All right, hello everybody and welcome to Geopolitical Trends, where truth matters. Excited to be with you on this weekend. This is no geopolitical conversation today, we're just gonna, you know, have, have some conversation, talk about whatever we want to talk about. But first, I wanna— I made the coffee, actually I made the recording and I am waiting for it to be sent to my email so I share it with you because I prepared this coffee in your honor. Not only for those who bought me coffee, so much coffee that I get caffeinated, but for everyone here, just the community. So I went ahead and made my own coffee the way I make it for me, and, and I wanted to share it with you. So to your honor, guys, cheers, as they say. Even though we can do it on a— with the beer, I don't drink usually, but I don't mind making exceptions. So All right, let me see who is here and say hi to everybody, then we'll get into a conversation. Uh, M Shane 99, good to see. Good afternoon, Dr. O. I am not able to attend the live, uh, broadcast, but I would love to hear about any astronomy topics you have found, as well as opinions on AI. Thank you. Yeah, that's something I can, uh, Believe it or not, I've been trying to figure out a way of how to reach out to Steven Greer. You guys know who— Dr. Greer, you call him Dr. Greer, uh, Dr. Pardon me, Dr. Greer. And if he ever answers, I'll be happy to have him here. But I also have some books somewhere in one of my, my boxes that has to do with astronomy and some pictures from deep space and all that. I'll be happy to share it with you. Yana, good to see you. UTU, super good to see you. Doctor, what type of doctor are you? Give a short explanation. I'm a philosophy doctor. I'm not an MD doctor, and my PhD, uh, was focused on public policy. That's the domain. But I had to talk to the institution, Walden University, where I get it from. I told them, if you want me to do my PhD dissertation in your institution, you you allow me to pick my own topic? And they said, whatever you want. So I end up focusing on international security. So, but it falls under— when you see my dissertation on the record, in public record, you're going to see it under public policy. But my focus is in international security, that is. So, Dennis, good to see you as always. Uh, uh, Hong Luong, as always, good to see you. Chanel, good morning to you. And I hope you made your coffee as well. So, and I really made a video for you guys, hopefully I'll get it. So, and Anders, good to see you. Hamad City, as always. Willie Holman, West Memphis, Arkansas. Kevin James, good morning to you. And thank you, Kevin, for your, uh, the comment where you explained, uh, to me the pronunciation of the general So thank you very much for that, truly appreciate you for that. Uh, and Q7E, hello to you, and I know who you are, so we go by that. And thank you for your support, Q7. Speaking of support, guys, uh, and, and, and I hope sometimes I might forget this or that. I, I truly want to say, you guys do not know, maybe you don't know, I don't know, whatever, behind the scenes a lot of people support the channel through Buy Me a Coffee, through Buy Me Tea. Sometimes I can't even remember everybody because the list is getting so long. And I just want to take this opportunity to, to express my gratitude and thanks for how grateful I am to have supporters such as yourself. Like I always say, and I believe in it, first of all, karma— do good in life, it will come back to you. And second, you pay things forward, you pay it forward no matter what. So that's usually my belief. I also take support— this opportunity to thank those who send me support through PayPal. And like I mentioned last time, there are— there's one individual particularly, uh, that asked stay anonymous, and I will respect his/her, uh, wish till I die, because that's how it is to me. That's how it works. You honor what people trust you with. The person trusted me not to disclose the name. I respect the honor. But that person, just to let you know, really sent some substantial donation. I was like, woke up that morning and I was like, wow. To me, it wasn't about the money or whatever. It was about the idea that there's still some good human beings out there. There are still human, good human beings out there. Not everybody is bad. So you might run to one here and there. We all run to some. We all run to those with negative energy, and you will know it. You will know it when you sense, do I need to deal with this person or just stay away? So, and you know, so, so I just want to take this opportunity also to say thank you to all those individuals. Timeline Dunkley, good to see you as always. Pom Pom Mom 2, that's an interesting screen name. The debate was worse than I expected. Which debate? Are you talking about the Uh, uh, uh, Biden and Trump. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it was. It's— no, I didn't watch it. I don't intend to watch that kind of stuff. It's because I know. As a matter of fact, today, guys, where is it? I have a— I just received the new publication from the Foreign Affairs. I do keep up with all that, and I wanted to show it to you. Still, I didn't even open it yet. So, and here's what it says at the bottom. I know, no geopolitics. I just want to highlight to you It says, does America need a new foreign policy? And that's exactly what I've been talking about all those past 5, 6 years. So anyway, uh, John Smith, good to see you. Karakulak, salam to you from Central Florida. I always enjoy Florida. You know, I used to go spend a lot of time in, uh, uh, geez, what is that city name? No, I drew a blank on it. Uh, we, we had a military installations there that I go— I used to go there a lot. That's where the F-35 Joint Strike Force is. So I spend a lot of time in, in, in Florida. So I always like it. So, okay, uh, one Casey, good to see you. Phil, as always. Uh, uh, Jimmy C2100, it's J All right, Jmnyc, uh, I, I take it that JM New York City 2100. So, uh, have you heard of Billy Carson? Of course I know who Billy Carson is. I read his biography. I am very aware of it. I would love to have him on a show here, guys, for you, you know, if he's willing. And I am gonna reach out. I never reached out to Billy Carson, I'll admit it. So, but I will do that at some point very, very soon. Uh, let me see if the, uh, video came up because I wanted to share the video with you, but I don't think so. It was delivered here, but I'll, I'll keep it for next time, uh, if ever. Let me see here, uh Let's— yeah, it's not here. No. So I was hoping the, the, uh, the recording that I just did will show up here, but, uh, let me see. Uh, no, no, it's not here. Let me hold on a second. Let me go check one thing to see. Ah, sorry guys, I had to go check on, on, on to see if that really, that, the recording did go through or not, but apparently it didn't. So anyway, no issues. We can always do this, uh, next time when I, uh, I'll deal with it later. All right. Hong Wan, question, Dr. O. As countries are more wealthier and technology is more advanced, why can't we spend that money in researching our oceans and seas? I think we know more about space than our oceans. That's true. There is a lot going on in the sea or undersea. I tell you a story— not a story, but a fact that got declassified for the Russian archives. Are you familiar? Are you guys familiar with the Lake Baikal? So if you are, just put yes or no in the chat box, please. Uh, Lake Baikal. Why is that important? Because there were some events that took place back, way, way back. That was about, uh, I think in the '80s, if I'm not mistaken. And it got classified at that time. So some of it got declassified. And that's when the, uh, the Russian, uh, Navy divers went to Lake Baikal. They were about, uh, 4 of them or 5, somewhere like that. So when they went deep, because one of— it's one of the deepest, uh, lake, uh, freshwater lake, and it's frozen, of course. And all of a sudden, they found themselves being watched by some, uh, entities, some beings of sorts. I did see the footage of it, and, uh, there is no way, there is no way that was— can be made up, whatever. I don't believe so. So it was real. But what the Navy divers made, the mistake they made, is they communicate among themselves to capture those beings, which was a wrong thing to do to begin with. Uh, the wrong being— the, the, the, the beings understood exactly what it is. So they rushed them up so quick to the surface. And you know what happened when you go up so fast? Your lungs, the capacity for oxygen and so forth. One of them died, two of them survived. Uh, two of them died, two of them survived, and I think those who survived were, uh, ordered not to disclose till the Russian government declassified that. So, so just to my point, the ocean stuff, yeah, there is a lot going on there. So, KL, good to see you from Singapore. Speaking of Singapore, guys, I want to share with you two comments that I received regarding, uh, You remember? And thank you for casting your vote on that to help me out understand that. When I did the survey about which country would you think I should teach at, you know, I know I will make the decision later on because that would be my responsibility, but your opinion matters to me and I wanted to have your feedback. And a lot of you said China. It was about 62% that says that. Well, here is— I want to share two opposite, uh, comments, and just to share it with you, one from Richard, uh, Cito1182. By the way, Richard, if you are watching this, thank you so much for your support. Truly appreciate. Richard is one of those behind the scenes that he just always, you know, support the channel with super stickers here. I mean, all the time. So I'm very grateful. Well, Richard wrote He said, and I quote, hi David, I will definitely advise, I'd like to see you go to China and have a chance to chat with her top officials, and if possible, with the top one of Xi Jinping himself. With your talents in teaching, it would be to your advantage to go to teach there, and you will not only live a great life but earn, and most important, to save more than you can ever do in the US with your talents. If China engages your work, both you and China will benefit and grow. End of quote. Thank you very much, Richard, for your advice here, and it's well spoken. And it's— of course, we'll take this under consideration, of course, when I get to that point of making the decision. So now there was another individual who wrote to me Uh, his name is Alan Kim 6441. He says, and I quote— this one is very, very long, so I'm gonna just go briefly if you allow me, guys. Uh, it says, hello Doc, uh, uh, hi Dr. O, I will recommend Singapore, and the reason being is one multinational, multiracial country could get loads of feedback, knowledge from individuals, students, expats, citizens from just one place. 2, geographically centralized. If you need more info, you just fly over to neighboring countries of your selection. This is true. Uh, communication— number 3, communication interaction-wise, everyone knows English besides other languages. Number 4, food and necessities are not a problem. Restaurants and food courts are everywhere. But here's the thing, I don't eat outside a lot. I like to cook my own food. But number 5, small country transportation is so convenient. Taxi, trains are at your doorstep, uh, is not definitely nearby where you stay. Number 6, uh, settling, clearing immigration legalities is a breeze. Number 7, medically— medical hospitals and clinics are convenient. And number 8, Singapore is very strict when it comes to fairness. Law and order, so it is safe. Interesting. Item 3 to 8 is mostly what I don't find as convenient in other countries of your teaching selection. Those countries are also great in other ways. I moved, stayed in, in ASEAN countries for my work. To summarize, Singapore is like a bowl of salad. Everything is in that bowl served by a top chef. Anyway, just my two cents worth, end of quote. Thank you so much for your— and I just wanted to share this with you, some, uh, because this is— your feedback matters to me. This is why sometimes, guys, I ask you when we do the during conversation live streams and all that stuff, I always ask your opinion. There are those some or sometimes somebody made a comment, well, why ask? It's like you don't get it. You don't get it. So anyway, uh, uh, so, uh, debate. But Andres, you said, I listened to the rerun of the debate but fell asleep. I don't blame you, man. I don't blame you. Yeah, there was nothing. I knew it, and I made decision ahead of time anyway. I don't intend to vote. I'm done. The system is so corrupted. So I don't shy away from saying it. Now, if there is an outsider running for office, maybe, why, why not? Uh, Stein, yeah, by the way, boycott— I did send her, Dr. Jill Stein, I did send her an email. I haven't heard back yet. So, uh, oh, Isabelle Melado Jensen, hi everyone from Copenhagen, Denmark. Let me show it to you guys so you all see it here. Good to see you, Isabel. I enjoyed my time back in Copenhagen when I went back in '87. I went over one more time, but it was just a short layover. I was coming from some other location and I had to make a layover there, but I did enjoy it. And, uh, uh, so it was, it was— it's sad to see what Scandinavians in general, not just Denmark, talking Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland They're all— and Iceland to a degree— they're all now going a different direction. It used to be when I was growing up and I used to travel a lot, I did the, the Interrail. For those who live in Europe, you know what I'm talking about. This is where you get the train ticket for whole Europe for a whole month. You know, it's like a rite of passage for all of us once you cross 18 years of age. So I get my backpack, I got my sleeping bag, and I got the Interrail, and I just got lost in Europe, I would sleep in the train stations, I was sleeping train between countries. It won't matter, just summer, it was safe, it was different environment. And when I made it to Helsinki, it was very different Scandinavian style lifestyle, is different than Southern Europe. Uh, and again, but things have changed over time and it's just, uh, it's just the way, the way it is. Uh, Managala Raj: David, how about Vermin Supreme? I, I'm not— I don't know what that is. Vermin Supreme, can you please elaborate more so I know what— so, so I can answer you right? No. Uh, GM NYC, uh, Dr. O, you got it right, I am in New York City. Yeah, that's what I thought. @NYC, New York City. This is a city, as you're aware, of crimes and migrants has become, oh, unlivable. I was there a few months ago. It pains me to see what has become of New York. I went to school in Pennsylvania. You're in New York, so you know how close Pennsylvania is. You know, a matter of just 2 or 3 hours and you are in New York City. And I used to go once a month on the weekend, I will go to Little Italy. You know, go to where Italian family restaurants there and, and eat me some pasta made by family there, business, uh, family business and so on. And I always looked forward to that trip to New York City. Yeah, beside the World Trade Center back then and all that stuff, those are touristy. You go to the heart of what New York City is all about. And recently, I mean, it just changed. It's sad to see what it becomes of, of New York City. And, uh, but that is a reflection for the whole country for that matter. So, so, uh, boycott— what you say, yeah, we must remove Blinken and Biden. Yeah, it's unqualified, unqualified. Brianna Olivia, hello to you as well. Timeline Dunkley, question, Dr. O, if I want to put a small business in China, will American government bother me? No, they shouldn't, you shouldn't have it. Now, as long as you don't work for the government Like for me now, because I am not in the government, I can go and teach in China if I want to, assuming an opportunity presents itself and the university is— there is a fit. When I was here in the US and I was gonna— I was teaching at Texas A&M, and again, it was a horrible experience. I found that that is not a good fit for me, and after 2 semesters I said, we're done, you know, I don't waste my time and talent in this. Let alone that I found out corruption is going on in that department of the political science. I mean, the whole university is corrupted. The whole university is corrupted. And I said, I don't want to be part of it, so I left. Now, as long as you don't work for the government, you can go and set up a business there. Is it possible to contact China companies from America? Yes, you can. There is no law that will prevent you from doing that. Assuming that you have something to offer, of course, some good product, whatever. And I'm sure Chinese companies will welcome if you got any good ideas, whatever. Yeah, why not? And it's worth it. Uh, why not? Time Dunkley, if you are thinking like that, that tells me a lot. It tells me you are step ahead of other Americans because you are aware of what's coming. So it makes more sense. I never argue. Now you see why back in the '90s I wanted to embark on learning Chinese when the Pentagon called me. Oh, Mr. O, we want you to be this and that. And, and, and it just— it was my mistake. I don't blame anybody else. I don't shy away from taking full responsibility. I should have stuck to my guns to saying, sure, if you want me serve here, let me go learn Chinese. I didn't. It's because when I did a test I had a battery of tests from the Pentagon, and I sort of scored so high to the point that I passed so many things, which means I saved the Pentagon so much money. But I wish I would have— but, and the reason why, the reason I'm sharing this with you is because back then I saw where things coming. I knew that East is gonna be the next hub for the global economy. I knew back then that China, it's just a matter of time. Before the ascent to the hierarchy of the global order. And here we are. So, so, but I don't blame anybody but myself, and it's never too late to learn, but I gotta be realistic about the expectations. Uh, Patrick Real Estate: Dr. O, you should invite Ahmed Kabalo, the founder of African Stream, to discuss Kenya, Sudan, and other African topics. Look him up. He has been on TRT. Uh, TRT, I'm not familiar with the TRT. RT, I'm familiar with RT, another news network. Yeah, I'll check him out, Pat. Why not? I will do that. I will do that. Uh, Muhammad Mazharuddin, good to see you as always. Uh, let me see who else here. Uh, Okay, the question: Phil, could you broadcast your classroom courses in the future? I tried this one, remember when I tried them with that? It won't work, it won't work, guys, because the setting is different. The setting is different. Now if I do that, I will have to do it in form of one presentation. In addition to that, it's time consuming because I have to figure out how to do this and, uh Uh, and that's not easy. This is not about just being alive. I know one university always ask me to do presentations for them, even 1 hour a week, just to— but I couldn't, my— because my schedule, whatever. But it's something I will, I will consider. But if I do it in a classroom courses, that will be different than what we do in a live stream. What I do in live stream for you guys, it's just brief information about geography, history and a brief analysis. And if I do the courses, courses will be specifically for that particular, uh, then I have to have the, uh, the platform where to host that. Can do them on, on, on, on, uh, on YouTube. I have to do them on Zoom. Zoom doesn't allow more than, than I think 30 minutes. Uh, 30 minutes you can do a class. So, so I'll give it some thought, Phil, and we just see how it, how it works. Uh, who else? Who else? Let me just see some Muslim Revert, good to see you. Uh, okay, uh, Mangala Raj Vermin Supreme is running for president. His promises free pennies for all Americans. Ah no, no, no, no, no, no, there's nothing free in America, I'll tell you this. There's nothing free in America, and most politicians lie. They're liars. This is why I believe, for example, you all know where I stand on the punishment for corruption, right? I'm not gonna say— as a matter of fact, I don't give a damn. I'm gonna say it here: hang them. Because by the way, guys, I need you to help me with one answer. I need to know, when you watch this video, do you see any commercial in it like we did once before? Can you please yes or no? There is a reason for that. I need to know if, if, if you do see commercials running through this video when I do the, the community conversation. Just please yes or no, because I need to know. No. Okay, perfect. And the reason why, because I demonetized this video so we can say whatever I want, so I'm going to say it. I believe in death penalty in, in this case of corruption and major crimes. Oh, I better plug the computer. Yeah, and this is why, this is why I did that video for you about the two generals in China, just to highlight to you the discrepancy that exists between our system and the Chinese. And you admire the Chinese, and I'm not applauding. What, uh, what's right, it's right. There is no other way of saying it. I wish we have a system like this where we can hold our politician accountable. And if they found that they are got involved in corrupt— in corruption, you hang them. And I will hang them right there in front of Congress. You know, I know I will be labeled— if I am to talk this on an American network, I will be labeled as inhumane. That's what they're going to label me. But I don't care. I don't care. You know why? Because it's the right thing to do. So when you are in that position, you are entrusted with the responsibility of serving the people. We don't have that notion exist here anymore. But again, the system— here is what most Americans do not know. I know sometimes I write in, uh, when I do live, I say, well, the system is corrupted, is broken, you know. Yes, it is broken, but I know well that the system was set up that way from the get-go. The founding fathers, whatever, respect, whatever, they still had to look for their own interest, not the interest of the people. So the system has been set up that way from back then. Average American have no idea. They have no idea. So, so they don't understand. They don't understand. So, uh Uh, Muslim Revert, Scandinavia too cold? No, here is one thing I tell you, and I did share this with you earlier. I've been taking cold showers year-round, doesn't matter winter or not, for the last now 8 years, almost 10 years now. So yeah, so I'm not saying you go in t-shirts in -15 degrees, that would be ridiculous. But there is one thing that if you train your body— and I can give you a tip, guys, if you ever wanted to get on it and start to— you will see the difference. There are two things that I do, you know. Cold water is one of them, and second is special type of vitamins that I take. I know some of you make comments about, well, where do you get this energy from, and all that stuff. Well, that's the reason why, in addition to how I eat. I sleep enough. Less stress, less negative energy, and so forth. But here's the thing about cold water. When you go take a shower, good job, you, you, I mean, you're gonna shiver a little bit. Try to focus, okay? And start take a deep breath, very deep. You train your body with, with breathing to the point that you'll be— it become the— it's gonna take time. If I am to guess, it will take you about 3 months. Then your body will adjust because your breathing will become a little bit slightly different from where it used to be. And cold water, the moment you get under the cold, you're not going to feel that shiver, whatever, and you breathe. That's the key. If you learn how to control your breathing, deep breath, when you are in the cold shower, over time it'll become the norm. To the point now, for me personally, in the winter, and it gets, it gets cold here, it gets minus 15 last time here, and I got up in the morning, 6 in the morning, right into the cold shower. So the body gets used to it, that's all. So, but yeah, it is cold in Scandinavians. So, uh, oh, TRT is Turkish. Thank you very much, Kara Kulaç. I didn't know that. I did not know that. Thank you for sharing that. Uh, all right, Muslim Revert, I would love to live in China. If China is changing It's a fact. We don't want to admit it, we don't want to accept it, but it's a reality. It's— it's— I saw this coming from way back, and, and it is what it is. So, so let me share— I want to share with you some pictures. I know Army with Harmony is not here. He's the one who always ask about the Mustang. So let me share, uh, a picture with you about, uh Where is it? Right there. Uh, because I, I got up early this morning and I had to go do some work, uh, on, on the backyard, and I had to go water the front and all that stuff. But one of the things also I had to do is I always do the cars on weekend just to get, get away from geopolitics, global affairs, and so forth, because it's tiring. Uh, so, and I took some pictures and I wanted to share them with you. I'm just thinking about it right now. Now what you're looking at, you're looking at the assembly for the cold air intake. This is what you put in a car, not every car, usually it's known for Mustang. You can put this one. So, and that's just an idea for now, haven't decided yet. I also had to go and clean up the, the engine So I, I hand clean it, uh, to keep it— because, you know, with the dust, the dirt, and all that stuff, a lot of people do not take good care of their cars. That's why they end up not lasting. And I've always, since I, I had so many cars, I've always, when I decide to sell them back or trade in a car, whatever, I always get a good value for it because of how clean and, and because I maintain. Maintenance is very, very, very important. So, so I went ahead and cleaned up, uh, the engine. And now this is what I'm gonna be doing. Next step is I'm gonna put brand new, uh, struts and, and shocks on that. The, the tie rods, I already did that, and the arms, arm controls. So I'm gonna put this, uh, because remember I bought the Mustang very old, a little bit, and I'm gonna be working on, on this stuff that just to me to get away from all this, because he can't be doing this every day. I do it enough 6 days a week just to keep up with the information and all that stuff. And that is part of, of what I do on weekends. And now I do have another picture of, uh, something else. I don't know if I, if I got it or not. Uh, maybe not. No, I didn't get it. Oh yeah, I still have some. Let me, let me go back. Sorry, share screen. This one here. Yeah, there were two other pictures. One, one that's usually, as I said, when I clean the car and organized and all that stuff. And this one, that's Michael, that's my son. I, I took him overshooting, uh, a few days ago. That's an AR-15, the equivalency of M16 with the scope and everything. So because I want him to get a little comfortable with weapon and know how to handle a weapon and so forth. So, and I was like, okay, well, you look over here, but take your finger off the trigger. So, so it was, it was fun. He, he enjoyed, he enjoyed shooting and, and that stuff. So I take him once a while because he's only— so he can have a You can't own a gun yet till 21. Uh, the other picture, I don't know, I don't have it here. It was the potatoes from the garden. I got a lot of potatoes. I'm gonna make for dinner tonight with steak. That's no bread. When you guys— FYI, when you eat meat— FYI, when you eat meat, stay away from having bread with it. No, you either eat meat by itself, or when I say meat, with, with a veggie of sort. Potato will be good, asparagus will be good. You have to eat— stay away from starch with meat, not a good idea. So, and, and speaking of eating, guys, uh, take good care of your health, you know, and that starts with what you eat. For us here, if you are an American, you know what I'm talking about. You know how the food outside is, you know, it's poison basically. That is the reason why I have— I cut down about 95% from eating outside completely. Because what do you expect? A restaurant is going to give you a grass-fed steak? There is no way. There is no way. So even McDonald's now is giving some, uh, uh, uh, sort of reducing the prices, whatever. People are getting sick. People eating the stuff and getting sick. They don't know what they're eating. McDonald's, the Burger King, the Kentucky Fried Chicken, the, the, the Cane's, all those stuff. It's, it's, uh, speaking of, of, uh, what, what, for those in the US, what is that place for chicken is well known, it's always packed, uh, Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A, always bad. A lot of people do not know that in that chicken they're making some chemical that will make you crave that kind of food. That's why you see people coming a lot. The lines is always long. When you start craving something, that's like cocaine or, or some sort of drugs. Even sugar here, we put sugar in everything. That's why when you go and buy food, and if, if you don't know what you're getting, you end up just consuming the amount of sugar that is— your body doesn't need all that. It doesn't need it. So, uh, and, and, and, and that is the whole reason for it. That is the whole reason for it, guys. Eat well. It will serve you. It will serve you well in the long term. Your health is worth a lot, you know. Like I always say, money comes and goes, material stuff comes and goes. Your health is what's going to last with you. So if you take good care of it, you should be fine. So, uh, Vishal Shanduri, you said no. Thank you very much. That's your answer to my question about the commercials and in this, because I demonetized this myself because this is my conversation with you. Ain't a right of me to put monetization on it. It's not right. So because I want to spend my time with you, it's not about money, uh, but also that gives me a freedom to say whatever I want to say. And what I wanted to say, look at it, for example, on this issue of food. Yeah, you guys, if you only know— and I worked in DC, I worked in Washington. When you work in Washington at the level I was in, and so deep inside you will get to know really why the system is so corrupted. Even the food industry is in bed with the government, you know. They pass in, uh, the lobbyist argue, you know, passing whatever. That's why a lot of people just consume, for example, soda. To those who drink Coca-Cola here in the US, you know, do you have any idea what you're drinking? And my advice to you, see this one here, guys? Even this water I will not use it from tap water. I don't drink tap water because I can't trust the government by saying, oh, the water is clean. And if you only— if you only know the amount of arsenic that exists in this, and you wonder why people getting sick, it's getting sick by design because the pharmaceutical industry, you need to have sick people. That's why hospitals are making billions of dollars charging whatever. Because the more you make people sick, the more they're gonna have to go see the doctor or whatever. But if you take matters into your own hand— start with what you eat, clean food. You don't have to be wealthy. Forget about those who saying, well, I don't have money. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no! If you know what to buy, simple as that. If you know what to eat, simple as that. I mean, you notice, love, here people, uh, in the US in their late 20s and getting some chronic diseases. I didn't hear that when I was at that age, you know. Because it's because of what they're eating outside. But also what they're eating outside is by design between the food industry and the government. That's why I said our system is corrupted to its core. By design. So, so that leaves you, you yourself, for making the choices. No, but the government ain't gonna do it for you. No one else would do it for you but you. So my advice to you guys, take good care of you, uh, uh, of your, uh, of your health. Is very, very important. Uh, Kevin James, have you contacted Andy Borham? No, I did not. So, uh, a New Zealander Shanghai resident and working in China for Shanghai Daily. No, I did not, and I will, because it just— I got so much during my day, uh, and I have certain list of where things are. For example, I'll give you just quick example what I'm going to be talking about Monday. Yes, I knew about it back then, but I decided not to because I have to reach out to my own sources per se and check and all that. And I am glad I didn't do it. Because I just got info last night about what's really going on. So, and I'm not gonna disclose all this now till we wait till, uh, on Monday, and I'll talk about that. Army with Harmony, here you are. I didn't just mention you about the Mustang, so later on you can go back and watch this stuff here. I, uh, uh, Muslim Revert, thank you so much. Honest people like Doc is very rare in this one, but there are still some good people out there. I really— it's because, I guess, just because the age where I'm at, you know, as you grow older, you start to think in terms of priorities, you know. What is my priority now? Oh, become a millionaire. Who gives a damn about that if I couldn't do a good by another human being? Doesn't matter who. And this is why I, I, I'm very grateful that things works out the way it works out, because now in this community I'm starting to really, when I'm by myself, just sitting thinking, and sometimes I find myself thinking about you all. And I mean it, I mean it when I say this, from, from the perspective is of here is someone I don't even know physically, personally, like kind of just know you through the air here. And, and yet you, you're giving up your time, sit down, listen to what I have to say. You, you have trust in me, you're supporting the channel, whatever. What that all that means, it's just the human nature, how some of us still good human being, they are good human being out there. And to me was one of those reasons for, okay, you acquired the PhD, you acquired the knowledge, so what? What you gonna do with it if you couldn't serve other people? Yeah, did I wish I had some people, and I'm gonna share it with you, uh, a good friend of mine passed away, very influential guy, very influential. And asked me, can you— do you want to run for Congress? I'll take care of everything. I said, no, no, I can't, I can't, because it's an institution I don't believe in. And second, to me, was the big concern was about hypothetically if I am to do it back then, the people who will voted for me, I won't be— I wouldn't be able to look at them if I betray them. And that I can live with. So I choose no, I don't. Second thing, I'm a private guy. I like my privacy, you know. I— it was enough when I worked in the government because of the type of security clearance that I had. It's not an average. There's— there are 4 other levels above top secret. Even those are classified themselves. So, and I have one of those because those ones will have to go through the executive order by the President of the United States and so forth. So, but it was just the idea, and I kind of like, ah, but again, it, it just because I'm, I'm a private by nature. I like my privacy. So I was thinking of running for Congress. No, because politics, politics, guys, can be noble. If only people do the right thing. But unfortunately, we are in a different time here. And this is why, again, I go back to that example of those two generals in China. I wish we had a system like that here. You know, I, I line them up in front of Congress and hang them. That's what I will do. I won't feel bad about it. It's because you have a choice, you have free will. You know, there are those who will say Oh, uh, uh, uh, I don't know how, God told me to do it. It's like what our politicians say, oh, God told me to go spread democracy in the Middle East. Nonsense. That's baloney. So you, you, you're gonna sell that argument to some, uh, schmuck who has no idea what's going on. The same thing. So, but, uh, so, so there are, there are some good people out there, Muslim Revert. And I'm sure of it. I run to some. I still remember, I'm gonna share personal story with you. I was one day in coming through Germany, coming through Africa, from Africa I had to make stop in Germany, and from Germany I had to make another stop in Poland before I would fly back home. And I stayed in this place, it's almost like a hotel but it was a family-owned, it's a nice place. I don't like commercial hotels and all that. But anyway, in the morning I had to get to the airport, and of course there was no bus, whatever. So the person asked for, uh, for Uber, you know. Well, the Uber guy doesn't take the credit card because it was in a foreign country for me and didn't work out. I had no money because I don't carry cash on me, and the manager of that hotel You know what he did? He went ahead and opened the door and gave me money. He said, "Yeah, this is for the—" And I said, "How will I—" He said, "Don't worry, you go." Do you think I will ever forget that guy? And I promised him that my next trip to your country, I will come and stay here and pay him back for what he did. He just, he doesn't know me. You know, I'm from a different culture, I'm from another country. He didn't care. You're a human being, that's all it is. And that's why I'm— my back— my, uh, my answer as to there are still some good people out there. I, and I wish there will be more of them in higher positions that will serve the people. That is my wish. That is my wish. So, all right, let me scroll down, uh, Let me scroll down. Uh, Phil, honesty is a rare commodity. Uh, yeah, yeah, but remember, remember also, we humans, we are known for fallacy. Otherwise it will be perfect, and there is no such thing. Human nature, remember all this. Yeah, some of us can fall. The question is How do you fight against that urge? For example, in this case of corruption, you know, you have the free will to say no, no, I'm not interested, thank you. Of course it will be something nudging you on your head. How can you pass on this amount of money, whatever, whatever? And that becomes, do you have a strong will to say no and move on with your life or not? So some fall short into that. That's, uh, so, so you— I see your point. Honesty is a rare commodity, uh, and unfortunately not everybody is capable. But, but, but remember guys, this doesn't happen overnight. You have to develop, you have to train your soul almost, you know. This has nothing to do with religion. I am not a religious guy, I tell you this straightforward, guys. I respect your religion, I respect your beliefs, I respect all that. It's just for me, I am not. It's because I don't, I don't intend for someone to tell me what's right or not. You will know it as you grow older. You develop that kind of sense of what's right and what's wrong. This is why your parents, you know, uh, raise you when you were itty-bitty. That's why we spend the largest portion of our time with your parents when we were growing up. Of course, yeah, you grow up, you get married, you have kids, and if you own whatever, but still you have already instilled those kind of values in you over time. And that becomes, uh, if you train your soul, you train your soul about no, this is not right, or this is what's need to be done, whatever. That, that's to me how, how it's, uh, honesty will be part of that as one. Uh, Chanel, our founding fathers owned the slaves. That's correct. Our founding fathers were thinking about their own interest. I still have the respect, but I also know based on what I read— I remember I used to teach government in college, and when I teach government, I go back to the beginning of the Constitution of the United States, how it all began. And I dig enough You know, this is what most Americans do not understand, that the Founding Fathers set up a system that benefits them. And when I say them, meaning back then in comparison to today. The only thing you have to change is time and setting, that's all. Back then they used to have horse and buggies, today we have planes and trains, that's all. But it's the same thing. They set up the system to be that way. Usually when I say in some— when I do live and you guys hear me sometimes saying it's a broken system, I am saying that to the average person who does not understand the depth of what America went through, what the founding fathers did, because he or she will only understand the basic. That's why I have to lower the sort of the language per se, because you can't talk academics to everybody. And this is why I warned you guys, my first book that I published was a pure academic. So, uh, it's, uh, but nonetheless, it's, it's to break it down. And this is where I found, uh, doing this through YouTube very rewarding for me, because I can break it down to an average person for him or her to understand the basics. So the Founding Fathers, they did have their own interest at heart. Yeah, it wasn't about the, the new colonies and all that stuff. So it's like with even with slavery. Slavery was about liberty and freedom? No, it was about the dollar. It was about money. It, it was about economics. So, uh, Boycott question: How do we rid ourselves of evil, which is unelected like Robert Kagan. Oh, we just tune off. Just don't, don't listen. Yeah, I mean, you can listen to that. On the other hand, if you don't listen, how would you learn? You have to listen. Do I agree with these people? No, I don't. But I have to read. That's why I saved all of them. I have to read and see what they are saying, and, and that's how I develop my own thinking. As far as, you know, I'm right when I said few years ago, and as a matter of fact, one day, guys, I'm going to provide you a link where you can have access to all my articles for free, of course, for all my articles. I'll, I'll provide you a link for all that, and you can read. And even back then, I've been arguing about the need for— America has no foreign policy. America had no foreign policy for the last 30 or 40 years. And if you think 30 or 40 years, you know what I'm referring to here. So, so yeah, you're right, the likes of Robert Kagan and all that stuff. And that's why nowadays, if any so-called experts come on mainstream media, ain't worth listening to. Ain't worth listening to. So, uh, Uh, yeah, The Last Enforcer. Corruption is inevitable, but it is just baffling there's generally no mitigation in the US. Yeah, because it became legal through different means. Basically, corruption is legal in our system through different means, basically lobbying. That's because, well, how else would you call it? How else would you call it? Do you know why? This is why I've always been arguing about term limits for members of Congress. To me, I'll— to me, if it were up to me, I'll create an oversight. But the problem is oversight will have to be approved by Congress. Why? Because Congress has the power of the purse. In other words, they control the money. Do an oversight and go into the members of Congress themselves. How come you came to Congress 4 years ago with the salary of about $155,000 or $175,000, and all of a sudden you acquired $12 million, $20 million? Nancy Pelosi's net worth is $171 million. Just looked it up. Check it out. I was aware back then when I was in Washington, most members of Congress are millionaires. It was only one guy at that time. His account was about— yeah, that's how much access we had into his account— had about $960,000. The rest of them were millionaires. And it makes you just wonder, how did he acquire this money? You know, I'm okay with it if you came from money, more power to you. But to steal money from the taxpayer and just waste it, no, that ain't all right. But again, It's not the government, it's the people. People are allowing this. Till people stand up, nothing's going to change. Look what the Kenyans did. Even now they're reversing the bill. They want more than that, which is the right thing to do. Because if you only know, for Kenya, for example, or Nigeria, whatever, you know, those countries have some major resources, but they live in poverty. How come? So that's the, uh, red, red. I'm— yeah, I want to share this with you guys. Uh, uh, Redley Fox: Americans are too brainwashed by mainstream media and empty slogans like freedom and democracy. That is correct, spot on. Brainwashed is the right word. But again, that brainwashed policy or strategy, it's not new. The brainwashed policy started way back. When I say way back, you have to go back in history to the turn of the 20th century, 1901. Just if you go back and read about what, for example, Rockefeller wanted to have, and he stated, and it's on the record, you guys can look it up later, He stated that we don't want a nation of thinkers, we want a nation of laborers. You get the idea. So the thinking was from way back. Uh, Q7E: Dr. O, are you familiar with the Iceman Wim Hof? Of course, of course. No, no, I'm very familiar with him. I'm very familiar with him. No, I'm even familiar with the The experiment they did on him. Does anybody know the experiment they did on him, guys? Are you familiar? So they injected Ebola virus in him and his system, nothing happened because breathing is very, very crucial. That's how I developed that. Why now? I can't take a hot shower now. I just can't. I had to visit recently my buddy in Canada. Uh, I mean, you know, Canada gets cold, and, and when I want to take a shower, I just couldn't. And I was like, I can't, you know, it feels weird when, when hot shower gets on my skin. I feel weird. I have to have cold. And part of it is because I developed my breathing style. Uh, Muslim Revert, ban CNN and Fox News. Yeah, they all are. Here is the question, the problem with all this: when something is owned by a private entity, person, whatever that is— we all know CNN, who owns it. We all know Fox owns it. You know, they, they giving you the illusion that they are on the opposite end, but they, they make arrangements behind the scenes. It's the same approach to political parties here in the US, Democrats and Republicans, two evils. I don't shy away from saying it. I don't believe in any, because if you are to think about democracy truly, how come you only have two parties? And the thing is that the two-party thing has been in the process for the last 150 years by agreeing to control the political process. This is why a third party won't make it. They won't allow it. So, so where is democracy into all that? It's an illusion. I mean, I mean, think about it, guys. If Aristotle, Aristotle talked about it 2,000 years, and it is, it's an illusion. No, uh, Rampage 01, that's great, Duck. You are like Putin dipping in frozen water. Make your skin younger looking. That is true. But if I'm to do it, not because of that, I'm do it because of the health benefits of it. I am thinking about buying a barrel where I can, you know, I do it on my bathtub. I'm tall, the bathtub does— it's not for me. They don't make longer bathtub. So, so I'm thinking of buying a barrel where you can fill it up with water, and all you do is you get bottles of water, you know, this bottle of water, put them in the freezer and dump them there because you can't be buying ice every day. So just dump them there, it gets cold. But in, in the winter, I let the water in the bathtub— I, I, I, I block the water and then let it overnight. So in the morning, it's so cold, and that's where I get in. Of course, just not the whole body, of course, but I wish I can afford to have this big, uh, tub where you sink in and it Completely. Uh, but yeah, it's, it's very, very good for your body, and of course it's good for the skin. Uh, and, uh, but also remember, vitamins are very good also, and I do take a lot. I do take a lot. And those vitamins, by the way, it's not something you get over the counter. And maybe one day I'll share with you some stuff. I'll, I'll share them with you. So, but you have to know what you take in. And, and again, I am lucky because I have access to a certified nutritionist. Makes a big difference, big difference, who happens to be my wife. So, uh, uh, let me see, uh, Isabella, you put my son was an elite football player. Uh, they were forced to take ice bath when participate in tournaments. That's correct. I used to do it when I was doing track and field. I was a runner. I used to run, uh, my distance was 5,000 meters, uh, and it was anytime we will go for a run, and usually about 2 hours or so, come back to locker room, we will go into those tubs, uh, cold water, uh, uh, like, like jacuzzi of sort. But just cold water. And once you do that, literally you get out of that, you don't feel like you, you've been running for 2 hours. So, but again, that was the university, they had the funding for it, whatever. So you're right, in, in football, soccer, football, uh, Europe they call it football, here in US we call it soccer, uh, they do that. Muslim Revert, wow, I need hot water even in the summer. No, my— oh, brother, just start, start psyching yourself to change that. Because here is the thing, and I'm gonna share it with you guys. Hot water tends to— if you look at your skin, you know, this is what hot water does to your skin. Cold water does, you know, elastizes the, the skin. It's— I know it feels comfortable with the other. Just train your brain. Train your brain. It will take you about 3 months. In my, in my judgment, 3 months before you adjust to that. No, it's good to do hot tub, I'm not denying that, but if you do it, you might want to do sauna instead. I had a sauna here at home. I have a sauna and I have, uh, I have an ozone. I don't know if you guys familiar with those, but, and it was important. This is why in Scandinavian they do sauna on a regular basis. So I do ozone on a regular basis, which you breathe in ozone, which is very, very, very, very good and healthy for your body. So just train yourself for it and you'll see, you'll see the difference. Uh, Ramplers, my Mustang is my dream car, 1960s model. Oh yeah, that would be— as a matter of fact, those ones that will cost a lot. Used to be a place in, in Pennsylvania, because I lived in Pennsylvania, near the city where I was, and it's called Strasburg. Of course, there is a city in France called Strasbourg, but this one in Pennsylvania. And what is it known for is that at the— I think you remember, around May, the end of May, they always do a car show, the classic cars. And whoever has a classic car will bring it over for the purpose of selling it. And you won't believe it, there are some buyers coming from Europe, they pay cash for those kind of cars. Those people have money, they— it's just a hobby collecting old cars. So, so I can see your point in, in a 1960s Mustang, that, that would be something, uh, if, if you can get your hand on one, that would be, that would be good, that would be good. Uh, all right, let me see something else here. My coffee is cold. I can't believe that video is not— uh, bummer. I was really hoping to share it with you. So what I'll do is I'll, I'll work on it and save it for next time. So when we, when we do the community— and by the way, remember, remember to join me tonight, guys, at 7 o'clock with Carlza. He was kind enough because he know we do this every— at the end of every month. He was kind enough to say, no, I'm available, send me that. So, so I will be— I will be talking, uh, I'll be talking with him this afternoon. So, uh, Rampo, you said Dr. O, show us the car from the side view. Okay, I will do that. I'll do it next time. I do need to paint the back, but I don't want to paint it yet. Until I do the, the, uh, the shocks and struts. Okay, because I already bought the, uh, the, uh, the back bumper because I'm gonna put a new one. Then, uh, my neighbor who happens to work on cars— actually, the way you see the front car, guys, it was him who did that. Incredible. And I intend to take the car over to him and he will do that. So next time I'll take, I'll take pictures and, uh, And the thing is, my son doesn't know that I got that car for him, but he surprised me also by buying a car on his own with his own money. So, which I was, I was very surprised, proud of him to do that because he haggled for it. I do haggle, it's my nature, but he got a good deal on a car, 2019. He got a deal on it. So I didn't disclose that to him, so I'm gonna surprise him one day. He doesn't see where I put the cards and all that stuff. Uh, okay, uh, and yeah, uh, 1960. I'm gonna find out if I can get someone here in town that has 1960, uh, and, and, and I will, uh, I'll snap picture of it. Uh, Chanel, you wrote Dr. O Do you avoid dairy? Dairy, yes. I don't drink milk. Uh, I usually used to drink milk from the farm, and recently I stopped. But I buy milk, and what I do, I, I make my own yogurt. So, so I do, uh, remember, uh, when I buy, for example, even my cream for coffee, uh, that one will have to be 100%, uh, milk, which means fat. That skim milk, I know that's nothing but just water. Stay away from that, guys. Either take the fat— in general term, fat is not bad for you if you know what type of fat. I eat a lot of fat— butter, bacon, meat, uh, anything— walnuts, anything that has fat in it. But again, I buy the good quality stuff. That's, that's part of where that energy is, believe it or not. But again, when I eat meat, I buy the grass-fed, I buy the good cut. It's pricey a little bit, but your health is worth more. What would you prefer, to buy that or buy medication on a regular basis? Which, by the way, medication is poison, will, will, will kill you anyway. This is why you're seeing people with, with 6, 7 medications they have to take. No, because they give you more medication to depend on. If you know what to eat, you will be fine. You will be fine. So, uh, all right, uh, Phil Uh, yes, I do my own home, uh, yogurt at home. Why having meat? I think why having meat without bread? Because starch, you don't need meat, has already enough fat in it. When you add starch and starch, this is the key to your health. Why do you think you see some of us Americans get like a big belly and all that? What's that for? Or what is it from? That's nothing from sugar. And carbs, and carbs that include bread, pasta, all that. You don't need that. Your body doesn't need that. Try it. Try to go one week without bread at all. You'll struggle. Why? Because your body depends on it. But if you are able to do it, you're gonna start on a different journey as far as health. Limit the carbs. So when you eat meat, meat has already enough fat in it, has enough protein in it. So a good quality meat. So you don't need starch with it, you don't need bread. What you need is veggies of sort, mashed potatoes maybe, and mashed potatoes that you make yourself. Stuff from outside, remember, the quality of food outside will not be the way you will expect it because they are in for profit. They're not gonna buy the quality stuff to serve you that, no. No. So that's why if you make it home, uh, but for meat, you don't need starch. You don't need it. Meat has enough protein in it. And this is why you see those who saying, well, you can buy the plant-based meat. Ah, that's nonsense. And again, I respect what you believe in. You, you, you eat whatever way you like. It's just I, I'm talking based on evidence, and I have access to well-informed individuals that they know the ins and outs. The— I also have access to Dr. Stewart, who knows about chemistry, so he breaks down things for me to a basic level. So that's why the protein in meat cannot be replaced. The media, because in comparison between the meat and the, uh, between the, the, uh, the, the media and the government, they'll have you believe that How many— tell me, guys, for especially those in America here, tell me how many times you heard about how egg whites are good for you. Yeah, well, here is the hard truth that they never— the government wants— never wants you to know. Did you know during COVID which was, which was planned anyway, did you know that egg yolk will be the best source to fight this so-called COVID. That's why eggs went up in prices and they weren't around much, but they never disclose that to you. Do you know how long I've been eating eggs now? Every day. Every day I'll have 3 eggs. Every day. Sunday I do one because I do, uh, Sunday, uh, you know, I make homemade pancakes here at home with almond flour and so forth. Yeah, you have to spend time in the kitchen to eat well, you know. Do I go to IHOP or whatever to eat there? No. Did I eat there? Yes, I did. I'm not denying it. But you make stuff at home. Egg every day. But they never wanted to disclose that because this— when this COVID stuff started, I was just shaking my head. I knew the government was lying. They're hiding the truth. And, and yes, the same thing with global warming. It's, it's a farce. Look at the history of the Earth cycles, simple as that. So, but again, people, people, like I always say, guys, people are worrying for what do I have for dinner. They're not going to be thinking about delving deeper. And, and this is why when you take a channel like mine here No, I ain't gonna have a million subscribers on it. It's because people are thinking is hard. Not everybody can exercise this muscle here. So consider yourself lucky, guys, because you are able to do it. That means you are exercising your brain. Average Joe, Average Jane can't. It's too much. So what they end up doing, they end up being consumed by just insidinary things like, you know, some silly stuff on YouTube, whatever. I mean, more power to them. I watch sometimes— thank you— because I do chill out too. Sometimes when I'm done at work at 7, and if I have to do work till 9 o'clock, I'll do work till 9 o'clock. But sometimes when I'm done at 7, I'll take about 30, 40 minutes and just chill out and watch something completely different. Yeah, I'm not, I'm not denying that you, you should cut off yourself from that. No, but at the same time, you're gonna have to be well informed, and a lot of people are not able to do that one. So, and this is the reason why, uh, when you sell this narrative of, oh my gosh, COVID, now they are talking about the bird flu, or the chickens. Now, do you know what they're doing around? The government is thinking in terms of Uh, they don't want people to have their own chicken in the backyard. This is why, for Americans who live— who's watching this, you're familiar with HOA, homeowners association. Well, if you live in an area where there is HOA, you have to have permission to have chickens in your backyard. It's your house and you have to have permission. I don't even know how this HOA came about to begin with. Who gives them the right to dictate? Yeah, and, and it shows you now they're saying, oh, bird flu, you can't have chicken's water. No, it's not about that. They don't want people to grow their own food. They don't want to— they want— because the, the government in cahoots with the food industry making people sick. That's what they want. The food people consumes don't understand how much it impact their brains. The ability or less thinking. You know, to think clearly, there's a lot involved in it than just having a cup of coffee, guys. You know this. So to have energy, it takes more than just have a Coke or something like that. No, no, there's more involved than meets the eye. So I just want you to be aware of that one. So when they said, you know, uh, COVID and bird flu and And your body— here's the thing, here's what I want you to try it. Try it one day. Let's say one day you get, you get a flu, okay? You're gonna feel tired, whatever. Don't do anything. Just go lay down and sleep. Give it about 48 hours and see what's gonna happen to you. You'll be fine. You know why? Because your immune system is gonna fight it. And think of your immune system, think of it like a military, like an army. What happened to a force if it doesn't train? They won't be able to fight in a war. Same thing for your immune system. When you get that flu, your body is fighting it on its own. You don't need medication for it. I don't remember, and I'm not bragging here, guys, I don't remember the last time I had flu. I really don't. Now, do I take anything for it? No, I don't. But I do prepare for it with my own vitamins, because in September I start taking certain vitamins that has to do with zinc, preparing for winter. By the time winter gets here, I don't care whether you have a flu or not, I still stand near you, I still talk to you, I still— I don't get bothered by that. But also the type of food I eat. And that's my point, guys. Uh, just be aware. Yeah, Alice Talokin, Wendy's. Yeah, stay away from all that. It's not easy. It's not easy because you have to devote time to standing in the kitchen and learn how to— that's why I was teaching Michael, my son, is kind of— hey, if you want, he's taller than me. And I said, if you want to stay in good shape 20, 30 years from now, you better start putting in the effort today. I'm not going to be around forever, so take advantage of the advice I'm giving you right now and start learning how to cook. And he start to now do his own things, and you kind of let him do whatever. Sometimes things don't come up right. So I just made for him last time, uh, uh, I made for him briskets. I learned how to make briskets. So I'll go and buy my own meat, I'll, I'll season it my own way, I'll cook it my own way, and— but I know what I'm eating. Yes, I can go outside and eat briskets elsewhere, but no, I don't know what type of meat they have, I don't know where they are cooking it, I don't know what type seasoning they're putting on it, I don't know what chemicals, uh, liquid they put on it, whatever. So I do it myself. Yeah, fast food, uh, it's, it's not worth your health. And it's a— it is Red's, Red's Live Fox— it is expensive too. Yeah, you may as well just go buy your own stuff and cook them at home. Yeah, yeah, Chick-fil-A, Chick-fil-A, all that stuff is, is, uh— and all you have to think about is the evil Bill Gates. Evil Bill Gates is pushing behind the scenes. Do you guys know that all french fries coming from McDonald's is coming from Bill Gates' farms? People have no idea what are they eating. You wonder why everybody likes McDonald's french fries. Makes you wonder what's in them. So, and are you gonna trust the evil Bill Gates? No, no. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What, what's the name? Ahmed, Ahmed Lansari. Regular food. That is highly processed. You're absolutely correct, Ahmed. That is the problem. It's, it's so damn processed, so much. And this is why you think about it, European Union, the EU, okay, Australia, Canada, and Japan, they will not import meat from the United States. And I travel a lot to Europe, you know. I eat pastry in Europe. I eat ice cream in Europe time, and you don't feel a thing. Why? Because their ice cream doesn't have preservatives in it. Here in the US, you know, I, I eat ice cream. I have ice cream in the freezer here, but I go and buy the European kind. It's about $10, $12, but you got, you know, what you put in your body is worth the money. Of course, do I eat that ice cream every day? No, once a week. On weekends, that's the rule. Once a week, that's it. So same thing with chocolate. Do I eat chocolate? Yes, I have small piece, but I'll buy a good quality chocolate. It's expensive, but hey, what you put in your body, it's, it's worth, worth a lot. So, uh, all right, let me Uh, yeah, Crystal, uh, let me see this one here. Yeah, Crystal is, uh, Dr. O, do you believe on peace, peaceful coexistence, or Darwinians? No, peaceful coexistence. I believe in it. I believe in it. Except that you have some entities, we— they won't want that to happen. They won't want that to happen. And that I know for a fact because I am aware of some entities, the likes of Bilderberg, the likes of Illuminati. So, so I'm aware of some. But, but the peaceful coexistence, yeah, we could. There's still enough good people out there. It's where the problem we have is at the, the high level, the top level. Where the decisions are made. You got evil people over there. So, uh, Timeline Dunkley: Dr. O, do you know now in New York City if a business shut down, they have to find somebody to replace them? If they don't, uh, they cannot leave, they will get sued. No, I didn't know that. I didn't know. I know for a fact New York is done for. New York is done for the moment they start with this massive immigration, putting them in some, uh, whatever. You know, I'm not against immigrants. I'm an immigrant myself. We all of us here in the US are, you know. If we are to get into that topic, which is another topic for another day, I will say we all need to pack our bags and leave the land to the Indians. Straightforward. I don't shy away from saying it. But on the other hand, I'm saying you have to have some rules, you have to have some requirements. And I am dealing with it now with one particular country. It's because the requirements they are asking, and rightly so, is their country. They're asking the questions. They have the right to ask those questions because they want to know who's coming to their country. Do I take it personally? No, no. It's like you guys in your house, do you want anybody just walking into your house? I don't think so. And same thing. So, so when New York City got into that, it's, it's, it's— yeah, New York, New York is done for. California is done for. And as a matter of fact, the majority of the states except the, the Midwest, the Kansas the Missouri, those are still holding certain— you get the, the, the far northwest in, in Montana and, and Wyoming and all that, those are very— I had some colleagues that retired and they end up moving over far away, you know, you can, you kind of go, uh, you go off the grid. So, uh, it's, uh, yeah, sad to see what has become of New York, and I don't see it going back, back any, you know. Uh, Nora, Nora Luz Calogas: soda ruins teeth, ruins skeletal systems. You're right. You know, my dentist, my friend Jonathan, who was right here on the live stream, I was so surprised to see him. He was in my house few months ago. Literally with his wife, stopped by, and, and he's a friend, you know, and I usually, I don't use the term loosely, and I've known Jonathan since the '90s. Now he's the one who helped me with my teeth and advised me, David, make sure you floss the moment you're done eating and brush. You don't need to brush 10 times a day, but you floss regularly. But again, we talked about soda, we talked about cigarettes. We talked about certain type of foods, and, and soda is one of those. Yeah, even tea to a degree. You have to know which type of tea to drink. I don't do black tea. Next time when I do tea, I'm gonna do green tea to share it with you, especially for those who buy me tea. Uh, and, and I'm gonna be going to Asia. I know tea, it's a big deal in Asia, and, and I had it before when I was to uh, uh, made a stop in Japan and made a stop in, uh, uh, what's that city? Kathmandu, the capital. What is the city? What is the country for Kathmandu? Nepal. So I know tea is big down there, but soda, no, no, you don't want to, you know, you don't want to touch soda, especially the Coca-Cola and Pepsi and all that. Yeah, you ruin your health. You're absolutely correct, Nora. So I wish you guys just think about it. Uh, uh, HWH in Australia, they found cancer-causing substance in the tap water. I won't be surprised. They won't disclose the truth. They won't disclose it. The level of arsenic that exists in water, guys, is unbelievable. Unbelievable. So the government won't do it for you, so you're gonna have to look after yourself because the government is in bed with the pharma, Big Pharma. You have to make people sick, and this is why the type of food you see in, in the commercial world. So, so water, yeah, go buy you filtered water, or you buy a filter system for yourself. I wish I had a big place. I'll save all the rainwater. I have rain barrels in the back, but that's not enough. Of course, if, if I have the means, you know, I'll build an entire swimming pool, you know, where I will, I will collect all the rainwater and filter it, and that's all I will use. The same thing with generator. I'll buy a massive generator and use my own electricity. No, it's, it's the government understands. So, so yeah, I'm not surprised. And thank you for sharing this, uh, Muslim Revert, you wrote in the UK they treat wastewater and it comes back in the— oh, that's sad. Of course they had to go through, uh, the, the, the processing stuff and filtration, whatever. But would you trust that? No, I was aware of a case right here in Texas, so where the chemical was dumped in a, in a river, and this is where that Texas University was or is, and, and, and they never did think about it. And I was wondering, because I used to teach in that university, so the first day I went over there, I drove at night. You know, I'm a former military, we can do certain things Well, I know how it works. I gotta, I gotta be aware of the environment. Awareness become part of your daily life, you know. And I took a drive at night, just dress normal like everybody else, and just to see the environment. And what I noticed was, I noticed the cats in the street sometimes in certain parts, they look sick. And I'm like, that's, that's— first of all, it's, it's unusual to see cats in the streets just roaming around. And second, in the condition they were at. And I started asking. Luckily, as the fate will have it, I end up meeting someone who knew a little bit about that kind of stuff and explained to me. I said, now it makes sense. And of course, during the entire time I was there, I bought my own water from elsewhere I have them at home and I'll take the bottles with me. And I had the special container that keeps the water cold and filter the water that I had, and that was it. But when I found out that the chemical that was dumped into that river, it goes into— because they're collecting the water and put it into the tap water. Why you wonder why people getting sick? So Uh, so it just, uh, just be aware, guys. The government won't tell you because the government wants you to be sick, you know. And you can't trust the government either. No. So, and of course you have to know what you're doing. That's like the idea of these vitamins. If I am to just tell you go and take that, no, doesn't make sense, because you have to first of all to understand your own physiology, and you have to understand where the deficiencies are. Are you deficient in magnesium, in iron, in fiber, whatever? You can't just take vitamins, whatever. And, and for me, I'll take about— one day I'll show you, I'll share it with you one day, the whole pack of them. But again, that's part of where I get my energy, and I am able to drive on for the rest of the day. Because remember, like I always say, guys, when I do the live with you, I'm done, doesn't mean I'm— I'm going back to my desk and get to work, thinking of the next, uh, what I'm gonna do. And that requires brain power. That ain't gonna happen through a cup of coffee. I only have one. This is the only exception I made for you guys. I have my second cup. I only have one at 10 o'clock with my own meal. So, and that's to me, I don't do breakfast, lunch, dinner. There's no such thing. Who came up with that nonsense stuff? So boycott, you're right, 100% true. The food industry feeds the medical and pharmaceutical industry. They are in bed together. The lobbyists, that's how it works. They pass the legislations. If you only know, guys, In Washington, the legislation is not written. Those bills that are introduced on the floor are not written by legislators. They are written by lobbyists, by the industry. You know, that's how corrupted the system is. But again, this is nothing new. It's just getting worse. And an average citizen doesn't understand, really, they don't. So if you are to say 'Oh, the government is looking for—' No, government doesn't care whether you get sick or not. As a matter of fact, they prefer you to be sick. And that is why it's important, very, very important, as things are changing, and they are changing. America will not be the same a decade from now, mark my word on it. And, and if I'm still on YouTube, whatever, I'll tell you from whatever location I'm going to be at. So, and now I'm gonna be the same because things are changing. And like I said, now I'm noticing, I see, I am noticing people in the late 20s are getting some chronic diseases. That is supposed to happen. I had one day with my own, uh, my own son Michael. Ask him one morning, I got up and I said, hey, he saw me taking something. He didn't know what it was. And I said, you want to try it? Oh, I said, sure. And here's one thing, he'll try whatever. And you know what it was? It was honey and garlic that I prepared 6 months earlier and let it ferment it and start taking it towards the end of the summer, preparing for the winter. He took the first one, he liked it, and he felt different the next day. It's like, that was very different and all that stuff. And I said, this is how you're gonna take good care of yourself. So same thing with olive oil. Do a spoon a day on an empty stomach. The government won't do it for you. They won't do it. Uh, Willie Homan, your free time spent with us is appreciated. No, thank you, Dr. No, I, I wanted to be here. I want to be here. I never do something I don't want to. Because I never shy away from saying no. And I've said no in my life to some things that some of them end up being bad, and I didn't care. Why? Because that's where I stood on that issue at that time. No, I wanted to be here. And, and this time for me also, I'm grateful for you all. So, so thank you for that. Uh, Okay, Ramprils01: Dr. O, have you seen the videos people are putting online about the fruits and vegetables being like plastic, and avocado and the watermelon are like rubber? No, I didn't. I, I didn't, and also will not, because, because I won't go and, and just buy whatever. And remember, I have access to a certified nutritionist. She understands the ins and outs of of things. So, and I know where to— and I go to the farm, I buy stuff from the farm, I grew certain things here. I took the picture, but it's on my phone and I can't convert. Next time I do it. The potatoes that grew right here at home in the backyard, and that's what I intend to eat. So, so no, I didn't see that video, and I need to check it out. I need to check it out. So, uh, yeah, watermelon. I've heard stories about making it, uh, with coloring. Do you know those drinks that have coloring in it, whatever? That's nothing but chemicals. You know, a lot of people drink those Red Bulls and all that. They have no idea— young people, you know how they— they have no idea what they put in their bodies. And eventually it will catch up with them sooner or later. So, and, and that is where, uh, Cheesecake 99 Years Ago, good to see you. And I like that. Hello, citizens of the internet, good to see you, man. Uh, yeah, it, it just— guys, be, be aware, be aware. If there is anything, and I mean it when I say this because I care for you guys, you know, we are a community here, and, and, uh It's just the way I see it. Yeah, the way I see it. It's— and I'd rather share the knowledge that I have or acquired over the years and, and just whatever advice. So that will help you out. All right, I'm just looking if there is any question I missed, then I'm gonna sign off here and go work on the back a little bit. Then today, today is the task is to clean the garage. I have to I don't like clutter. I get, I get uptight if there's so much around that doesn't belong there. So that's why I don't like— even in my closet, I don't like to have so much clothes, so many clothes rather. I don't like to have so much. I like just what I need. So, uh, that's, that's— so I'm gonna, uh, Muslim Revert: lobbyists pay for their politicians. That's Correct. That is correct. I've, I've been, I've been in Washington. I saw with my own eyes. Uh, Dr. O, can you please talk about soon upcoming food shortages that will be, uh, man-made to control people, please? Oh well, down the road. And, and it is in the process. That's what Bill Gates, evil Bill Gates, is pushing for. Saba, bonjour professeur, j'espère que vous allez bien, merci beaucoup. She's saying hello professor, hope you are doing well. So thank you very much Saba for being here. Wow, that's an interesting one. JD1, founding fathers were Freemasons. Yeah, you might want to read up a little bit. And to me, it's not about the conspiracy theory. Well, that's beside the point. Sometimes, you know, guys, like I mentioned, I'm going to mention it again, you know, do I agree? No. But I still have to read. That's how you find out. Just go take a look at this stuff. Take a look at this type of organizations. Take a look at their history. It will give you an idea. And this is why I'm saying some of us Americans when this— if they can, if they ever can do that, because that will require exercising this muscle here, and they are not willing to do that. This is where you see a lot of people come for comfortable on this, on their rocking chair with the remote in one hand and bag of chips on the other, and looking at the idiot box, because it does not require this, doesn't require thinking. So, so that is where the problem is, and I, I think it's just, uh Uh, yeah, they just— they don't— it's gonna take a while. Uh, Army with Harmony, word cannot express how fortunate I am for finding your channel. Thank you, Dr. O. Oh, you almost wake up. You know, everything has its own time, by the way. You know, here is the thing, I was asked about 12 years ago And I'll share it with you. An old friend of mine, no longer friend, I cut off the ties, we're done, because this individual couldn't respect my perspective when I said both parties are evil. Got upset. I said, fuck it. Pardon my language, usually I don't talk like that, because to me it was like when you didn't like the fact, the truth that I expressed, then what kind of friendship is that? Do you want me just smile to you when I disagree? I will not do that no matter what the cost is. But any event, this individual asked me 12, 14 years ago, hey, why don't you do YouTube? I say, what is that? Uh, I didn't even know about it. So, and, and my point in all this My point, guys, is because it wasn't time, it wasn't meant to be. Things, certain— when things happen, they have their own time, no matter how you look at it. Yeah, you can plan, you can do this, you can do that, doesn't happen that way. Everything has its own time, and now its time came in, and here I am. So do I say, well, I wish I would— no, it's the past. If there is one thing in life, guys, And again, I'm talking just from experience. I just want to share with you the mistakes that I made so you won't make them, and share with you the things that worked for me so you can have that as well. Do not dwell too much on the past. Let me repeat this: do not dwell too much on the past. Let it go. Move forward. Always look forward. And that's what I meant. I wish I would have done this. I wish— no, no, no, no, don't think like that. Don't think like that, because back then it was a different time for a different reason. Today is today. Live today and just move on with it. That's all. So, so I'm, uh, I'm glad that you find it, Army with Harmony, and good to have you here, and much appreciate your kind support. Army with Harmony supports the channel behind the scenes, guys. Some people here, and, and I know which ones because I have access to the list, they did the Super Thanks behind the scenes, and, and some of them prefer that way. So I'm, I'm very grateful. Uh, so, uh, James, James White, you wrote, as an, as an American Black man aged 71 years old Honesty is my greatest attitude. I truly appreciate your profound honesty. I am not confused, Dr. O. You're most welcome. Uh, and, and I'll share something with you, James, and with all of you. When I was teaching at the college, I had African-American students, and I was a little bit tough on them for a reason. And, and I know they didn't get it at the beginning. You know why? Because they thought I was just— didn't like them, whatever. It wasn't about that. I want them to succeed because I saw the potentials in them. It's just they, they have never been told how smart they are. And I wasn't saying it to make them feel good. I don't do that kind of stuff. That ain't my personality. But I saw the potentials, and I kind of get hard on them as far as this is the path you need to stay on. You need to keep it up. It's because if you don't do that, society will be, will be pointing at you saying, look at that African American standing at the street corner dealing with drugs. It's because you never showed them what you have here. And this is exactly how society is looking at— when I say society, I'm referring to the government. Still, discrepancies in American society exist. You will think that equality exists in America. No, that's an illusion. And I'm telling you this based on my own experiences. So, and that was the reason till the end of the semester they'll come to me and it's like, Dr. O, we truly appreciate what you've done. They got it. And I'm like, oh, you're most welcome. That's all I say. I don't need to elaborate anymore because that's it. You make a point, you make them see the path, and you let them walk on. Because now what do you do from that point forward? It's up to them how they want their life to turn. So, because I saw the potentials in them, and they are— it's just the system, how it is set up. So, so appreciate you being here, James. Okay, let me see, uh, Uh, Chanel, uh, Nancy's father was politician too. That is correct, from Maryland. Uh, you know, as a matter of fact, Nancy Pelosi has been in politics since Kennedy. Yeah, as corrupted as he can get. So yeah, that's just the way I feel about it because I, I don't like corruption or any— it's not right, you know. You do what's right by others. Simple as that. You know, you don't have to be a religious person, you don't have to be whatever, you just do what's right by others. Simple as that. Uh, if you are not able to do it, then don't do it. Don't pretend. Uh, so simple as that. Uh, good morning. This is the individual screen name, it's good morning, and it says salaam alaikum, alaikum assalam, hello to you. So, uh, okay, let me see one more here, guys, and I'm gonna sign off. And remember, join me tonight at 7 if you can make it, and, uh, other than that, I will see you on Monday for the Bolivia. Bolivia. I was in La Paz, by the way. I'll share it with you right now before I forget, and I'll do it on Monday. I'll do it on Monday. Uh, when I was on Bel— uh, at Bolivia, I bought this one here. Right there it says Bolivia. I was in La Paz. I was at the embassy back then. I don't even know, what was it, 2007, '08, somewhere like that. Yeah, that's where I was. So, uh, uh, JD1, what about cayenne pepper? Is good for you? Yeah, you mix it with water and drink it. Uh, I usually, for me, I do the turmeric, uh, more so than, than cayenne pepper. But cayenne pepper is good for you. The reason for turmeric is because of the inflammation. So, and funny, uh, you've been— if you notice, if you ask average American, let's say past 50, and tell them what is the thing you deal with on a daily basis, they're going to tell you joint pain. Inflamm— uh, turmeric gets rid of inflammation. That's why it's important. It's important to have. But cayenne pepper is good as well. Uh, uh, I gotta share this with you guys because I speak the language and you need to know what this individual, uh, Good Morning wrote. Basically what he's saying is, uh, uh, do you know, Doc, sometimes I feel sad about what you say about my country. However, I do not doubt you. I do not doubt your honesty because you are describing— because you are describing about your country what is more than what it is in mind. Yeah, uh, and for that I can't blame you in any way. You are honest, uh, in what you are saying. Uh, yeah, and I'll be honest again, I am not sorry for— because the truth matters. I know a lot of people do not like, but again, this is why sometimes when I get those hate comments from individuals from India. You know, they don't get it. They don't get it because who am I to like or dislike a country? Who gives me the right to do that? No, I shouldn't. What I am, uh, after is to expose to the average citizen in that country that they couldn't see. And I do it for my own. We got enough problems here. And I don't shy away from the guy. I mean, you look at even where with this platform here that they demonetize sometimes a video or said, well, you can't do this, or we're going to limit this or that, just because I said something they didn't like. And I'm not going to shy away from it. So, so it's not meant to criticize the country itself, it's meant to put things to the fore so people know. That's all. And all it is for the purpose of finding a way to fix whatever the issue is. I mean, if I am to say based on what you wrote, and I can guess which country here, but I'll talk in general. If you are to think about the Arab world, you know, you tell me where is the Arab world in what's going on right now around the world? Where is the Arab world when it comes down to the economy of their own countries? You know, and I traveled to some, I spend a lot of time in West Asia, I spend a lot of time in some Arab countries. I dealt with the people, the common man. So the government is not working for them because the leaders are corrupted. So, so I understand what you're saying, and I appreciate you, appreciate you expressing your opinion. And you're always welcome, you are always welcome to write whatever you feel. And if I disagree with you, I'll tell you I disagree, but I respect your opinion because you do it, you are doing it in such a civil way. That gives me comfort. It's not about disagreeing, but about respecting opinions. So, so thank you for that. Uh, okay, let me see something here. Uh, Okay, let me see, let me see if there's a question there. Not just because I told you, it's your time, guys. Uh, Army with Harmony question, that's an interesting one. A question: what is the name of the last song you remember hearing? Well, funny, because I just heard one yesterday driving the Mustang, because I had to— you remember, I have to drive that car. You can't let it sit in a garage. And you know what played? Because automatically it went through the sync thing with my phone. It was this song from Europe. You all remember the group Europe? I don't think so. The, uh, it's a European group from Sweden— from, uh, Norway, I think. Europe. The Final Countdown. That was surprising to me. That's what it was yesterday. So, and, uh, because I don't listen much to, uh, uh, sort of music much because the timing and all that. I don't listen to rap. I don't listen to, uh, just not a lot. But that was the one I listened to yesterday. Uh, uh, let me see this one here. Okay, let me see one more here. The tennis— you're right, carbs equals sugar, starch, and fiber. Absolutely correct. And that's why if you look at the main diet here in America, what is based on Sugar. Everything has sugar in it, even the meat outside. When you go to Walmart, when you go to— that, that's, that's what you expect the meat industry will have, because they found out that the sugar is so addictive. It's worse than, than, uh, than what you call it, the drugs thing, whatever that is. That's how much when people get addicted to it. So, uh, oh, oh, oh, China, the side you don't see. You are correct, sweet potatoes, the best, the best, the best. And you know why? They are full in vitamin D and vitamin E, which is good for your skin. And the way you do with the, with the potato, yes, in the oven. Don't want to put that in the microwave, guys. And when you cut it in the middle, you put cinnamon and real butter. Not that margarine stuff, real butter, 100% butter. So sweet potatoes is, is, uh, I do it once a week, uh, and I do it with salmon usually. Chanel, I love fruit too much. Not too much, because you gotta be careful, there's a lot of sugar in them as well. For example, if you eat apple, eat apple with either cheese or walnut, because the fat will cancel itself. Because remember, fruits also has sugar on it. Fructose, it's natural. Some of them is natural, but too much of it, it's, it's, uh, it will create that one. Uh, Athene Wu, thank you, David, for your answer. I will try. You are, you're most welcome. You are most— oh, Muslim Revert, I eat too much rice. You want to cut down a little bit on the rice, and it depends what type of rice do you eat. White rice, stay away from it because white rice, white rice is bleached. You don't want that. Brown rice might be okay, but you have to know again what type of rice to, to, to eat. There are different kinds, qualities, and all that stuff. So, so don't, don't, uh, yeah, and rice is a starch, remember that. So maybe, maybe, maybe once in 2 weeks. It's been— the last time I had rice, I kid you not, because I make tikka masala at home with my own, I, I mix everything my own here. And the last time I had tikka masala was about almost a month and a half. That's how far back. So So just, just be aware of that. Be aware of that. So, ah, guys, I am scrolling down just to see in case there is one last question here, uh, before I sign out. And oh, Ahmed, you put boycotted McDonald's and the like since 2012, threw up from burger Never again. You're smart. Because that meat, by the way, is not even meat. A lot of people do not know it's not even meat. And I don't know if you guys were aware of the video that was circulating a few years ago when the meat that they say meat was on the floor and some of the workers were stepping on it and they put it back and cooked it and served people. It was somebody who left McDonald's that released that. So, so yeah, it's not even meat. So, so it's just, uh, it's what's in it. It's just what's in it, especially now that's french fries coming from, uh, Bill Gates, evil Bill Gates farms. So I can only imagine what's been injected into those. So, uh, okay, one more. Uh, uh, Al Sazel, do you like dogs or cats? Both, but I don't have any. So I don't, I don't have time for— because there comes with the responsibility. Remember when I used to live in Washington, I used to travel a lot. So, and, and then it just— to me, it's not— if you can't take care of them, don't have them. So, so I don't for now, and I might— I'm considering German Shepherd, but no decision is made yet. Uh, Muslim Revert, cocaine, Coca-Cola. You're right, you're right. Uh, oh, I agree, Sabal, I agree. Humans could only survive in the desert and in the pole thanks to meat. I couldn't agree more. A lot of people don't— it's, it's what the industry here is trying to push, especially with what Bill— Evil Bill— is trying to do. It's really, really criminal what he's thinking of doing. If it were up to me, I wouldn't know what to do with Bill. I won't disclose, but— and this is not about me, it's It's about humanity. Uh, I wouldn't know what to do with the guy. Uh, uh, boycott. Garden updates. Yes, uh, I got some potatoes, but I forgot to upload the picture, so I'm going to save it for next time. But I ran to an issue on, on one side because it rained a lot for the last few weeks. And what happened, it, it washed off all the seeds and all that. So this year, this season, not the year, the season, because each season I have to take everything out and, and plant. Uh, this season I didn't get much. I, I tried the, uh, the radish, didn't come up good. The potatoes are okay, and I had the picture, I will, I will share it next time. Uh, but by the end of this month I'm gonna— next month, I think next week I have to plant the stuff for the summer, between summer and the fall. So, so I'll, I'll make sure I'll take some pictures next time and I will, and I will share them with you. All right guys, I'm gonna sign out. You guys believe it? We've been here almost 2 hours. But hey, time with you is worth it. Time with you is worth it. Oh, Zenita, I like you sharing this. Bilderberg, uh, uh, Blackstone, BlackRock, JP Morgan, Rothschild, Rockefeller, Melinda and Bill Gates Foundation, Monsanto, Vanderbilt. You know, I got the idea. You're absolutely correct. And this is, by the way, guys, what controls American policies. It's not Washington. Washington is just doing what is ordered to do. This is what you see in what's going on in Ukraine, and soon Ukraine will end up not owning any land. It will be just a figurehead, but it's the entities like this that own the land. So, so that's, that's, that's basically what it would be. Uh, Cheesecake99, uh, Dr. O, what is your long-term investment strategies? Well, uh, I'm not sharing with you. Why not, guys? Uh, you sometimes you saw me doing a certain, uh, dedicated video, and for a reason. It's because I already looked into those investments there and I see the opportunity, and also because of the, the price of what the shares are now. That's why when I go ahead and decide to do the video for them, first of all, I get paid. By the way, guys, to let you know, there is nothing free, and I get paid for that. And second, I make sure you will not dictate to me what to say. I'll decide whatever. And they are— they have no issue with it whatsoever. But the key for— from an investment perspective, and I told them, I am gonna disclose to my viewers that I have looked into this and I already invest or considering investing in this. Because sometimes some companies will say, well, we don't want to say this. Well, like, no. You don't want me to say this to my viewers, then I'm not doing it. Simple as that. But the reason I move forward with that is because the shares of those companies, that they needed, they needed a platform. That's one. But I'm also seeing the opportunity, like the last video I did, you know. And I know somebody got upset once they find out. I did not know. They found out that the company, uh, some sort of did some business in Israel, whatever. You know, I don't track their past, whatever. I am dealing with whatever here in America, in North America, in Canada or the US, and their stock are right here. I'm not investing in, in, in Tel Aviv. I'm investing right here. But the stock in itself is so cheap. So when you buy a stock at a dollar and you know it will be worth, based on the analysis, at about $10, give or take about a year, why would I waste money on that? So what I end up doing, and is you take the cash out of the bank, which by the way guys, do not keep your cash in the bank entirely. Leave some of course because you're gonna need that, but consider hard asset, consider certain investments, but be cautious. I know someone who lost $50,000 in one investment. Why? Because he didn't know what he was doing. He went ahead and get investment in this blockchain stuff. Stuff. You don't know a thing about it. I can invest in that stuff. I don't know. I have to defer it to my significant other because she's also an investor. So I don't take chance with that. If she tells me, yeah, put money here, I'll put money. If she said no, that's it. No questions why. So the guy went ahead and put $50,000. It's crazy. So when, uh, when last time— and I do have investments in blockchains as well, including crypto. When it went down, a lot of people were selling. I asked her, I said, do I need to pull my out? She said, no, leave it there. People panicked, and before you know it, it rebounded back. And that investment that I had for really a single digit doubled. Actually, it's not even double, it tripled. So that's my strategy for this. I know for I'm sort of, in this case, I'm lucky. Why? Because those companies reach out to, to me and ask. Same thing with the other channel. They reach out to us like, hey guys, can you— because of the credibility, first they don't know we're not gonna just whatever. And second, we're seeing the opportunity as well. Why not? And it's not like they do win us a favor by buying the stock cheaper than everybody else. No. No, it's whatever the price is, that's what we buy. It's just we have— it's not like we are giving in from inside information because they can't, they'll break the law. And this is exactly what I do. So that's my strategy. The key is I do not keep cash in the bank completely. You don't. And you don't want the cash to be just sitting in your home either because the value of the dollar is going down. On a daily basis. So that's what I do. All right guys, I'm gonna sign off here and I look forward to seeing you at 7 PM. Much appreciate you being here to enjoy this time with you, and I'll see you at 7 PM. As always, remember, geopolitics impact your daily life in more ways than one. Till next time guys, bye-bye.
