer on this interview because I know it's not a super common one. You can scroll through my channel and see a handful of interviews with E comm, email marketing agencies, lead generation agencies, SEO agencies, and nothing against them. I ran a whole email lead gen agency. I just always get excited when I come across an offer that's more unique than most because you guys really have to make an additional effort to figure out the service because there's not really like a template or an already laid out plan for you to follow. So anyways, what I'm always interested in knowing as well is how did you guys even hear about Client Ascension before we get into, like, what's happened since you've joined the program and what you're up to now. Like, how do you guys find Client Ascension?
So there's two young gentlemen in Client Ascension. One's called Massage, the other one's called Christian. So Christian and Massage, they were like, you know, two friends, honestly, from back home for both of us. And we've been kind of in a mastermind with them for how long now?
Talk, like, yeah, like a year or so. Like a year straight referral. I think we're probably the minority that we didn't find you guys through your brands. I think we were aware of them and obviously, like, now we're aware of them. But yeah, it was basically straight referral. So, you know, obviously you guys did a good job to make that happen.
Yeah, dude, shout out to Matas and Christian, man, that's huge. Like, we don't get a ton of referrals just because we don't make like the effort to push people to refer as new students. But we, we definitely should because if we didn't make the effort with them, like, they wouldn't have told you maybe, and we wouldn't be here doing this interview. So yeah, that's way different. I'm always like, waiting for a story of like, dude, I've been following your tweets for this long, or I listen to your podcast. It's funny too. Just to validate your guys service, we run a podcast. We don't really put any effort into it other than it's just like a fun time outside of business to just talk about what's going on with what we're doing and kind of decompress and catch up with my business partners. But like, people come to us all the time. They're like, oh, I listen to Stick talk podcasts. And that's how I heard about Client Ascension. And I eventually just joined after listening for a while. So it's cool how people can find a program like that, but straight off of a referral. Okay, that's new. So very cool, very unique. And I'm sure the trend with being unique will continue the rest of this interview. But how do you guys approach the program as soon as you guys join? Like, did Matas and Christian kind of lay out like, what they saw work or what they saw as being valuable, or did you guys just approach it and try everything? What that looked like the first few weeks, being inside?
Yeah, you know, for the first few weeks, I think me and Ty went in with the mindset of knowing that there's going to be pieces that we need, pieces that we don't need. I want to be intentional of our time because at that point we were pretty busy with delivery, you know, seven clients, but also trying to, you know, manage the business as we kind of go along. So for us, it's really important that we got what we needed from the program and focused on those pieces. So for me it was like, okay, let me just make sure that my fundamentals when it comes to cold email are great. We were already running some cold email stuff before, for a while, actually already generating, you know, book calls, etc. But again, just making sure the foundational pieces are laid out properly because it's so easy to kind of skip over the basics because they're the basics. You know what? Fuck it. I'm. Am I cool swearing? I'm a cool curse on this?
Yeah, yeah, we're cool, man.
You know, fuck it, whatever. I've been doing this for so long, I'm Gucci. I haven't got touch it. But we know with our clients that it's so important that they have the foundational pieces up because if not, they're setting themselves up to fail, you know. So for me, it was more so set up foundations, looking at some LinkedIn piece that you had within the program, and then of course the script testing and then tracking some of the numbers thought was really cool. But those are the pieces that I kind of really just focused in on and dialed in because I knew kind of what I needed from the program. So I just kind of went in, got what I needed, came out, and of course applied, but that's my experience. How about yourself, Ty?
Yeah, I mean, I think something that's good about the program is we were very much guided to what we needed to do. Right. So we came in because we knew, okay, we're doing relatively well with cold emails, but we could do a lot better. There's so much that we don't know, so we know we wanted to focus on that. I knew because me and Anthony split up our roles like about a year ago now, so that he does sales and marketing. I mainly do delivery. So I knew, you know, we just got loads of new clients. The results are good, but a little hit and miss at the time. So there's a whole load of strains. I was updating videos, constantly making new trainings, so I knew there was a lot of like operation stuff that needed to be sort out. So, you know, I just went straight there. But what's good is like our success coach, Chris. Shout out Chris.
Shout out Chris.
Shout out Chris.
Shout out Chris.
Shout out Chris. He of course laid off. Shout out Chris. He laid out the roadblock for us. You know, there wasn't really any room for us to think, what do we need to do? I'm not sure. You know, it was always pretty clear.
Yeah, Chris is a G bro. Like, so for the audience listening and what Anthony and Tiger are meant or mentioning, here is a student success coach that every student in Client Ascension gets assigned upon joining. And yeah, you might know what you want to do when you join a program like ca, but also like, you go through such a personalized onboarding experience where we learn everything there is to learn about your business and your current situation and then based on that, connect it to what's available in the program. Because the problem that some people have is they join and they go to all the coaching calls, they go through all the content and they just get freaked out by all that there is that they can possibly do and they don't actually do the thing right. And it's not what we want to happen. It's like you got a piece by piece by piece, take it slowly and implement one thing at a time because focus is really important. But real quick, just to revert back to the start of that story, was there like a specific reason why you joined the program? Like, were you trying to fix cold email or fix operations or was it more so, like, this program looks like it could help us with a multitude of things.
I think it was the latter. I think it was more so, like, this program looks like it could help us with a multitude of things. I think at that time we were kind of looking for a community of people doing similar things to us or specifically with cold email. Like we've had other programs before where they might talk about like general coaching or general business. But I was like, okay, how can find a community specifically the health of cold email? How to find a program that specifically catered to again, understand how to use coding mode the best way possible because we knew we were doing well with it. But of course, like, how can we be doing this better? What things can we do? How can we make our business better overall? That's really the main reason why we thought, you know what, let's explore this a bit further and start of the year, make a good investment in ourselves and into the business and see where it kind of takes us. So that's really the main reason.
Yeah, I think it was good that there was like a focus on cold email which is what we needed. But what was also good is we knew again we're getting a lot of clients. We've just at that point we just expanded the team. I think we're a bit like, well we need to make sure we're good leaders and we're evolving. So that was actually a big thing as well. The fact that we there's stuff around leadership, around operations, all that stuff. It was kind of like, you know, you specialize in the thing we need but there was also help in all the areas we needed, I think. Yeah, kind of a fine balance.
Yeah, it's so interesting too the way like you market these things. So I'm like tyke, I'm more on the fulfillment and product side of client ascension but like on the marketing side I'm talking with Daniel and Dan and Christian on like how they're positioning it and I'm like dude, tell them about the operations training and the leadership training and the fulfillment stuff and the automations. And they're like dude, no. Like I know it all sounds great but like we can only just market one thing because if you market client attention is like this business university, it's just going to sound like a low ticket product. But if you focus in on just like one thing we do really well and then someone gets into the program and now they're like oh my God, like you get access to all these other things too. Like it sets you up for a really nice opportunity to over deliver. So I'm happy to hear you're getting value from not just learning how to do cold email but also just run the day to day of a business that's growing rapidly. So one thing I love about you guys as well and I always push people to do this. Even the event we did last October in Tampa, the entire theme of it was the power of finding the right business partner. And so what has that been like for you guys? Like with Anthony focusing on sales and marketing, Ty, you focus on team and leadership and fulfillment. Like how is that not just in the business itself but also in client ascension? When there's so many things to do in a program rather than having to do it all yourself, you guys can kind of split those responsibilities.
Yeah, I mean there's a couple of things I think in terms of, you know, how it started, why it works so well. We're pretty lucky and grateful, I think. Like, I suppose, like you and Christian or maybe like you and Dan, you know, it was. We were friends before this. Like, we went to university together. We'd known each other from home. So it kind of just fell into it. We didn't necessarily decide, oh, Anthony is more of a sales guy. Kind of just happened naturally, you know. And I think there was a moment last year where we've been doing everything. 50, 50. We went 50, 50 on sales calls. 50, 50 on clients. And another. A different coach said, you know, we're just getting in each other's way. I remember at the time being a bit. My ego was in the way because he was like, who's got a better close rate? I think Anthony's was 31 and mine was 29. And I was like, does this really mean I gotta never do a sales call again? Like, I kind of felt bad because I. I kind of thought, God, what, like, am I even gonna have enough to do at this point? But the thing is, you know, with more clients, there' actually a lot more to the operations and delivering a good product and pumping in testimonials that then comes back to feed the marketing than I think is like, what most people see, like you say, and I think with client, essentially with a program, I mean, it's been massively helpful. I can't imagine what it would be like trying to do it on our own. I think the fact that we have the community and our teams and stuff, they're really helpful. But I think for us being able to just split up our roles, I know, for example, I focus on certain calls. Anthony focuses on certain calls. It really helps, as I'm sure you can relate, right, Working with. With partners.
Absolutely, bro. Anthony, your perspective on that?
Yeah, I mean, it's huge. To be honest, one of the biggest dubs that goes along with this is, I wake up, dude. I. I wake up a message target say, dude, we're winners. We're here to crush it. You know, we'll have a smile on our face. I get to work with my brother. You know, we get to kind of take on the world together, build a business together. Dude, it's so much more fun. Like, what the hell? I was trying to do this by myself or, like, alone. And that. That would be that. I don't know how people do it. That would be so draining. Business is hard enough, and it's kind of like you can have the lows like, low lows. And if you buy yourself, it's like, dude, what the. Like, I've had days where I'm, like, not feeling good, or I'm not, like, in the best state of mind, or I'm feeling like, you know, my negative self talk. I'm, you know, relatively super positive. But then, tiger, be in a good mood. There'll be days when Tug's not in the best mood and I'm in a good mood, and it's kind of like you balance each other out. And I think business is so chaotic that having not just a business partner, but having someone that you can go to, wolf, who's a brother who, you know, like, you're. You're on this journey with, it makes it so much sweeter. You know, like, waking up in the morning now, I'm like, I get to, like, build this awesome thing, make a ton of money, help clients get amazing results, and I've got my brother next to me kind of on that journey. He's awesome, mate. What better thing is that? It's like, yeah, real talk.
Real talk, dude.
For real, bro. I'm the same way. Like, you guys know this about me, but, like, I have Christian and Dan and Daniel and even Oliver over at Eliza, so I'm all about business partners. And, yeah, dude, like, I remember when we first moved down to Tampa, it was. It's like building businesses with your best friends. And, like, Dan is my cousin that I grew up with, so, like, he's been around forever, but Christian's like, our homie, so, like, we're homies before business partners. And just being able to build a business with guys like, that is so rewarding, because even with the lows, right, like, we're all experiencing the lows together, and we can all hold each other accountable to, like, lock in, because it's so easy.
I.
The example. I always explain this example is, like, going to the gym. Like, sometimes I'll go to the gym and, like, I'll start my workout, and then halfway through, I'm, like, not feeling it. I'm not finishing reps fully. I'm not even finishing the workout fully because it's just me there. Like, no one's watching and holding me accountable for doing it other than myself. But, like, if I go with Dan and he sees me starting to get weak at the end, he's like, bro, like, pick up that shit. Like, let's go, bro. Let's go. And it's the same thing in business, bro. And then when you do win, it just makes it so much more fun. So much more fun because it's more. It's not just you anymore. It's like it's bigger than yourself. And you get that especially with your team. Right. Like once you start to build a business big enough that can like provide a livelihood for other people, not only that like supports them financially but also gets them into a state of like doing something they're passionate about. The best feeling, bro. And it's not easy work to get there. Right. So in regards to the work itself, since joining the program, like what are some like actual things? Both of you, let's start with Anthony, that you've like learned from the program and then actually implemented in the business. And how has that worked out for you?
Yes, I think the first one was kind of like just getting a vsl. Yeah, having the vsl, putting that into place, something so simple, you know, and having the program. Nick did a fantastic job of actually breaking down the steps, making it super easy to follow, making this is not overly complicated, applying it and then having actual prospects and leads come through, view the website and then book in straight away on the call, which helped a ton. So that's one straight before and after where like we had just automatic bookings coming in, less follow ups we had to do because we're just booking themselves in, which is again exactly what you want. And also just learning that skill and being able to apply just like in different ways, whether that's, you know. Now I'm currently experimenting with creating a YouTube video and having the right formula in place with YouTube videos on how we want to do that. So that's one thing that's been huge from that perspective. And then another thing would just be kind of like just honestly when we have a monthly check in with Chris, having our monthly audits of our business, kind of looking at our numbers, actually seeing things for what they are, seeing what trends are popping up and then knowing how to change our behavior, running the actual business itself with much more clarity rather than just being like, you know, Chad scaling of like, yeah, let's like you can't do that. Like you can get to a certain point, but it's not consistent. And then when you have that consistency, you just feel very. What's the word? Volatile. Whereas now because of the changes we made, because we're tracking our numbers a lot more, we just feel a lot more confident that we can have more predictability and reliability with our systems rather than just being like, oh, we've got results one month. How do we replicate that? You Know that those are two things for me that comes to mind straight off the bat.
And on that note, we're more profitable. Like you said, it was more predictable. I mean, bottom line, we are just making more profit. I think the month that we joined Client Ascension, we actually ended up even though we closed, I think six clients and of course we made the investment, but we ended up in the minus. It's not because of the investment or anything like that is simply because we're looking at our numbers and in hindsight, we were essentially spending borrowed cash from the previous month. When we had a big month, we just didn't know all it was. So I think on following on from Anthony's, we've both of us definitely become a lot more data driven, which is huge. I think it's the person that you need to be to, you know, to kind of break past 50k. We were just not enough, like, in terms of like looking at data, making objective decisions like that. We'd always come up with things, but then we just wouldn't stick to them. So, you know, just having clear systems to kind of follow with it. I think the CEO dashboard that you showed, that has been a game changer for us. I haven't actually said anything, but we've implemented that. It's been huge. Yeah, stuff like that has really helped, bro.
So real quick on the CEO dashboard, it's so helpful. Like these tools that seem simple of like, oh, just track how many calls you book and how many emails you send and how many options you get to the website and how many case studies you collect in the month or how many reviews you get online. It's like, simple, but there's a psychology behind it. And you guys can probably relate. When you see, you know, call on calendar coming up with Chris, it means, oh, shit, like we're going to talk about our numbers. And all of our egos start to raise a red flag is like, we don't want to, you know, miss our numbers in front of Chris or even in front of our business partner that's not looking at our numbers every single day. So by the time that meeting's here, I better have my numbers figured out. And so what do you do in between? Like, all the things that, you know, you need to do to get those numbers where you want them to be. And so it like, causes this, like, psychology of you. You know, you're going to have to share your numbers coming up. And so you do the things in between to make sure your numbers are actually where you want them to Be. It's. That's a whole. It's like an accountability thing, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Is. And I think like seeing the numbers.
How.
I like to imagine these things, is kind of like, you know, basically being cool your pants down. Like you're basically naked in a field and you're like, yeah. I mean, this is what our business looks like in this raw form. That's pretty, pretty awful. It doesn't look great. You know, and having just a look at reality of like, okay, these what numbers are like, here's what they need to be. And having clear steps of like, here's how we're going to fix it. It makes a huge difference. And you mentioned it's playing on ego and keeping yourself accountable because, you know, all business owners, we all think we, you know, more than we actually do. Our egos sometimes get in the way. But funnily enough, this uses your ego against you, but in a positive way. Yeah, you know, it's like this weird, like reverse, you know, thing that's going on here. But.
And it works good in this situation because it's going to make you do the work so that you don't get embarrassed.
That's it. That's it.
Yeah. It's awesome, dude. Yeah. Not to interrupt you, tyke. If you want to continue your thought there.
No, I mean, that was, I think I was saying, obviously being very data driven, just actually knowing our numbers. And I think that that's the kind of thing that when you say it, it just sounds like something you can just go and do. And there's been so many times before we thought, okay, cool, let's like, let's just think about KPIs. It just doesn't fucking work like that, you know. So again, having the right systems, it just makes that happen, you know, not having the right systems just makes it not happen. As simple as that.
Exactly. And then you could have the right systems and track the numbers. And then if you miss and don't know why, you miss, or even if you hit the numbers, but don't know why you hit the numbers. It's like you said, sometimes you just have people booking in through your website. You want to know why. And then there's not like a repeatable process. Right. You don't know why someone booked in in the first place, or you don't know why someone churned or why someone didn't churn. And then even further than that, it's like what happens if you miss your numbers? Because that's a reality. Right. We don't Hit our numbers every time. It doesn't just work out perfectly. So do you say, oh, like you make up excuses of, of why you didn't hit it? Or do you turn to a program like Client Ascension and be like, oh, okay, we missed our numbers on leads generated or calls booked last month. Let's look at our cold emails. Maybe we need to send more volume or maybe we need to try new scripts, or maybe we need to make new email accounts or let's look at fulfillment. If our churn rate spiked last month, was there something that our team did? Were we skipping our meetings? Were we not collecting end of day type forms? Like all these things that are taught within the program, how do you see those show up in your numbers? Because there's more to the numbers than just what you're seeing on that dashboard, which is so important. And that's where I think someone like Chris, can the coaches in the community come in and can actually help point you in the right direction?
Yeah, again, it's having that guide to just make sure we stay on track. Yeah, I mean, we'll move on. But there's one other. Two other things that just instantly come to mind. One is I was just thinking about in my head there, we've got four extra testimonials from clients, video testimonials that I wouldn't have got if it wasn't for a little. The little trick that you kind of showed. And we only implemented it a month ago, so that's definitely another thing I picked up. And then honestly, just some of the team management things that you've showed. There's been things that I've implemented that people, the whole team, every single person, without me asking has come back and said to me, this is really useful. Thanks. This is really good. Because this, I'm getting more done now. So I think a big thing is you're just showing us how to get more out of our.
That's awesome.
And ourselves, of course, too.
Yeah, that's awesome, bro. It's funny, today I've done three of these students violated interviews. I do them for fun, but like, there's weeks that go on where I just forget to do them or I'm getting behind on how many I said I would do that month. But then I looked at the CEO dashboard last week and I'm like, oh, shit. Like, I haven't done one of these in like two weeks. And I told the guys I'd do like four and so I need to schedule a bunch. So I did three back to back today. And it's not because, like, I just wanted to do them. And I woke up today feeling like all excited, like, let's do more interviews. It's like, no, because I just don't want to be embarrassed when I show up to that meeting with the guys and they ask how many students spotlight interviews I did. So it, this stuff works, right? And I'm happy to hear that. Again, it's not just information that you guys are consuming, it's information that you guys are implementing in the business, which is so cool. And so I want to talk a little bit about results as well because, like, all this stuff sounds great and your team members are happy and you guys are happy and you're celebrating wins and you're generating leads. But, like, what does that actually look like for your business? I know you guys have shared some pretty crazy numbers privately, so don't feel the need to share numbers if you're not comfortable that on the call. But just in general, where is the business at? How are things going? What major changes have you seen with, like, the actual health of the business since when you first joined in terms of the results?
Yes, it's been awesome, to be honest. You, like, we're booking 100 plus calls per month easily. So last month we booked just under 170 triage calls, which is like discovery, so what to call close. And of course it's the discovery, then it's the actual sales school itself. So now book 100, you know, 168 to be precise. Discovery called, which has been awesome. And then little things like when it comes to actually increasing our shop rate, you know, like speaking to Dan, having like the coaches who I can just reach out to directly and get their feedback on how, hey, look, our shot rate is currently a bit low. What do we do? How do we change that and have our shot rates increase in terms of volume? This month we had, by the looks of it, 839 replies, which again is awesome. And then we had 359 positive replies, which again is really awesome. All from cold email. Yeah.
Amazing, dude. Amazing. Like, this is a testament to your guys's, like, success and confidence as business owners is you could pull up the dashboard and know these numbers because, bro, I, I can't tell you how many people I could ask that question to of, hey, how many emails did he send? How many replies? How many positive replies? How many calls booked? And they'd take a week to get me the numbers. You know, like, we're sitting here on an interview and you have Them in front of you because of the things you've implemented. I think that's so awesome.
Absolutely. Then again, determines a lot of results. We're basically, from the point of us joining, I think we. From last month. Yeah. On average. So our average over the last four months, then this month basically tripled, you know, more than tripled, like our revenue, but more importantly, our profit has actually gone up by like, what, like, near enough, like, 100%.
Well, like I said before, we actually weren't profitable. Sometimes we were, sometimes we weren't. That does include paying ourselves. So they'll be like, after we paid ourselves, we weren't profitable. And like last month, I think it was over 70% margins, you know, Brilliant. And our biggest month. Yeah. As well. On top of that.
Wow. So it's just like. Yeah, not just revenue going up, but like actually being profitable because it tends to go in the opposite direction is like, the more revenue you do, the less of that revenue. You can actually keep in profit because of just. It's just your inefficiencies revealing themselves.
Yes.
Bigger and bigger levels. But for you guys, you've caught them early and instead you're going in the reverse direction of that, which is so cool.
Yeah, yeah. We've literally tripled our revenue. And we've also, like, I don't know, whatever, just skyrocket our profits as well. Which is nice, right? Because you hear a lot of stuff. Like, I. Yeah, I did this rev, and that is like, oh, like, was the actual cash, you know, like. And I think that's something that we didn't really appreciate as much until really understanding, like, oh, okay. To scale things up and to go past, you know, let's say a certain level, 15, 20k a month. Let's say you really have to be a bit more focused in terms of your numbers, understand the overall business health, and then just get really good client results. Like, it's not like it's as simple as that. Our clients are getting exceptional results. So that. That feeds. That feedback loop feeds in on itself rather than you just doing a bunch of different stuff. Like I was. I would always see people talk about this number, that number. I'm like, actually, like. But like, okay, cool. You're doing all that. River, what's the actual cash? We're trying to, you know, create an amazing service and trying to get rich as at the same time and actually bring something amazing into the world and get paid help very well for it. But what's the point of doing all this work as an entrepreneur as A business owner, and then barely. I say barely getting by. Like, we're not, like, starving, but, like, barely making a profit from the business itself. It doesn't make any sense.
Yeah. And you see, it's always demotivating, too. As you build a team, like, naturally, you just start to get more greedy. It's like, man, I'm paying some of my team members more than I'm taking home at the end of the month. Like, something's seriously wrong here. And so to be in a situation now where you guys can get paid well and your team can get paid well and your clients can get the results that they're there for, everyone's winning in that situation. And that's when it really does become fun. And when problems do arise, it's like, dude, all the motivation you need is right there to just keep pushing past those problems because you know what you're capable of and. And what it's like to be in that, you know, situation of everyone winning. It's so cool.
And I guess I was gonna say so, you know, in terms of a number that I'm happy to share was.
Like, I know the one you're gonna say. And I was about to say it, but go on.
I guess now what I will say is, in terms of numbers is we were able to, you know, give out commission to our sales rep, Archie. Big up, Archie. You know, we're able to give him £12,000.
Wow.
For the month, which was bloody awesome. He absolutely deserves.
Like, he's been.
Yeah, we've been absolutely killing it. So. That was. That was epic. That was absolutely epic.
Huge win. I love how that's a win that you guys are excited more than anything else to share. I. I was the same way. Like, I hired. Funny enough, actually, we hired one of our boys from high school, Dan and I, again, we're cousins. We grew up together. And then we went to school with this one kid, and he was our boy, Peter. Actually, a lot of guys have. Have had their sales call with him.
We did.
And he had no idea what online business was or entrepreneurship or cold email. And so we trained him up to do sales. And, yeah, when we got him his first 10k payday in a month, it was just the coolest feeling ever, bro. Like, that was my biggest win ever. And so just being able to, like, create wins and opportunities for other people through the work you're doing is. There's nothing like it for us.
Yeah.
Hundred.
