The Best Types Of Offers To Sell In 2025 (for Agencies & Coaches)

Daniel Fazio (speaker) argues that in 2025 market conditions, subscriptions and per-month retainers convert poorly—especially from cold traffic—and recommends agencies sell paid trial or setup offers before asking for recurring commitments. For coaching/done-with-you businesses he recommends hybrid offers that add done-for-you components (labor-heavy deliverables) to increase conversion from cold traffic; he gives his Olympia/Olympia Ultimate offers as concrete examples and cites recent revenue to establish credibility.

So let's talk about the best types of offers to sell in 2025. You might have seen this. Maybe you're running an agency or a coaching business and people are just not converting like they used to. It used to be like the 2020 times and the stimmy checks. People were just buying the shit out of absolutely everything. But that just isn't the case anymore. People just aren't buying anything even remotely close to what they were before. It's super hard to get retainer clients. It's super hard to get in touch with them. Super hard to sell like high ticket coaching. Right now people just seem to not have any money. And while yes, this might be an economic thing, it's also just the that a lot of people are trying to sell a form of an offer that nobody wants to buy anymore. And you haven't adjusted your business to adapt to the market conditions that currently exist. So how do we resolve this? And because I run a business called Client Ascension and Olympia and help lots of people build all different kinds of client acquisition systems, I see what is actively working. So what I want to do in this video is tell you what I see is working profoundly better than anything else right now. And I'm going to walk you through this presentation. These are the best types of offers to sell in 2025 context. We did $829,000 in cash colle collected last month. So if you want advice from somebody who can make that kind of money right now in this market condition, you should pay attention. If you get any value, please subscribe. That would be awesome. Cool. So this video is going to address what to do based on what type of company you're running. Whether you're an agency done for you type business or if you're a coaching or done with you type business. And this is the best way to go about it. So let me walk through this. I'm going to go through agency, you're done for you businesses first. So this is how to sign the maximum amount of agency you're done for your clients. And the answer is to use a trial or a setup offer before your recurring service. Let me walk you through exactly why. So there is a profuse problem in our space right now in everybody trying to turn every single type of offer into a recurring offer. So let's go through a thought experiment real quick. Which of these sounds more expensive? $12,000 for three months or $4,000 per month? And the answer you will find with cold traffic is that you will sign substantially less people with Option two, you just will. Because when you say a recurring price, what you're doing is you're automatically making the prospect compare it to their cash flow. When you say a fixed price for a fixed amount of time, what you' is making them compare it to what they have in savings or is currently in their bank account, they think of it as an investment. When you say a per month subscription price, they're thinking of it against their cash flow. Let's say the prospect makes $15,000 per month and you say, hey, this is $4,000 a month. They're thinking, wow, that's almost a third of what I make in entirety every single month. Well, let's say that same person has like $25,000 or $30,000 saved up in their account. They're like, yeah, I've been saving this for investments like this. Let me go ahead and invest in this and I'll try it out. Now, a fixed amount is against what they have, and then if it's a recurring price, it's against what they anticipate to have in the future. And if people are in a bad economic state and they don't think they're going to increase in the future, and in fact, if they have been going down, if they have been trending down, the per month pricing is way less reasonable of an offer to give them, they're so less likely to take that. So by trying to force subscriptions, you are actively ruining your conversion rates and close rate. There is no reason to require people to immediately get on a subscription, right? You do not meet somebody and immediately start dating. You go through a talking phase, you go on a couple dates, you get time to warm up to each other, and if you like each other, then you start dating. The idea that you get a client on a recurring subscription, they automatically stay forever is just completely wrong. Anybody can stop paying a contract at any time. And unless you have the capital to actually go pay a lawyer and sue them, they're not obligated to pay you, especially if you stop work on the service. If they stop paying you and you continue work, that's another story. But are you actually going to do that? And the answer is no. No, you're just going to stop work and move on. Right? So the idea that you get someone on a contract and they have to keep paying you is complete bullshit and doesn't actually occur in the real world. If this was for like 50 grand a month, it would be a whole different story. But when you're working with low ticket numbers like 4k a month. What are you going to do? You're going to go to the courthouse and file a suit against them and pay a lawyer to do all this for six months? Is that really what you're going to do? The answer is obviously no, right? So why then do you think it's a good idea to actively force people to get on a subscription to work with you? The market is sick and tired of subscript subscriptions. And what will actually happen when you stop forcing people to get on subscriptions is that you will assign more clients, which gives you exposure to more relationships. And through those more relationships, you will end up signing more recurring revenue after your trial or setup offer. This is way better of a situation. I promise you. You will end up making more recurring revenue if you stop forcing people onto recurring revenue in the first place. People don't want to pay subscriptions for obnoxious and annoying. Here's one example of this. I've gotten this many different times with someone. They're running like a web design agency or something like that. They're like, hey bro, I really want to try and see if I can turn this into a recurring subscription. And the problem with this is the following. Let's say there's a client and they need a website made and you by some force of nature have got them to agree to go onto a recurring service of unlimited web design, landing pages, whatever, and it's 3k a month and they get on here. You build their website in month one and then they just churn. They stop paying you. Okay, cool. So you thought you were making $3,000 per month for this client. You're like, oh yeah, they're going to stay for six months. I'm going to make a bunch of money. It's going to be really great. That's, that's not actually what happens. They get their website and then they churn, right? This is what happens in reality. Instead, you could have pitched them $5,000 for the website and made $5,000 instead of $3,000. When the client, maybe six months later, want another website, you can make another $5,000 from them. This is how this works. You don't sign people on a subscription and they just automatically stay paying the subscription. Fore indie hacker, like low IQ type thing that people think occurs. Oh, if I get this mrr, like I automatically am going to get rich because the MRR is going to keep stacking. People can just stop paying you. This happens regularly and you need to stop looking at your MRR number and instead look at your LTV number. What is the lifetime value of a client? Let's imagine another scenario. Let's say you have a $3,000 per month subscription. Or let's say you have a $6,000 one time thing and you figure that if I get all these clients to pay me 3,000 dol month instead of $6,000 one time, I'll stack a bunch of MRR. What actually occurs is your churn is 50%, you lose all of them by month two, you make $6,000. But in the other situation you were getting paid $6,000 upfront. It's actually more capital efficient to just get the $6,000 immediately than it is to delay half of it to the next month. It makes absolutely zero sense. If you stop doing this, I promise you right now, in this market condition you will make more money if you stop forcing people onto subscriptions. I promise you, just listen to me. Start using trial or setup offers, paid trial, paid trial or setup offers to get people on. Stop forcing the subscription. You will make profoundly more money if you do what I'm telling you to do. Okay, cool. Let's talk about coaching or done with you businesses. So what you need to do is instead of just trying to get people into a coaching business, turn it into a hybrid offer. So the best value proposition of all time is done for you, right? People, especially rich people. And if you're trying to charge high ticket prices, that's exactly who you need to be selling to is rich people. They do not want to work. The constraint for them is time, not money. Therefore, if you have something that is done for you, there's a higher propensity for them to purchase it because they have money, they don't have time. I hope that makes sense. So therefore if you appendage a done for you component on top of and before your coaching offer, you will substantially increase your conversion rates. A good example of this is our new offer that we just made on Olympia, right? We have a program called client session for agency owners, B2B companies, helps them reach 30k a month. We then have another offer called Olympia and this is for business owners above 30k a month where we help them scale to 6 figures per month with ads. Sales team, fulfillment team and I made a version of Olympia called Olympia Ultimate. This is a hybrid offer, right? This has a bunch of done for you components in front of it. So let me break this down and let me tell you which of these would sell better to cold traffic. So Olympia offer creation is done with you. Olympia Ultimate's done With you. Olympia, the funnel setup is done with you. But Olympia ultimate, it's done for you. I will literally do it myself. Olympia is Ad scripts are done with you. Olympia ultimate is done for you. I'll write the ad scripts and then the VSL Gamma Doc in Olympia, it's done with you. And Olympia, ultimately it's done for you. I'll write the VSL, right. Olympia, the video editing for the VSL and the first 10 ads, that's do it yourself. Olympia ultimate, it's done for you. I'll get someone to do the editing for you. Right? The email sequences and tech sequences. Olympia ultimate, it's done for you. Automations are built out to Olympia ultimate, it's done for you. Now if I was advertising to cold Traffic for Olympia vs Olympia ultimate and here's, here's the pricing for these. The normal version of Olympia is $14,000 for three months and Olympia ultimate is $28,000 for three months. If I advertising to cold traffic for Olympia ultimate instead of Olympia, Olympia ultimate will sell more. It will. The conversion rate on Olympia ultimate would be way higher than Olympia. Why? Because it's a hybrid offer. It has done for you components. It's done for you. It's sold to rich people who don't have time. Therefore this includes labor. This would outsell Olympia ultimate to cold traffic. Would outsell the normal Olympia. Literally. I shit you not, like 5 to 1. This is how this works to cold traffic. You need to appendage a done for you thing. You are not going to scale coaching offer to cold traffic that does not have a hybrid component in this market. It's not going to happen. This is a completely diluted idea that a lot of people are still operating under. You're not going to do this. I fucking promise you. You're going to make zero money if you try to do this. You have to make it a hybrid offer. This is a non negotiable thing you must do. It's cool. Maybe you could pull off maybe a six figure month with this. This is a million dollar a month offer. This is not cold traffic offer is a hybrid offer. Warm traffic offer is done with you. So the kind of person who buys Olympia is the kind of person who regularly watches my YouTube videos. Like you probably right now. You're the kind of person who would buy Olympia. If I start advertising to cold traffic, they'd buy Olympia Ultimate. But there's more people on cold traffic than the do people who know like and trust me in my YouTube video. You'd buy this Olympia, everyone else on the planet would buy this. You see what I mean? And if you want to get rich, you need to sell to cold traffic. That's just how it works. I know it's sometimes annoying to have to scoot around and finagle around with all these variables. It is annoying. But it's just reality. And I want you to make substantially more money than you're making right now. So if you just do what I'm telling you to do, you'll make a a lot more money. All right, cool. So I got some resources for you. The link to this document is in the description.
