How to Scrape Email Addresses with ListKit (ListKit.io Tutorial Walkthrough)

So you want to get clients for your agency or your B2B business, and you want to do this by sending cold outreach messages, more specifically, cold email. And what you want to do is be able to send thousands, if not tens of thousands of cold emails. But the problem with this is that you don't want to sit here and manually have to collect leads, and you want to have sit and go through the process of verifying over here and making sure it's a good lead over here. You want to just automate this entire process. So in this video, what I'm going to do is show you how you can use a List Kit IO to scrape tens of thousands of leads in quite literally five minutes, all the filters and a full walkthrough of the platform. So what I'm going to do first is I want to show you the old process and the new process of scraping leads. So this is the old process. If you were using some other form of the software, you'd have to go into the database and you'd have to select 50 leads page by page. I want these 50. I want these 50. I Want these 50. And then once you extract the list, you have to send it over to a Google Sheet or an Excel sheet. Now what you need to do is take those leads and upload them to an email verifier because all of the leads aren't verified and there's a bunch of garbage leads in there that aren't even actually real. What happens when you upload them to a verifier is you get verified leads, you get invalid leads, and then you get Catch All Emails. And what you need to do with the Catch All Emails is upload them to another Google Sheet and then take that Google Sheet, upload that to another verification service that can verify the Catch all emails. And, and once those have been verified, you send it back to the main Google Sheet, you delete the invalid emails, and then finally you get to upload it to the sending tool. So this process, if you want to build a list of like 5,000 people, takes you like four hours. And it's a colossal waste of time and money because you have to pay for this. You have to pay for this. You have to do this, and then you need to hire someone to build a list for you, and it's entirely unnecessary. So what we did when we made List Kit was made it so that we just did all this in the yellow for you. So this is the process with list. You go and you make a search, you select that you Want X amount, thousands of leads. There is precisely zero limit as to how many you can extract at once. No selecting page by page, right? And the way you do this is by building a search, right? So let's use an example here. I'm going to do e commerce brands. Let's say I'm selling a service. I have like a marketing agency service. I'm trying to sell it to e commerce companies. So how can I build a list of E commerce quantities? Let me go over here. I'm going to go to technologies. I'm going to click browse and then I'm going to do Shopify. I'm going to select every single technology that has Shopify. Right now what happens here is this loads up 72.3 million people at 1.1 million companies that are using Shopify. Right? So now what other kind of filters can I use? I have filters for add new condition. I have filters for industry, total employees, social networks, keywords on their website. I can include specific companies, I can exclude specific companies. I could do city, region, country. I'm going to do country. I want to put United States. Then if I want to add another condition, let's do total employees. I want them to have 11 to 50, 51 to 200. Let's do that. And then if I go all the way back up to the top, there are 5.5 million people at 246,000 companies available. Now this is an extremely useful feature here. If you go right up here, data visualization tab, you click on this and then you can see breakdown of the companies and people that exist within this search. I'm going to show you what this looks like. So these are the industries and if I go to top five job titles. So we don't want teacher or project manager. We want the owner. We don't want a manager, we don't want a software engineer. We Want the owner. You can see the countries that exist in. So let me go over here and I'm going to do people filters and I'm going to do job title. CEO, founder, owner, vice president, CEO, CMO, co founder. We've now got 310,000 people at 114,000 companies. Now what you can do is you can continuously build this out and you can add new conditions. Let's say you wanted to have a specific keyword on there. Like if you wanted to be an outdoor brand or they sell a specific product, you can put that in there. You could do outdoor. You can also exclude specific keywords. What you'd want to do here is you'd want to go over to the data visualization and you'd want to see if there are keywords in here and every single one has outdoor. But if you wanted to not do outdoor, let's say I'm going to remove this right here. Then I'm going to go up to the top. I'm going to go to data visualization and I'm going to see. Let's say I didn't want software, then I would go over here and go to keywords. I do exclude software. No software companies in there now. So let's do another one. Let's say I want to get marketing agencies as a target. I'm going to go over here, I'm going to go to industries, I'm going to click browse, I'm going to search up marketing, marketing and advertising as an industry and then this is going to pop up. 2.7 million people at 281,000. Let me go over to data visualization. Let's see what we got here. We definitely don't want account manager. We definitely don't want account executive. I want the decision makers. Now let's see what we got here. Advertising, marketing, social media. Oh, so that's good. So maybe we only want digital marketing agencies. So what we want to do, add new condition. We're going to do keywords and we're going to do include. And then we're going to do digital marketing. We only want digital marketing. So now we've got 1 million people at 65,000 companies and then we only want job title. Oh, let's do it like this too. We only want bigger companies. So we're going to do total employees, 11 to 50, 51 to 200. And we only want the CEO, owner, founder, VP, CMO. And let's see what we got here. 26,900 people at 10,000 companies. Go to data visualization. Let's see what we got here. 70% male, 30% female. These are the locations, these are the company size, is the top job titles. And then we got keyword stats, digital marketing. Let's say we want to do some other keyword stats. They have case studies on their website. They do advertising as a service and that puts it up to 29,300 people. Right. And now what you can do is let's say we want to extract this list. Now I've built the list. This is what I want. You don't have to go page by page by page by page extracting these. What I'm going to do is I'm going to click next step and then you're going to get this right here. So we've identified 29,351 people matching this query. I want a max of one person per company and I want 1,000 people. I am going to. If you want to exclude previous searches, you would click this right here. Now I'm going to click redeem credits and then I'm going to go over to my order history right here. This is going to load up. It says 3:45pm I'm going to pause this video. Let's see how long it takes to extract 1,000 people. Let's start the timer now. Okay. 3:45 to 3:55. It took 10 minutes to get 1,000 leads. Now, before I show you that, I want to show you an extremely useful feature. Let's say you want to reorder this list in the future. You click into it right here. You click this reorder button. Now let's say you want another 1,000. Then you go right here and you just do a thousand. And then you can start the order, same exact search and you just get 1,000 more from the same exact search. Now let me show you what the output actually looks like. I go over here. Then we got full name, first name, last. I blank out the sensitive stuff. Last name, company name, business email. Business email. Verified. Yes, every single one is verified. LinkedIn, company URL, all the URLs, job title, keywords, Industry technology formatted Company name, employee count, city, region, country, continent, company city, company continent, company country, gender, and the university, name of the university that they went to.
