We hosted a $5,000 Agency Mastermind

Daniel Fazio hosted a mastermind where agency operators shared systems for cold-email offers, sales processes, and hiring appointment setters. Speakers covered testing offers, deliverability tactics, and closing cold traffic, with copy-and-paste templates and real metrics from their businesses.

Amen.
Bye, Andre.
That's what you want to be in the vlog. This is for.
Get our boat.
Do you skydive from here a lot?
Yeah.
No parachute, right?
Let me show you the tour of.
The f. This whole thing is for one purpose. It's so that you leave here and you know what to make an ad. Like, what are you selling? What do you write an ad? Like, where do you send people? Like, what's the landing page? What's the structure of the funnel? What happens after the funnel? Like, what are all the logistics and that that have to go on to make this actually work? So the best way for me to help you understand is just walk you through one of ours that's cooking right now. I'm going to take you from step one, all the way to step two, step three, step four, step absolutely everything. The one we'll look at is the cold email setup offer. It's so direct. It's just. We will build you a cold email system for your business that books calls and signs clients like. That's it. That is the entire premise of what's on the opt in page. You're not beating around the bush. It's fucking. This is what's going on. And this was interesting earlier because you were saying you have all this social proof. There is zero social proof on this. It's. It's just a video. This is the whole thing. You guys, I know you'll do this. If you're going to make something indirect, you're going to. You're going to do lead forms, you're going to do something else. That isn't exactly what I'm telling you to do. You exactly what I'm saying. It's a direct offer optimizing for calls booked or purchases. That's it. No lead form.
No, no.
Do the Instagram message campaign or do this indirect. Just don't do that. Direct offer optimize for call schedule. That's it.
Yeah.
Christian, give me a test.
All right, I want to talk to you all about how to create and validate proprietary offers and invent trends in the marketplace. Anyone know this ad? Show of hand. Seen the ad? What market did he saturate?
Smma.
Yeah, Facebook ads. Smma. Anyone know this guy? What Market did he saturate Cold email, Right. If you have a saturated offer, which a lot of you guys here do, email marketing, cold email content, almost everybody has, you know, saturated offer at this point. That's just the nature of online marketing nowadays. When you're on the phone with the prospects, they're going to ask you for case studies, a guarantee, right? Sales assets. You're going to have to beat out like five other agencies that they're also talking to. Like, not only do you have to sell them on why they should buy your service, you have to sell them on why they should work with you, which is essentially two sales baked into one done for you. Cold email guys operate in one lane. We basically invented a new lane on the highway where we build the system for you and you own it. And the reason it works is because we're able to contrast ourselves from every other competitor in the marketplace by saying, hey, everyone else on the market is doing done for you, charging you monthly, charging you a setup fee. You know, they're charging you pay per call, all this stuff. We'll just build it for you one time. You own the system, you get it installed in your business and that's it. And people come to us because it's an offer they've never heard of before. But yeah, guys, I mean, once you come up with these offers, the ways you test them are obviously cold email tested to a thousand leads. Oh, people want 30 backlinks in 30 days. People want five blogs in seven days, right? And you can figure that out relatively quickly and inexpensively. The rest of this I want to make actionable for you guys. So I have every single person in the room's offer pulled up on the screen and we're just going to basically create different offer angles for your business. I want to start with Liskit just to kind of get you guys warmed up. Like, yeah, guys, that's a wrap. I didn't give any of these out, but.
This is my presentation, how we run multiple seven figure businesses simultaneously without burning out. So it's actually so simple. I'm going to walk you through all the steps. And so it's just a couple of these guys. Lots of stimulants. No, I'm just messing with you guys. All right, let's actually get into it. So in 2023, we did close to $4 million in revenue. And with Liskit, our current MRR is over $150,000 MRR. So simultaneously, two businesses that are doing over seven figures a year in revenue, I think that's a pretty good reason to probably pay attention to this presentation, Wouldn't you say so? I learned this from Patrick Bet David. But when you create something that you want other A players, and especially entrepreneurial types to be a part of and really care about, first you have to cast a wide enough vision that their own vision can fit within yours.
Right?
Like, for example, Matt has a vision to be the go to cold email expert in our space. Ours is to provide all the experts in our space to all the people that need them so his vision fits within our bigger vision. And then you have to align pay with performance the same way they go into business to align their performance with the pay. I'll wrap with that. All right, thank you, guys. Thank you. Thank you, thank you.
Hey.
Straight down.
That was a good throw.
Objectively.
Good throw. You gotta work, bro.
I'm paying.
All right, we got it.
We're not just gonna mess around. Now, where most of the guys actually mess up in the entire process is they get the lead, they book the call, and they fumble the bag on the sales process. And so that's where this guy, this.
Small guy who's my cousin, but he's.
Gonna take you through the sales process. Essentially exactly what it says on the screen. Not a close wires, completely normal.
And guys, I know this is super helpful because I created this, like, two days ago, and I've referred to it on team meetings probably eight times already. It's something I was meaning to make because a lot of people have, like, this false perception of how good they are at sales. You probably run into this all the time when talking to people for cold email. Like, what's your close rate? Like, oh, 80%. Like, I can close anybody. And then you start running cold email campaigns, and what happens? The. Nothing. This isn't me saying our sales team's any better. We ran into the same exact thing when we ran cold email campaigns with you. Right? Like, these guys were just so used to operating off of talking to people who knew Daniel, who knew Nick Abraham, who knew Andre, who knew Christian. Then they would come in, they'd close. Then we launched cold email campaigns for the placement offer with you. And how many people were closing?
Not a lot.
Not a lot. And then when I stepped on calendar, what. What happened?
You have, like, a 50% close.
52 point. 52.5% close rate. I mean, don't. Don't jit me here, but the reason why was because my whole background was closing deals from cold traffic. I think Daniel tweeted this a while ago. Like you have to be magnificent to close somebody from cold traffic. You have to be good at every single little part.
Right?
So I wanted to break down literally everything. Like I said, I did this for my team and I was like, oh, it's actually quite good. Okay, so first things first, this person doesn't know who you are. They probably think you're a scammer.
True.
Across pretty much every industry, the number one force you're up against is not competition, it's just general skepticism. Second thing is just proving you're more competent than other service providers. So Christian talked about this a lot. Like, pretty much everybody is dealing in a space where it's super, super competitive. So like good scripting, good landing page, vsl, social proof, social presence. Like they Google your name. They should be able to be like, okay, you know, Andre's running this company on LinkedIn. He's done a couple of things here. A good example of this, our trustpilot page. I'm going to send you guys this document so you could take a bunch of notes on it. But one of the single biggest killers of really any type of agency, info, product, really anything is just show rates right now. Especially since the Google policy changes where if somebody books in through calendly, they no longer just automatically accept the invite.
Let's wrap it.
Done.
Sweet.
All right. Cold email strategies that convert booked 1200 calls or so from cold email. I just got a win. I would post it, but it was literally like an hour ago. Some guy just closed like a 9k a month deal from a cold email. Just today, one of my clients. So, you know, this stuff works. Basically what I'm going to cover here is 80, 20 of cold email. Because there's a lot of shit that a lot of people cover. They talk about cold email this, that there's a bunch of shiny objects in the space and there's really only a few things that matter. So I'm just going to go over that and then I'm going to give you guys some like copy and paste like the templates, the swipes, you know, you can just plug in and start using your campaigns. But what actually drives results? Because again, there is so much stuff in cold email that, that sound important. These are the only things that really matter. So the first thing is offer. Everyone talks about it. Christian, you just talked about a bunch of offers you can plug in. You can have those like 10 different offers. But if you rip out a giant lead list and you have all this personalization, all this stuff, but nobody wants it, you Know, it's basically all just comes down to if you sell something people want, you're going to do a lot better. The next thing is deliverability. This is something that overlook people overlook. There's a lot of like tech and stuff and there's a lot of resources in client ascension, but this is going to make or break your campaigns. Like simply put, if people don't see your emails, then you're not going to get any results, you're not going to generate any leads and a lot of people focus on other things. When this is like the big core tenet, the really obvious example I give when anyone asked me any deliverability question, it's like, which would you rather be advertising on? Would you rather advertise on a billboard in the middle of the desert or one on a crowded highway? So what are some real examples? This is all the, you know, high level, theoretical, whatever. What are some real examples of strategies that you guys can take screenshots, plug into your campaigns and like send out tomorrow social media follower campaign. This is really good if you know someone who has an influencer that you want to sell your services to for a min. We ran a campaign where we scraped Hormozy's followers and we were saying, hey, I noticed you're following Hormozy. Do you want us to run clips like his? You want us to make short form content or whatever like his? And that worked really well.
So.
So you guys probably all know me as a coach. Incline ascension for appointment setting. Booking more appointments on your calendar, cold calling sales in general. So I'm going to be going through these topics today. So why, when you need them, when it's the right time to get a setter, and when you do, what are they going to be doing in your business and what you should be having them do in your business? Tracking to piggyback off of what Andre was talking about. If you don't know your numbers, you literally can't make decisions without data, right? And as Dan probably knows the most and probably Daniel as well, salespeople suck at tracking metrics. So how do you make it easy to allow them to track? And then what metrics do you track?
Right?
There's a whole bunch of sales metrics out there. How to set up your sales systems to optimize for your sales team's efficiency, right? How do you get more out of each rep now? How do you find and hire salespeople?
Right?
I use the term watering holes all the time. A watering hole is essentially where are the people that we want drinking from? How do we go to that watering hole and poach Facebook groups, school communities, coaching programs, Right? If you want a good sales rep you should probably go to the place that they're learning sales, right? They're, they're improving themselves. Where do they actually live if they're unwilling to fill out? Like Andre was saying if they don't even fill out a type form or they don't do the necessary steps to even get the interview they're not going to do that shit when they're an employee. A setter needs to just be hungry and tenacious. You can teach them how to be good at sales but you can't teach someone how to actually go out and be hungry for money. Cool guys.
Looks exactly the same.
First try. There it is.
Slept through the flight for the night.

Man I still got schools to settle man.
I crept down the block made a right.
