This is a YouTube video titled "The Biggest Secret About Scaling A Business" containing a monologue or talk from August 6, 2025, focused on business growth strategies. The speaker advises against constantly trying new client acquisition methods and instead recommends strictly copying proven successful approaches. The content is motivational and instructional in nature, aimed at entrepreneurs or business owners.
Here's the biggest secret people won't tell you about scaling a business. Only do what is already working for other people. You've probably tried hundreds of different ways of signing clients. New outreach strategies. Use this platform. Do this special AI bullshit, nonsense, trickery. Or what you could do is just find what other people who are signing clients right now are actively doing and copy it exactly with legitimately zero deviation from exactly how they're doing. Zero at all. Just do precisely only what it is that they are doing. The problem is that you find something and you start split testing it and you split test yourself all the way into poverty. Stop doing new things constantly. Just just do the things that already work. Don't do anything else.
