People come into online business expecting to have overnight success, or learn just one thing and expect to build a business around it. There has to be, like, separation and focus of what's the skill set that you're going to build the business around. Because there's one thing to be said about learning a skill set, like cold email or Facebook ads or copywriting, and then a whole nother topic of conversation around building and operating a business. To become the person capable of doing that, I think you have to surround yourself with others that are doing that successfully. And then it's just trial and error of like, making your first hire cl, closing your first sales call, running your first ad campaign. Like, there's so many different things that go into it. There's learning curves at each different point in the process.
