All right, hello everybody and welcome to Geopolitical Trends for our monthly community conversation. Let me just adjust the light here because this one is hitting right on my eye. Anyway, very, very excited to be with you as always, and I mean it when I say it. So hope your Sunday is going very well. Let me see who is here. I'll say hi to our community. Then we'll get into our truth seeker. As always, good to see you. Dr. Stewart will be here in about 20 minutes or so, so I'll be talking to you guys first and a few things, then, then he'll be here. So, uh, Matt Becky, good to see you as always. Army with Harmony, good to see you. Uh, Yuzu, to you, z super good to see you, and hello to you as well. Uh, uh, Jamie Dodger, good to see you. Timeline Dunkley, as always. Femida, good to see you. A from UK, good to see you. And Athene Wu, good to see you. Very, very excited to be with you guys. Uh, it's always— I've been seeing you now every day almost, so, but, but I don't mind because to me that's what the commitments for the— towards the community is all about. So, and I mean it. Anyway, so, uh, what we're gonna be talking about today— whatever you guys want, whatever questions you have, and answers before Dr. Stewart gets here. He'll answer your health questions because I am not qualified for that kind of stuff. I can talk basics, for example, uh, the type of food to eat in the morning— not a morning, but whatever you do, if you do, uh, uh, only 2 meals a day and so forth, so on. Uh, now before I'll share some pictures with you and all that stuff, I want to let you know that next week I will be talking about what's going on, uh, with Iran, uh, negotiations in Muscat, but also the time which coincided with the explosion that took place in Bandar Abbas. I'm very familiar with that part of the world. So as I said, I spent a lot of time in the Middle East. I was closer to the Iranian borders back then, so I'm a little bit familiar with that. So, so I will be— I am been reading all this for the last 48 hours. I'm waiting to do more reading tonight and see if I do it for you either tomorrow or Tuesday. Like I always say, guys, I don't follow the crowd on YouTube that I have to be the first to talk about this and that, you know. That's— and this is why I strongly recommend, guys, you don't, don't jump to— just be aware of what you are listening to, watching, and so forth. You can listen, hear a different perspective, but just be aware of, of, of, uh, how the information is. Oh, Jimmy is here! Good to see you back. Someone I communicate with, with on a regular basis, and he was just overseas and just came back. So good to see you, and I'm glad you made it here. So, and thank you for sharing all the info regarding the location you were at last time. So, uh, Geo Economic Asia, good to see you. By the way, guys, hope you enjoyed the, the conversation with the giant Bhandari yesterday, and, uh, and I'm gonna be sharing with you later on. I'll, I'll give you guys some details and all that stuff regarding the upcoming seminar for Mr. Bandari, which is going to be in Canada, believe it or not. So he was kind enough to, uh, wanted to give the community some discount. Whomever wants to go or attend it, I believe it's in Vancouver in the summer. I'll get more detail and I'll share that with you, but for now I'm gonna share a link with you. You guys can look it up later on and check it out if you want, if you ever interested. And, and Giant, you know, he has a lot to say, he has a lot of knowledge. So somebody doesn't talk off the cuff, and he knows what he's talking about. So, so I was glad he was able to join us yesterday. So, uh, second thing I want to share with you is, uh, beside the live stream I do next week, I am in talks with some very, very high-profile individuals. I'm not going to disclose the name So, uh, just because nothing is, is confirmed yet, but I am in the works, uh, or working on setting up some interviews with this high-profile individual. So, uh, you will be very, very pleased once you find out, once I lock in the dates and time and so forth. You won't want to miss that, and I will give you a heads up ahead of time. So this is what I'm gonna do. All right, let me share some pictures with you. I know some of you has been asking about, uh, last time. I remember when we did, uh, when we did the community conversation, somebody asked me about the chicken, believe it or not. So I'm gonna be sharing some pictures with you guys. So, and of course, I— one of, one of the chicken, I don't know where she went, so she didn't want to come up. So So, all right, let's start here with first. This is Carrot. We call her Carrie somehow. So that's Carrot. And the next one is Sky. So they're funny, they let me get closer to them. This is Tara. She's also friendly, just she just didn't want to get closer at that time. And the last one is Leila, but she's not there. So I was looking for trying to snap picture, but she ran away. So anyway, uh, I also want to share with you— I know last time— here is Leila right here by herself. She is a very— she has a, an interesting personality. She is a loner. So, and she's very, very, very skittish. I wonder why they call them chickens. So But anyway, uh, this is the garden. I know some of you asked me last time about, uh, the garden. Well, you got it right here, guys. So I'm gonna go from left to right. So you have potatoes there, there is parsley, lettuce, beets, radish, squash, and cucumber towards the end. That's where you see that one towards the end. So I'm gonna go one by one so you'll see. This is the end of— this is where I believe cucumber, if I'm not mistaken. So, so that's squash, I believe, radish. And this is— this tiny here, it's parsley. That's what it is. That's, that's the parsley one. And the one near it, it's a lettuce. So I remember last year I used to eat a lot of lettuce from the garden. And once again, why is this important to understand as far as food, to grow your own, given exactly what's going on with the food industry? So if I am to tell you guys anything to be aware of is what you are consuming. Just pay close attention to that. Your health literally depends, depends on it. So, uh, uh, okay, Truth Seeker, you got a question here. For us when he comes in. Okay, many people have been misdiagnosed, core dysfunction with asthma, both, both has triggers and similar effects. Yeah, he will be able to answer this question for you. And I'll, uh, let me just put a note on this so I won't forget some. And by the way, uh, yesterday one of you guys, when I was doing live with the Giant Tours, the end, even after I logged off, one super sticker showed up at the end from Noel. In case Noel, you are here, and I didn't ignore you, it was just I logged off at the time by the time I saw this. So I want to say thank you so much, and I'll make a note of it about it next week when I talk, because that's the right thing to do. So, uh, uh, Miltitam, fried chicken, yeah, but you have to be aware of what type of oil they are cooking this in. Remember, this is why, guys, when you go and eat this french fries You have no idea how old, first of all, that oil. I would not be surprised. Don't assume that they're gonna change oil every, every day or every other day. I won't be surprised that oil there is sitting there for 2 or 3 weeks. They just put the fries, add more oil, and, and, and give the masses, uh, whatever they eat. So, and this is why the, the, the, the French fries, the McDonald's, whatever, which by the way, they're coming from the farms of What's his name? Evil, evil Bill, Bill Gates. That's from his farm. Makes you just wonder what's in those potatoes. I eat french fries, but I eat the ones at home right here. I will not— as a matter of fact, let me show you, and I'm gonna share it with you guys if I'll get to it quickly here. This way you'll see share right here. So I'm gonna share it with you, uh, just to show you that, you know, the french fries that I cook for myself here, and I cook them in, uh, in the fat, in, in lard. And the way I cook them into that is because when I do a really good quality bacon, I don't throw that lard out. No, I save it in a jar, and that's usually what I cook with when I do either eggs or French fries or even, uh, or even, uh, steak for that matter. So, so let me share something with you here. Uh, I don't know if it will play or not. Hold on a second. Uh, let me share this one with you first. Okay, where is it? All right, here is the screen.
Let me—
yeah, so, and I'll show it to you guys. Not this one, I guess it's the next one. Bear with me here, guys, bear with me. Now, okay, I got the wrong one here, guys. Let me do it because I'm gonna share it with you. Send an attachment. Okay, let me— I don't know if it will play or not, but if it's not, next time I'll do it, of course. It's because it's on my phone. Yeah, I can get to it from here.
Okay, now—
all right, just bear with me here, guys. Okay, it's not, it's not going. So anyway, I don't want to waste time on this one here, and I'll do it next time. So, so this is the idea, just you have to understand again what's in that kind of food and all that stuff, and that's the importance of all this one. So, and, uh, I'm gonna be sharing with you a clip also, from another doctor, and we'll have Dr. Stewart comment on this as we move along. So let me see, first of all, yeah, here is Dr. Stewart, is here. Let me bring him in here. Hold on a second, let me remove this one. Hello, Doc.
Hi, David. It's nice to see you again.
Oh yeah. Okay. Let me see here. Hold on a second.
Uh, okay.
All right. How are you, Doug?
You know, I'm doing really well.
Good to have you here. And the community is excited because they have some questions for you. They want to talk about—
harder the better. See if they can stump the doctor. Yeah.
As a matter of fact, I have one already from Truth Seeker. So let me share it on the screen so you'll see it right there. And his question is, many people been misdiagnosed core dysfunction with asthma. I don't know what this is.
Well, basically what you have is a system that is not optimized in terms of norepinephrine or epinephrine, either one. If you go to a hospital and having a severe allergy attack of some kind, what happens is they give you an adrenaline shot, that's epinephrine, and very typically the histamine reaction is— that's shutting down everything— goes away. So for people who have chronic, uh, allergy issues, if we increase the amount of dopamine builders, and we do it in a very careful way, they can typically prevent practically all the allergies, including peanut allergy.
Mm-hmm.
It's not what people think. It's that their body is not producing enough epinephrine. And we know how to remedy that long-term, short-term and long-term. And we've known it for decades, but people still die. Oh, you're having a real— an allergy reaction. You are having a histamine reaction because you can't shut it down, but you can shut it down if you have enough epinephrine, which is a derivative of dopamine. Wow. And typically you could do it quickly. Yeah, like in an hour, an hour and a half, you can take Dopamine Builders and boom, the histamine goes down and then you're feeling quite normal again.
Yeah, so, and usually it's not a, it's not a serious condition, right?
Well, it can be. I mean, people have histamine reactions, asthma attacks, and everything goes and they can't breathe.
Okay.
And So it can be very serious.
But isn't that— this one has to do with, uh, it has to do with also people being allergic to— I've heard some stories about people who are allergic to peanut butter and it can cause some of those kind of issues. Is that true?
And it's true. Any number of people have, have allergies to peanuts, and it's more complicated than that because peanuts have a particular mold on them that people are really allergic to. But it's the same situation for most people. If they get their epinephrine, adrenaline level up, it knocks down the histamine and they can breathe normally again. Wow.
That's very—
and save their own life. I mean, I have examples of people who had, who, who all of a sudden it was spring, humid, pollen in the air. All of a sudden they're wheezing and coughing. An hour later, After we get their dopamine level up, they're breathing normally again, and they're enjoying the fragrance, the fragrance of the, uh, new spring pollens.
That's what it is. I'm gonna, I'm gonna share a quick, uh, a clip here by another doctor, and I just want to get your reaction to, because what he talks about, very, very, very interesting, and I wanted the community to at least be aware of this one here. So, so take a listen, guys. Let me play it for you. Fructose is the fire. It ignites the fire that makes you hungry. Glucose is what plants make in starch.
Fructose is what plants make in sugar.
Starch Not sweet.
Sugar, sweet.
Glucose, not very sweet.
Fructose, very sweet.
Fructose is addictive because fructose stimulates the reward center of the brain and tells you, this feels good, I want more. Fructose and alcohol are metabolized the same way, do the same things metabolically in the body, and also centrally in the brain. Fructose and alcohol both lead to Alzheimer's disease.
Glucose.
Okay. I just wanted to share this with the community and get your feedback on because guys, I'm going to be talking— Dr. Stewart rather is going to be explaining to us something about— I need you to see specific vitamins that I am taking under his supervision. And, and we'll go from there. So what do you think about the video?
I think he's spot on, and here's the chemistry underneath it. We take a look at what happens when we take alcohol in or we take fructose in. What happens is it goes to the neurotransmitters, the part that's, that's creating them and sending them into the synapse, and it stimulates them to dump the dopamine that's there into the system. So you feel better, and you really do feel better because dopamine, or excess amounts of dopamine, really do make you feel good. Here's the issue: people get a hangover or they get addicted, and it's not even complex chemistry. What happens is if you they're called vesicles, they're the storage units for dopamine. So they're stimulated by fructose or alcohol, they dump all the dopamine that they have, then a particular enzyme comes because, hey, it flooded, we have too much, and it dissolves and takes away a whole bunch of the dopamine. And then you don't have enough because the vesicles are empty, the storage units are empty. And you say, I don't feel very good. How come after I have fructose I feel tired? Or how come I have a hangover with, with, well, it's more complicated with alcohol, but it still is the same phenomena. Alcohol and fructose are actually poison to your system. Then you say, well, how come people go back to it? How come they're addicted? Because the only way they can feel good again short term is to go get the the biggest dump possible of dopamine, and that's alcohol or fructose.
So it's a—
the only way out of that is to absolutely stop both of them, and your system will reregulate itself over, over a relatively short period of time. I've worked with alcoholics, and not specifically to get rid of the alcohol, but to get get their dopamine levels correct.
Yeah.
And they go from a bottle of wine with dinner to a glass of wine with dinner to they forgot to have alcohol that day. Because we are now regulating, giving them plenty of dopamine, and they don't need the alcohol or the fructose to feel good again. It's kind of astonishing to watch alcoholics who don't drink anymore Because it doesn't do anything for them. Yeah.
I'm glad I—
Isn't that astonishing?
Yeah. I'm glad I don't drink. I don't drink alcohol, so never did.
Yeah.
I don't, I don't bother with it. So now speaking of that dopamine thing, there's a question here from Army with Harmony. First of all, I wanna say thank you to, uh, I Am Valentina. Thank you so much for your, uh, continued support for the channel. I greatly appreciate you for that. And, and good to see you as always. A question from Army with Harmony says, please define dopamine. I'm assuming builder.
Builder, yeah. Builder, yeah. Okay. Well, there's a particular amino acid called tryptophan, uh, called tyrosine, and you get it in meat, you get it in cheese, you get it in eggs, you get into a number of sources, and it provides the building blocks for dopamine. Because dopamine has to be constructed by your body.
Mm-hmm.
In various parts of your body to have enough of it to function normally. And one of the ways we see that is not only do you feel good, but you move well. You see something like Parkinson's that they don't have enough dopamine and you can't give them enough good food to take care of it. And a lot of people are now getting in the situation where they cannot eat enough to give them a normal amount of dopamine. So we have to do it from the outside with targeted proteins that are full of tyrosine.
So, so that's what dopamine is. Very interesting. I never knew the details of it. So, uh, I got another question here from Truth Seeker once again. Which is better, prebiotic or probiotic, or should we take both?
Depends how you're taking it. There's some interesting things about prebiotic and probiotic, and that is the body cleanses itself of any number of these helpful critters that live in your small intestines.
Mm-hmm.
And that means you have to have an ongoing source of new probiotics or prebiotics. Some colleagues of mine did a study where they had the main, one of the major critters that live in your guts, floral bacteria. So all they tested these people and they found that they didn't have enough of this and their digestion was hurt. So they put them on a supplement and at the, at the very end of the, of the initial study, everyone had plenty of it. And their digestion was improved. Then they tested them again 6 weeks later, and everyone was back at the original low level. These things have to be an ongoing process of things like kimchi, raw kimchi, raw sauerkraut, uh, raw vegetables. Yeah. So this has to be ongoing. You can't say, well, I'm gonna do it and stop. Yeah. Is forever.
I, uh, I do kimchi, by the way, every— with every meal before I start eating, I'll have one spoon of kimchi every day. Every day. I've been doing it for, for, for years now. So, and I could tell I don't have any like digestive issues or whatever. So, uh, no, no issues whatsoever. So I, I, I—
that's the right— that's actually the right thing to do.
Yeah, yeah, I feel, I feel comfortable, uh, with this one here. Uh, question from Alistadokin, which is very interesting. I don't know exactly what it is. How to cure bleeding piles? I don't know what that is.
Well, for one thing, we need to know what, what's really going on here.
Yeah.
Uh, most likely you're going to have to go to a gastroenterologist and find out what the, what the real issue is.
Yeah.
Uh, could be hemorrhoids. It could be, uh, oh, could be so many things. It could.
Yeah.
But you really, really need some expert help with this. Also, one of the questions is how hard is the stool?
Yeah.
If it feels like, if you feel like you're, you're, you're, you're eliminating bricks, you're really hurting yourself. And you're, you're rupturing this, all these small vessels in your colon. So you need to eat a lot more vegetables and things like butter and coconut oil.
Very interesting.
And one of the things you clearly want to avoid is a whole lot of starchy things like bread and pasta and so on. Yeah. That clog up your system. And you certainly want to stay away from vegetable oils.
Oh, those are the worst.
Those are high, so highly inflammatory for your whole digestive system. You got to stay away from them.
Now correct me, correct me, Ross, if I'm wrong. I read somewhere, uh, where, for example, uh, uh, if you experience constipation on a regular basis, that's an indication for some serious health issue.
It's primarily diet related.
Okay.
Although it gets really complicated. As people age, yeah, the, the amount of enzymes that they're, that they produce in their mouth declines. The amount of hydrochloric acid and betaine in their stomach dramatically declines. And those things are, are essential for digesting proteins and pulling the minerals out of all of your food.
Mm-hmm.
So at age 60, you've got less than 20% of the digestive juices that you had when you were 20. So things are going through as a lump, either fermenting or putrefying. And so you, you gotta do something to get your digestion working better again. A lot of people like apple cider vinegar.
Mm-hmm.
Some people like, uh, supplements to have a small amount of betaine and a small amount of hydrochloric acid. Those things work magnificently. Yeah. And as people age, they're gonna need to do something.
Very nice.
But for the person who is, who's constantly constipated, yeah. I really look at increasing the amount of vegetables that they eat. Mediterranean diet's excellent for producing the right, right consistency of a stool, which ought to be more like toothpaste than a brick.
That's for sure. Uh, there was a statement here from Cam Zin, eat in the morning steak and eggs. With harsh browns. And he added, uh, and glass of orange juice with some lemon. Uh, I'll, I'll stay away from orange juice. That's personal. Uh, well, here's the thing.
Orange juice is just sugar.
Sugar. Yeah.
By the time, by the time it's been either squeezed or sat on a shelf for a while.
Yeah.
Every, every vitamin and every nutrient in it is now degraded. Yeah. And they typically pasteurize that stuff, which really kills any nutrition. So you're drinking sugar water. Steak and eggs, fine. Uh, I'd rather have somebody eat vegetables with it rather than hash browns. They're much better off. But steak and eggs, but high protein is a good way to start the day with vegetables.
Yeah. I, I, I, yeah, I do steak and eggs without veggies in the morning.
Well, this morning I had— I got cauliflower, onions, and carrots, steamed them, and put them in my Vitamix with olive oil and butter. And with that, I had 2 poached eggs and 3 ounces of steak. My goodness, do I feel good. Yeah. And of course, I'm doing my amino acids and other things that I I do for nutrition reasons.
Well, speaking of that, that's a good segue to what we're going to be talking about next. And I'm going to share this with you guys. Uh, it's the community. And again, uh, Dr. Stewart is helping me out with something right here. I'm going to share it with you, the picture here, because this, first of all, you can buy, uh, in, in stores because they don't exist in stores to begin with. So you can buy this. This is called the, uh, Replete and Restore food or supplements, whatever that is. I've, uh, Dr. Stewart puts me on this for a few weeks now just to see how this is gonna work. And I can tell you guys, the reason why you are saying, and I know some of you commented, oh, Dr. O, you have so much energy and so forth. This is why part of it has to do with this. And I'm gonna turn it over to Dr. Stewart to explain to us What is this R&R? Why is this important? And, and, and what's the benefits and so forth? Okay.
No, R&R is in, is a product in the Hintz Medical Food line.
Yeah.
And medical foods.
Yeah.
Bless the FDA. Medical foods is a category that only has 3 products in it. Hintz Medical Foods, cherry juice, and one other I can't remember. Yeah. So it's not a supplement, it is not medicine, it is medical food. And here's what we're really looking at. With, with even a good diet, it's really hard to get the— get enough nutrients to make your brain and central nervous system operate optimally. And you see a I see any number of doctors on YouTube and other places who are saying, how do we maximize our performance? We really want to perform at a much higher level. We want to be able to read something once and understand it. We want to be able to remember it and we want to be able to use it energetically. So when we increase the amount of serotonin with Hintz Medical Foods, mm-hmm, what we're doing is we're turning on the prefrontal cortex, which is serotonin driven. That means you're able to pay attention sometimes 400% better than you did before you started this program. We also know that if, if you're going to remember it, if you're going to pay attention and actually receive it, now you stand a real good chance of putting into the secondary portion of memory. Then from the secondary portion, it goes into permanent storage in other portions of your brain. But if you can't pay attention to it and you only get one-third of the message or one-half of the message, you've really missed out. And so we're looking at, and we now have a number of people on this program who have no problem. They're already very productive people, but they say, I want to be more productive. I want to sleep better. I want to have better energy. And I certainly want to be smarter. And to a person, everyone we've done this with is giving us rave reviews. We're videoing all of them, we're going to put them on a website eventually because people are getting such a good response. Now they've tried other things and they say, well, the other things help a little, but nothing is as good as this because we're raising the level of neurotransmission, which automatically makes us pay attention better, be more energetic, be more comfortable in our bodies, and overall be more productive in terms of accomplishing the things in your life you want to accomplish. Dramatically overcoming fatigue, and that might be your experience, David. I don't— I haven't talked to you, uh, for a week or two about this now.
Yeah.
What, what, what exactly are you— have you experienced at, uh, that you can tell people about?
Well, I noticed one thing that I'm more alert, uh, when I am, especially when I'm doing the lives. And because there's a lot of moving parts, uh, when you do lives, there's, uh, you know, a lot of people think that there's a lot going on behind the scenes that you have to ensure, uh, that all the pieces are in place. And to do that requires concentration. So you're kind of very, very focused. So, uh, I noticed also I don't get as much tired as I used to be. Back then. So usually I will talk for— even when I used to teach, if I will teach back to back, uh, uh, uh, after a while I don't want to talk at all because I want to be quiet. But not on this one here. I feel very— and, and when I take this one here, I take it after my, my, uh, mid-morning meal. Yeah. And I take it also after dinner. Right after dinner at 1800 hours, because I only eat 2 meals and I sleep good, but also in addition to taking magnesium at night before I go to bed. Uh, uh, so I sleep straight all the way to till about 0600 or 0700 hours in the morning. No issues there. But as far as the mental alertness, I am more aware, uh, and I can absorb a lot of information throughout the day. Once I start taking this. So I'm very grateful. Thank you for sharing this with me.
And, you know, I got some real surprises because we're doing this with a number of people that we would say, these are productive people. Yeah, they're succeeding in life. And so I asked them if they'd like to try this, and we were videoing all of these people.
Yeah, yeah.
And I find how universally people were saying, I know I'm underperforming. I can do a lot better. And I said, but you're already doing well. He said, yeah, but I feel I can do better.
Yeah.
By the time 2 weeks rolls around, every single person has said, I'm sleeping better. I've got more energy. I can focus better. I'm more productive. And I'm getting things done that were hard to get done before. I'm saying, these are already good people. And so you talk about, about an inexpensive way to enhance your performance. Here it is, this Hintz Medical Food Protocol.
Yeah.
We're doing several things. We're doing, we're increasing serotonin, which is gonna guarantee to make you smarter cuz you can pay attention. We're also giving you a small amount of dopamine builders, which makes you feel good and makes being productive rewarding. And we're also giving you glutathione. Which protects your entire neurology. And our database says you do this program and you're not going to get cognitive decline, dementia, or Alzheimer's in old age. Going, that's significant.
Yeah, which is very problematic here in the United States given the number of, you know, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's and so forth. So all of them are very— the numbers are alarming.
Oh, and all the polluted areas in, in the world, we're going to see astronomical numbers once if they tell us the truth. Yeah.
Which they will never disclose, by the way. Oh, I know that for a fact. Right. They wouldn't, they would never do that because I, you know, I worked in Washington, DC. I understand the ins and outs of how, for example, big pharma with the government, uh, food industry with the government, meat industry, sugar industry, beverage industry. All of them, they were in bed with the governments. I was aware of what was going— that's part of what I learned about starting to stay away from certain things. So by the way, guys, I'm gonna put the link for you here. If you have any question later on, you can email, uh, just email your questions here and, uh, they'll get back to you about this one. And I will keep you posted, guys. I will keep you posted once Dr. Stewart lets me know that everything is, uh, as far as the link, the websites and all that stuff, I'll let you guys know should you ever— you all know this is for us, for the community. And if I know something, I'd rather share it with the community. That's like what I do with geopolitics. I'll do it also with health issues because, like I always say, your health is your best assets. Money comes and goes, everything else comes and goes. But if you lose your health, you are in big trouble. So that's just the way I see it.
As you know, David, I have a PhD in psychology and I'm certified in clinical nutrition, and I spend 5 hours a week in, in research on these things. And this Hintz Medical Food Protocol is the single best thing I've ever seen. Now, do I recommend other things depending on what's going on with somebody? You can bet I do. But this is foundational because every part of your body needs to be told what to do.
Yeah.
And neurotransmitters is the messaging system that gives the orders and the directions to make things happen. So getting serotonin and dopamine right and glutathione right is paramount to your health, wellbeing, and success. Okay. And what I can, from what I can tell from, and this really surprises me, but from what I can tell, Virtually everybody could use this program.
I said, yeah, that's how you maintain your health. I mean, I'm, I'm, I am lucky because I know you, so I have to consider what if, yeah, what if it was the other scenario that I didn't have access to you or to someone like you that understand these ins and outs while staying away from medication, staying away from whatever the big pharma is pushing on. So, so I'm lucky in that sense. But on the other hand, I look at it as a responsibility for me to share this knowledge, whatever I acquire, with the community. And that's why we are very grateful that you are able to make it and share with us. Now, you mentioned something, Russ, about neurotransmitter. I got a question here from Rampo01. So what kind of neurotransmitters are you putting in the Doc? No, no, I don't know if the question for you or for me, but I'll let you answer that one.
Okay. Well, basically there are 183 known neurotransmitters in the central nervous system. The master regulators of this entire system are serotonin and dopamine. And once we get that right, the things downstream seem to optimize themselves, such as GABA and a lot of other things. Things. And so we regulate serotonin first because that's where the majority of problems are with people, and that's where productivity really does live. Then we regulate dopamine and glutathione. And so we're, we're using— ready for this— beans and seeds from France, organically grown. The French are— God bless the French, they're so picky about their food. And it's the only source in the world that we can get that is this pure. And so his medical food comes from there. And we are, we, we are, we're real, you know, we've done this so much now that we've gotten really extraordinarily good at regulating serotonin and dopamine to individual. So the individual gets the exact amount of this that they need. For maximum productivity in their life. And that's what this is all about. While you're here, how about you live your best life?
That's true. And speaking of France, I remember— I have family lives in France. Anytime I go to France and eat food there, no issues whatsoever. I don't even gain any weight, but also I walk a lot. So I don't— yeah, yeah, I walk all over the place. But, uh, but as far as the food in itself It's— you can tell the difference. It's not heavy. It's not heavy food.
Yeah, I was recently in France and the food was, the food was really spectacular.
And also the quantity of foods. And, and this leads me to a question from, uh, Rafael. You know, good to see you, Rafael, as always, and much appreciate your kind support. So, uh, a question from Rafael: in the US Marine, they tell us if you feel you ate too much. Why we do not make it a standard in the US for dieting? Good point, good point. I mean, we shove food here in this culture. We keep eating despite you feeling full. That means you need to stop.
This is really— I happen to have a deep knowledge in this area. There's a man named Colin Campbell. I spent 2 days with him. He headed the Blue Ribbon Commission on the food pyramid for America. And so he brought the— he brought these fantastic experts from all over the country together, and they put together the food pyramid that had proteins, beef, eggs, so on. And then it gradually worked its way up to a tiny amount of grains. He said, this is what people ought to be eating, more or less the Mediterranean diet. And so on a Friday night about 4 o'clock, they submitted their findings to the Agriculture Department. Saturday morning, they all received federal injunctions forbidding them to share their results, and they turned the food pyramid upside down. Based on the influence of big agriculture because you can grow a lot of grains real cheap, stuff them full of— stuff people full of them, and then everyone's fat, unhappy, depressed, and really suffering from malnutrition. And you fill yourself up with a bunch of grains and you never really feel quite full. When I was in Europe, I never overate one meal. Because the food was more nutrient-dense and it was really loading up on a lot more, uh, the proteins than the carbohydrates.
Very interesting.
So that's how this is all happening. Yeah. And we're seeing it, we're seeing government action right now to try to see if, uh, the government can reverse the food pyramid so that people stop gorging themselves on food that doesn't nourish them and start eating the things that will re-regulate their blood chemistry, because that's where the problem is. You get your glucose level in your blood too high.
Yeah.
And cortisol comes in and jumps on it because you say, "Oh, it's too much, it's too much," takes it away. Only it takes way too much away, and all the cells in your body say, "We're not getting nutrients." And so they— and then the hypothalamus, which is a part of the brain that registers thirst and hunger, says blood sugar is too low, feed me. Wow. And what's the thing that— what's the quickest way to get, uh, the blood sugar regulated temporarily?
Alcohol.
Wow. I need a drink. Yeah, they need a drink. All right, what they need is a good meal.
Yeah, it's all connected. And this is where, uh, Zhao Yan is saying moderation is the key. I couldn't agree more. I couldn't agree more. Here in our culture, we don't have that kind of sense of understanding that moderation is the key. Indeed, we stuff our plates, we put so much food. I remember one day I lashed out at my youngest back then because he put so much food on his plate and I knew he wasn't gonna finish that, and I kind of lost it. I really lost it. From that point forward, he never put too much food on his plate. And now, even when I— literally, sometimes when I make him breakfast or lunch or dinner, whatever, and I want to serve him, and I said, how much, my— how much do I put, Michael? He said, whatever you put on my plate, I'm gonna eat it. I said, now you better come over and pick up your own food because you'll be responsible for it. So moderation is the key. Your Zao, thank you so much for that.
Well, it's really challenging when your blood issues are, are when you have low blood sugar issues, it's hard to, it's hard to control yourself because that portion of your brain says, feed me, I'm starving. So the real point is to get the fats correct, like fatty meat, like butter, like coconut oil, like avocados. And high protein foods like eggs and meat. That's what regulates your blood sugar the best. And you put some vegetables on it for slower digestion, and now you got a winning combination.
Great. I got a question from Peng Guan, very interesting question. Can you please discuss trans fats?
This is a simple kind of conversation. Any any oil or fat that comes from vegetables is harmful because it's so— your body has no way. Evolutionarily, we understand butter, we understand beef fat, and I don't know how it happened, but we also— our body understands coconut oil. All the other oils— well, olive oil is a special category— but all the other oils are so inflammatory because our body has no way of dealing with them. And so they cause plaquing in the arteries, they cause digestive issues. Uh, so trans fats, that's— it's really not an issue because you're getting it in meat and eggs and, and cheese and so on. It's the vegetable fats that are really the problem because they're actually plaquing up the arteries and killing people prematurely.
Yeah, you, you mentioned the, uh, oil, and I just want to share this with the community while I'm thinking about it. So in the mornings, now I've noticed I'm doing it every other day. I used to do it every day. I'll have a tablespoon of pure olive oil. So, uh, that bottle is a little pricey, but again, your health is worth more. And I kind of noticed, uh, one of the difference that I noticed And that was before I start taking the R&R. One thing that I noticed, Russ, was I don't have joint issues. I don't feel— when I start taking that tablespoon of pure olive oil, I noticed that.
That's excellent. I— there are a couple things with that.
Yeah.
One is if you're not doing the vegetable, if you're not doing these vegetable oils, You are reducing the amount of inflammation at your joints, which is a good thing. Then you do olive oil, which helps your entire digestive process, which is also a good thing. And then there's the caution of, are you sure you're getting real olive oil? Because a number of manufacturers, they mix other oils in and don't tell you.
Which is true. I was aware a few years ago of an investigation, uh, that reached Italy regarding the, uh, the misleading information about the pure olive oil from Italy.
Yeah.
Which wasn't pure at all. It was, uh, it was an investigation.
You know, you're not going to get a bottle this big for $8.
No, no way.
Olive oil is just—
the one I buy is like this one. And usually I buy them on sale for about $20.
Yes.
They are about $28 or so for that one.
So that's exactly, that's, that's a good way to do it. You're, you're much more likely to get real olive oil without other things blended in.
That's true. Uh, I got a question from Francis Tango and thank you so much, Francis, for your continued support. Truly appreciate you for that. What is avocado oil good for?
Avocados are a wonderful source of fats. And he talked about if you want to really regulate blood sugar, you need to slow digestion down. Fats will do that. Avocado oil— it depends how it's processed, but avocado oil is really quite good. I'm not familiar with a number of different brands of it, so I, I, I have one that I buy that's relatively pricey, and I eat avocados, a couple of them a week. So yes, it's a number of things. For one thing, it's going to help with digestion. It's going to help with bowel movements. It's going to make the food going through your digestive tract go much smoother through the entire system. And you can certainly use those oils because you need, you need oils. Every cell membrane in your body, when you've got a probably 1 trillion cells, uh, requires these fats and oils to build a cell membrane. If you don't have cell membranes, you're not alive.
Yeah, you're gone. Yeah, I have a picture here, guys. I'm gonna— I went over, run to the kitchen to get one. Here is one avocado oil that I just opened the bottle about 2 days ago, and that's usually when I use if I make eggs, steak sometimes on a iron cast skillet. That's where I cook my steak and all that stuff. But this is the avocado oil, and I'm not advi— uh, advertising for the— it's a good product. This is the olive oil again. This is the one that I said it was about $28, but I had to buy it.
Spectrum is a respectable brand. Yeah, they've got a great reputation. Yeah, that's about right, $28 for that.
I bought it on sale, it was $20. That's I, I found that one and I put this one. So, uh, got another statement here from, uh, Phil. Foods to help improve your circulation. This one has to do with cayenne pepper, beets, berries, fatty fish, pomegranates, garlic, and walnuts.
Phil knows what he's talking about.
Yeah, you're right.
I can't encourage— and I, I encourage everyone to eat those things.
Yeah, a question from—
go ahead.
Yeah, go ahead, Russ.
That cayenne pepper, you need to be careful with that one. That really does stimulate circulation. Yeah, there's some people with pretty bad reaction to it.
So, so too much of cayenne pepper can become problematic for some people.
Okay, if you have enough of it, it's probably for everybody. The small amounts, they really do stimulate vasodilation. That means expansion of the, the vascular system, system, so blood flows better.
Yeah, I got a question from Truth Seeker. Is it true we should chew our food 20 times before swallowing?
Here's the thinking behind that. For one thing, we want to break it down into the smallest particles possible, but the real issue is we want to mix saliva with the food. When I first bumped into this, I was— I said, this can't be true. The saliva is full of enzymes, and the medical research says those enzymes start to target where that— where those nutrients are going to go in the body. I'm going, that can't be real. I've come to believe that it probably is real. The human body is magnificent. And so chewing it 20 times, good idea. But the main thing is you've now mixed saliva and the enzymes in the saliva to really digest that food.
Yeah.
So yes, it's a good 20 times. 20 times goes pretty fast actually.
Yeah. It's, uh, I don't do it. I don't do 20 times. I'll admit it. I won't do it 20 times.
So, but again, you might count some time. You might actually do that with some food. Really? Without meat?
Yeah. Well, the meat, but also, uh, when I, when I cut the piece of meat, I cut small portions.
That's smart.
I don't cut the big one. I cut small portions. I don't like to have my plate full. I never like that.
Yeah.
The same with soup. When I drink soup, I don't like, uh, the bowl full of— I, I just don't like that.
I, I like—
I don't like too much food. I like— I don't like to see too much food on my plate.
I'm just, you know, that's a good way to do it.
Yeah, I, I, I don't know, I just— how, how I was, was raised.
I'd have, I'd have everybody be in that situation.
Yeah, well, good. Well, Dr. Stewart, we can't thank you enough for carving out time for us here. I'm sure if you are not busy next month, uh, I would love to have you back here too. I'm sure the community always likes to learn and all that stuff from you. And of course, I will be talking to you personally when I see you about the R&R as to where things are. I feel great, and thank you for suggesting, suggesting this to me, and I am, I'm very, very thankful to you.
Let me say one final thing because Sure. I also am on this product.
There you are.
And I've been on it for a long, long time. What we have is an answer for smart people to become more productive that's easy to do and inexpensive. It's like, where did this product come from? Cheap, easy, and the most effective program I've ever seen.
That's true.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing you again soon, David.
Well, thank you so much. On behalf of the entire community, we say thank you for being here. So you take care. Bye-bye now. All right, guys. Uh, I do remember one question from one of you here, uh, that they ask me, Dr. Oualaalou, what is your favorite food? Uh, I don't know. It's, uh, I eat everything, but I'm also, uh, I like liver. I make a liver with onions and mushrooms sometimes. Uh, I like a good, good cut of meat. Uh, I, I do it with mashed potatoes and garlic. That's usually the one I do. So those are my, my, my favorite stuff that I— simple. Once in a while I did it. I like fish because I like to eat fish at least, at least twice a week. But I will not buy, of course, farm-raised. Never ever buy farm-raised fish. Never, guys. Don't ever. If you need to spend a little bit extra dollars, go and buy fresh fish from the ocean and so forth. So there are places out there, whatever you are. So it's just But, but again, it's just you train your body how I am more and more not eating bread, for example, not eating rice, not eating pasta, not— more and more I only do meat and eggs, meat and veggies, meat and mashed potatoes, meat and soup and fish and, and liver. That's usually what I, what I consume. So that's, uh, because I don't like to have too much food and and that's enough for me. So like, like one of you put, moderation is the key. So you don't need to have— a ramp also one. Sardines are very, very good for you. Fresh one, not the one in, in a can, because you don't know how long it's been sitting there. So sardines are very, very, very good. Army with Harmony, yes, Dr. Stewart is amazing, is very knowledgeable. I mean, of Of course, that comes with the territory. When somebody acquires the knowledge over 4 decades or 5 decades, you kind of take a listen. That's why I'm very grateful. I, as I said, I am lucky I have access to Dr. Stewart because you won't believe, literally, when I start taking this, the amount of energy. A lot of people still think I'm like in my late 40s or whatever. I, when I was in China, I'll tell you this. I was eating at the— you remember the picture I shared with you in that family's restaurant? And somebody was sitting there with his wife or significant others, and we struck a conversation. She happens to speak English fluently, and one thing led to the next about food and all that stuff, and the age came up in the conversation. And her significant other told her to ask me how old I can guess his age. And I guess his age exactly 33 years old. And he was like shocked that I found out. So when I told him, well, how do you think I am? How old I am? And he said 43. I just laughed so hard. I said I was 43 a decade plus ago. He couldn't believe it. He couldn't believe it. And all this has to do, of course, with the environment you're in, the food you eat, the rest, the sleep. Remember when Dr. Stewart talked about the importance of sleep?
Yeah.
You know, I, I won't stay up till about 12 or— no, no, I used to, not anymore. So you get to bed at 9:30, 10 o'clock max, and that's it. Bedtime, sleep solid 8 hours. And doesn't matter what age. They always say, well, as we grow older, we don't need to I don't sleep much. No, that's not true. You still need at least 7 to 8 hours, at least based on what I read. So this is how, uh, uh, yeah, this one, Army with Harmony, it's called the Replete and Restore Medical Food. The thing is you won't be able to find it in store. You can't buy this for now. You can't because this is made through certain way. Dr. Stewart knows about all this stuff, but he's gonna let me know once the website is done. If you guys are interested, and you know me, I will not recommend something that I am not taking or trying it first. So that's how it works with me. Even with those who approach me for advertisements, if I don't believe in what they are doing, I will not do it. So I had somebody, and I'll share it with you guys. I want you, my community, so I talk to you openly. Somebody approached me, they said, uh, we would like to start sponsoring your YouTube and all that stuff and all that. And, and I, when I, when I checked on all that stuff, they, I found, I found out that they are linked to some entity in Ukraine. So basically they wanted to use the channel to promote the info about Ukraine, and I said I can't because it's not something I believe in. You know, that will be a betrayal to my community, and I can't do that no matter how much money you are offering. So, and they never approached me again. So, Phil, Dr. O uses oxygen machine. Yes, I do. I have it right there. I'm not using it right now, but I do, I do use. All this plays a role into helping, you know. This is like I always say, because I am starting to realize, and again, you know, I'm not 20 years old anymore. So I have to think in terms of, as I grow older, I don't want to be depending on anybody. And how you do that? You're gonna have to maintain, you know, a good health, a good physical shape. You, you just— and you have to do the work. Ain't gonna happen on its own. You have to put the efforts into it. And I'm not saying, for example, you starve yourself by not having a treat of some sort of dessert. Whatever. I eat desserts, I eat ice cream once in a while, but I also go buy the good quality ice cream that cost about $10, uh, but I only have it once every 2 months or 3 months if I ever get to it. So that, that, that, that's just how it works. So, uh, Rampral Sawan, you're asking question, how do I use the oxygen machine? Well, this one you just have, uh, Hold on a second. Okay, this is the machine. Yeah, that's, that's the, that's the machine right here, and all you do is You plug it, of course you turn, you turn it on, and you— this is where the oxygen comes through, and you breathe in that automatically because it goes right into your— so this is how it works. So you just put this in and you put this right in front of your nose here, and you conduct your business, whatever you're doing. But of course I can't do this during a livestream when we talk about geopolitics, they'll think I lost my mind. But that's what it is. So this is the oxygen. You set it up, it's a machine and all that stuff. So, but it's— you are at least, uh, breathing pure oxygen, which, which is very, very important. I do the same with the ozone machine. Now this is usually how I, I, uh, that's how I use it. So, uh, because of the toxics. I remember Dr. Stewart talked one time about free radicals and what we breathe and all this, all that, all that. It's, it's very, very important to understand, and this is why you have to take good care of your health. So, uh, and again, money comes and goes, wealth comes and goes, your health is what lasts forever. So That's, that's the way I look at it. All right guys, I hope you all enjoyed this. I will do it again, of course, next month, uh, the last weekend of next month. I'll have, uh, again, hopefully Dr. Seawood will have enough time, uh, because he's busy and he's dealing with this stuff because he had a lot of people reaching out to him about this because his knowledge is not your average. So, and this is why you want to always have an alternative. There are ways of dealing with your health without having to resort to medication and all this, because we know how it is, the system here, because they want you to be sick for a reason and by design. Hospitals will have to have beds full of patients because the monetary gain of it, you know. Even the food we eat, the companies have put in stuff in food to make you sick. But again, it's up to you. You know, when I drive and see a long line of people standing at Chick-fil-A or McDonald's or Burger King, you know, you feel sorry for these people are not aware of what's going on. And that's usually how it works. Anyway, guys, I wish you a good day, good afternoon, good evening, whatever part of the world you're in. I will be seeing you soon, either tomorrow or Tuesday. I'll be talking to you about updates regarding, uh, uh, uh, Iran and what took place in Bandar Abbas. Uh, and that's usually how, uh, let me see if I could— yeah, I'm going to share this with you. I told you about— you coming for dinner, man? Uh, about French fries earlier. This is for dinner. This is for dinner. And here is the French fries right here. That's the French fries that I make at home. There we go. So yeah, that's my steak for my dinner. So I just— I, I was looking for the video earlier. So anyway, guys, you guys take care, and I look forward to seeing you next time. As always, remember, geopolitics impact your daily life in more ways than one. Till next time, guys. Bye-bye.
