I made $13,600,000 with this exact funnel

Daniel Fazio, co-founder of a $30 million agency, breaks down the funnel that turned $3 million in Meta ad spend into $13.6 million in revenue. Meta ads feed into a VSL and Typeform application that scores leads, then routes them to closers or setters. He runs 30-day email sequences, daily broadcasts, and high-volume calling to follow up.

I made $13.6 million with this exact funnel, and I'm going to show you exactly how it's built so that you can copy it. Now, this is the diagram that we're going to be going into in detail. But before we do that, if you don't know who I am, my name is Daniel Fazio. We've made $30 million in the past 4 years. Here are some screenshots of that, more than half of which is selling done-for-you service. So I'm not just sitting here slinging like coaching programs and an info guy, like we actively sell done-for-you services, right? And secondarily, we're hosting a live 4-day workshop on May 11th to 14th showing you how to build this entire funnel yourself and how to scale it. So that'll be at the first link in the description. Uh, if you want to see that sales page, you can go there. Tickets are only $67 with recordings included. We're going over cold traffic offers and funnels, sales processes, automations and hiring closers, operations team and AI and fulfillment, and making ad creatives and media buying. If you are watching this video after those dates, you're just going to have to get on the waitlist or check out the other products in the description. So am I promising you get any results from this video? No. The probability you make any money at all is close to zero. So most people who try to run ads actually lose all of their money. That is the most probable outcome for most people. If it was so easy, everybody would be— everybody would be a millionaire, but they're not. So let's go over this exact funnel. And I'm going to walk you through all of the points of it in detail. So we start with Meta ads, right? And we like to use opt-in pages. I know a lot of people don't like to use opt-in pages. They say don't use opt-in page, makes you poor. We've consistently found that we do profusely better with opt-in pages. And the reasoning why is because we do a ton of calling and a ton of emailing. So a lot of people who say that opt-ins don't work are just not having setters absolutely blitz call every single person who opts in and they're not sending even remotely close to enough emails. So what happens is someone from the Meta ads hits the opt-in page. They're either going to opt in or they're not going to opt in. If they don't opt in, they're just going to see more ads. Now, you might be asking, Daniel, do you have dedicated retargeting campaigns? Sometimes if it's purely cold traffic and there's really no like if there's no like audience base, like you're a content creator, I don't do it. So like at ListKit, for instance, I don't have dedicated retargeting campaigns, but at Client Ascension, so like you, you would be in the Client Ascension pool. Like you probably see my ads, just you've probably clicked my stuff before. I have dedicated retargeting campaigns for people at Client Ascension now. Okay, so of the people who don't opt in, they keep getting the ads, which hopefully makes them opt in at some point, right? So, okay, so You get the people who do opt-in. We get the name, email, and phone number. Once they do that, they're immediately sent to a VSL page. Now, on this VSL page, there's a button under the video. That is an application on Typeform. So when people go through that application, they are assigned a lead score based off of the questions that they answer. So it ranges anywhere from like -5 up to like 8 or something like that. Now, there's no like standard, like the point system has to be exactly this. You make it up yourself. Like you make up the— the scoring and what questions have what score and what score is qualified for, for you, you just make it up, right? It just so happens that mine is if they have— if they are a 4 or above after the application, we let them immediately book in a call with a closer directly. If they have an application score of 3, they book in with a setter first. Now, if they have application score of 2 or below, they are outright rejected. So what happens here is I'm going to— I'm going to go back over here real quick. So say they opted in on the opt-in page, but then they don't submit an application or book a call. Our setters are calling them at the phone number that they entered, like a lot. Like we do a hell of a calling. We have a 30-day automated email sequence where it's just 30 days of email straight. And then we also do daily broadcast emails Monday through Friday. So if they're in that 30-day window, they're also on top of the broadcast emails. They're also getting that that automated sequence. So I'm not excluding those people. Like, these people are just getting an absolutely profuse amount of emails, and that's just how that works. So now over here, setter qualification. So setter qualifies the prospect to ensure they can afford the offers and have the ability to purchase. So remember, that's the people who are 3s. So of the 3s, they're booking a call with the setter. And the setter's trying to qualify them. If they're not qualified, then the setter would just disqualify them and basically say, like, this offer isn't for you. Now, if they are qualified, then the setter is going to book them directly onto the closer's calendar. So the setter is really just acting like the application itself and like the setter is going to reveal the prices of the offers and make sure that they're qualified prospects, like they're— like their TAM is big enough because it's a cold email offer we're selling. So they get booked directly onto the closers. So then we go over here, the closer calls. We have two offers, so we have a cold email only offer that ranges from $1,000 a month to $5,000 a month. And then we have an omnichannel offer, which is cold email plus cold calling. So that ranges from $6,000 to $28,000 a month. And obviously, the goal of all of this is to get people to purchase those things. Okay, so let's go back over here real quick. So, so people hit any of the pages, pixel, pixeling and retargeting. So everyone who lands on any public page is tracked by our MetaPixel and we do what's called content remarketing. So this is, this isn't straight up just direct response. It's like we take our YouTube videos, upload them to Meta, and make the campaign objective video views. And we just target every single person who has hit the pixel and it's $1 per day per video. So there's 30 total videos. It's literally $30 a day. There's no objective on it. There's no CTA on it. It's literally like it's just trying to get them to throughplay the video and just watch content from us and that's it. Now, additional traffic sources over here, because when you spend $6,000 a day and you spend over $3 million of ads, you have an absolutely insane amount of people who have opted in. You have a lot of leads and you have a giant email list. So we do a webinar every 2 weeks. So it's a free live training on the cold email and cold calling. Then we see at the end like, hey, if you want these offers, like, here's the prices, you can book a call here. And then we, we let them bypass the application and just go straight to closers on that because we've kind of already done selling. Now we also do live challenges every 2 to 3 months, generally about like a $47 ticket. That's 3 to 4 or sometimes 5 days live, 2 to 3 hours each day. And then we upsell at the end so they can either self-checkout right there at the end of it because at that point they've watched like 10 hours of us and they're like sold. The parasocial relationship is really deep at that point. And then they can immediately buy or they get booked in with the closers. So, and then they again bypass the application because like we just did, we did a bunch of selling here. So like, we gotta understand like what these are right here is we're not sending this to cold. These are just purely the people who have opted in. And this is just another reason why I like opt-ins so much is that you get to do something like that. Like if you weren't using opt-ins, like you wouldn't have an email list of 30,000 people. Like it's just like your ad spend, if they didn't book a call, the leads were just evaporated. You know what I'm saying? So this is the whole funnel. We've made $13.6 million from $3 million of ad spend doing that. And it's really quite simple, to be honest with you. And I'll show you how to build this, all of it, end to end on the live Scaling with Ads workshop that we're doing that I mentioned earlier. So it's at the first link in the description. This is what the landing page looks like. What you do is day 1, we're talking about offers and funnels. So building an offer for cold traffic. That we're going to sales processes, automations and hiring closers. That'll be with my partner Dan Crowley. Then we're doing operations team and AI and fulfillment. That's with my other partner, Andre. And then we're doing ad creatives and media buying. So using AI to make ad creatives, using AI to make static ads, how to set up all the media buying, how to just, just, just— it's A to Z, every single thing that you would need, right? So this is what the page looks like. You click on Get My Ticket Now, you put your name, email, phone number in there, and then you will go to a checkout page. And the tickets are currently $67. Now, if you're watching this after May 11th, which is when sales end and the challenge begins, then you either have to get on the waitlist for that or you can check out the other products. So you can go to the AI Business Challenge instead. Now, this is— this is— this is for if you want to run a $20K a month marketing agency by yourself. So it's like using AI to do the work. So this is about building an AI business. This is generally for people who are below like $20K a month. Like, you really— like this right here, the Scaling with Ads workshop, you really shouldn't be doing this unless you're at like at least $20K a month because you just can't afford to spend money in ads. You just can't. So if you're below that, like, you really should do the AI Business Challenge instead. The next one is on June 1st, so not too long after the Scaling with Ads workshop. You can also just join the Olympia Mastermind directly. That's at joinolympia.com. Let me show you right here. You could just go here and you can see how that offer works. You can opt in here, watch the video explainer, or you can just join the AI-Assisted Agency Program directly. And that is our coaching program for building an AI-assisted agency. So there's a wholesale letter of this. You click this, you put your stuff in there, and you can watch a full video explainer of that as well. But yeah, this is the, this is the full funnel. We spent $3 million on this and made $13.6 million. And again, like Daniel Fazio, That's what we're going to show you in the workshop. So if you want to check that out, go for it. And it's, it's really simple, but the nuance of it is really just like, okay, well, how do you set up the funnel? What do you say in the ad creatives? Like, is my offer good enough for cold traffic? How do I hire closers? What should the sales script be? What are the automations beyond that? How do I use AI in fulfillment? Like, you get the point. Like all of that stuff. That's what we show you. But if you have enough knowledge yourself and just are proficient in funnels and copywriting yourself immediately and you just want to know what the structure of the funnel is, that's why I included this visual graphic right here. And yeah, that's it. All right, peace, lads. Love you. Bye. Peace.
