I was doing a little research and I found this author named Holly Girth. G E R T H. I've heard of her. Yes, of course you have. I've heard an interview on another podcast. You're always. You're just always ahead. But she was fascinating. I actually listened to an interview, probably the same thing you listened to, probably. And she was talking about these things. She's done a lot of research on introverts and extroverts, and in that conversation, a lot stood out to me. But one thing I really took note of is that in her research, she said that introverts and extroverts actually experience happiness in different ways. This is so fascinating in marriage because you and your spouse could both be experiencing happiness and it look and feel completely different for each of you. And without a mutual understanding, you might think, well, you're not even happy about this because you're acting differently when really they're experiencing happiness the way that they're wired to do it.
