YouTube short by Daniel Fazio advising how to make offers more valuable by solving the buyer’s harder logistical problems rather than just providing easy-to-replicate outputs. Fazio argues that content creation is ~5% scripting/ideation and ~95% execution (filming/production), so offers that remove execution friction (e.g., AI replicas that eliminate the need to film) command higher prices and convert better.

Here's an insanely easy way to make your offer 10 times better. I can take all of your content, train it on AI, and spit out hundreds of content scripts. And by the way, it costs $5,000. What are you immediately thinking? The obvious thing is that, no, I can do this for $20 a month with ChatGPT by myself without paying you $5,000. It makes the offer seem completely useless. Why? Because there is zero transfer of logistical intensity. If you're trying to make content, only 5% of the work is scripting and ideation. 95% of it is sitting down and recording it and actually doing it. So the problem with that offer is that it doesn't solve an actual issue. If you want to have a better offer, you need to include more logistical intensity that you solve for the prospect. For instance, if that same offer included an AI replica of yourself that made it so that you don't have to sit down and film, now it's a banger offer, and you could probably charge two to four times more for it, and it would still outsell the original by a factor of five or six. So keep this in mind when you're trying to sell stuff. The harder the problem that you solve, the more money that you can charge for it and the easier it is to sell.
