Dr. David Oualaalou Live Q&A — Geopolitics & Your World…

Dr. David Oualaalou answers live questions on geopolitics, covering Trump's foreign aid cuts, Venezuela's revocation of Chevron's license, North Korea's nuclear expansion, and China's massive new military command center. He argues these stories are underreported and frames U.S. policy as financial leverage.

All right, hello everybody and welcome to Geopolitical Trends, where truth matters. Excited to be with you as always. So today we're going to be doing something different here, uh, I'm going to be answering, uh, your questions, the entire community that is. So I would appreciate if you can just ask one question at a time. So as, as a matter of fact, one question so everybody else will have an opportunity to ask a question. So, so I decided to be doing this, uh, oh, let me silence the, the computer here, uh, be doing this, uh, I'll see how this one goes. I'll do a few down the road and we'll see how it goes because I feel there are sometimes certain issues that you guys need to know a little bit about, and if the questions are not asked, those issues will never come to the forefront. I can only cover so much. And again, I don't follow the trends, you know. I cover what's important for you to understand. And this is the reason why I decided to do this one, uh, to try this one here. And we'll see and go from there. So now some housekeeping stuff for you guys quickly before I'll start reading your questions and answer. Uh, be on the lookout for my, uh, my, uh, uh analysis vid that I'm gonna be releasing soon on Sunday. I think Sunday, tomorrow, or Sunday, one of the others. So anyway, at 7 o'clock in the morning. So second thing is, uh, I plan on doing a video for you guys tomorrow, a live stream, but there are 3 topics. So I'm gonna put this in, in a survey later on, but for now I just want to give you a heads up. So the— as to the topics Uh, you guys would like me to cover the Trump decision to cancel, uh, foreign aid to 30 countries, but also the idea of forcing Jordan and Egypt to accept the Palestinians. Now that means the Arab leaders will have to bow to Mr. Trump. So, so that's the one of the topics I'm thinking about. Second one has to do with Latin America. There are two major developments right now. As a matter of fact, at this time of this, uh, live stream, the US envoy, uh, Richard, uh, Krennel, who is Trump's envoy to Venezuela, who's going to be meeting with Maduro to talk about whatever the issues that Trump wants to resolve for this. But there's much bigger issue into all this, and I had a chance to read an article by Alison Uh, uh, Federica. So the two main events that took place in Latin America has to do with one with the state of the declaration of state of emergency in Bogotá in Colombia, and second one has to do with Venezuela and specifically Chevron license to operate in Venezuela. So that's one of the topics. The third topic that I am considering is North Korea. So the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un, vow now to, uh, sort of, uh, boost the nuclear arsenal. And I remember, I think I did a short vid about it, but if you guys would like me to do a full detail video about it, I'd be happy to do, to do that. And the last topic that I am considering has to do with China. This is a major, major development. China is about to build a command center that is 10 times the size of the Pentagon. Yeah, let that sink in. 10 times the size of the Pentagon. So China is going to be working on building this ASAP. So I am hoping in my next trip to Asia I might make stop in this particular location and I'll see it with my own eyes. So Uh, anyway, those are the 4 topics. If— and I'm gonna put the survey for you, but feel free to voice your opinion in the chat box as to which one you would like me to cover, and I'll be happy to do this. So, so let me say hi quickly to our wonderful community. Uh, who is here? Taron TDC, good to see you. Uh, Fred Bar, good to see you. Willie Holman, as always. Lee Yang, good to see you. Uh, John Smith from New Zealand. Zakaria Benzil, good to see you. Truth Seeker, as always, good to see you. Taiwan Still, good to see you. Muhammad Mazhar, Bobby, good to see you. Uh, uh, who else is here? Thunderbolt, good to see you. Marco W, good to see you. Bob Godd, good to see you. And hello to you as well. Uh, Michael Cornett, good to see you. Uh, Jimmy C, GM NYC, New York City, that is. So 2100, good to see you. Peng Yu, good to see you. Volume X, good to see you guys. So all right, I'm gonna get in into the, uh, to read up the questions if there are questions there. Then we'll just, uh, we'll just take it and go from there. Kevin James, good to see you. Athene Wu, good to see you as well. Uh, Francis Tango, as always. So, all right guys, make sure you guys just write Q so I know it's a question, uh, and, and, and we just go, uh, uh, oh, Marco, Doctor, oh, you look preppy today. Well, I just, to me, it's always been about you dress appropriately for your audience. So that's my way of respect. That's, uh, yeah, I wore last time the hoodie, but that was different story for that. But so, so, you know, it's just out of respect for my community here, and, and that's just me, that's my personality. So, but thank you though, thank you for the comment, really appreciate you. All right, let me see any questions here, guys. And please, uh, because time is limited per se, uh, because I am here to answer questions. So I don't want to waste the time, and, uh, uh, just for you also to learn something from, from this. So, and we go from there. Uh, by the way, before I forget, I had a— I reached out to Carlza yesterday and he responded right away. Within literally 5 minutes, I get a response from him. So his YouTube channel is not being banned. So despite what's been rumored out there, uh, that's been hacked, but they are working on reinstalling it back. So he's working with Google regarding, you know, makes you just wonder why would they even do that? Why would they even bother? I don't know the details, but I got my own explanation. But anyway, yeah, he— you guys will see his channel soon, uh, back, uh, on, on, on the platform and, and just go from there. So All right, uh, a truth seeker, I just answered that one. So what happened to Carl's channel? Uh, YouTube deleted his channel. No, no, it didn't delete it. It wasn't deleted, it was just a hack. Uh, somebody hacked into his channel and they are working on restoring it. So, so I don't see any reason why would YouTube— yes, back then, things now have changed. Maybe, maybe not. If you noticed, compare today to 3 years ago, 4 years ago, how it used to be on YouTube. Things have changed, so maybe that is one of those, those aspects of it. So, all right, let me see if there is any question here. Uh, uh, I'm, I'm sorry, I cannot read this one here, so if anybody can, that would be great. So, but anyway, welcome to our community. Um, okay, uh I'm, I'm just looking, guys, in the screen, in the chat box to see your question there. So, oh yes, I'm, I'm aware of this, Kevin James. Yes, of course, uh, that's one of the rules. And I read that part about all this, including the drones. For example, you can't fly, uh, drones in China over Government buildings, whatever, you have to ask authorization or permission for that, and rightly so. I, uh, no, no, I, I am aware of the, of the laws of the country there, and, uh, and respect this one, of course, because that's their country, that's their laws. So, and I am just a visitor, so I will, I will respect that one. So, uh, all right, let's start with, uh, Thunderbolt question here. Uh, question, how are you doing, Doc? What do you think about the new Syrian government and its future? Very interesting topic. Uh, as a matter of fact, uh, one of the things you're going to be looking for in my next video that I'm going to be releasing has to do with this aspect of it. There's a lot of dynamics. So al-Zulani, uh, the, the terrorist that is now, uh, receiving, uh, sort of support by some Arab nations— as a matter of fact, Some Arab countries went ahead and sent congratulatory greetings to him for becoming now the Syrian president. This is not about that, because you know who's visiting now Syria is none other than Prince of Qatar, Al Thani. Why do you think he's going to Syria? Does he care for Syria? No. What they are concerned about is they don't want to see what happened in Syria replicated in their own countries. This is why some Arab countries now sending congratulatory greetings to the guy, you know, because remember how did al-Julani came to, to the scene? Because we provided support. It's not a secret, it's not classified if you know where to look for the information. It was the US that prompted the intelligence community, that prompted the group like the one that was under Jelani. So now, to the point that they don't even use his, uh, le nom de guerre, they use the term Jelani. So they are now concerned. They, Arab countries, are now worrying about, could we see this happening in our own? This is why the likes of Qatar is going to have to go right away and amend so that there will be no tensions with the groups, because that's what the fear in most Arab states or Muslim states that is in the Gulf and so forth. The, the, the same thing with the, uh, uh, Jordan. Why do you think Jordan worries now about what Trump said? It's not about the Palestinians, it's about the survival of the monarchy. And the king himself, King, uh, King Abdullah, he's been nothing but a puppet. And I, I, I don't shy away from saying this because, you know, you ask yourself, and the king, by the way, his wife is from Palestine. She's a Palestinian, uh, uh, of origin. So, uh, so now the idea that, uh, uh, Arab countries are now is going to be concerned that, uh, Al-Julani get the green light from the US. So now officially now he is like the president of the Transitional, uh, uh, Authority in the government in Syria. So basically is the president of Syria. So even in Russia Russia sent an envoy 2 days ago to have a conversation with Giuliani. And where the challenge is going to be for Russia is if Russia is put in a dilemma. And the dilemma is either you turn— you, Russia, in this case— turn over Assad to the new government, or you lose your military base or bases in Tartus and the other location within Syria. So Russia has to make some very difficult decisions to decide how to proceed with all this. But as to the Arabs, Arabs are— if you start to see in this kind of congratulatory greetings, that's nothing but to just make sure we are now on your side, so don't attack our country. That's the same what happened during the Arab Spring, you all remember. You know, uh, uh, started in Egypt, of course, when they toppled Hosni Mubarak. But of course, we the one who gave the green light later on to Sisi to take over after the democratic elections that took place. That's why Egyptians wanted Mohamed Morsi. We didn't like that outcome. Saudis didn't like that outcome. So the US and Saudi Arabia gave the green light to Sisi, who is like another puppet, which, by the way, President Trump already told him, you better accept the Palestinian refugees. And now he's saying, you know what he's saying? Sisi is saying publicly, oh, this is an injustice to remove people from the land. Well, wait a minute, why didn't you say this when the Israelis were bombing Gaza? This is what I'm saying. Arabs or Arab leaders, Muslims leader, whatever you want to call them, they say one thing and do another. You can't trust them. So, so the bottom line is, where the future of Syria— Syria is going to be carved out later on, mark my word on this, down the road, till either it goes back to what it was— and I'm not saying that Assad should return, that's not what I'm saying— is as far as the security and stability, because you got too many conflicting, conflicting agendas and too many players. And the Kurds is not going to go quietly about it. And we are going to once again take advantage of the Kurds. You will think the Kurds will learn the lesson. I remember when I spent some time in Kurdistan way back when I was still in Washington, and I had some conversation with some, and some of them still bitter about how we let them down. We used them basically. That's all it was. And I said, and I say straightforward, at that time I was talking to someone and I said, well, what did you expect? I mean, are you going to take the American government for its word? So that's, that's usually what I see it going. So, so I hope I answer, uh, uh, uh, your question for this one. So, all right, let me scroll down again for next question. And I'm going to be looking for the Q so I know it's Q. This way I won't waste time right away here. All right, let me see. Uh, all right, Hong Wong, good to see you as always. Dr. O, if banning TikTok, taking over TikTok is about national security, why hasn't the POTUS, uh, do anything about the Temu And Shen, yeah, good question. To those who do not know Temu or Shen, those are another platform like Amazon where you can buy stuff. I know people, uh, that purchase things from through Temu. They are inexpensive, you know. They are— of course, there are arguments, oh, this is just Chinese products now. Well, you want to buy high-end stuff, then go pay $500 for a pair of, uh, shoes or something. Versus buying it through Temu for a reasonably priced. You, you can find— I, I checked it out and I looked at some stuff that I'm gonna buy, uh, like for example certain aspects for, uh, my bathroom. For example, if I wanted to make some changes to it, so I saw some items there that are reasonably priced, $20, $30, $40, and, and to me that's affordable and I'm gonna go ahead and deliver it. So, so the thing about TikTok, like I always say, it wasn't about It's— it was never about national security. Or look no further than now the, uh, the— I don't know if you guys got a chance to listen to the hearings of, uh, Tulsi Gabbard, who's going to be now, uh, who has been appointed for— nominated for the position of the National Security— Director of the National Intelligence. That's the DNI, uh, that oversees all the intelligence community. And she disclosed openly in open hearing How much like the US government, especially the previous government of Biden, put her on a no-fly list. It's called the sky list, something like this. They put her on that list, you know, they targeting her. Why? Because she spoke out. And now she's saying the same thing about, for example, Syria. Don't be shocked to see what you're seeing because we are the one who funded these groups. We're the one who created that. So And same thing for TikTok. TikTok, it wasn't about national security. It was about ensuring the control by the US government. Because when you think— this is why you're seeing now Trump and evil Bill, they, they getting closer for whatever. I mean, are you going to trust evil Bill? Bill Gates, that is. The guy is evil, let alone what he's been doing in supporting, uh, the idea of the Israeli Defense Force with all the technical. And you all know the story of Bill, how he came to power to begin with. That, that program wasn't his. It was a, a mathematician professor, and Bill Gates somehow stole that from his roommate. And you all know the story for that. But my point, my point is, uh, Donald Trump is— President Trump is pushing for the sale, uh, part of the sale for TikTok by an American so they can— he can not only claim credit, but he might have a part of the pie. Because remember, President Trump thinks in terms of transactions. That's usually where it's, uh, so— and yeah, they're not gonna do anything to, uh, Timo or Chen. It's because it doesn't hold as much weight as it is for, uh, uh, Timo. And Chen is not gonna expose, for example, or allowed the opportunity for individuals to interact with each other, unlike what TikTok does or the Red Notes. So most Americans now are shocked to find out how China is through Red Notes. So, so this is where I see it going, uh, moving forward. So that, that's part of how I see it. Uh, Dart, you got a question there, Doc? Did you know, uh, Spain is part of BRICS? According to Trump, uh, no, no, and it's not part of— Trump misspoke, you know. I was laughing at that when I heard that. Trump doesn't know, uh, you know. Again, I have nothing against Trump, but again, I didn't vote for the guy, and I would not vote for anyone at this point, because when Trump came to power in 2016, that was the end of the process that we used to know here in America. It's because Trump was supposed to run as a third party. So when things didn't work out, because to run here you have to be affiliated with one country or another, but Trump was never a politician, does not have an understanding, and of, of what geopolitics is all about. So which means now once you get to power, you're gonna surrender with yourself with yes ma'am, yes sir people. So because none of them is going to be have the gut to say, sir, you are wrong on this assessment, because they get fired. Well, if that is what you, if if you are after political career, then yeah, take the position. But if you are after doing the right thing, then you take stand. So, so when he mentioned there was Spain and BRICS, he had no clue about what he was talking. I think he just, he didn't know. So what do you do? You forget. But has nothing to do as far as BRICS be— as Spain being part of BRICS. No, there is none of that. Even when you think about Italy, Italy end up pulling out of the PRI. Why? Because Italy was pressured. You know, Europeans are so weak. This is what I need you to know. Even the short video that I did yesterday about Denmark allocating $2 billion for defense, that's just— and you know what? And I didn't disclose that in the short video because it's a short, you only have one minute, you know.
You know what?
Denaming this after— denaming it after the Arctic Security Defense. They didn't even have the guts— Denmark in this case didn't have the guts to come forward and say this is in defense against Donald Trump's threat. So it is my belief, and I just put that out, uh, Denmark, Denmark won't be able to do anything. Denmark is gonna, uh, it's gonna cave in to the— there, there is no way. Look at a history, look at evidence in history. How many times Denmark had to bow. And the more recent one, I'll take you about 6 years ago or so when China launched some investments in Greenland and we pressured Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, the government that is, to pressure Greenland. And they did. So even Denmark didn't want to see Greenland improve with infrastructure and so forth. So, so I'm not going to hold my breath on Europeans doing the right thing. The Europeans are so weak. They, they've gone. Uh, now they're even talking about— I found out last night that, uh, AfD, the, the, the, the, the, the party in Germany that is now going to be banned. The parliament in Germany passed a law to ban that. Why? Because they don't want a party like that that, uh, acts on behalf of the citizens. So it's all about controlling the mass and the message. That's all it was about. So, so that's, that's the way I see that one. And it's not gonna, uh, uh, yeah, it's not gonna work for Europeans till they get rid of this, uh, uh, till they disclose, till they get rid of this, uh, incompetent leaders. And hopefully— so I am gonna be in Europe at some point, and I'll let you know when I am getting closer. And, and I'm gonna see where things are. And I have family in Europe, so I kind of know where to go and ask the key questions to find out what's going on. All right. Uh, let me start with, uh, oh yeah, question from you. Uh, why would China disclose its 10 times size the Pentagon command center? That's like showing, uh, bull eyes to the world. No, not necessarily. It's because that's, that's just part of the disclosure. It's like when China will go with some upgrades in the military, they'll disclose that in their budget. They're not going to disclose what they are upgrading, which is— it's right. Like, every country, do we disclose anything, anything about what we are developing or what we have? Because we do have some systems, uh, and I can tell you in general terms, some systems that the rest of the world have no idea about and the capabilities of the system. Those are some flying machines, you know, what they can do and where they can get in such a short time. But do we disclose that? No. China is the same. This kind of, uh, uh, uh, projects, you know, I don't see any— where are you gonna see the challenge now coming out of the, uh, the, the collective West and the intelligence communities and so forth is that now this center is gonna be like, this is where China is going to now direct all its wars and all that stuff. Well, it's going to be— yes, of course. What do you expect? What do we expect the Pentagon is for? The same thing. But China now is in possession. I've always said this. China now is in possession to— if it wants to flex its muscles, it has the right to do so. This is not about creating fear. This is not about dominance. This is not— it's about the reality of its status on the global stage. Simple as that. And this is where you see these tensions going on right now regarding, for example, TikTok, regarding this Deepseek now, regarding the other. And this is just the tip of the iceberg as to what— this is why the, the, the, the tech industry in the West, the military industry in the West are all shocked because now China is kind of flexing its muscle on the global stage. And it's about time for it. So, so that's how I see— I don't see it, uh, uh, some sort of nagging the West, whatever. China is moving on. It's moving on with what it needs. Uh, Doggy 5, uh, hi Doug, would you consider applying to the National University of Singapore so you can work with Professor Kishore? No, no, I, I, I don't know why I'm No, I didn't consider this because I didn't think about it. So, uh, so far, uh, my aim is to teach in China if I get that opportunity. And, uh, that doesn't mean I rule out the, the National University of Singapore. And yes, I am aware of Mr. Kishore. As a matter of fact, uh, uh, uh, I even extend an invitation one time to his office, but they never responded. And to me, that's a big no-no. You know, you know better than anybody else. So a courtesy email will be great. I can't make it, I'm sorry. I had it from some people that I request extend an invitation. They responded, I am sorry, I can't make it, I'm sick, or I have travel, or whatever. But to ignore that completely— now I'm not jumping to conclusions here, guys. The possibility that my email could have end up in a junk mail That's a possibility, but that's where it ends. And I kind of moved on. Life goes on. So, so the, the short answer is, uh, yeah, the possibility could be. I'll, I'll take a look at it. I'm gonna log in into this university website later on and see what the requirements are and, and so forth. And yeah, that would be an experience. But so far I am aiming at China because something attracts me to teach in, in Chinese university. Why? I don't know. I don't know, except that I have this strong feeling inside that I wanted to teach in China. And the education system, the discipline that exists in that system, it's very attractive to me. That's the way I look at it. So thank you for the question. Uh, Carol, what are your thoughts on the DRC? Do you think the West is trying to install a puppet? You all know what's going on in DRC, the Democratic Republic of Congo. There have been some major, major conflicts. We're talking about armed conflicts. And, and yes, my thinking is the Western intelligence agencies, and I know how these things work, uh, you know, I used to travel to, uh, Djibouti, I used to travel to, uh, Ivory Coast, so I'm very familiar with how these things work. Back then in the Sahel region. And I still have the— I always save this map for some reason, guys. The whole region here, I'm, I'm aware of our presence was there, uh, so is the Germans, so is the French, so is the, the British, uh, uh, China and Japan have a presence in Djibouti, but very minimal. And this one has to do with just transport, not a military one, uh, but, but yeah, what's going on in, in the DRC has to do with the presence of Western intelligence and to create more tensions in that, because some entities do not want to see Africa move forward. That's the bottom line to it. They don't want to see progress in that continent. And Africa, as I always say, has a lot going on for it. It has the natural resources, requirement elements for any development And it has the second most important ingredient, which is— can you guys type in, in the chat box what is the most second important ingredients in the development of a continent? Let me just see. I'm gonna just say it so I can move on. Human capital. Human capital. That is where you see, you're noticing, uh, uh Africa has that, and we are concerned about seeing now the Chinese investments getting bigger because countries in Africa are, are expanding economically. And like I always say, you only do it one way, and one way only is through economic prosperity. That's where you see developments, or economic development where you're going to see the prosperity, not through military conflicts. This is what you are seeing. So it'll be interesting to see now how, uh, Pres— President Trump is gonna move vis-à-vis Africa. But I can, I can only imagine. I can only imagine. So, uh, let's see. Rampal Sawan, good to see you as always. Uh, Dr. O, how, how did the national— the international community can stop Trump from exiling Palestinians from their land and prevent him from giving away to the West Bank. You know, uh, the international community is very weak. And when you say international community, who are you— what are you referring to? Are you referring to the UN? You know the UN is toothless. Are you referring to NATO? You know NATO is the US. Are you referring to the EU? You know the EU is a servant of the US. So who's left? Who's left? The Chinese? What Chinese? I don't see China getting involved, dragging itself into a conflict. Yeah, China can stop it, but we know the cost of that. And second, China will not do it because if China does that, that means it breaks with its promise of non-interference. That is why, you know, of course China is watching from the side, like, because it never get involved. So there's nothing's going to stop. And this is why you're seeing Trump forcing the Arab countries, especially Jordan and Egypt. And there is a reason— pardon me— there is a reason for that is because we give both countries foreign aid, both of them. Egypt gets about 2— if I am not mistaken, now we dropped to 1.7 billion. And, and, and Jordan used to get 1.4, and I think we dropped it to about 1 billion. $900 million, $1 billion, somewhere around that. So the old— and they've been getting this forever, you know. I've always said, why the heck we giving our tax dollars for? Because we wanted to buy them, and we bought them all this time. You have the presence of US military on the Jordanian ground that Jordanians have no clue that they exist. Same thing with Egypt. My unit, see that one there? First Cav, my unit used to rotate into Egypt from way back. That was the rotation between Kuwait and Egypt. I never been there on a military side. So, and this is where you see, uh, uh, how they're going to do it. Because also Trump is thinking in terms of real estate. Why do you think he wants to, uh, uh, clean up Gaza? Which is not right. You know, it's for real estate because it's adjacent to the water. So you can, you imagine hotels that overlook the water? It's real estate. And second, this will push Israel to move into West Bank, as it already is in Jenin and West Bank. You all see, this is why I said last time, the ceasefire, it's an illusion. It's an illusion. So, so the short answer around Pulse 1, there's no entity that can stop Arabs. Don't count on Arabs. Arabs are useless. They're not going to do anything. So, all right, next question. Uh, uh, Timeline Dunkley question: Will France defend Greenland? Because France president said he is sending troops over, uh, over there. Is that true? France, it's, uh, the France that we used to be. As one who has family in France, and as a matter of fact, I, I know quite a bit about the French government, uh, it's, uh, France the way used to be during the era, if you are old enough to know, during the time— we're not gonna go back to General de Gaulle, we're gonna go back to the era of François Mitterrand. Or even François Hollande to a degree. And before these two was Valéry Giscard d'Estaing. Those were really statesmen to a degree. At least they were thinking for France, for Europe, you know. Yes, François Mitterrand used to talk about the need for sort of having an independent voice from the US. But the transatlantic relations, when I say transatlantic, I'm referring to the US-EU relations. We are controlling that relationship. So now you have a clown like Macron. Macron, he was never a politician either, you know. It just, uh, so when Macron speaks like this, it's just to— this is for domestic consumption. And even if Macron will send troops, for what? What they going to do? The US will walk over them because we control Europe. This is the key that I need you guys to understand. No matter what you hear, till Europe freed itself from the shackles of the United States politically and militarily, nothing will change. And this is also why NATO is pushing so hard within countries to ensure that the population doesn't rise up, because that means rising up against democracy. It's not about that. It's about ensuring the control of the narrative. That's all it's about. So when France says we're gonna send troops to Greenland, it's nonsense. Because now you see what happened in the Sahel region after being kicked out of France. France is in for some major problems. I just spoke to the family and asked questions about where the economy is. Where things are headed in France. Not a good picture. I mean, now you have even like the, what's her name, the head of the foreign policy for the EU, even now pushing that narrative of Russia is defeated and we're going to have to carve out Russia. How delusional and how stupid, you know, because this is the type of leadership you have. So, so to me, I won't put much to it. Timeline, Dunkley, it just, it just works, no more, no less. So that's, that's what, uh, what it's going to be, no more or less. Francis Tango, oh, how are you, Doc? I'm doing good, I'm doing great. So thank you. Uh, uh, John Gillian Jones, good to see you as always and greatly appreciate your support. You know, was the Middle East ever part of Africa at one time? There is that argument. There is that argument that has been, because if you look at it geographically, I mean, you have to go way back in time. Uh, uh, there's— I've heard that argument before. And this is why to some, when they say, for example, Egyptians, you know, Egyptians are Africans or Middle Eastern? You know, even Middle East, you all know the term has been created by the West because because it used to be called West Asia. I disclosed both terms, but mainly I used the term Middle East in my writing, in my books about Middle East and so forth, because Western audience would not understand if you mention the term West Asia. So now I found myself, I need to be using that term more and more to raise awareness. That's all it's all about. So this is the whole idea of, of it, to ensure that the masses understand the need for why it is important to have these particular aspects of definition for the region, whatever that region is. No matter how you look at it, you have to understand it in these terms of, uh, of geography. And this is what a lot of people do not understand. So, uh, before I'll move forward to the next question, uh, I want to just, uh, share this, uh, with you for those who might be here for the first time, because I did put this on my X account. Uh, uh, for those who do not know that I do have an X account, uh, you can follow me there. And, uh, uh, for, for people who might not know, uh, because if this is their first time, uh, I would greatly appreciate if you can, uh, subscribe to the channel here, uh, so we can expand and have many, many people around the world listen and hear the truth like you do. So, so I'm gonna put the link also in the chat box, uh, for you guys so you'll have, you'll have easy because you can, you can click on it there instead of on the, uh, on as a banner because you won't be able to. So, and again, the reason I'm saying this is because the, uh, the analysis I provide you and, and the content that I provide you here, guys, it's very different from other places. And you are free to go and look anywhere you want. You're smart enough to realize or differentiate between what's factual, what's sensational. You, you're smart enough. That's all I can say about this. And since you are enjoying this kind of free episodes here, whatever, so your subscription to my channel will be a great support, and I thank you for that. All right, let me move on with questions here. All right, let me see another question. Uh, Truth Seeker: I read that Israel wants Syria to be part of Israel. Is that true? No, no, it's not true. Now, where the issue is, is that now this so-called new government is asking, uh, and the Lebanese also are asking Syria to leave the territory. But for the Syrian, for Zulani, Zulani won't— Zulani is a dead man walking because he's under the control of the US. So if he crosses the line, they'll take him out. Simple as that. Put a new one because he's dispensable. So, but for Israel to go ahead and, and, and take— no, no. Now it will be different for the Golan Heights. That's very, very— it's already taken over. The Golan Heights. But I don't see it going beyond that, at least to my understanding as one who covered, uh, uh, the, uh, the, uh, Middle East or West Asia. That is, I kind of have an understanding of how this is, uh, uh, evolving, uh, with time. So, uh, let me see another question from you here. West Asia is changing a lot, big, big, big time. So, uh, yeah, it's, it's changing a lot. So, uh, next question from Smart, you know, how do historical events like World War II and the US occupation shape Japan's view of the US as an ally today? What cultural factors contribute to this enduring partnership between the two nations? Well, first of all, the keyword you used there is enduring. Now, is it enduring because of a compatible and mutual interest, or is it enduring because of pressure? And I personally, and this is my opinion, I'll go with the latter, because Japan is in no position to dictate the terms. Look just what happened from the economic perspective. We imposed sanctions on a company that deals with steel. How can you go ahead and impose sanctions on your so-called ally? Second thing is, since we imposed that Japan would never have a military again after what took place with Pearl Harbor and so forth, it became to our— it fell under our dictate. What Japan's foreign policy ought to be. We didn't even want them to get closer to China, even though recently there is now this slight window that is now cracking open, some sort of glimpse of hope. I won't put my hopes on it. I won't put my hopes on it. So, and this is why you're seeing, you know, when the last, what's his name, Shinzo Abe, was, was, uh, was assassinated. Why do you think it was? Because he wanted to break free a little bit and he was not allowed to. So Japan is the same like South Korea, same like now Australia. New Zealand, I am still putting big question mark on. Philippines is, is, is gone. Philippines now, which, uh, I will be addressing, by the way, and I think in about a week and a half or so, I will be addressing a Philippines foreign policy for a specific reason that you need to know. But I'll share with you a few things because I don't want to get ahead of myself here. That's as far as what Marcos Jr., the president, is doing right now by just a sort of misleading the Filipino people. That is where the issue— and because the Philippines is under our thumb, Philippines has always been under our thumb. Only if you look at the history, when I say always, I'm referring to the era of Marcos Senior forward. So there are a lot of people were hoping that Marcos Junior will sort of, uh, uh, reverse that negative image of his family, but turns out to be not the case. So in the case of Japan, I just don't see anything changing in Japan's policy. And as a matter of fact, uh, soon you might end up hearing something very, very important regarding North Korea, but it's going to have to go through Japan because the aim for us, especially with the new Secretary of State, the warmonger, is because he aims at, uh, North Korea and also China through South China Sea. So who's going to be playing a role into all this? Who's going to be on the front line in case of a conflict? It will be the likes of Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines. Uh, next question. Uh, uh, John Gillia: Do the United States run Israel or the other way around? Is the other way around. Is the AIPAC, the American-Israeli Political Action Committee. Very, very, very, very, very, very powerful. As a matter of fact, most of the politicians in Congress are in the pocket of them. There is no, no other way around that. The only way around it is you have to, uh, rebuild the system. And you all know what I mean by that. That's like what I always say about How you end corruption. There is a way of ending corruption. If it were up to me, you know, but of course you can't just jump to conclusions without proper investigation and so forth because you're talking about somebody's life. That's the way. You can read between the lines. I'm not going to say the word here, but you know how I will deal with corruption. And that's the only way I see to end this massive— because we are massively corrupted, sad to say. But just to respond to that, Georgina, is the other way around. So I mean, look at what Trump is doing now. And as a matter of fact, Netanyahu is going to be in Washington on Tuesday. So what do you expect? So Uh, Dambisa Moyo, I, I see your point. And when I say, when I say has no political clue, I am not saying, you know, there are certain aspects that I agree with Trump on this. For example, you know, forcing European countries to put their share of the defense budget Why are we, why are we footing the bill, taxpayers? Because, uh, that's, that comes out of some, some, somebody's paycheck here, whether that somebody is a retiree through his Social Security, whether through Medicaid, whether some other whatever program might be. You know, there are certain things, but on the other hand, you have to understand, if Mr. Trump truly means what he says, well, if you are to say I'm going to create a peace, lasting peace between Arab Israelis, and you turn around and send the 1-ton bombs to Israel. What is that going to be for? You know, that just to me doesn't make any sense. Now you're going to say, yeah, you're going to deal with immigration. I am for that. You know, the country is a land of immigrants. We all are. You know, it has to be the proper Yes, it is something different than what the previous administration did. And I live in Texas, I know what's going on in the border because you got issues between the federal and the state. Why? Because the federal wanted to open the gate, just coming in. We in the state, the governor sent the National Guard and fighting the federal government because what the federal government is doing is wrong. So now I'm not saying you close the door completely for immigrants. That's not what I'm saying. But it has to be proper. You know, you have to go through the proper channels if we are to say we are a nation of laws. And second, when an immigrant comes over here with no paper illegally and end up drawing money from the, the, the U.S. coffers at the expense of the taxpayer, We got a problem with that. That's like me helping you. I'll help you the first day, I'll help you the second day, but third day I'm gonna say, listen man, you're gonna have to stand on your feet and make it happen or make it work because I am done helping you. It's like, again, it's like with your own kid. Why? Your kid, if you, if you cater to your kid forever, you're your kid is now 20 years old and you still cater to your kid, well, your kid will never learn because he will— or he or she will always depend because you created that environment instead of by the time you reach certain age and you say, listen, now you are an adult, now you are responsible for your life, now you're going to have to have a plan for your life, now you're going to have to go work and earn money and understand the value of that dollar Now you're going to have to manage your own finances. That means you're going to have to learn and grow up. Because here's the thing, anything we parents do for our kids after they turn 18, it's not because out of responsibility, it is out of love, no more, no less. But anything you do before that age, 18, it's out of responsibility. And that's the same argument I would make. So I see your point. I really see your point. And I'm not saying it's just Mr. Trump is not— Mr. Trump will not want people to challenge him when he is wrong. And that's not a good sign for a good leader. So you can be reacting to the population's emotions, and that's where you drive your policy from. That is not a good one. So But I respect your opinion and thank you for sharing that one. Uh, uh, Joan Ramos, what is your impression of the AfD German political party? Uh, to me it's, it's, you know, and again, I am not a far right, I'm not a far left, I am not whatever. I am in the middle of the road and I assess policies based on their merit, no more, no less. To me, they make sense for the German people. I'm not a German. I have family lives in Germany. They are German. They were born and, uh, uh, uh, they are in Germany for forever. And, and, and that's their decision. But at least for the policies they are, uh, sort of, uh, uh, uh, uh, campaigning on, on the platform of, they don't want to keep sending their financial aid to Ukraine. Isn't that logical? With the massive corruption that exists in Ukraine? I mean, look for us how we send over $200 billion plan, you know, why? And now the government today, Mr. Trump, is forced to shut down certain programs. Well, if an average citizen depends on that program because there's no money, you're going to be printing? How much can we print? We already sank in debt. At the same time, China posted the surplus. We posted more debt by about $100— by about $1 trillion added to the deficit. So we are now across $34 trillion in national debt. So AfD wants to put the, the welfare of the German citizens first. So you blame them for that?
No.
The second thing, they don't want this NATO stuff. Do you blame them for that? But again, it's up to the Germans. And that's my thing about my impression on them, is that they just want what's best for their, uh, their country. Now, uh, you, you, you classify them under any ideology you feel comfortable with based on your understanding. For me, I see them as being sort of realistic with what's going on. That's, uh That's my opinion. All right, let me see another question. Uh, Hongwan, Trump and Elon claimed they will be able to land something or send someone to Mars by 2028. Your thoughts? No, no, no, no, no, no. You know, sometimes, uh, when you dream, you have to be realistic about your dreams. I know Mr. Elon Musk is always dreaming of taking humanity to Mars. Well, what can you do in Mars, uh, that you can't do here? As far as, uh, uh, what I'm referring to, guys, I'm referring to the conflicts and tensions and all that stuff. Do you think it would be any better there than over here? No. Then who's gonna end up going anyway? And that becomes very another conversation, let alone the cost of it. The cost, it's astronomical for us to get to, uh, because our technology is so primitive in comparison to what's out there. It's the reality. I just don't see that. It would be nice, but again, I'd rather fix what's need to be fixed here first before you go. And because we're only going to create more problems there. That, that's the way I see it. That's the way I see it. Uh, uh, Doggy, why do you think Singapore managed to resist US pressure and stay in the BRI even though it's much smaller than the European countries, but also it's more strategic than the European countries? Yes, Europe is always strategic to the US, but Singapore is even more strategic than you can even imagine. Excuse me. And the reason being is because, uh, uh, I don't know if I have a map here just to show, uh, I might, maybe Maybe let's just put Malacca. Yeah, I have one right here. Just look at the map of where Singapore is and why is that strategic and important to the US. No. So of course we're going to not like what they might end up doing, but do we have a choice? And this is why some countries that take a, take a stand and go for it, you know, because for us is that we're playing on the fear. This is what Mr. Trump is saying now to Jordan and Egypt, but also because they are under our thumb because of the financial aid. Yeah, like I mentioned in my book when I wrote the book about— I think when I wrote the book about the— if I recall where I wrote it, in the Saudi book when I addressed Egypt. And right after the death of Hosni Mubarak, a massive amount of money was found in Switzerland under his account. Where that money came from? So the aid we've been given. So this is what we play on those countries. And that's why in the case of Singapore is slightly different, you know. And Singapore is not your average country either. I heard Never been there, but I heard it's very, very expensive. So the standard of living is way up, which means what? It must be doing something far better than other countries in, in, in, uh, in Europe or in a region or what have you. So, so this is why, uh, as far as pressuring them regarding BRI, no, it's, uh, Singapore is going to do what's good for Singapore. So whether we like it or not. They're going to move forward because we need them more than they need us because of the geography. So, and of course, there are those who've been asking questions, uh, is, is Singapore doing the right thing? That's, uh, Singapore— one thing that I am convinced about, Singapore is realizing where the trend is headed economically speaking, and they're not going to want to be left, left behind. So, so let me, let me just say quickly thank you to Amien, uh, for your Super Sticker. Truly appreciate you, man. And the second one is for P for, uh, being a member. And I know P has been with me here for a long, long time. Thank you very much. Why is the US continuing with Quad? They seem to want war with China. India instead wants technology transfer. I think neither will get anything at all. That's a good way of looking at it. Yeah, yeah, look no further than, uh, uh, I think I had it on, uh, let me see if I can get it for you guys. Uh, oh yeah, I do. And actually, I get it from, uh, Carlza. I, I give credit to Carl because I follow Carl, and usually when things posted, I get a chance to look at them first because they just pop up on my, uh, on my feed. So, so take a listen to this one here. Just, just check this out. Very interesting. All right, let me play it for you guys and you can go into startups.
Sam, can you just go into, go into startups I mean, as you know, we've got a very vibrant startup ecosystem in India specifically focused on AI. Are there spaces where you see, let's say, a startup from India building— you know, you can build on the models, you know, be it ChatGPT and many others. But if you want to build foundational models, how should we think about that? Where is it that a team from India, you know, 3 super smart engineers with, you know, not 100 million, but let's say 10 million, could actually build something truly substantial? Look, the way this works is we're going to tell you it's totally hopeless to compete with us.
So that is where the, uh, the idea of just to understand, to tie it to this quad aspects of it. So what it is Okay, what was the picture? There we go. Sorry, I clicked on the wrong button here. So the idea that Sam Altman, you know, when they say, well, it's pretty hopeless to compete against the US. No, no, that's a lie and that's wrong because DeepSeq just proved that. Now, it doesn't matter how you look at it. They proved that now you can compete against the US and you will succeed. And we just proved, they just proved it. So that's to me where, so this Quad aspects of it, just to go back to your question, Pardah, the Quad is aimed at one thing, of course, is aimed at keeping the momentum going regarding the tensions in South China Sea. Why? Because the objective is not to go in a war with China. We know it's not gonna bode well for the Americans or for the region for that matter, but rather to slow down the progress of China. That's what I'm saying. This deep-sea thing, it's nothing but an ice— it's a tip of the iceberg. So that, that's the way I see it. So how you're going to end up fomenting this or pushing forward is by using countries like India, like Japan, like Australia, like Philippines— like, even though Philippines is not part of the Quad, you guys get my point. That is the reason why you are noticing that. So, and, uh, I do not, uh, have good vibes about what lies ahead, especially now with this, uh, uh, the idiot narco Arroyo as a secretary. He's a warmonger. He's been aiming at two. If you go back in a record, you go back to the Senate hearings because he was in a Foreign Relations Committee and I used to listen to those. If always you track the record, you'll see North Korea, China has always been in Russia to a degree from his perspective. But all this is guided by whom? By the supporters, the one who funded his political career, the lobbyist, the defense contractors, and so forth. So, uh, Rafael, thank you so much for your super sticker. You, you wrote, the chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank came out yesterday to Dr. Trump, I am not here to please you. Why he's not news here in the US. Yes, I was aware of that. I was aware of that. What you can expect now is friction that's going to exist, but this is how it works. The system here is, is, is, is corrupted. I don't know how else to explain it. There's nobody— now, even the Fed chairman himself, uh, Powell, you know, is he doing what's right by the Americans? No, no. Well, why would he care? The guy is a millionaire. Why would he care? No, no. But, but the idea that just to highlight to you where that tension that exists between, uh, uh, Trump and somebody like, uh, the Federal Reserve, which by the way, there is nothing federal about it. Just to guys let you know, there is nothing federal about it. So it's just the way it's, it's going to be. So, uh, Army with Harmony, uh, question: will Trump follow through on his tariff threats? Yes, he will, unless there is a pushback. And as a matter of fact, the pushback came back this morning from Europe. Europe now is going to follow the same footprints of Canada and Mexico. And what are those two countries doing? They are retaliating with tariffs as well. So could Mr. Trump back down? If he backs down, he proved that he's just talks, you know. If he moves forward, that's gonna just— the American citizen will end up paying the price. But again, will American citizens understand these dynamics, or they will be sucked in into this language of nationalism. And because that's what Mr. Trump is all about, because you have to incite the base. That's what it is. So is it different than the previous administration? That's for sure. I'm not denying that. But is it different in a good way or a bad way? Well, we are starting to see the reason why also the stock market went down, not because of just Deep State, but also because of the failed policies. You know, that now you can't just sign an executive order and assume everything. And that's why I'm convinced our system needs a revamp, needs a major overhaul. Everything has to— you tear it down and rebuild. Otherwise, we're not gonna— it's not gonna work. So that, that's just not gonna work, and that's the way I see it moving forward. So let's hope. Let me see, uh, what time is it now? Or still, I'll do, I'll do 2 more questions, guys. Uh, uh, Gen City Media, is, uh, is NATO dead as an organization? Well, it is. It is that, it has been that, you know, despite the expansion, despite, you know, truly, truly ask yourself, just ask yourself this question. What is truly the mission of NATO as of today? As of the last, as of last year, as of last 4 years, as of last 10 years, what is truly the mission of NATO? None. What they're gonna have you believe is that it promotes global security. Global security for whom and on whose behalf? And what security are we talking about? So NATO ceased to exist the moment the Soviet Union collapsed. That was the whole reason for why it was established to begin with. So Now it's just a matter of, of, of, it's just a matter of, of time. And with Trump, and even Trump, what's he going to do, force those countries? No. What if they say no? You're going to kick them out of NATO? Maybe, maybe not. So it's just like, I always categorize it as a relic of the past. So when you have something relic, what do you do with it in your house?
Comes.
You just put it on the shelf or some— stays there forever, you know, collecting dust. If you don't clean it up, it will be dusty. So, so I'll, I'll, I will use the term, it is dead. Nairo is dead. Just, uh, okay, let me see. Uh-oh, I saw this comment, P. I'm gonna share it with the community here. Uh, Prime Minister Modi already said this is not an era for war. Mr. Xi also masks India-China cooperation since Washington desperately needs a boogeyman even after Mr. Trump 2.0. Yeah, this is why you're seeing— and I even was thinking about, guys, uh, maybe I'll do a video for you. And again, I'll put this in a survey, then we'll decide whatever you guys want, because I like the community, I like your input into all this. The Ladakh, the border issue, so you tell me after all these years can be resolved unless there is intentional reasons why it is not resolved. So I mean, we all know what Mr. Modi has campaigned on coming to power for 12 years, 14 years ago. And matter of fact, I'm gonna reach out to Jayant Bhandari and have him come over the channel again to share his perspective. So, and he's honest about the assessments for India. So, so India and Mr. Trump, by the way, he's going to India. I was informed. So makes you just wonder. Army with Harmony, great episode, Dr. Walou. Really appreciate you doing it. Yeah, you're most welcome. And I figured I'm gonna see— I will move, we'll move forward. If this works out for everybody, I'll be doing this once a while. This is not on a weekly basis. I won't be able to do that because I have other stuff that I'm into. And I'm also having to figure out now with these universities in other China, because I have to— each one of them has its own procedure, as you know. And, and I— this, these things takes time and, and concentration and so forth. But I will like— I like to do this because that's part of learning. And, and yes, I do live streams. I, as I said, guys, this is why I really would like your support in ensuring to share this video or the channel with others and ask them to subscribe, because You are lucky to hear this. Others might not be, but if they don't know about the channel, you won't be able to. I won't be able to. I can only do so much by myself, and without your community, there will be nothing there. So, and you all know that. Uh, question, uh, how prepared is China if Russia collapses? To take back its territories? Well, first of all, Russia is not going to collapse. You only collapse if you have a weak military structure, if the infrastructure of your economy is so weak, if the social structure— even social, there's a lot— another word, there are a lot of internal tensions. That's the only way you're going to collapse. So I don't see Russia collapsing, but hypothetically, if this ever to happen, China will intervene in its own way to ensure that the collapse will be contained, doesn't expand beyond. Because this is the same argument I've always made about the tension in the North Korea, in the Korean Peninsula. China has concern about that. Russia has concern about that also. Of course, South Korea and the West, that's from a different perspective, but for China mainly has to do with the refugees. So China will have to think far ahead and plan ahead. So, so I am sure China has a plan in place regarding this scenario, except that I don't see it, uh, uh, happening, uh, I just don't see it happening. That's just my opinion. Rafael, you put in another super sticker, man. Thank you. Remember I said a long time ago, within 2 years NATO and the EU will be destroyed by Russia. After World War II, Russia stopped the industrialization of Germany. I vaguely, I'll admit it, vaguely that I remember you saying something like this one. So, but I won't be surprised. That's your thinking, the way you think. So, and I appreciate you sharing this one. Yeah, it's just, uh, it's the same thing that is going right now in Europe. Europe is being de-industrialized by the US, not by Russia. So, and, and we had a reason for that. We wanted that for a reason. So we wanted Europeans to completely depend on the US. This is how we— this is what we've been planning all along. Thus came the creation of the, uh, Ukraine. All right guys, I am going to stop right here. I want to— to those who wants to support my upcoming Asia trip, uh, this is the link for that one here. Uh, as, as again, I think in about a month month and a half to 2 months, I am gonna disclose the figure for, uh, what we need to— for the funding for all this. Of course, you are under no obligation. You don't want to support the channel, it's your decision. I can't, uh, get involved in that. It's just one thing for sure is that, uh, whatever I do, I do it for the community because it's the community involvements in it. So, and this trip, my Asia 2.0, once again it's because of the community. And there is a reason for this one that I am saying what I'm saying, and I want you to— I'm gonna share something with you here if you allow me, please. Uh, there are even those who are not here directly on the channel and are putting whatever they need to to do to support this channel. So I'm gonna share a screen with you just to highlight to you, uh, uh, to those who believe in what I offer, in what I present for you guys here. I truly want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Benny Benny. Now, Benny Benny, just check out here what he wrote on my ex, uh, account. And, uh, so I'm going to read it for you, for those who could not see. All right, please like, share, and subscribe, or support by PayPal or Buy Me a Coffee, or buy his books. Your help can go a long way to educate more people. And his Asian trip to Puno to assess the geopolitical trends It's vital that he travels to 3 to 5 countries soon, as I sense the urgency, because war could anytime break out in the South China Sea, and as well as the global financial system is tanking. I hope you get your 100,000 subscriber YouTube silver button soon. Have a great day, Dr. O and the community. Thanks. May our Creator protect you, keep you safe, and shower you all with abundance, always light and love. Namaste. So I was— I'll admit it, guys, I was, I was very touched, very, very, very touched by somebody like that. So again, your decision, not mine, and, uh, you decide should you want to support the trip or not. Your prerogative. So anyway, I'm very, very grateful. Uh, I'm gonna put a survey for you this afternoon regarding those topics. Uh, if, if I get the answer, uh, soon, within the next 4 hours, then I'm gonna go ahead and put the stuff together for tomorrow. I'll do it tomorrow. If I don't, then we'll, we'll keep it till the beginning of next week. So in the meantime, if I don't see you tomorrow, I wish you a good weekend, safe and good weekend, and enjoy it. And I'll tell— till I see you next week. Okay, as always, remember, geopolitics impacts your daily life in more ways than one. Till next time, guys.
Bye.
