Is Biden Trying to Provoke Putin before leaving the White House?

In a live YouTube stream, the host—who claims expertise on Russia and promotes his own book—provides a rapid, opinion‑driven analysis of the United States’ recent decision to authorize Ukraine’s use of long‑range ATACMS missiles against targets inside Russia. He frames the move as a deliberate provocation by outgoing President Joe Biden, suggesting possible motives such as political revenge after the 2022 mid‑term losses, domestic pressure over inflation, and an attempt to bind the next administration (Donald Trump) to a costly conflict. The speaker outlines three core questions: why Biden is provoking Russia, what Putin’s response might look like (including the risk of tactical nuclear use under Russia’s doctrine), and how the incoming Trump administration may handle the fallout. He references a foreign‑language article, describes ATACMS specifications, and argues that the decision escalates the war, removes any element of surprise, and forces Russia to consider massive retaliation. The analysis expands to NATO and European dynamics, criticizing NATO Secretary‑General Jens Stoltenberg (misnamed as “Mark Routh”) as a U.S.‑aligned puppet, and highlighting divisions among European foreign ministers (France, Italy, Poland, Germany, Estonia) over supplying longer‑range missiles. He also mentions the presence of North Korean troops fighting alongside Russian forces in the Kursk region, and the broader context of U.S. pressure on allies (including the UK) to support Ukraine. Throughout, the host intersperses audience interaction, asks viewers to vote on whether Biden’s action is “revenge,” and repeatedly promotes his book and donation links. He concludes by warning of possible escalation to World War III, the danger of strategic nuclear strikes, and the need for civilians to be warned before any Russian retaliation.

All right, hello everybody and welcome to Geopolitical Trends, where truth matters. Excited to be with you on this glorious day. Hope your day is going well. So, interesting topic that I'm going to be, uh, sharing with you, providing you my own analysis. And I'm, I'm gonna have to do this one short because I got some major, uh, uh, work that I have to do for particular company that reached out, uh, uh, to me to do some work for them, some analysis of sorts. So, but nonetheless, I scheduled this for you guys, and I'm gonna, uh, uh, do, uh, uh, or provide you my own analysis about this particular topic. This one has to do with the, uh, conversation that is going— remember, no decision has been made yet, except that the US already gave the green lights to Ukraine to use long-range missiles to target inside Russia. Bad news. So I'm going to share with you my own analysis, given my familiarity with this particular topic, because I did write a book about, uh, uh, Russia, which— speaking, let me, let me show you. Yeah, which, speaking of, of the book, by the way, I did upload the electronic version of it for those who might be interested in purchasing a copy. So I will highly recommend you go get a copy of this particular book. Here is the link for if you are interested. I already saw some of you guys already purchased a copy of it. So here is the link where you can get a copy of the book there if you are interested in that. So, all right, let's, let me say hi quickly to the community briefly here. And just, uh, okay, I'm sorry if I mispronounce it. Uh, I'm gonna show your name here. Here we go. Good to see you and happy to have you here in our channel. Hank, as always. Uh, Inspector, that's an interesting, uh, uh, uh, screen name. YT, Willie Holman, thank you. Uh, 1KC, Truth Seeker. Truth Seeker, John Smith, Francis Tango, as always, Taiwan Still, and who else, uh, uh, uh, Carmelo, and who else, you know, Jesus Aguilar, good to see you. So, all right guys, let me get into this because as I said, I am really pressed for time today, one of those days, but anyway, it would work, we'll make it work. So here are the questions that we need to ask. Why is Biden provoking Russia? Now, when I use the word— and by the way, there is a typo there. I can tell, I— when I rush into stuff, that's usually what happened. Uh, uh, hold on, let me, let me fix this one right there. Gotta do it right, man. There we go. Show it. Russia, right there. Uh, so why is he provoc— of course the provocation has started 2 years ago. I know Some may disagree with the wording of it, but there is reason for why I'm using this specific terminology here. That's first question. Second, what may Putin's response entail? What will Putin's response be? And, and it be as clear as he can be. If I were advising him, I will, you know, that's what I would advise, exactly what I put on my thumbnail on the— you, you'll see what I meant by that. I'm sure you're smart enough to read between the lines. And third question is, how will the president-elect Donald Trump will handle this file moving forward? And this is what I'm going to be providing you, my own analysis about this, putting things in perspective. As I said, I wrote the book about Russia, and I kind of, uh, did mention certain aspects of the, uh, the, the Russia's geopolitical tensions moving forward and so forth, strategy regarding not only Eastern Europe but a global stage for for that matter. Once again, if you are interested in reading the book, go check it out on, uh, on the, uh, Buy Me, uh, Buy My Books. There's the link of it if you are interested in that. So, all right, let's get into our conversation now. I had a chance to read a foreign article in foreign language, of course, and it was written by Sarah Shamim. So I'm gonna put a link for you guys. Very interesting, to the point, concise as to the detail of, uh, why, uh, why, uh, what type of missiles the US will authorize the Ukrainians to use. Of course, the author is not a geopolitical analyst because that's not her background, but nonetheless, it was, uh, the article was well articulated in my opinion. So, so, and, and, and as I said, we're going to ask the question is why all of a sudden Biden is giving a green light. You know, for the Ukrainians to use the, uh, the, uh, uh, the US missiles to target inside Russia. So, well, it looks like the lifting of these restrictions so far is only from the US, because remember, the Europeans still, they are meeting as we speak in Brussels to figure it out. All of a sudden, of course, you and I know the Europeans can show— this is where the key is— can show the world Oh, we can take stand, whatever. But you and I know it's a lie. They will be pressured to toe the line, you know. And we're gonna get into this one here as I move, uh, forward. So, so the long-range missiles by— and by the way, this particular decision by, uh, by Biden, uh, you know, it's not Biden, by the way, just to guys let you know. Biden doesn't know a day from night. Let's just be honest and straightforward about it. I have a great respect for elderly and so forth, but it's not Biden. Biden, but he's the president, so the buck stops with the president. You bear the responsibility of this decision. The decision was made, uh, doesn't even— I, I am certain, as one who worked in Washington, understand the dynamics at least of how these eventualities take place inside the White House, the president sometimes might not even be kept in the loop of what's going on. This is exact arguments I made back in 2017, the moment— or 2016— when, when, uh, back then President Trump won the elections. I stated, my, my word, they are not— they, entities in Washington, especially when it comes down to the PDB, the Presidential Daily Briefing, that's usually the, the agency the CIA usually provide the president. And I said back then, there is somewhere in a record when I argue this, that they're not going to be disclosing everything to him. The same arguments I can be, be making about Biden, even though you and I know Biden has been fomenting these tensions in, in Ukraine, whatever reason. We all know this one here. So, but here's the thing, the timing of it, which comes only about 8 weeks, 8 or 9 weeks before he leaves office. For good. So, uh, it's gonna become now questionable as to the timing of it and why, why provoke Russians even further if we are thinking that the Russians is gonna be— so far they have been, uh, the Russian President Vladimir Putin has been holding back. It's not that he is scared, or it's not— no, no, no, no, no, you don't think like that. You're thinking about the consequences You know, dealing with, uh, in this case, pushing forward with the, uh, this kind of, uh, uh, decision is going to turn now the calculations for everyone, you know. And I won't be surprised that Russian president didn't say much. What the Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, uh, argued, that which is common sense, which means now that since the White House issued this green or got the green light, that means Washington is involved. That means NATO is involved into the conflict, which you and I know NATO has been involved because there were some special ops operating on Ukrainian soil. There are foreign fighters in, in Ukraine, part of NATO, that is. That's what I meant by foreign fighters. So, and all this also comes in conjunction with one another event that is taking place, which is the presence of North Korean soldiers fighting alongside the Russians. So you can see the dynamics that is. However, the, uh, the sentiments that was expressed by the Kremlin reflects also what the Russian president has said before. That means now the US is part of the conflict, which means they become a legitimate target. And we all know Russia and US fighting, we don't know what it means. Let's not pretend otherwise. So, uh, and, and, uh, what's interesting that I found so far, that the president-elect Trump didn't comment at all, at all. So far I didn't see anything. So, uh, and that's why will be interesting to see how the— now the, uh, establishments in Washington pushing this in this direction versus what the Europeans is going to be, uh, doing. So now let me first share a picture with you about this particular type of missiles, uh, and again, I'm not getting into the tactic, uh, uh, technicalities of this, uh, it's, it's not my area first of all, and, and second, I don't focus much on that stuff. I deal with geopolitics, that's what I deal with. So, so the missile that is supplied by now the US to Ukraine are called the, the, uh, ATACMS, which is the Army Tactical Missile System. So those ones have usually a range of about, uh, uh, given 280 to 320 kilometers, it's about 195 miles, uh, and were first deployed— by the way, this is not new. Those are deployed— the first time they were deployed, they were deployed back in 1980s. That's how far back, uh, they go. So ATACMS, that's what it is. So, so the ATACMS, which built by US manufacturer Lockheed Martin, uh, uh, sort of can be, uh, launched using the HIMARS launchers. And this is where it's going to be, uh, uh, very, very problematic. Pardon me, because hitting inside Russia of about 300 kilometers, that will be very, very problematic. And I am certain that the Russians will not tolerate this, and neither they should. You don't tolerate this, you know. And again, I'm not advocating for, for— I know, I know how destructive conflicts are. Look no further than what's taking place in Gaza right now. Look no further than what's taking place in Ukraine itself, you know. But at the same time, uh, I believe Russia has been restrained to a degree, you know. And to me, if this will And again, any advisor will be sort of, you need to end this for good, once for all. And you and I know what we— what I mean, right? Know what I mean? And this is where I am very watching now what the Russian president is going to be stating soon. I so far I haven't come across anything yet, but I am going to be keeping an eye on this as I move forward. So now there is one of the things we need to consider in this analysis, at least as briefly as it might be. So first of all, now the comedian Z, Zelensky, that is comedian President Zelensky, you know, he's been saying this, which means what now? That the element of surprise is gone. You know, usually with something like this you want to have the element of surprise. That surprise is gone now. There is nothing for that. So And the other aspects of it, which I believe should he, he, Zelensky, for the— in this case, go ahead and launch that one, Russia will have no other option but to retaliate massively. And, and to me, I hope that the Russians will do one thing: let the civilians out first. If you are to flatten something let the civilians out first. And I believe they will do that. They will announce to the civilians to evac and just flatten whatever. That's, that's what I see, because if there will be no response from the Russians, this will escalate even further. Now, we don't know to what degree Donald Trump, when he is inaugurated as a president, will have much influence. Remember, as I always said, You know, the president sometimes is not in the loop of what's going on by design. And we all used to say, uh, before, well, maybe when Trump wins elections, he's going to stop the war in Gaza. We all know now what he's doing with the, uh, the support he's providing, or he's going to provide even further. So that's why you don't kind of, uh This is one thing I am keeping an eye on to understand. Now, the second thing that I need to consider in this analysis is, uh, vis-à-vis the decision of Biden, was this some sort of a revenge as far as, uh, from Biden regarding the loss of elections? Because the Democrats lost very badly, very, very badly. I'm just thinking outside the box here. Most likely, if I am to guess as an American being here, uh, the people are frustrated, were frustrated with Democrats because of the inflation, the economy. Like I did the video for you guys about why Americans ignore foreign policy. Hardly ever any will think about foreign policy as much as they will think about the economics, their pocket. Like the saying goes here in America, We tend to vote with our pockets. In other words, the economy. There is the possibility of that, but that doesn't mean I will rule out that possibility of Biden being vengeful. First of all, creating another nightmare for the next president that is going to be entangled for, and second is as a revenge for the loss of the elections. What do you guys think? Will my assessment, in your opinion, be, be, uh, spot on? Just please, uh, share yes or no in the chat box. In your opinion, do you think that this particular decision was a revenge? So, oh, Francis Tango, thank you very much for your Super Sticker. What will happen now? World War III? Ukraine already have, uh, uh, yeah, it's gonna be very, very, very, very delicate the next few days, if I may use the term. So, so we shall see. Once again, thank you for your Super Sticker, uh, uh, uh, Francis Tango. Uh, let me see your answer, guys. Just yes or no. And once again, the question is, do you think, in your opinion, Biden's giving green light was a post-election here in the US revenge? So Yes or no? Let me see what you put. Truth Seeker, you say yes. Uh, uh, uh, Masiandor, you say yes. Karakulak, you say yes. Jesus Aguilar, you say yes. Losio Delgado, uh, yeah. Pang Yu, yeah, I, I, I happen to lean into that answer as well. Uh, uh, say yeah. I, I, uh, Hassan Yilmaz, yes. Uh, Joseph Roy, you say no. That's— I, you know, respect your opinion, of course. J Vito, yes. So, so, but for me personally, just to, uh, follow up with this, I will have to say yes because that's part of that big picture. Because remember, if I am to reverse the roles, go back to 2000, uh, 2016, when, uh, when, uh, Donald Trump won the elections, moved forward one year. What was the next thing he did? He yanked the US out of the JCPOA with Iran to make it very, very challenging for the next administration. I'll say the same here. The other, uh, third point that I need to highlight to you, and this has to do with Europe now, because you can't ignore, uh, what's going on right now, uh, uh, uh, with Europe. And I'll start with NATO first. This is a picture of Mark Routh. He's the NATO Secretary, another bonehead, if I may use the term. Uh, and don't mean disrespect for it to him as a human being, but as a, a, an individual in possession of power like that, he's just another idiot, incompetent. And the reason he's there, because he had to be submissive to the US request regarding the ASML that makes the microchip equipment. Remember, the Dutch put a blockade or a ban on the sale of those kind of equipment to China. So in return for his possession from NATO, that's how it works, by the way, guys. That's why he's very submissive to the US. He's the one so far pushing against what the Europeans want. The Europeans are saying, no, we don't need— we don't need to engage with— yes, we want to support Ukraine, but not to this level. This idiot here, Mark Rohrer, he's saying— and by the way, this picture, I give a credit to Man and Cruz, and this picture was taken back in November if I'm not mistaken, when he visited the Élysée, the presidential palace in Paris, when he met with Emmanuel Macron. And that's where he stated, we're gonna support Ukraine and all that stuff. Those are the same narrative the US is putting, you know. But the guy is not even qualified for the position to begin with. He got it because he did our bidding by banning the sale of the ASML equipments for microchip to China. So, but if you are to think about Europe, European, as I said, uh, at the time, uh, I have a link, uh, which I'm gonna, uh, share with you later on, uh, about whether the Europeans really, really, really are ready to resume the burden of Ukraine support from the US. Well, this is what The Polish, yeah, believe it or not, foreign minister saying so. And I have a picture of those, uh, let me share the picture with you here on the screen. Yeah, they just— I, I just can't, I don't get it, I don't get it with this Europeans. So here's the picture here, full screen. So what you're looking at right there, this is from left, this first guy here from France, this is France's, uh, uh, uh Minister for European and Foreign Affairs, Jean-Noël Barrot. The second one right here, second from your left, is the Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani. The third, and he's the one who stated this, this is the Polish— Poland Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski. And, uh, you know this one, Foreign Minister of Germany Annalena Baerbock. And Estonia, which by the way has been supporting Ukraine, giving them some few millions of dollars, but what that's going to do is just go into the pocket of Zelensky anyway. So, so when you think about the Europeans now, you think in terms of, well, what can they do? Well, so far there is a division that exists in Brussels right now because most of the Europeans are saying, well, now we will be able to resume this burden. In other words, we take responsibility of supporting Ukraine. They can't, they can't, because you have now Olaf Scholz that is kind of still hesitating on providing Ukraine with the longer range missiles. Yeah, despite what you hear, he's a stubborn man, and so far Olaf Scholz is saying no. But Olaf Scholz has different calculations, and this one has to do with the upcoming elections early next year. In Germany. You all know what it means when you look at the economy of Germany, where it is. When you look at— with the— and I kept this picture here for a reason— when you look at the, uh, the, uh, manufacturing shutting down in Germany because the high cost of energy, you know, you can just see why he's gonna have to think long term. A second thing is Olaf knows now that Joe Biden is going, hey, never coming back to the presidency. But Olaf Scholz also was the one who made the phone call to the Russian president Vladimir Putin. So this is where you think about what you read out might be different than what's taking place behind the scenes. And that's exactly why I believe this, uh, uh, because so far when you look at the stat— it was a research conducted, I think I'm going to get you that Uh, well, if I remember where I got it, uh, uh, the German elections early next year, you already have about 61% are against sending long-range missiles to Ukraine. But of course, Germany, if it is forced by the US, they're gonna do so. It's no different than South Korea, is no different than Philippines, is no different than Australia, Japan, Canada. You got the rest. All those countries are under the thumb of the US, you know. There's no other way of, of, uh, stating this. So, so, and the other thing is for us to ask all of a sudden that Ukraine is like, oh, we want to have this long range so we can fight for our, uh, democracy and freedom and all that nonsense stuff. So, well, the decision, of course, that prompted all this is the deployment of the North Korean troops in the Kursk region. Because remember, the president-elect Donald Trump already stated that you, Ukraine, can negotiate with Russia, but you're going to have to give up some territories. Interesting enough that Donald Trump, you know which area he mentioned? He mentioned Crimea. What about the Donbas and all the eastern part? Do you think Russia is going to give that back? I don't think so. So, and this is why, uh, uh, the comedian President Xi is kind of like hoping that now that got the green light from the US. Well, Europeans haven't said anything yet. I'm sure they will, they will draw the line. There is no other way because you have the US, you have the UK. Uh, UK, by the way, has been allowing missiles to be used against Russia. You know, makes you just wonder. And I am sure you guys aware of the meeting that took place between President Xi and the UK's idiot Prime Minister, Steiner. Uh, I just don't get it with these Europeans. They, they just— it's baffling. It's really baffling to understand where these dynamics are headed and why. So, so the idea so far, uh, that President Biden, the outgoing— the soon outgoing President Biden, will give the green light, it does not suggest that it's fait accompli. You know, this is what I wanted to report to you today. That's why I wanted to do this live stream here. Yes, there are a lot of YouTubers out there— the US got green light, they're gonna— you know, let's take a step back. And this is one thing where you differentiate between sensationalism and factual stuff. So, and I want you to be aware of this. Yeah, yes, it is my prediction that things going to move forward, but at the same time, there's a lot, a lot, a lot of things that goes on behind closed doors regarding those dynamics, because you're talking about a major retaliation from the Russians that could include a tactical nukes Because now they are saying, hey, because Russia has a doctrine, uh, in its, uh, nuclear use, you know, if ever Russia feels threatened, its security is threatened, they reserve the right to use nukes. They never disclosed whether strategic or tactical, at least when I did the research and wrote the book, that's what I found. But it is in their doctrine. In other words, they will deploy. And so far, if you are— you've been keeping attention to what's going on, uh, the Russian president, uh, uh, Vladimir Putin, already a few months ago initiated some drills for tactical nukes. You know, that's for a reason to why they were doing that also. And this is where I'm, I'm seeing, uh, now whether we're gonna be stating that the transatlantic relations, there is cracks in the transatlantic relations because now you got President-elect Trump who's coming up who is against this support for NATO and all the funding we are sending to Ukraine. And rightly so. Do I agree with Trump? No, no, the guy is not qualified for— let me just state this for the record, you know, I have nothing against Trump. But he is not qualified to understand the geopolitical dynamics. But he is right on certain points. You know, you give credit where credit is due. Why are we sending our tax dollars to Ukraine? You know, why are we sending our tax dollars to Israel? Why are we sending our tax dollars to Jordan, to other— Egypt and so forth? You know, not just one country or two. Let me just be clear about this one. If you only know the financial aid that we are providing through State Department to other countries, uh, has nothing to do with the welfare of those countries. So, but it's obvious for what Biden's been doing regarding Ukraine, and even to his last month or so, already declaring the allocation of $6 billion that's going to Ukraine before Donald Trump inaugurates the office. Why? Why? Shame on you, Biden. For doing this, because that's US tax dollars. You can't be doing that. You have no right to just waste that, that money that doesn't belong to you. But on the other hand, you all know how our system is— corrupted to its core. You know, no matter what, you know, till the system is changed from within— we're not talking about politicians here, we're talking about the structure of the system itself. And most Americans do not understand these dynamics. Till I understand this, and this is why I don't see, uh, uh, sort of a change here, but that's how it is. So for now, suffice it to say, this is where the challenge is going to be now the next few days. And I'm going to keep an eye open on, on this one to see what the Russian president's decision is going to be and whether, uh, the, the the moment the Ukrainians launched that missile, depending again where and how and what targets and so forth, it will be interesting, uh, to see what the Russian reaction is going to be. So, and this is why, guys, I can't stress enough for you, if you want to really have a grasp on understanding, uh, where this is, uh, all headed and so forth, try read that, read my book here about Russia that I just uploaded for you guys if you want, if you are interested. All right guys, guys, uh, that's all I have to share with you. I am gonna have to, uh, see if there is any, uh, Super Sticker question. Uh, and once again, Francis Tango, thank you very much. What will happen now? World War III? Ukraine already have— yeah, uh, World War III, you know, if we are to think about it in the context that you and I understand, uh what happened back then, World War I, World War II. Yeah, we are already there, but not there in a full scale of it. You know, the moment you see— the moment you see the, the deployment of strategic nuclear weapons, then yes, that's in my opinion, this is where it's going to be. And that's how I, I categorize this one here. So, all right guys, I truly hope— I know it's short, as I mentioned, because I have other commitments I need to attend to, but I did promise I would show up here, uh, to do this brief analysis for you, just to put things in perspective, because I've seen a lot, uh, uh, uh, some YouTube people talking about, uh, yeah, let's, let's take a step back. There are certain procedures that have to, to, uh, occur, and this is why the prime ministers, uh, uh, in, uh, in, uh in Brussels are meeting, uh, to talk about all this one here. Uh, Fred, thank you very much, Fred, for your support, man. Sadly, most people in the world are just blind sheep. I believe a real change needs some big revolution or something which requires people to wake up. I couldn't agree more. I couldn't agree more. You know, I am for peace. You know, revolutions don't have to be bloody. You know, of course in our country it will be a major one because every household here has some form of weapons of sorts. So, so I can just see. And, and, and, but I agree with you, people are like sheep, you know, they need to wake up. But this is what happened when you're intellectually limited because you allow yourself to be limited. This is what people needs to wake up to. So once again, thank you so much for your super sticker. Army with Harmony, do you think Trump will have said yes, uh, Obama way? Well, most likely to end it. But this is also why Trump had— why, I'm sorry, why Biden had to do it now is to leave the mess for the next president. This is because Russians won't care, won't worry about whether Trump or whomever, you know. Russians not going to be bluffing about this one. You hit inside Russian territory, the optics of it is very bad. We're not talking even the damage or destructions and so forth. The optics— here is this super nuclear power that's being attacked inside its own territory. You can just see the optics of it. So, and, and I don't think so the Russians will let this go, you know. And that's why I'm saying sometimes you have to do the, the hard choices. It's not easy, but I hope the civilians will be warned before so they can have an opportunity to get out. Uh, you can always rebuild, you know. This is where I see the, the, the difference for that one. So, uh, and by the way, I need to, uh, quickly here while I have you guys here before I leave, uh, I need to say thank you to, uh, a new member of the Buy Me Coffee. So I became a member. Unfortunately, there is no name there, it just says someone. So also, Ray, come, 1, 2, 3! I want to say thank you for your continued support. You all remember Ray, I met him in China. So, uh, an avid supporter of the channel. Thank you very much, Ray, for your support. So, okay guys, I hope you have a good rest of the evening or afternoon, whatever part of the you're in, and I look forward to seeing you next time. As always, remember, geopolitics impacts your daily life in more ways than one. Till next time, guys. Bye-bye.
