Unfortunately, starting a business really is this simple. And I think the problem with a lot of people is that they're under some diluted expectation that trying to make a successful business is this insane feat that very few humans on the planet are qualified to do. And then any person saying they make any money online is complete bullshit. And like, you need to be this super complex marketing wizard and sales guru fuckery. It's just all nonsense, right? So what I want to do in this video is just break down very simply, just what are the base components of how do you make a successful business, right? And it's really not as complicated as you otherwise believe this to be in any capacity at all. So if we look over the trusty iPad over here, we have three components of a business right here. So we have Legion slash marketing, right? This is component one, and we have component two, which is sales, and we have component three, which is fulfillment. Now, where most people kind of get all screwy with this and that I see a vast majority of people have problem with is they don't know what to sell. So I'll talk about that a little later on in this video. But you need to understand that you need to stop overthinking this. I'll give you examples of successful offers that sell, right? But you need to stop getting so fucking hung up over the shit. So, like, we're going to first talk about Legion on marketing. So, like, there's one equation that you need to understand to make this all work. It's. All it is is offer times traffic equals sales. That's it. It's just, what do you sell? Get traffic to that offer. So like, make people aware of your existence and doing that, you will by nature result in sales. It's kind of like having a. Like a seed that you put a seed in some soil and you give it some sunlight and some water, it will grow a plant. Like that's just the laws of the universe. If you have an offer and you make enough people aware of the existence of your offer, some percentage of those people will be willing to trade their dollars in exchange for your offer. It's really that simple. And it isn't any more complicated than that at all in any capacity. So what do we need to understand here? It's what do we sell and then how do we get the traffic, right? So I want to go over just some examples of offers that successfully work to cold traffic, like the actual product you sell. I'll give you five, right? So one is ads and funnels. What is that? It Means you're helping clients make advertising systems or helping them make funnels. Right. You can do your own independent research on this. That's not what this video is about. You can watch some more of my other videos on my channel if you want to know more about that. But now I'll go to the next one, which is content marketing. So what is that? It means you help clients create content for their business. Because the function of a client creating content for their business is to get more traffic for their offer so they can make more sales. You know what I'm saying here? Like I'll make this connection in just, just a second. But three would be lead gen. Normally through cold email, cold calling or something like LinkedIn. It can be any or all of those simultaneously. What is that? It means you're helping clients who have sales teams or they're just doing founder led sales book calls for their business and you're either selling them like getting paid per call you book or getting like an upfront retainer and you're promising them a specific amount of calls that are booked and getting a proportional refund if you can't get that many calls booked. So fundamentally what you're doing is sending cold emails for them or doing cold calls for them, or hiring a cold caller to do the cold calls on your behalf or sending LinkedIn messages for them. Right. Okay, next is email marketing. This is normally with like E Com brands, but a lot, a lot of other types of businesses have an email list. It means you're writing and slash or designing emails for a business and then sending those emails to the list in order to either drive more sales calls or drive more direct sales if it's something like an E commerce brand. And then five is AI automation builds. This is any kind of build where you're helping them build some kind of automation that utilizes AI to accomplish some specific something. I'll give you one example. A client has some kind of customized packages that they sell. And so you make some automation that takes the recordings of their sales calls and automatically makes really nice looking proposals based off of the transcript of the call and like fills in a bunch of stuff it sends to the sales rep. The sales rep can approve or deny it, they can make adjustments to it. And then once that's done and this is done immediately, like once the call ends, like it's done within like two minutes. That's just one example I came up with out of my head. There's literally thousands of different examples of this. But what do you need to understand here? If we go back to this is that you have something to sell. The connection I'm trying to make here is that with the client, like really what you're doing is just helping them get their offer in front of other people. So like this whole conversation is me telling you in order for you to grow your business, you need to have an offer and you need to get traffic to that offer in order to make sales. And what you sell to a client is helping them do the same exact thing that you need to do to build your business. You know what I'm saying? It's like it's all a circle. It's like a snake eating itself. It's what works for you is what works for the client, and what works for the client is what works for you. Get what I'm saying? So now that you have an offer, how do we get traffic? Here are all the different ways that you can get traffic. There are three ways to get traffic. One is ads. Two is content or slash organic. So this is like content. You have a YouTube channel or some bullshit like that. Organic would be like word of mouth. It's kind of the same thing. It doesn't cost anything, it doesn't cost capital. And then three is outreach. So for instance, you're sending a cold email to somebody, you're sending a cold DM to somebody. That's outreach. Beginners should normally start with outreach. Why? Because it doesn't cost money and it doesn't take a while, right? So ads cost a shit ton of money, like a significant amount of money. And then content organic marketing takes a while to begin working. So a lot of people have a diluted expectation about ads. Like they go watch some videos about ads like they're a beginner for. You're just starting in your business, what you make less than like $10,000 a month. You think that you just start running ads and money like fucking spawns out of the ether, like it just works like that. What you don't understand is that if you're trying to sell something like a service to a client, that's $2,000 a month, $3,000 a month, it's a B2B service. You're selling to other companies, you're qualifying these people so they aren't dead fucking broke poor. Your cost per booked call is going to be like 200 to $300. And then only half of them are going to show up. The rest are just going to not fudgeing show up because they're dickheads. And then your cost to acquire A customer is going to end up being like 2000 or $3000. So like what will happen with you is you'll have spent like $200 on ads and you look, this isn't working, you shut it off and like you just fucking never revisit the business ever again. This is all fucking scam is all bullshit, right? That's literally what you're thinking. But the problem is that you just didn't have the capital prepared in order to start with. That is why I tell people it's like you really shouldn't be doing ads until you've got like 20, $30,000 saved up and you're profiting. Like free cash flow, like $15,000 a month, like bare minimum, at least. Like really at least. And now content organic just takes a long fucking time to do. I really actually like to think of content as an amplifier of ads and an amplifier of outreach. I'll explain why in a second because I'm going to go into the conversation about outreach now and the different mechanisms by which you could do outreach and then I'm going to come back to content to make you actually understand what I'm saying here. So of outreach, we really have two different types of outreach we can do. We can kind of do like automated or high touch. So automated is like for instance, this would be like you're just going to fucking send a thousand cold emails a day or like 2000 cold emails a day. I think we at our company list kit send something like 10,000 cold emails a day automated. But then there's also high touch outreach and there's something like we call it Dream 100. What is that? What is Dream 100? So I want you to imagine that if we go back up here to some of these and let's say that you're running an ads and funnels agency, right? So like you help clients build a VSL funnel, right? And like what's a part of a VSL funnel? For instance, if I were to just map out like what is a part of a VSL funnel, we might have the sales page, the VSL script, might have like 40 ad scripts. Probably have like opt in email flow, pre call email flow, right? There's a shit involved in this, right? So what you would otherwise be doing in Dream 100 is going and finding a qualified prospects. So I have another video on my channel called the $15,000 LTV rule. That's who you target. You just target people who sell extremely high ticket products, right? The reasoning for that, if you want to Go watch that video. You can go find that. What you're doing in this, for instance, is going to one of these companies and saying, hey, I can help you make money with a VSL funnel. Like, I can build the whole thing for you. And now the problem with a lot of you guys, you'll say shit like, well, I'm a beginner and I don't have any kind of credibility authority. That's the purpose of doing this. What you're going to do is you just make all of this shit for them. You make the whole fucking VSL funnel for them with all of the associated components, all of that. And then you just, you put it all in a Google Doc and you just give it to them and you're like, this is what I can make for you. And I've already made a fuck ton of it. Like, do you want to do it? Yes or no? And now this is way different of a shit going on than if you just were sending automated emails and you were like, hey, do you want a VSL funnel? Like, the response rate on this is like legitimately, like 25 times higher. So you could get a call booked for every like five of these you send or every 10 of these you send. Like, actually, you're probably thinking, well, Daniel, that would take so fucking long to make all of this. To which I would respond to, you know, because you just have AI make all of it for you for like fucking 52 cents in like four minutes. That's what AI does, right? So you can use AI to find you the leads and their email addresses and you can use AI to make the whole fucking thing yourself. I'm not going to sit here in this video and walk you through the entire creation process of doing that. That's for my PA clients, my paid students. If you want to learn more about that, link is in description. But moving on from this, this is generally what people do for their first like two to four clients. So what would that mean? It would mean that they're at like 5,000 to $10,000 per month now for most people at this point in time, once they reach this 5,000 to $10,000 a month, this is the point in time where they even start to conceive of this as being a long term viable option for their life in the first place. Right? Because you have to imagine what has occurred here. You started with nothing. Like nothing has ever worked for you ever at all. You think a lot of this is fucking bullshit. And now you've signed like two people, you've Signed, three people. And you're like, holy shit, like, this actually works. And now you finally believe in the concept of this. So now you're prepared to actually do things like invest into yourself, do processes that take much longer to elapse, such as content. That's where this comes in. You get what I'm saying? So now that you have gotten past this area of thinking it's all bullshit, now it actually works, are you willing to actually post a YouTube video of yourself, for instance? Right? A lot of you might be like, I'm not posting YouTube videos. But then you start signing clients, you're like, wait, I'll post some YouTube videos. What is the real actual function of content at this stage in your business? It's this. You have to imagine like, okay, so we got you, you're all happy. And you send message to these people over here, prospects, and they're kind of like either upset, a lot of people just like are angry all the time. It's actually hilarious. Or they're like just neutral. You know what I'm saying? This is what happens when you send a cold outreach message to people. Like they're either angry or neutral normally, right? Because they're like, they get annoyed by all these fuckers sending them mess messages all the time. So what do they do? They go on the Internet, www.fuckinggoogle.com and search your name, right? What comes up when they search your name? Is it just like fuck all nonsense? Or like if you went and searched up Daniel Fazio on Google right now, there's a profound amount of shit that pops up when you search Daniel Fazio. You know what I'm saying? Like, my YouTube especially is up there. So what happens when they search your name and you have like two YouTube videos or three YouTube videos posted? It doesn't matter if you don't have any subscribers or if they have like fucking 12 views. It doesn't matter, right? All they're trying to, to see is do you even exist at all, right? And even if the titles of your YouTube videos are interesting, how to book qualified sales calls with VSL funnels, some bullshit like that. Just the fact that you even fucking made this video at all and it's just you, it's like a loom recording of you. There's no thumbnail on it. It's just you on like a document on a gamma doc or something, just explaining what you do. It's like that is sufficient enough for a B2B buyer to understand that, yeah, this guy isn't just some fucking random Dick wad. You get what I'm saying? Like, that's okay, you know what I'm saying? So the function of content at this stage of your business is in fact actually just to make your outreach more efficient. That's it. That's literally the only thing that is occurring here. So now like the same process works with ads. If you were to just sit here and post one YouTube video a week and continue to do outreach, the same level of this, like you're sending like 10 dream 100 a day or something like that, maybe you start introducing automated cold emails. This would be your game plan. Like, okay, 110 dream 100 per day, and then, then this gets you to $5,000 a month, right? Okay, Then what's next is you start doing 1,000 automated cold emails per day plus one YouTube vid per week. These two will probably get you to like 15,000 to $30,000 a month. That's what will happen. Like this just will occur, right? It's again, going back to the concept of you plant the seed, you give it traffic, you have the offer, you give it traffic. Like. Like you just get sales. Like, that's how this is. You get what I'm saying? Like, if you put boys and girls together, they tend to fuck. You know what I mean? Like, that's. It's just math. You know what I'm saying? You have to understand, you have money. Cool. Like, you can invest in some like, big boy shit, right? So it's like, for instance, now what we could do is spend $200 a day on ads. Daniel, why 200 a day? Why specifically that number? Because you're selling a B2B service to business owners and your cost per call is going to be between probably 200 to $300. So if you try to spend like f. $20 a day, you're going to book one sales call every 10 to 20 days. It's not enough. It's not fast enough. The AI won't optimize or you're not giving enough data. It won't work. You know, I'm saying it has to be a minimum of $200 a day. And what you need to understand about this is there's conversion cycles and sales cycles. Okay, what is a conversion cycle? Conversion cycle in this context is from the moment somebody sees your ad to the point that they booked a call, right? This might be. They might have to see your ad like eight fucking times before they even decide to book the call. And then they book the call. And then the amount of time that Elapses from them booking the call to actually getting on the call, and then however long it takes for them to make their decision. Because a lot of them are just going to go into follow up. They're not going to one call close. It's going to take a while for them to actually close. Like the parity between these two might be like you start spending on day zero and then you sign first client, like day fucking, I don't know, 28. You know, I'm saying now, why is that a problem though, in your understanding of this, is because $200 times 28 equals $5,600. So you're thinking my cost to acquire a customer is $5,600. But Daniel, I only charge like $2,000 a month or $2,500 a month. So it's going to take me like two and a half months until I start profiting on this client at all. To which I'd be like, no, no, no. Well, you're not understanding. Is that all of the leads you've acquired within these 28 days, who are still in a conversion cycle and still in a sales cycle, who would, if you stopped spending on ads right now, also would elapse. So if you sign even one more client, one more client on the 5600, it would be 5600 divided by two equals. I love this math thing. This is so cool. Is 2800. You know what I'm saying? So your CAC isn't 5600, it's 2800. Right. And if you instead close even just one more than that, what would that be? Your CAC would be 1,866. You know what I'm saying? That's how this works, right? People just, they take a while for the conversion cycle and the sales cycle to actually elapse. That's why beginners can't spend on ads, because you don't run them long and high enough to even actually have it work in the first place. You know what I'm saying? Okay, cool. So all of this that we just talked about, if we go all the way back to the beginning of this is just lead gen of marketing. We kind of went into sales, where we talked about sales and conversion cycles and then we talked about fulfillment. Right? So like for instance, what happens when you're spending on ads and you're booking like, I don't know, fucking four calls a day, five calls a day, and they're like an hour each, so that's five hours. And then you still have clients to service on top of that. It's like, well, what is that? That could potentially be another like two or three hours a day. So like now you have to work seven hours a day. Like, bro, I'm not trying to work that much every single day of my life. Like, you need this company to grow without you. Like how do you do that? And the answer is we have two options here. One is labor, two is AI. Okay, cool. So now with sales, unfortunately this must still be labor. There's no AI voice agent, there's no AI sales agent that's going to close these for you. They're all fucking dog shit. They're not going to be good enough for probably like a decade. No one wants to hear that. But they're actual fucking dog shit. They're really just not going to work. I'm sorry, they're not. They will eventually, but that time is not close. So sales is only labor. However, fulfillment, a fucking substantial amount of this can be AI. Right? Why, if we go back to what we talked about here, the different offers, why did I list these offers as the offers that you should run? And the answer is because all of these fundamentally are text based. And what is AI good at? It's good at text generation, right? Okay, so like, so ads and funnels, you write ad scripts, you write funnels. Content marketing, you write content scripts. We gen like cold emails, cold calling. LinkedIn, you write cold emails, you write LinkedIn messages. Email marketing, you write emails. It's text based. AI automation is literal. Just like fucking AI automation tools like n it and Zapier and shit, those things will just run right and builds and like it's building release type shit. But like what I'm getting is their text based based. Therefore like what you have to understand is that if you run a content marketing agency where let's say you do like LinkedIn ghostwriting as a service and like your offer was literally like 1:30 posts per month and 10 outreach messages per day. And the outreach messages are done to the people who are interacting with the post. And if there's not enough people interacting with the post, then you just do it outbound. Where do you search for relevant prospects? Right, let's say you charge $3,000 a month for this service. What was the problem with this before AI? It was that anyone who would know how to write a LinkedIn post and have any like culturally relevant sentience to be able to write something for a business owner that doesn't sound like complete nonsense, like you're not getting this from the Philippines. This is like a huge problem where people who've never run a business before say like, oh, you just hire a VA. What are you saying? You don't just hire a VA. If somebody will work for $4 an hour, you need to understand that their IQ is like fucking 12. You have to understand this. They're not going to make a good LinkedIn post for you. It's not happening, bro. Anyone who knows and has any ability to make anything of quality at all, there's a 0% chance they're working for fucking $5 an hour. Any girl who's hot knows she's hot. Like, it's not like you have some like fucking 10 out of 10 baddie who like has no idea that men are completely fucking in love with it. That's not real. You know what I'm saying? So, so what you need to get is that the problem with this before was that like employee for this would be like at least $3,000 per month their fucking selves. And then they would only really be able to handle like three clients. You know what I mean? That would mean your margin is 66%, which is like, it's okay. The real problem is one, finding this person like you, you do not simply just fucking find someone who's good at something. Like that's not a thing. You don't just find good employees. It's not that easy. This is like a huge fucking issue to find people who are actually good at their job. If you never run a business for, you don't get that yet. You don't just hire, just hire someone. It doesn't work like that. Second is that you have to start paying them immediately. Why is this a problem? When you're a beginner and this is your first $3,000 per month client and then you hire someone for $3,000 a month, it means you make $0, right? So then you have to go spend the time and effort to get a second client. It's a huge problem. Like compare this to. Instead like you just have AI, you train it on good post, then you have it spit out 30 for your client, following the frameworks and shit from the good posts you fed it. Now you're probably asking, well, Daniel, where do I find the post to feed it? The answer is go find LinkedIn influencers who get a shit ton of engagement, copy their post and put it in a Google Doc. And then you go to any AI model and then you feed it the good post. And then what you do is you say, hey, using These posts as examples of good LinkedIn posts. I want you to create new posts for my client and this is their business and contextualize it to my client. Right? There's all sorts of bullshit you can do with this, this same process. Like you need to think about this, about the application, how this would work for all of these offers. There's blueprints to every single system that you would otherwise do for every single one of these. But the point is you integrate AI and make it so that it can replace having to hire somebody to do it for you. You know, I'm saying it just makes it so much easier to start. You know what I'm saying? So now going back down here. So again, marketing, sales, fulfillment marketing is like a lot of this shit is automated. You have to understand that like, like 80 to 90% of this is automated. So like the creation of the Dream 100 doc, the finding of the email addresses, the sending of the emails, this is like 80 to 90% automated, sales 100% manual. Sorry, that's just how it is. You got to do some sales calls. Like it's not even that hard. Like it's fine, you'll just, just grow up, you know what I'm saying? Okay, so fulfillment, 80 to 90% AI. This, I want to slash AI here. That's how you need to structure this from the beginning. That's how this works. Like you as a beginner just getting started, that's how you have to go about this. So if you're somebody who could see yourself potentially running this business and you would like help with lead gen and marketing, if you'd like help with sales and you would like help with fulfillment. So learning how to get the clients, how to find the email addresses of the clients, who should I sell it to? How do I automate the Dream 100 stuff? How do I get all the prompts and the AI systems to do all of that? How do I do a sales call? How do I make a sales deck? What do I say? How much money should I charge? What offers should I sell? How do I fulfill for that offer? How do I integrate AI into each one of these offers? Offers? Which is the best offer for me to do based off my skills. All of this fucking random bullshit. There's a link in the description to our new program called the AI Assisted Agency program. We help you do all this, we give you what to sell, who to sell it to, how to get the clients, the client acquisition systems, all the AI automations, all of this pre built for you, a Lot of it is done for you, a lot of it is done with you. There's one on one support, super in depth, highly intensive type shift to maximize the probability that you make the most amount of money as conceivably possible. There's a link in the description of it's go client Ascension AI. Just put your information in there. The next page is a video. The video walks through exactly how this program works, how you can get started, what is involved, what we do for you, what's expected of you, all that fuckery right under that is the application. If you go to the application and we accept your application, you'll be able to book in a call to actually speak with us. On that call. We can walk you through the inside of the program so you can literally see what is inside of it, what kind of offers we can help you sell. Our client acquisition systems work, how our AI systems work. And you see all that. If you want to see some case studies as well, after you put your info in over there, scroll all the way to the bottom. There's like a fucking profound amount of case studies and result screenshots of other people who are probably exactly like you, who were in the same position as you at some point, right? So if you want to see that, go to the first link in the description and if you got any value from this video, leave a like comment. What you would like to see next as well. Those always help me out and then I'll see you next time. Peace.
