Here's the problem. Too many online business owners and digital marketers are so caught up in the different strategies such as cold email, Facebook ads, organic content, cold calling, you name it, with little to no results to show for when what they really should be focused on is crafting their 100 million dollar offer. Shout out to the boy, Alex Hormozi. And in this video, I'll walk you through the five step framework I've used to craft offers for my three online businesses. A marketing agency we scaled to 100k a month in revenue, a coaching program we recently scaled to over $200,000 a month in revenue, and a SaaS or a software company that is primed for an exit. Let's dive in. All right, so let's dive into the five steps, the five ingredients you need to craft your $100 million offer. Again, shout out to Alex Hormozi, the author of the book $100 million offers, which was a great inspiration for this video, along with the experience that I've had personally crafting not quite $100 million offers yet, but very successful offers in multiple different businesses. I'm Cozy Vibes right now. Cozy Vibes with a glass of wine. So if my teeth are red, you know why. But let's dive into the video. So the first ingredient that you need to focus on to craft your $100 million offer is the quantifiable end result. And what we mean by this is simply asking the question, what is your prospect? What is your customer? What is your client going to get from working with you, from paying or subscribing to your services? This is like the most important one to identify. All five are super important, but identifying a quantifiable end result is of number one importance. So answer the question, what are they actually getting from working with you? At my lead generation agency, Knowledge X, the quantifiable end result is 10 booked sales meetings on their calendar. Another example of a good quantifiable end result is I have a friend that does YouTube channel management and growth, and his quantifiable end result is that he'll help you to get 10,000 YouTube subscribers. It's very specific and it's very quantifiable. Right? Straightforward. The second thing you want to define is the timeframe. So, okay, great, you can get me 10 book meetings or you can help me get my first 10,000 YouTube subscribers, but when am I going to get that? When can I expect that quantifiable end result to happen? And so for the 10 booked meetings, that's A cyclical thing. So the example here is it's monthly. Every single month I'm expected to get the, the quantifiable end result of 10 booked meetings. Whereas with a service like you'll get your first 10,000 YouTube subscribers, that happens in say in 90 days or less. So you want to put a time frame on it so they know exactly when to expect this quantifiable end result. Because if you just promise someone a million dollars or 100,000 Instagram followers or three closed deals and you don't tell them when to expect this, you're gonna run into issues and people are not gonna want to work with you. The third thing you need to consider when crafting your 100 million dollar offer is a risk reversal. So what's gonna happen is people are also gonna be offering to get your same prospects 10 book sales meetings every single month, or 10,000 YouTube subscribers in 90 days, or maybe even in 60 days. So one way for you to easily stand out and win clients from your competitors is by offering a guarantee. So the question to ask here is, what happens if you don't get the results? If I were to work with you and your quantifiable result is that you'll get me 10 book meetings, but this month you only got me seven, what happens? Is there a money back guarantee? Do I not have to pay for the next month? Do you work until you get the result? What does that exactly look like? And so the most common one is a money back guarantee. But I would say err on the side of caution. And I like to roll with ones like, I'll work with you until this result is achieved, rather than I'll just give you your money back. Because likelihood is you've already done a lot of work to get to this point and you're close to achieving the result. You just didn't get to the full length in the first go at it. That's number three. Number four is niche. The funny thing is most people think niche has to be defined way earlier on in the process, and that's just not true. The niche is usually defined like after your first handful of clients. Like, you don't just start a business and dip your hand into a hat and pick a niche. It just doesn't work like that because there's no data to back it up until you actually start to work with so specific clients and different niches. And then you could kind of weigh the pros and cons of each niche and which one makes most sense to go all in on. But the niche question is who do you think you can get the quantifiable end result in the time frame? For a lot of people when they think about niche, they ask the wrong question, which is who do you want to work with instead of who can I actually get this result for? And who is this result valuable to? Right. So I just see a lot of people asking when it comes to like niche, like who do you want to work with? Who cares who you want to work with? Who is this valuable to? Who actually would pay for something like this? Those are the people that you need to niche down to. And so an example of getting specific with your niche, again using my lead gen agency as an example. We work with e commerce email marketing agencies and the reason that works so well is because we could just work with agency owners and there's so many types of agency owners and we could work with just email marketing agency owners, which there are a lot of, but we work with e commerce email marketing agency owners and so it's specific. So much so that we've established credibility as being the go to guys that do lead generation for e commerce email marketing agencies. And all of our results and testimonials and case studies are relevant to e commerce email marketing agencies. And so we've really captured and cornered that share of the market. The last thing you want to consider when crafting your $100 million offer is your unique mechanism. Ask yourself the question, how can you get these results when others can't? Why are you going to be the one to get me to 10,000 YouTube subscribers? Why should I believe that quantifiable end result is actually realistic if we were to work together? Because a quantifiable end result is not a guarantee, right? In the services business, when you're doing online business, hardly ever can you guarantee results. Right? A lot of it has to do with other people making decisions, purchasing decisions that you don't have full control over. So there are no guarantees ever, right? And so how can you get these results? Why are your chances better than the next person's? What's the strategy essentially? What's your unique mechanism? And so for our lead generation agency, our unique mechanism, in a really, really simple terms, I dumbed this down. It's a lot more unique than the words on the screen here. But it's a personalized cold email strategy and that's how we're getting them the 10 book meetings, right? So if you go back to the quantifiable and result in the time frame, how are we getting 10 book meetings every single month using personalized cold email strategies. Or how are we getting you 10,000 YouTube subscribers in 90 days or less? Maybe it's the YouTube content generator strategy, or whatever the unique mechanism is, whatever it is, the vehicle is for you to get your client to the quantifiable end result in the timeframe that you promised. And if you define these five things, you will have crafted your $100 million offer. And what I want to end the video on is a few things here. So trying it yourself, how do you put it all together? And this statement here is going to be like your holy grail. Some marketers refer to this as the refined marketing statement. And all you're saying here is we recently helped or we help niche, right, which you define here, generate or achieve the quantifiable end result, which is the first step in just time frame, in just 90 days or 60 days, whatever that is, by implementing the unique mechanism. Whatever you define here, we didn't include a risk reversal, but a risk reversal fits right in at the end where you can say, or your money back or we'll work with you until we achieve said result. And so the example here for our lead generation agency is we recently helped EmailEdge, an E commerce email marketing agency. That's the niche generate 12 booked calls. That's the quantifiable result in just 30 days. That's the time frame by implementing our personalized cold email strategy. That's unique mechanism, right? So for us, the risk reversal is not too important just because we've done this for so long. But if you're just starting out at a risk reversal, but what I want you to do is it's your turn. So it's not worth learning anything just for the sake of learning. It's only worth it if you put it into action and actually use this and start to test it within your own business or even if you don't have a business yet, if you are kind of browsing the Internet, figuring out what you want to work on next, this is a really good way to kind of see what your offer looks like in a different light. And so your turn and your task is to post your offer in the comments section and I'll share my feedback. You're going to get free feedback from someone that has done this four or five times very successfully in businesses like a marketing agency, a coaching program, a software tool, a learning platform, a pass like a platform as a service and with many of my coaching students. So post it in the comments below. You'll hear my feedback. And once you've defined your offer in some of my upcoming videos, I'll show you how to get that offer into the world, how to find your first clients, and we'll just continue the cycle from there. So thanks so much for watching. Thanks like and leave a comment and subscribe. I'm new to this YouTube stuff, so I have no idea what I'm doing, but we'll figure it out as we go. Thanks guys.
