Dave Willis on Zechariah 4:6: peace doesn't come from your own strength or force, but from accepting that God is in control. Trying to muscle through life on willpower alone leaves you exhausted and empty.

Chapters

Zechariah, chapter 4, verse 6. It is not by force nor by strength, but by my spirit, says the Lord of Heaven's armies. I love it, guys. It's just a simple reminder that, you know, even though we like to live in this delusion that our strength, our ability, our will is building everything, that ultimately it's God who's in control. And I don't know about you, but there's real peace in that, you know, once we humbly just accept that God is God and we are not, it's so liberating. It's so freeing.
