If I Restarted My $10M Agency Today, This Is the ONLY Offer I'd Sell

In this video Daniel Fazio, co‑founder of Client Acquisition List Kit, explains why most agency offers fail when marketed to cold traffic and reveals the single type of offer that consistently works. He defines an "offer" as the result a client buys—leads, calls, or sales—and argues that any cold‑traffic pitch must promise new money in the form of those results. He enumerates five common approaches that don’t work: selling optimization instead of new revenue, building micro‑offers for tiny markets, charging premium prices without social proof, leveraging other people’s results, and selling ads as a beginner. He then presents the only viable offer: a performance‑based or guaranteed pay‑per‑lead/call/sale model. He outlines the product mechanisms that can fulfill this offer, including cold‑email lead generation, ads/funnels for high‑LTV businesses, done‑for‑you cold calling, content and ghost‑writing services, and AI‑driven automation builds. Operational advice follows: use a return‑per‑unit‑of‑effort framework to choose tactics, avoid mixing multiple problems at once, and focus on the single constraint in the business. He discusses pricing strategy—price should match market willingness backed by social proof—and acknowledges that most clients will not see results, with a typical churn rate of ~20 % and only ~15 % achieving breakthrough outcomes. Finally, he promotes his AI‑assisted agency program (ClientAscension/ListKit), providing case‑study snapshots of agencies scaling from $0 to $30 K+ per month, and invites viewers to click the link in the description for more resources.

This is the only agency offer that works right now and why yours doesn't. You are trying to sell something that nobody wants to buy. You've come up with some elaborate offer with 35 different deliverables. You're sending cold emails or trying to get partners, or you're running ads or you're sending LinkedIn messages and nobody's buying it. And you have no idea why this is. And it's because you don't understand what cold traffic actually buys. You don't understand what people actually want. And today I'm going to show you how to solve this. So if you don't know me, my name is Daniel Fazio. I'm the co-founder of Client Acquisition List Kit. Here's screenshots of us collecting $27 million in cash. You include wires and PayPal, there's actually close to $30 million, might be above it. Here's us spending $3 million on ads and making back $13.6 million. And that's completely cold traffic, by the way, not leveraging a personal brand. So I know it works in cold traffic. The problem with a lot of what you're trying to sell, your offer isn't working because it's not designed for cold traffic, but you're trying to sell it to cold traffic by sending cold emails and sending LinkedIn messages. Why is nobody booking a call? Why is nobody buying it? Because you haven't designed it for cold traffic. There's only one offer type that works with cold traffic, and that's going to go over today. I've worked with so many hundreds or thousands of people at this point. I know what's going to work in cold traffic. And unless you figure out what cold traffic buys, you're never going to be able to run a successful business. This is just priority number one. You have to be able to do this. That's what this video is here to help you with. You have to do what I'm telling you to do because your life is going to be way easier when you follow it. So the core problem is that cold traffic is insanely hard. Getting a complete stranger on the internet, like again, someone who has never heard of you, stranger, never seen your face, never consumed a single piece of content, and getting that person to hand you money, thousands of dollars, is like one of the most insane things that you can do in life. It's a completely insane feat to attempt to try and get, but you just get strangers to pay you thousands of dollars. There are not a lot of offers that successfully accomplish this. That's why when people come to me, I don't have 70 different offers like, oh, here's a swipe file of 70 different offers. All the offers that work in cold traffic, they're all selling the same thing. It's all different products of how they fulfill the same offer. So first, you need to understand some definitions here. An offer Offer is what the customer is buying. The product is what the customer gets, or like how it's done, or how it's done. At the end of the day, the only thing a customer buys is leads, calls, or sales. So results, like just straight raw business results. They don't care what the product is. They do on the back end to like justify the means, but they care about is the offer. You're only going to sell to cold traffic successfully if you are selling leads, calls, or sales. Flat out, that just is reality. That just is how it works. Anybody who says anything different, Wrong. Complete wrong. They don't buy content. They don't buy ads. They don't buy outreach. They don't buy inboxes. Those are all just means of acquiring leads, calls, and sales. Ads may be your product. Cold emails may be your product, but that's not what they're buying. They only buy leads, calls, sales. And your offer needs to simply be promising them leads, calls, or sales. So what's the one offer that works? Any offer that sells leads, calls, or sales. Literally, that's it. The problem you guys have is you look at something like my products, like my coaching program, AI Assisted Agency, where we help you build an AI marketing agency. We show people what to sell, how to get clients, and how to grow a successful agency. You look at how that's sold to you and explained to you here on my channel, and then you think that's how you need to sell to agency clients. That's not how this works. You're warm traffic. You're not cold traffic. The way you're being sold to by me is not how you sell an agency service by using cold email or cold LinkedIn outreach. It's not what you do. And also, it's a coaching program. You're warm traffic. You know me, you probably already like me. You're trying to sell to cold traffic. When I showed you up above the $3 million of ad spend, it did $13.6 million. This is selling a done-for-you offer. So like, you're trying to sell an agency service. This is me selling an agency service. I know what the fuck I'm talking about. You have to follow what I'm telling you to do. They don't give a shit about how complicated and cool and how much you use AI. They don't care. They care about you getting them more leads, calls, sales. And if you can promise them more of that, whether that's on a performance basis or a guarantee, you will make sales as long as what you are selling to the client is leads, calls, sales. If what you're trying to sell to the client— new leads, new calls, new sales— not, I'll help you get more calls from the thing you're already doing. It's new leads, new calls, new sales. So here's what we're going to cover in this video. What doesn't work and what you need to stop doing. The offers that do work. The products that work to fulfill those offers. And then how to use AI to fulfill the products. These are the 4 sections of what we're going to go over here. Real quick, if you want to start an AI marketing agency where I show you what to sell, who to sell it to, how to get clients, and how to fulfill for the clients with AI, click the first link in the description. That's go.clientascension.ai. It'll take you to this page. Watch the video, and then you can click this button to schedule a call with us. All right, back to the video. Peace. What doesn't work? Selling optimization instead of new money. There's a huge thing I talk about. What you sell needs to be new money. So let's say you come up with this genius idea to build CRM integrations and lead nurture campaigns for financial advisors. You're thinking these guys buy leads from all these fragmented platforms and nobody's helping them organize all of them into one system and nurture those leads properly. This sounds smart, but the problem is you're not helping them make new money. You're helping them optimize something they already do. And there is a massive difference in how cold traffic responds to these two 2 things. I'll help you get new clients you weren't getting before. That's exciting. That's new revenue. That's growth. That's something they want to say yes to. I'll help you squeeze more juice out of what you're already doing. They go, meh, maybe, let me think about it, send me some more info, yada yada yada. Bullshit, right? Here's the other thing. If you're selling optimization, it only works if the client is already doing the thing you're optimizing, and a lot of times they're not. So now your offer requires that they already have a specific behavior or a specific system, specific ad spend, whatever, that they may or may not have. The throughput on this is terrible. So you talk to 100 people and 90 of them don't even qualify. Could you do an amazing job with this service? Could you actually make this client like way more money? Could you legitimately actually make a client doing this more money? Yeah, you can make them a lot more money. It doesn't matter. They're not going to buy it because cold traffic only buys new money. But Daniel, it will get them a result and I can promise them a result. It doesn't matter. They're not going to buy it. Cold traffic isn't buying this because it's not new money. I don't care how well you've done it for other people before. I don't care if you have results that you did it before. It's not new money. It needs to be new money or cold traffic is not going to buy it. It's flat out that simple. It really just is. You're an agency owner. I'm an agency owner. Technically, it's through a software company. But you're a business owner. I'm a business owner. We don't get to choose what sells. We only get to sell what sells. I don't care how attached you are to this, whatever, like CRM optimization bullshit that you're— it's It's not new money. It's not going to sell to cold traffic. It never has. It never will. Stop deluding yourself. Stop trying to go, well, I'm going to buy this guy's program over here because he said that it's going to work. No, it's not. It's never going to work. There's nothing you could do that's ever going to make this work, ever. It's not. You need to sell new money, an offer that sells new money. If you don't do that, you're never going to sell cold traffic. That makes sense to you. What doesn't work? Number 2, building micro offers for tiny markets. Okay. I see this constantly. I'm going to give you an example of this guy comes into Client Essentials on my coaching call. He's around $25K a month, so he's pretty successful business owner already. So he sells a lead gen agency. He does a LinkedIn and cold email outbound. However, he does like a bunch of other stuff too. Just like anybody at this level knows how to do a ton of different things. You've just acquired a ton of different capabilities. You're good at all sorts of stuff. So for instance, some of his clients use LinkedIn ads. So he figured out how to take LinkedIn ads, pull their audience data through Clay, hash personal emails, and like dramatically improve the ad targeting. So their match rate goes up and their CAC on their LinkedIn ads was cut in half. Genuinely amazing results, like really good results. Now he wants to make this his entire front-end cold traffic offer that he promotes. So I'm going to change my entire business. It's going to be around promising people cut their LinkedIn ad spend in half. It's not new money. It's not going to work. So this is an example of point 1 and point 2. It's not going to work because it's not new money. It's not going to work to cold traffic. It'll work to warm traffic. It's not going to work to cold traffic. Cold traffic is not buying it unless it's new money. The TAM of this, like the TAM of people who are B2B companies spending $10,000 per month or more on LinkedIn ads is maybe like a couple hundred people, maybe 1,000. This guy doesn't understand that the only reason he has clients to do that LinkedIn thing for in the first place was because he has a successful front-end cold traffic offer, which is outreach. He's selling clients new calls booked for them. That's what he's selling to clients. And then some of those clients get upsold to this service of his. That's how he gets those clients in the first place. So now he's confusing thinking that he can sell that little add-on cross-sell as a front-end offer. It doesn't work like that. For this new micro offer. He builds a landing page, a VSL, outreach sequences, a lead list, all the infrastructure of a new offer. And then he's going to do outreach for this and exhaust the entire TAM in a week. It's all going to be gone. Now what do you do? He's going to come to me. He's like, well, Daniel, I ran out of leads, so what do I do? I got to change my offer. It's like, yeah, because you did a little fucking micro business with a TAM of 1,000 people. It's like, this is a cross-sell. You don't make a whole ass segment of your business. It's a cross-sell. It's not a front-end cold traffic offer. It's a complete waste of time to do this right now. In order to scale this strategy, you have to make a new VSL and outreach messages and a landing page and a lead list and infrastructure for the whole offer every single week to make these new little micro offers all of the time. It's just an abnormally stupid amount of effort compared to just having one general offer that you just scale people into forever. Like, the guy already has a successful front-end cold traffic offer just selling new calls booked to clients. Just fucking keep doing that. Like, stop trying to get cute and fuck with the shit that already works. You know what I'm saying? Could this work as a thing you mentioned when you happen to come across somebody who tells you they spend money on LinkedIn ads. Absolutely. You just mentioned it. Oh, I actually have a way of making that way better. But as your main front-end cold traffic offer plate, literally zero sense. Like, what is it? It's a complete waste of time. Like, you need a bigger TAM. Charging premium prices without social proof. Okay, let's say you've run some ads before for a couple of clients. You got some decent results. Now you want to charge $10,000 upfront and you have 2 written testimonials that don't reveal quantifiable results or from companies with zero notoriety. You're not widely known at all. Now, while you might think what you do is worth $10,000 upfront, do you think you can get a stranger on the internet to pay you that? And the answer, like, 99% of the time is no. Be real with yourself. Like, if you were the client, would you pay that? And the answer is no, because you don't have the social proof that can justify that. Could you sell them a performance deal where if you get them results, you end up making more than $10,000 from them? Yeah, absolutely, because then you're signing the client with zero profuse amount of risk to them upfront where pay you upfront and they maybe possibly get a result for somebody who doesn't even have a case study documenting the quantifiable result. They're going to tell you to go fuck yourself. The amount of money you should charge a client— because everyone asks me, like, how much should I charge the client? The amount of money you should charge a client is the maximum amount of money you can actually get them to pay you. It's not about what's mathematically fair. It's not about what the value of your work is. If you can't get them to pay you that amount, you shouldn't be charging it. Because if you can't get them to pay you that amount, It's just fucking $0. I think a one-on-one coaching call with me should be worth $10,000. That's what I think it should be worth. Do you know what would happen if I priced my coaching calls at $10,000 per month with my current level of proof and, like, business success? What would happen? Fucking zero people would buy it. That business model, that little business segment of mine would be zero. But I have it at $1,500 an hour, and I sell them all the time. That's at the link in the description, by the way. I sell them at $1,500 an hour all of the time. But if it was $10,000, probably nobody would buy it. So, like, what's the point of even having it as a product then? So the price I charge is the price that the market is willing to pay for it. Not what I think it's worth or whatever, like, just bullshit you, like, personally come up with. You can charge the amount of money that your social proof and results allow for. That's how much money you can charge. Get what I'm saying? So what doesn't work, number 4, leveraging someone else's results. Okay, this is a huge delusion. You think, oh, I'll go on Upwork, I'm going to find the guy who already has results, I'm going to leverage his results, and then I'm going to sign a client and have that guy do the fulfillment, and then I'll make the difference. If the fucking guy on Upwork was so good at getting results, he wouldn't be charging $200 to do it. He'd be charging $3,000 or $4,000 or $4,000 like you're trying to do. That's literally what would happen. This is like thinking you're gonna find a 10 out of 10 hot girl in like a fucking remote village who's never been discovered or has never used Instagram and like hasn't been DM'd by a bunch of dudes already. That's what you think is gonna happen here. It doesn't exist. It's not real. So anyone who's genuinely talented at a thing knows their value and is either already monetizing it or will quickly figure out that they don't need you. If this random Upwork guy was so good at getting results, what does he need you for? Exactly. Like, it doesn't make any sense, right? You have to do the hard work yourself, get your own results, get your own case study. Okay, what doesn't work, number 5, is selling ads as a beginner. Here's the problem with ads and funnels as a beginner: you have to charge what you make and also the ad spend. If you're trying to charge $5K a month and then need $35K a month coming out of their pocket before they even see a single result, for someone who has very little social proof, it's too hard. You're making 2 sales. It's too hard. The exception here is like if you target larger companies where like $8,000 is like a rounding error, like companies with 20+ employees, high LTV companies where that doesn't matter or at all, then it's a little different. But, but then you'd still need to have the skills or credibility to get them on the phone and close them in the first place. The solution is to start with lower barrier offers that don't have 2 sales in them, like where you're selling performance-based lead generation. Even if you were doing ads here, you could say like, okay, cover the ad spend and then pay me on performance. When you have no case studies and you're beginning, you're trying to make 2 sales to the client here. I'll talk about this later. But even then, like the cost to acquire a customer for your client is going to be $3,000 plus or minus $1,500. The client can only spend $3,000 in ads because their cost to acquire a single customer is going to be $33,000. They need to spend like $30,000. Let's talk about the offers that work. So what I mean by that, there's one offer that works. You're selling leads, calls, or sales. You're either doing this on a performance basis or you're guaranteeing a set quantity of leads, calls, or sales and offering a refund for the difference if they can't get that. So what your offer is fundamentally, like what you're selling, is you're selling pay-per-lead, pay-per-call, or pay-per-client. That's what you sell as a beginner, nothing else. That's just, that's just what you do. That just is what you do. Any other advice is just complete fucking nonsense. Any other advice besides this is so garbage is actually incredible. It's nonsense to do anything but this as a beginner. If you want to do a retainer where you get money up front, you need to have a guarantee where if they don't get the amount of leads, calls, or sales promised, they get a refund. Why? You have no social proof and you will have too difficult of a time selling anything else. The probability you make this work without doing this is pretty much zero. This is the offer that works. It's pay-per-result. Fundamentally, the offer that works is I'm selling you client results, I'm selling you leads, I'm selling you calls, I'm selling you sales. If you just categorize leads, calls, and sales as one thing, like, that's the one offer that works. I'm selling you results. That's the only offer that works in existence. Just how it is. It's always how it will be. Whether you're doing that on a performance basis, you're doing that with money upfront, with a guarantee, it doesn't fucking matter. That's the offer that works. You're selling results. So as you get case studies and social proof that proves you know how to get results, then you're able to remove the guarantee because now there's evidence you can get the result and more people are willing to take a risk that they'll not lose money paying you because there's evidence you haven't lost other people's money. When there's no evidence that you haven't lost people's money, they're going to be very against letting you use their money to try. You know what I'm saying? These are the products that work. These are simply the ways you fulfill selling the leads, calls, or sales. It's the products that work. There's thousands of different products that can work. That's what you think of when you think what offers are working, what offers are working, what offers are working. What you're asking are what products are working. What I'm telling you is that the only offer that works in existence is selling leads, calls, or sales. It doesn't matter what product you use to fulfill getting them the leads, calls, or sales. What works? Number 1, performance-based cold email lead gen. This is single-handedly the most proven offer of all time, highest success rate offer I've seen for beginners of all time ever. Like, nothing has ever topped this. You charge a small tech fee, normally around $500 or $1,000 a month, all of which is spent on domains, inboxes, and leads, plus a performance fee, normally like $200 to $500 or $400 or around there per call booked or call that shows up. The client only pays meaningful money when you deliver. There's almost no objection to this. You don't need case studies to get started. You don't need a bunch of social proof. You just need to know how to send cold emails. Like, again, this is the easiest, most proven offer of all time. The niche is B2B companies. That's it. Like, you don't need to niche down beyond that till you have enough results to know what you personally are good at and what clients you personally like, right? It's the same thing as asking, like, oh, like, I'm telling you, you niche down to the kind of client who you're good at getting results with, and then you're saying, well, how do I know? And that's like the same thing as asking, like, when do I know if a girl likes me? Like, you'll know. If you're confused about it, she doesn't. Ads and funnels for proven high LTV businesses. So this works, but only when you have case studies, social proof to justify the price point, and only when you're targeting that can afford both the fee and the ad spend without it being a financial crisis for them. So you need higher social proof to justify both your fees and also the ad spend like I was talking about earlier. So I have a YouTube video over here. I'll link it in the description as well. But the reason, as I explained in this video, is that the cost to acquire a customer on ads for a B2B offer sold through a sales call will be $3,000 plus or minus $1,500. So between $1,500 and $4,500, that's what it's going to cost for your client and you to acquire a new client. The client will need to spend $3,000 in ads to acquire one sale. One client. If they're only trying to spend $50 a day on ads, it just isn't gonna work because it would take you fucking 2 months to go acquire one client. They're gonna be like, it's not working. If you want a client to be successful with ads, you need to spend many 5 figures for it to be worth— like, if you were for fucking some reason trying to do this as a beginner, you got to offer it on performance basis. You close and get case studies, and then you can sell full-price funnels. Like, if you're just starting out, don't have case studies, you got to build them first. Offer ads to your existing clients on a performance basis. Run search or local fucking service ads or to take a percentage of closed deals, like get the case study, then use it to sell full price offer and target the right businesses. If you're trying to sell $8,000 per month packages, you need to be talking to companies where $8,000 is a comfortable investment. Done for you cold calling. People want to buy this. This is a wildly logistically intense offer to fulfill because you have to source cold callers, train them, and manage them. This is a high churn job too. People quit this shit all the time. So this is a highly logistically intense thing to sell. So what that actually means in practice is there aren't a lot of people who sell cold calling as a service because it's difficult difficult to do. Why are there a shit ton of people who sell cold email? Because it's easy to get started with. Why is there nobody who sells cold calling? Because it's difficult. And cold calling with AI is illegal. You get like an $8,000 fine for every single AI cold call you do. So you can't use AI for it. So it's a very logistically intense offer. What that means is the amount of cold calls that are being conducted at any one time is very low. So it's really easy to get clients results. With cold calling. Really difficult to get the infrastructure in place to fulfill cold calling. So what this also means is that the supply of people who sell cold calling is very low, and it gets amazing results. That means if you are able to figure it out, you can charge a fucking shit ton of money for it. So like, we just started selling cold calling as a service at ListKit, and the minimum package is $18,000 per quarter for cold calling, for done-for-you cold calling. That's the kind of prices you can charge when you have an offer like this, you know, people buy it. But again, like, what are we selling? We're selling booked meetings. We're selling calls for the clients. And cold calling works to book a fucking shit ton of meetings. So like, the results are really, really good. What works number 4, content and ghostwriting agencies. So this is like creating content strategies, social media content, email sequences, video scripts. This works specifically well when targeting B2B companies and personal brands that need consistent presence. People who are on X, people who are on YouTube need YouTube videos scripted. People on LinkedIn need LinkedIn ghostwriting. And a lot of this is just use fucking AI to make this shit. But it's like people normally month for purely written content. Normally around there, when you start getting into video and video editing, it jumps to like $4,000 to $6,000 a month. That's generally what I see. But again, what you're selling are more leads, calls, and sales to the client. It just happens to be fulfilled by this. Like, that's it. I'm going to talk about AI automation real quick. So AI automation builds. The only way to sell AI automation to cold traffic is by selling a specific build that generates new money. I'll do a free AI audit of your business does not work. No one's going to fucking book a call for that. No one wants an AI audit of their business. You have to present them what you will build first before you speak to them. And the thing you are going to build them must generate them more leads, calls, or sales. It must be clearly evident to the person that what you're going to build for them generates more leads, calls, or sales. Cold traffic is not interested in learning about how you can use AI to operationalize your business. It needs to be a specific build that makes them more money, more leads, calls, sales. This normally means that you take something you've already built with AI and offer that same exact build to the same exact niche you built it for. This gets them on the phone. Then once they're on the phone, that may or may not be what you sell them. It may not. Extra tip number 1: most clients won't get results. I want to throw some tips in here for you guys because it's very important to understand most of your clients will not get results. Like, it's just the reality. If a client has never sold to cold traffic before and then you start helping them sell to cold traffic, the probability that it works is very low because they don't have a proven front-end cold traffic offer for themselves. If every single client you worked with already had a proven end cold traffic offer, then most of your clients would get results. But most of them won't have a proven front end cold traffic offer. Therefore, most of them won't get results. It's very simple. A 20% monthly churn is very normal for a lead gen agency who isn't working exclusively with clients who already have a proven front end cold traffic offer. 15% of your clients will get like amazing results. And then those are the people that you get performance bonuses on and upsell to other shit. Ads and let's do content over here and you sell them more shit. To generate them more leads and calls and sales because they have an offer that is actually proven on cold traffic. So if you get them more cold traffic through any of the products, through any means necessary, you get compensated for bringing them more leads, calls, or sales. You know what I'm saying? So because of the small percentage of your clients who get amazing results, 15% who actually crush it, those are the people who buy the higher price things. Those are people you want to get a rev share. Yeah, you get the point. Like, front-end offer is a gateway. That's how you find people who are actually going to make you rich. The entire purpose of you doing this is to find the 15% of people who get all results. Okay, extra tip number 2, return per unit of effort. Okay, let me give you a framework I use for every single decision I make in my business. What is the return per unit of effort? Okay, if you're deciding between 2 outreach strategies, for instance, or 2 offers, 2 anything, the question is always the same. Which one gives you more money back per unit of effort invested? So here are some hypothetical numbers. Say you're deciding between doing Dream 100 to get clients or cold email blasts. Let's say that you spend 10 hours doing each of these and you find that your Dream 100 gets you a 10% response rate, but it takes you 45 minutes minutes per prospect. Cold email blasts, you get a 0.5% response rate and it only takes 2 seconds per email. And then you determine what are the close rates of these people? How much money did I make doing 10 hours of this? How much money did I make doing 10 hours of this? And then you take the amount of hours you spent doing this divided by how many hours you spent on it. Then you take the amount of money you made doing cold email and you divide how many hours you spent on that. And then you get the compensation per unit of effort. Now, if it turns out that Dream 100 is working way better for you, then only do that. If it turns out the cold email blasts are doing way better for you on a per unit of effort basis, then only do that. It's Really that simple. This is not a philosophical question. It's a math question. You run both, you measure the output, you do more of whatever produces the higher return per unit of effort. If you're trying to decide whether to build a fancy custom deliverable for each prospect or just a standard outreach message, try both. Split it. Again, do 10 hours of each. See which approach gets you a higher return per hour invested. Then let the data tell you. It's not a feeling question. It's a math question. Stop asking, what are your thoughts on this, Daniel Fazio? Daniel, what are your thoughts on this? I don't have thoughts beyond the data. You're asking a feeling question for a math— what you can't ask somebody's feelings about a math question. What I'm going to tell you when you ask me this, should I do this or this? I'm going to tell you, test both and give me the data, and I'll tell you which one to do. Because it's really just a simple division. Amount of money you made doing this divided by hours, amount of money you made doing this divided by hours. Whichever one is a higher number, I'm going to tell you to do that one. It's a math question, it's not a feeling question, right? A lot of this in your business is like that. You're parading around asking people philosophical questions around mathematical problems. It doesn't work like that. To solve a mathematical problem, you need mathematical data. No one gives a fuck how you feel about it. If you dictate how you feel about fucking everything, you're gonna make no money. Extra tip number 3: stop mixing problems, right? I see this constantly. So someone comes to me and they say, I have a fulfillment problem, and then 2 minutes later they're telling me about a sales problem, and then it becomes a positioning problem, and then it's a pricing problem, and suddenly we're about like 5 different things at once and solving none of them. It's really simple to find the constraint of your business. If you're sending outreach messages and people are booking calls, you have a closing problem. You don't have an offer problem. If you had an offer problem, they wouldn't get on the phone in the first place. If you're closing but the clients are churning, you have a fulfillment problem. If your front end is converting cold traffic, don't change your front end. The example I gave you up above where the guy like has a successful business where he's successfully signing cold traffic and he's coming up stop with like the fucking, the LinkedIn thing where it's like, I think I'm going to change my offer to this. Why? Stop fucking with what works. This is actually a downfall. People who hit plateaus, a lot of the reasons as to why people hit plateaus is they start fucking with something that works. You want to fuck with all of the things that don't work. Stop fucking with the things that do work. When you fuck with the things that do work, you change it and then stops working. This is like a classic misunderstanding that you think it's just like common to have an offer that you send a message to a stranger and a stranger pays you thousands of dollars and you think this is just like a normal occurrence. It's not. It's very rare. If you have an offer that's successfully getting fucking strangers on the phone and paying you, don't fuck with it. Stop fucking with that. Don't do that. That's a horrible idea. Like, that's the last thing you want to do. You found like an oil well and like what you did is like, let me take it out of this spot and like, let's put it over this spot instead. Like, what the fuck are you doing? Don't do that. Massive issue. So how to fulfill the products with AI? That's what we help you do, an AI-assisted agency. So here's what you do right now.
