Sup? Today we're gonna be talking about how to make a million dollars pretty fast. So I've done this seven or eight times now, and I do it about once every two to three months. So what I'm gonna do today is try to. Try to take you guys and morph you into the kind of human who could otherwise replicate the person I am now. Right? So if that sounds like a good deal to you, we're gonna walk through a very vast array of fuckery here of instructions that you should probably follow if you want to emulate me. Precisely. So first, first thing you need to understand is obtaining a vast array of capabilities. And the best way for me to explain this to you is to. For you to know what happened to me. So I graduated college. First business model was Amazon FBA. I bought some course, watched a bunch of YouTube videos like an absolute psychopath for, for like 50 straight hours over the course of like three days, bought a product from China, got it shipped to Amazon and made a bunch of money. Cool. But I wanted to make money without needing capital because it was like $6,000 to get the product. It was a pain in the ass. It was too slow. I didn't like that. I need to make money significantly faster by using significantly less capital, ideally fucking zero. So what I needed to do then was sell services or sell expertise. Now the problem around this was that I didn't have any expertise. I wasn't capable of doing anything. And typically when you're not capable of doing anything, your income caps at about $30,000 a year or like $20 an hour, right? So the best determiner for you to make more money is to know how to do more specifically, shit that other people don't know how to do, which necessitates the fact that it's hard, right? So I always thought about this in school when you'd open up the. Oh, physics or, or, or chemistry or. This is a very simple input output machine. You are a computer, right? You. You're probably under the assumption that you're an idiot, but it's very likely that you actually aren't. It's just that you don't follow instructions, right? So physics and math in calculus and shit was all just, here's the formula. Plug into the formula. Pemdas Algebra I. I could never functionally understand how someone could fail an algebra class. It's like five rules. It's PEMDAs. That's it. That's all you do. Such is also the nature of a very large degree of that you need to understand to actually make money in the market and sell to people specifically on the Internet. So what happened from here is this was like the Tai Lopez era smma, right? Very interesting. If you see a bunch of SMMA courses or, or SMMA is the best data. Tai Lopez owns the fucking trademark for smma. Literally everyone who uses it is. It's like an illegal use. It's like fucking hilarious. The SMMA course is illegal. Anyway. What happens is, is I buy a Tai Lopez course, I buy this person's course, this person's course. I bought a shit ton of courses. I made money, threw it back into courses because I needed to learn how to do shit. I was incapable of anything magnificent and I needed to become magnificent. I needed a vast array of capabilities. So what's the kind of shit I learned in there? I learned how to do Facebook ads, email marketing automations with shit like zapier copywriting or how to do a sales go. A lot of shit I learned, right? And now the problem with a lot of advice you might get here, how to take a SMA from 0 to 5k a month. First of all, it's fucking late. Like 5k a month is not a lot of money. Well, you can barely afford groceries. Second is you. Let's say we got a web design guy, we got a, we got a web design agent. I make really nice websites. All right, Congratulations. How do you, how do you sell your websites? Like, how are you going to convince someone to pay you 5k, 8k, 10k for this website? Because it necessitates you generating them by a traffic mechanism. I'll get into that in a second. Converting them via copywriting or email marketing and, and closing them via your sales ability. So there's a whole vast array of fuckery here that must occur for you, for you to even get the opportunity to just execute your one high income skill in the fucking first place, right? So if I were to sit here and tell you what's the best high income skill to learn? What's this? Should I do copywriting? Should I do web design? Should I do sales? The answer is that you do fucking all of them. I don't know. You're. You're not going to walk around here and try to build a sustainable company and you, you have zero skill. I know how to build websites. Cool. No one gets a right. So let's go to this. The, the what you need to do. And this is, and this is so simple, right? If anybody makes this more difficult beyond this, they don't know what the. They're talking about you. You get traffic, traffic, human attention. Because the only way that you can make money is by getting money from another human. And the only way another human will give you money is if what they believe that you are selling them is worth more excessive value than the money they are giving you in the first place. So that is what we would otherwise describe as copywriting or building offers. That's how that works. How do you build the perception of the offer? And how do you stack value and present a value proposition and present a sales argument that increases the perceived value of the offer in excess of what you're charging for it? That is the only way you sell anything fucking ever, right? Next people need to see that. So those are traffic generation mechanisms, right? What do I mean by traffic generation? Offer? Humans put them together, money comes out. That's how that works, right? Revenue on the back end of that. So how do you get traffic, Advertising, cold, outbound or content. That's it. Nothing else exists. That's it. Here's the new super special AI way of making. It's, it's, it's advertising, outreach and content. That's it. Nothing else on the planet exists. You can say, oh well, you can do referrals or networking. It's lame, right? You don't have any referrals. You, because you know how many clients, right? We're starting from zero. Like we're making a million dollars as quick as is conceivably fucking possible, right? So, so first thing, vast array of capabilities. You have to know how to do a tremendous amount of shit, right? And your question now is, well, how do I know how to do a tremendous amount of shit? Well, let me give you some Google search terms here. And what you're going to do at this video is just literally look them up on YouTube, buy a bunch of books, Copywriting, web design, email marketing, sales, advertising, cold email, cold DMS. That's it. Go watch 30 videos on each of those topics. Get a notepad and spider web that just write down all your questions, then go back and search the question and then these will all connect together somehow, right? It will all come together like a neural network. This is how this works. This is how the world works. That's all you need to do, right? Next, what happens when you become a more competent human being and you have this vast array of capabilities? What that means is that one, you put in a ton of effort to get to that point. Now what happens is that you are more capable than all of the other people who you were just like three months earlier. So there exists a, a large swath of humans on the planet who, specifically one, have money too, would like to learn what you know. Therefore, we're going to employ the use of karma. And I used to not believe in karma, and then I started running a successful business, and then I had to believe in karma because it's real. So what do I mean by that? Is. Is. Is if you teach people how to do something and you teach people, you help people, you deliver value to them, it is universally impossible that that value does not come back to you tenfold. It is impossible. It can't not happen. This, this is biblical, right? If you got after this video, you're gonna go look up Myron golden and you're gonna, you're gonna go watch 15 Myron Golding videos in a row. There's a very large premise that he speaks about. I like Myron because he says, he says, these are the principles of God. We're going to use those principles to get rich. That's what happens. That's one of those principles. You always reap what you sow. If you learn a lot of stuff and you help a lot of people teaching them the stuff that you learned, it is impossible that it does not come to you. Now, this is on the, this is on the topic of content marketing. So remember, we have our offer right now. Now we're talking about traffic. So you teaching people, this is traffic. This is getting humans to give you attention. Like, you need attention. Like, why, why would they give you attention? Because you have something to give them, right? So what I would do is, once I have my vast array of capabilities, I'd start making tutorial videos on YouTube and I'd post one or two videos a week or make TikTok videos, get on Twitter, write some Twitter threads, convert it into LinkedIn, post. Just, just, just exert out into the world in, in. Distribute, distribute into the ether. Like, that's it. Just do that. I promise it works because I do it and make a lot of money. So next. Have you ever heard the saying, you want to be. You want to be in the room where you're the dumbest person in the room. Like, you, like, you want to get around people who are smarter than you. One, yes. You have to do that. You have to stop hanging out with all the fucking idiot friends you have. Like, you're playing Fortnite, they're smoking a bunch of weed. Oh, weed isn't bad for you. Don't care. This. It's a waste of time, right? So good, you can go drink like you can, you can smoke your weed, but just stop, stop doing it four times a week. You gotta chill out, right? You gotta go a little psycho mode here right now. You got, you got to find a room when you're the dumbest person. Also though, you can't spend all of your time in a room where you're the dumbest person because you're always gonna feel like a dumbass. You're gonna build. Why are these people, I'm never gonna be like, they're gonna, they're gonna hazy a little bit and it, you're making you feel like. So you gotta go back and hang out with some idiots sometimes. I don't want to say idiots as like an insult, but it's like people who are considerably less capable than you are and you're going to teach them your thing. So now remember karma. So now it's coming back around. Yeah. Okay. That's what you need to do. So be in rooms with smarter people. But then take the lessons and shit. You learn from those rooms and distribute it to other people. Employ karma for yourself. Reap what you sow. Right. Next, what are you going to do now is you have a vast array of capabilities. You're employing karma on your side. You're producing content on the Internet. Now what you're doing is you're going to make a no brainer offer, right? Because you don't really have evidence that you have executed an offer for someone. So what you are going to be selling in the beginning is a service, right? You're going to be trading your time and capabilities in exchange for money. The problem with when you try to do this is that one, you have not done it before. So the risk of somebody, a business owner giving you money to do their Google Ads or Facebook ads or email copywriting or whatever, the risk of them giving you money is that they have zero certainty that you will deliver them a return on investment. So the first client you sell ever, you must remove all of the risk. What does that mean? It means you either have to give them a money back guarantee if you don't get them a return, ideally like a 5x to 10x return on what they spend or you're going to work on a performance basis where they pay you after you get them the profit. Why? Because you have no case studies and you have no evidence and nobody on the planet is going to take a risk on you. Here's what will happen if you got in a direct conversation, I don't mean like a direct conversation with, with let's say a thousand people. And you're a beginner, you have zero case studies, absolutely nothing. What would happen? And I don't mean like you cold emailed a thousand people. I mean like a thousand leads. Like they responded to you. They were like engaged. You have zero case studies out of a thousand people and you do a performance basis offer like 600 of them will take it if you do. No guarantee, no performance. You're gonna pay me up front. You're not going to get a refund for any reason. And you have no evidence in case studies. What's going to happen is there's gonna be like two people who do it, right? So, so the speed by which you can just get the first three, four clients in here and start just doing work for people and actually doing in the real world because you learn all this stuff on you, it's not all the stuff on YouTube. It's not the same as actually employing your expertise in the marketplace and having it produce a profit. Because let me try to explain something to you, right? Let's say, let's say that you're promising people that you can make get them customers profitably with advertising. There are fucking millions of business owners buying Google Ads and Facebook at tens of millions, probably less than 1% are like real scale ready, profitable. The, the, the raw ability to actually create advertising campaigns and have them be profitable is, is, is so, is so foreign of an eventuality. Like it's so uncommon. It's actually incredible. Like, and the only reason you think it's so common is because that's the kind of, that gets views and clicks on the Internet. Well look at me getting a 10x rose. Of course that's gonna get all the views. But look at me getting, losing 3rd 2x my money. No, right? Everyone loses money. Like 99 of people lose money if you, so you need to go in the marketplace and like do this a lot of times like no matter what your services and actually make it work because it takes a shit ton of expertise. And when you're able to do that, when you have the case studies and the evidence that you are in fact the person capable of getting results, it's so fucking easy to get new clients and get paid 2k 3k 5k 10k a month. This is so fucking easy. But this necessitates you are the person who actually gets results in the first place. So, so what I'm telling you to make a no brainer offer where you give a money Back guarantee or you do a performance basis where you only get paid after the profit is made. I'm not, I'm not like suggesting this to you where it's like, maybe you should do this or, or maybe some people. I'm telling you, if you don't listen to me, you're gonna be poor forever. Like, I'm correct. And so, well, well, what if I work with the client and they pay me and, and, and I, and I, and I do all this work and they like, and, and then they ask for a refund because I didn't get them. Are you scammer? I am, right? Do what I say to. Do it a performance basis. Don't do a money back. Like go like, let's like just start doing like exert shit out into the world. Like I'm right. I'm correct. If you disagree, you're wrong. All right, next what you're going to do is after you have done this, after you have done this, here's the kinds of offers we've got, right? So we've got like a, like a service offer. It's like effectively the same thing as selling your time hourly, pretty much, right? It's like I'm gonna do all these marketing services for you and this much, or I'm gonna give you this many hours or whatever. It's, it's fucking nonsense. Right? Now there's a different kind of offer and it's called a productized service, right? So let me help you, let me help you understand this, right? So we have products and services. A product is like, like a physical thing you just purchase from Amazon. Like, I just needed, I needed paper towels. I ordered paper towels, right? That's a product. It's very, it's very simple What I get. Like you, you get paper towel, you get money, I get paper towels. Very simple trade, right? Next is service. So like you get this marketing service I'm executing and I get money. That. That's it, right? So the problem with it is most clients here, they're very dynamic. What I mean by dynamic is every individual account or every individual client is unique in their own needs. Therefore it's very difficult to scale it. So what if every home had a different sized paper towel holder and every single home was different and every time a new home ordered it, you needed to manufacture a different size paper towel. It's a giant pain in the ass. It's hard to scale. So what do you need to do is productize the shit out of it. So this is typically what I have Seen and I've consulted with thousands of you fuckers, like absolutely thousands. I have watched a shit ton of you go out of business. I've watched a lot of you get stuck at 50k a month. I've watched a lot of you get stuck at 100k a month. And I've watched a lot of you hit 500k a month in a million a month. Right? So I know what the fuck's going on here, right? So what happens is, let's take two agency owners and, and what's going to say? I'm going to use one example because I know one guy, his name is Jeremy Haynes, he runs a performance based advertising agency. Now what he does, I think his services are somewhere like 15,000amonth plus a 10% revenue share, which is a totally feasible offer when you have the credentials and expertise and results that Jeremy has. Now here's a problem. Jeremy has been in the industry for a very long time. In fact, he was teaching in the Tai Lopez course that I was just talking about. He was in the course teaching ads. And this is in like 2015 or some. And at that point he's been doing it for like five years already, already has a ton of clients. So he's been doing this like 10 years. 10, 15 years, right, so what does that mean? Jeremy has a astronomically massive network of very respectable and particularly massive business owners, right, because he has injected his content and work into the ether roughly 700 times more than you have over like, like 30 times longer. Right? So therefore what this means is that Jeremy Haynes is able to get access to the best client, right? So what that means is Jeremy Haynes, 1, has access to people who can afford an offer like that in the first place and two, has the results and capability to deliver on that offer and get results for the clients and has the case studies to get them to actually purchase it. Right? That's what he has. So the problem here when someone will come to you and they'll tell you, yeah, don't sell retainers or don't sell lower price stuff because you can get a $10,000 per month plus a 10% revenue share, okay, Jeremy Haynes can. You fucking can't. Your gym, you're Jimmy at your fucking mom's house. You just learned Facebook ads like three months ago. I promise you, you're not going to get a $10,000 per month plus 10% revenue share. And now what will happen is you're going to get psyoped by some fuckers and they're going to say, well, These people are signed 100,000 doll contracts and, and all you got to do is just put the client on the contract and then, and then like they'll have to pay you because it takes time to get results. Let me, let me explain something to you people. You sign a contract with someone, oh, I'm gonna pay you $10,000 a month for one year and then they stop paying you on month three. What the are you gonna do? What, what are you gonna do? Hey, I, hey, like we signed this agreement and, and I really like it if you, they can just stop paying you, like unless you're gonna sue them and it's gonna cost you like 50 grand. Like, like, oh, well, we had the contract. If you're not getting results, they'll just not pay you. It's so funny, right? So one, if you're gonna do a performance based thing, if you are particularly really good at what you do, like astoundingly good at what you do, you should definitely charge a performance basis, right? The only problem you will have doing this is finding a good prospect to engage with in that arrangement in the first place. There does not exist a lot of people who you can ram millions of dollars through their business and it won't fall the apart that is so scarce in the world. And because this is the big misconception with a lot of people, they say, oh, business with a nice website makes a lot of money. No, it's wrong. They're actually all fucking poor. Like 99% of them, they make zero fucking dollars. They all suck, right? That's the kind of people, that's the kind of people you're cold dming on, on Instagram or, or, or LinkedIn automated messaging to or cold emailing, right? They're all poor, all of them. Let's say I have like 50 plus employees. They're poor, right? They have no money. So but if you find a good one, you get connected to them and you're like really good at what you do, you should definitely charge a revenue share. You should definitely do that now for everybody else who isn't fucking good at what they do, right? You need to become better. And what's the best way to do this? And the answer is to productize your service. So let me give you an example here. This is great. Let's use up, let's use an e commerce email marketing agency as an example, right? So there's a bunch of motherfuckers. I have a friend named Chase diamond, and Chase diamond made a course one time klaviyo email marketing. Because his agency was at seven figures, he made a course on how to do klaviyo email marketing. He created 7,000 competitors for for himself. Now everybody in the planet wants to run an e commerce email marketing agency. I know a bunch of them, ton of them run a client ascension. They're the only ones I know and make money. Everyone else, they suck dick, right? So now there's, there's, there tears are going to sell. There's two ways to sell this. Sometimes you should just sell some shuffles. But yes there is gold rush and, and, and there's definitely gold. But sometimes I just don't feel like digging the gut. I just want to sit in the path and sell some fucking shovels. Let me give you an example. Right? So there's a bunch of Klaviyo email marketers selling that service to ecom brands. What do they need? Emails designed, right? So they copyright you as the agency. Like if you're a performance based e comm, you're selling them emails, you're writing the emails, you're designing the emails. But the emails need to be designed. So what would I do? I make a klaviyo email design agency and sell it to the email agency owners. You can even sell that direct to client as well where it's like hey, we'll just make emails for you. You can just buy the emails. Now here's the thing. Here's the thing. It will be difficult to sell that without case studies. And it will be easier to get a performance based client completely done for you. And you use that completely performance based client on the done for you service to get the case studies and the results and like examples of what your emails would otherwise look for look like in the first place. Then you have a ton of clients, you have a ton of testimonials. You also have quantifiable results because you can screenshot the the revenue from that. Then put that in your landing page. Make a productized service where you just sell email designs to people personally. That's what I would do. And the reason why is because the the done for you service full on email management that will be way easier to get to 50k per month. The productized service will be way harder to get to 50k a month. But the done for you full done for you offer will be one way harder to get from 50 to $500,000 per month. The product I service is way easier to get from 50 to 500,000. Way fucking harder to start easier to scale agency done for you Shit is easier to start, harder to scale. The reason why is because it's logistically intense. There's a lot of shit that happens for the delivery of it. Right? Let me give you an example. If you are a service company like a marketing agency, right? What does that mean? It means you're delivering a service. Now what is SaaS? What is a software business? It's software as a service, right? Every single software company, every single SaaS could otherwise be a service company, all of them. And you can make any service company by effectively just using a software for someone. You can find some giant, very large software company that is proof that it's solving an issue in the marketplace. Then you can go spin up a service where all you do in the service is just execute the use of the software app for a client. They're the same exact thing. Same thing. So if you're ever wondering what kind of agency service should I make, just go look up the best B2B SaaS companies or like or, or, or, or, or best SaaS companies for creators or the, the, the fastest growing software or, OR Fastest Growing SaaS companies Top 100 Fast Growing SaaS companies last year. Just look that up, turn it into a service business. I promise you the works. I promise you I own a service business. I own a SaaS. Selling the SaaS is easier and way more enjoyable specifically because there's zero fulfillment. I mean obviously there's developers but I'm not sitting here moving between a database all day. Side note, every software company is just a database actually, right? It's. It's. It takes zero effort for me to deliver the. It's. It's listkit IO. We sell leads. If you want to do cold email if you want leads to cold email so that you can pitch them your and follow the directions I gave you in this video. It's in the description and you should go use it because you will get clients if you use it right? So here's, here's the. Listen to me, right? Vast array of capabilities. You need to learn how to do a lot of. You're going to teach other people how to do the. Then you're going to cold email people with the no brainer offer to get to get your first three, four clients. You're going to do work for those clients and get good case studies, right? You're going to turn your into a productized service. That's how you make a million dollars as quickly as possible. Moderately fast. When I say moderately fast. Probably like like for you it's probably like two years, three years, something like that. All right, that's it. Go watch this video next. Also subscribe and leave a comment so I make more of these. It's like 10:30. Like, come on, please. I love you. Bye.
