What Offers are Working in 2024? (Sell THESE to Make More Money)

Daniel Fazio (co‑founder of Client Ascension/Clientess Engine) explains what offers sell to cold traffic in 2024. Main advice: use low-ticket, low-commitment introductory offers ("date before you marry") and state prices up front to convert cold prospects into buyers; focus on getting buyers at any price to build a base that converts later to higher-value retainers. He lists services currently in demand—lead generation (via any channel), e‑commerce email/Klaviyo setup, ad creative production, low‑priced ghostwriting, and offshore talent placement—and argues the macroeconomic shift since 2021 means lower‑priced, lower‑commitment offers outperform high‑priced subscriptions for cold traffic. Do you want to know the best offers to sell to cold traffic in 2024? Like what is working the best right now? What are people buying? I'm going to go over three things in this video. The first is offer structures and funnels working for cold traffic in 2024. Like how the offer is structured, then the actual services so like the actual deliverables that people are buying and then pricing and demand. It's very important to understand like what kind of economy you're operating in today and how to, how to adapt that to make sure you actually make money. So my name is Daniel Fazio. I'm the co founder of Client Ascension Enlist Kit. It's July right now we did just under $600,000 in cash collected in June. That's not contract value, that's actual cash deposited into the bank gallery. We actually made that right now. What's important to understand about this video so we're going to talk about is to code traffic. I'm not talking about like you have an email list or a bunch of followers who already know, like and trust you. That's not what we're talking about. If you want to scale something, you need to sell to Cold Traffic. People have never heard of you or have zero association or familiarity with you in any capacity at all. What do they buy? How do you get money from them? What do you sell them right now in 2024 to make it actually work. So first section, offer structures and funnels working for cold traffic. And the first concept that I want to introduce you to is having a low ticket or low commitment offer, right? So if we were to just take an example here real quick. We'll take a random E commerce email marketer, right? And you get. And they're sending a cold email to an E Commerce brand owner, right? And let's assume there's two different e comm email marketers competing for the same business for the one E Commerce brand, right? One of the guys is telling them that to get started you've gotta start paying $3,000 per month, right? A normal pricing. The other guy is saying, hey, we could just do a test run real quick. I can just build you a flow like your welcome flow out. I would just do it for 1000 bucks. I mean if you're not happy with it, I can either replace or rewrite it or give you a refund like one of those. Now what's important to understand here is that you might be under the impression that, well, the guy selling the $3,000 per month, he's making way more money per client. He has recurring revenue. So the first concept you understand is that just because you get someone on A plan for $3,000 per month doesn't mean that they're just going to pay you $3,000 per month forever. It doesn't work like that at all. And some of you might be like, well, you put them on a contract and then they have to newsflash, someone could just stop paying the contract and unless you go fucking sue them, you're not getting paid. So so unless you have the $10,000 to take them to court, that's not happening. So this, this whole concept, this whole premise of I need to force people onto this subscription is the most backwards thinking of all time. It's like you need to, you want people to be, to, to be willing and want to be on this subscription and what's the best way to do that? And the answer is to date before you ask them to marry you. And what is that? It's a low commitment offer. It's asking them to dinner before, before you ask them to marry you on a subscription based service. So just, just give them an introductory, low commitment, lower ticket offer and if your stuff is good, then they'll want to do a recurring service with you. We're doing this right now and it is absolutely cooking. And everyone like in, in, in Client Ascension and other people I know who are, who are selling like hot, like a high volume of people right now are all of them are doing these low ticket, low commitment offers. It's working so much better than just trying to go straight off the gate getting people on these, these high commitment, high priced offers. Like you can't, it's, it's too hard to get people onto that right now. We're not in that kind of economy anymore. I'll get into that at the end of the video. But now another real life example I can give you is I got a cold email from this one guy and he was doing a Dream 100 outreach strategy. So what does that mean? He sent me, he had already made like an animated ad for List Kit. He, he literally made it and just sent it to me. It was like, hey brother, like here's an example of what we can make for you. Would you be interested in having more ad creatives like this made for you? And I was like, yeah, actually I would be interested in that. What's your pricing? And he goes, um, I either do one ad creative for 1800 or unlimited ad creatives for 3000, $3000 per month. And I was like, all right, listen, this is, this is an extremely strange pricing model. Like, I don't want one Creative not paying $1,800 for one creative. Also, I don't know how these ads are going to perform. Like, I need to see if they're going to make an ROI, and it's going to take more than 30 days. Like, I start your subscription for $3,000. I. I tell you to make these creatives, it takes you two weeks. I get them, and then I don't even know what the ROI on these ads is going to be for like a month. Because this is a call funnel with, with the sales cycle. Like, I don't know. Like, and then I don't want to pay again the $3,000 for more ad creator. I don't even know if this is going to work yet. So, like, I don't want a subscription. I just want to buy a set of ads. Like, I want to buy like, one ad with five different hooks, and I just want to do that. Or like two ads with five different hooks each. So I have 10 unique ads. Like, how much for that? Like, I don't, I don't want to subscribe. And he's like, oh, well, you got to subscribe to have that. I'm like, dude, you're going to lose this fucking business if you don't let me just, like, all you have to do is just not force me onto a subscription. Like, I'll go on a date with you, but I'm not marrying you. Like, calm down. Like, chill out. Like, let's just test this out. And this is what people are thinking right now. And the reason they're thinking this is because you're no longer in a zero interest rate phenomenon where there's an absolutely shit ton of liquidity. Like, that's not, that's not the economy anymore. Like, people are just more cognizant of what they're spending on, right? And even me, I'm like, yeah, bro, I'm not like, frivolously spending a bunch of money. Like, I'm making sure every single thing I spend money on is getting an roi. And if it's not, I'm cutting it fast. So I'm not just giving you a full time employee salary for no reason. Like, like, for a couple ads. Like, just give me a set. Like, let's do a test set. And even then, I'm just not gonna need unlimited every month. I'm gonna need like a set of 10 once every, like, three months or something. It's just, it's just like totally unreasonable to try and do this. If you just stop doing this, you'll assign so many more clients. This is also another thing that's working really well where people are asking for your prices. People be like, oh well, you really got to get on a call to see it. Just say the fucking price in the email. That is working so well right now. Like I have a client, he does, he does ghostwriting and I told him just put his headline. He just Twitter ghostwriting. I'm like just put on your headline 1500 dollars per month or 140 tweets per month for 1500 dollars per month. Cancel anytime. This shit is fucking cooking. So much better than just trying to force people to get on a call. It's working so much better. Right? So the premise you need to understand here is that let's say you're the email marketing offer and you're doing like $1,000 setups. Like you need to understand that there's a huge difference between a lead, so someone who like positive responds or submits their email or something versus a buyer. Right? Buyers are in the rough range of 10,000 times more likely to continue purchasing something than a lead. So just sell them something low price. Like get somebody to pay you any amount of money for anything. Like just get buyers. Like that's, that's what you need to understand. If you just have a huge swath of buyers, it's so much easier to, to, to, to get full priced like retainer based recurring subscription clients. Like just sell them something low priced and low commitment. That's how you sell cold traffic in 2024. That is what is working. So whatever you're doing right now, start doing that. It's going to make your life so much easier. And just say the price. Like don't force people on this. Just say the price. It makes it so much easier. And this really only works with, with low price stuff. Anyway, so, so now let's talk about the actual services. What are people buying? What are the deliverables, what are the kinds of agencies or B2B offers that people are purchasing, right? And so I'll go through these. The first is the lead generation agency, right? So, so I'll get into this in a second. But, but people are, people are poor. Like right now in 2024, people are poor. This is what you need to understand. They don't have as much money as they used to have right now. However, when people are poor, they're still interested in making more money. That is why Lead generation agency is still probably the best performing offer of all time. Like it just is. It's helping people make more money. Like a lot of people want lead generation, right? But they want to get started for a low commitment or low price. Like that's what they want to do, right? So and I mean lead generation via any form. It could be via doing cold emails for someone, cold DMs for someone or ads for someone. It doesn't matter. Everyone's buying lead generation. The means by which you generate the leads doesn't matter. So I was just on a group call with a. I did like a guest coaching call and it's like lead gen group yesterday and I was telling them there's a lot of lead gen agency like cold email Legion agency owners there and I was telling them, I was like you fuckers need to learn ads. Like you think you're in the business of cold email. You're not in the business of cold email. You're in the business of selling leads to clients. Whatever means you generate the leads doesn't matter whether that's cold email or ads or LinkedIn DMs or cold or. Or Twitter cold. It doesn't matter. You're just selling leads to clients. Doesn't matter how you do it, right? So we generation agency at any means of sell your. You sell a lead to a client. That's the business model. People are buying that, right? Next is E commerce email marketing agency. So you're doing like klaviyo email marketing for them. People are buying that. It's in particular working well. If you're just getting started with it, it works very well. If you're doing it like a setup offer, like a low ticket, low commitment offer for that. If you're not doing that, if you're trying to go straight off the bat like $3,000 per month Klaviyo email marketing. Like that shit's not going to work to call traffic, bro. I'm sorry, it's just not. The next is ad creatives as a service. So. So like we were just talking about how I was interested in. I buy the shit out of ad creative. I buy a lot of ad creatives. So like if someone's spending a lot of money on ads, they need a lot of new creative E commerce stores do this a lot in some SaaS companies is more reliable to do it to ecom brands or, or like coaches selling it to agencies, consultants. Like it's. It's a really good mod. You could sell static ad creatives or or video editing. So I buy, I buy static accurate. But if you want to sell the econ brands, there's going to be a lot of static. They would want UGC ads if, if, if you're doing videos. So like learning video editing and outreaching to UGC ads. But you, you could sell static ads. It's completely fine. You could sell a static ad for like $50 each. You say you sell 10 images, you make $500 like that. It's a really good. I buy static ads. I paid $75 for a static ad. Right? You can, you can do that if you're. So if you're, if you're design oriented, it's a great business. Like it's, it's one of the easiest things to sell right now. And just sell it as sell it. Don't do, don't do that shit where you make people fucking subscribe. Unless like they've already bought some for you. And then just ask them if they want to subscribe. Don't force people onto these subscriptions. This is, this whole, this whole shit that people are doing right now. You're trying to force fucking absolutely everything onto a subscription. And it is, all it's doing is actively making you less money. Stop doing that, right? Use that as a way to just get buyers, right? Just, just get as many buyers who pay you any amount of money at all. Just get like a fucking thousand people. Just get a thousand people who have paid you at least $1 and there's no fucking way like 50 of them don't start paying you 2,000, $3,000 per month for something. But just focus on getting the 1000 buyers. Just do that right? Next you can do, even get 100 people who have paid you even just $10. Just, just do that right now. Next offer that's working really well is ghost writing. But low priced. Low price, right? So $1,500 per month or less to write LinkedIn posts or tweets. Ideally both, right? So only low priced. So there's this thing. I had a guy in a dude inclined sense, the guy who I was just talking about, who I told to put the fifteen hundred dollars per month thing on, on the headline. He was asking me, he's like, how are people selling Ghostwriting for like $4,000 $5,000 per month? And I was like, well, they're not, they're lying, right? But secondarily they probably have a couple times. But the client churned in a month. So the LTV is low as, right? It's that, that's just not like, that's not worth $5,000. It just isn't. You think it is, but it's not. Like, like, a lot of you guys, you've heard, raise your prices, raise your price, raise your prices so much that you raise your prices so much that you're charging too much than the value you actually give. And you just throw this shit around like, Yeah, I give $10,000 in value. I give $30,000 in value. No, you fucking don't. Like, you think like, oh, I write these tweets for a client, and they close this much business, and it's like, no, no, no. The brand reputation that they've built over this long and the familiarity they already have with a hundred thousand people, that's what's closing them. Your fucking tweets aren't doing shit. Like, you need. You. You need to understand, like, you're not delivering. Like, you're probably not actually delivering as much value as you think you are. You're really just fucking not. Like, your tweets are not worth that much. However, your tweets are worth fifteen hundred dollars a month. You start trying to charge more than that, and no one buys it, and then you make no money. Right? That. That's how. That's how it works. It is not difficult to write 140 tweets. What's that take, like, four hours? What, like, maybe five? And it's like, what is the price per hour on. On that? That's. It's fucking $300 an hour. Like, you don't need to stop charging so much money for this shit. Like, a lot of you guys, you, you know, calm down with how much money you're charging for. It's so many of you would make so much more money if you charged less money because you'd fucking sign like, four times as many clients, right? And you'd keep them, like, four times longer. So your LTV would literally go up like fucking 6X, right? You just make more money if you stop trying to charge so much fucking money. Like, calm down, right? And the reason why I'm telling you to do this is because you are. We're going to pricing and demand now. You are not in the economy that people are still. Still think they're in, in like, 2021. So. So this is what you need to say. This quick lesson on economics. When the Fed triples the supply of United States dollars, what that means is, in general, everyone has triple as much money for a very short period of time, right? So it was for like, a Year. So, like, the buying power that they had because inflation hadn't been induced yet, right? So everyone had a fucking shit ton of money. What does that mean? It means that in 2021, when you hear a bunch of people saying, raise your prices, raise your prices, raise your prices. It was actually good advice because people were fucking still buying it because they had triple as much money. They. Everyone was rich. Like, like, pretty much like everyone was liquid, had a ton of just free cash available. Like the rent and food hadn't gone up yet, right? So when you were selling, you could just sell Ghost writing for $4,000 a month. People would pay it. Like, there. Everyone's. With the PPE loans. There was just money everywhere. You're not in that economy anymore. So one, all of you, when you raise your prices, all of you contributed to inflation. You all hate inflation, right? You were the inflation, right? So now what happens? And like, so like 2008, when people stopped buying, like, stop buying like this, like, what. What happened? Or people stopped buying luxury goods or going on, like, expensive vacations in, like, 2008, what happened? They were still buying, like, onions and, you know, you're still buying food. You know what I mean? Like, what do you understand is you just start selling onions. So, like, all of the people right now in 2024 who are lowering their prices from 5,000, $4,000 to. To. To. They. They lower their price and they lower their responsibility as well. So they'll do less stuff. So they're charging less money for less stuff. All of those people are making a fucking killing while everyone's still trying to charge, like, 5,000. You're trying to do this. You're getting smoked. You can't sign any new clients. It's too hard because people are poor. They're poor. So sell them. That's less priced, that's lower priced. It's so much easier. Now you've got to understand some other market dynamics as well. So, like, so like, I was just talking to you about how this. I was. I was on this group call with all these Legion agency owners, and one guy was telling me, he's like, hey, like, I have. I have a tough time with some clients, like, selling their stuff, like getting them leads. Could you help me out with that? I was like, all right, give me an example. And he goes. And he goes, well, I got this one recruiter client, and, like, it's really difficult for them to sign any clients or get anybody interested in their recruiting service. And I was like, this is very interesting because. Because I had given everything I talked to you about today. I talked to them about, like, talking about, like, low price, low commitment offers. I was like, this is very interesting because. Because if you try to take this advice and put it on a recruiting offer, it's not. It's still. It's not gonna work. You're gonna be like, oh, this advice doesn't work. But the reason it doesn't work is because nobody's buying recruiting right now. There's just zero demand for the thing at all. So, like, you need to understand what recruiting is. Like, someone's hiring, like a tech person, like, like a coder, right? They're not hiring those people anymore. They're laying them off. So, I don't know, you just need to understand what kind of economy you're in sometimes as well. So you shouldn't. Like, if you're a Legion agency, don't sign recruitment clients right now, whoever recruiting offer, because no one's recruiting anybody. Like, it's real. It's really that simple. So it's like in 2021, it was hundreds of thousands of jobs opening. Like people, new companies hiring for new roles. And, like, everyone needed recruiters in 2021, again, because all these companies had a ton of money, right? So they need to hire people now. They're laying people off. They're fucking getting rid of the people they hired. So they're not hiring new people. So what does that mean? It means that the demand for recruitment. Wait, when the demand for recruitment went up by 300, what that also did is it made like 300 new recruiting businesses, right? Because they were like, oh, look at all this. Like, everyone's buying recruiting. Look, what's happening is somebody had some friend who's running a recruiting business, and they're like, look how much money I'm making. And the other person was like, well, it. I'll make a recruiting business. And then they make a recruiting business. And now there's 300% more recruiting businesses over the course of a year, right? Then all these companies stop making money. So the demand for new hires fucking goes down like 85%, but there's still fucking 300% more recruiting businesses. So you see this fucking. There's an issue. You. You have the supply of recruitment services and the demand for recruitment services. All right, so what's the problem here? It's. It's that that's a horrible business to be in right now because it's not the offer. It's not like how much you're charging. It's not like your Risk reversal. It's not like making a little commitment offer. It's just that nobody fucking wants this shit in the first place because they don't want a hire. They don't fucking want that. So like it's, it's just a fucking miserable business to be in. So like if you're a Legion agency, don't work with the recruiting client. Now, now let me explain something. You know what is absolutely fucking tearing up right now is offshore talent placement. So it's still recruiting, but it's not like an expensive ass US employee. It's like helping someone get like a fifteen hundred dollar per month, fluent, English speaking, college educated, full time, fucking 40 hours per week person for 1500 dollars per month that they don't have to pay Social Security and medicare, Medicaid tax on. They can pay it with a fucking credit card. That's what people are buying now. And they're getting those people from Ukraine, Lebanon, the Philippines, not India. They tend to fucking suck. That's what they're doing. That's what people are buying right now. And that business is tearing up. Holy. People are buying the out of that dude. Now what does that, what does that tell you? It tells you that everything I spoke about today, the concept of selling low ticket, low price stuff is now making more money than high price stuff. It you will make but like in it almost, almost fucking everything across the board. You make fucking shit tons of money right now by just charging lower prices and doing low commitment stuff. Like holy fuck, it is so much easier to sell this shit right now. It's crazy. So if you don't listen to me, have fun staying fucking poor. But if you want to make a lot of money, you should definitely do what I'm talking about. Also if you're an agency owner or B2B company and you want help scaling up your business, maybe formulating your offer yourself and creating a lead generation strategy that actually works. You should go to the link in the description, clientess engine.com, put your stuff in their name, email, phone and I have a video there talking about the seven methods of client acquisition, how you can implement that into your business. You can actually start growing it. And a fucking profound amount of case studies. We can see examples of other people and what they did to grow their company inside client extension. That's it for me today. Click the link in the description and go watch this video if you're interested in seeing more content. That's it for me today. Peace. I love you.
