Everyone here has heard of the higher A players. What is an A player in? A player is someone who has agency. They are able to figure something out without direct instruction. Problem exist. I will solve the problem. There's a meme. It was like a picture of a meteor coming down to Earth, like it's going to destroy the planet. And the caption of the tweet was, what are you doing in this situation? And he, quote, tweets it, and he goes, I would simply handle the problem. And I'm like, you know, that's like, correct. I mean, obviously not for the meteor, but it's like, well, what if this catastrophic thing happened? I would simply handle the problem. People have an issue, and they just don't Google how to solve the problem. Simply type it into Google.
