In this video, the host of Geopolitical Trends examines the sudden diplomatic fallout between Canada and India following the June 18, 2023 killing of Sikh activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Surrey, British Columbia. The analyst recounts Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s emergency parliamentary statement alleging credible links between the murder and Indian government agents, the subsequent expulsion of a senior Indian intelligence diplomat, and the role of Canada’s security agency (CSIS). He provides background on Nijjar’s involvement in the Khalistan separatist movement and India’s designation of him as a terrorist wanted by the National Investigation Agency. The commentator then offers a personal hypothesis that Trudeau’s accusations serve to distract Canadian citizens from soaring food and housing inflation, and suggests a broader geopolitical motive tied to India’s alleged dumping of US dollars and alignment with U.S. interests. The video ends with a call for viewer feedback and standard channel promotion.

Hello everyone and welcome to Geopolitical Trends. As an analyst, I ask, what's at the heart of the sudden rift between Canada and India? In this video, I'm going to provide you my insights into what led Canada into a major dispute with India. Let's dive in. Well, no one saw this coming, you know, but many And I'm one of among them. I'm one of those wondering if the Canadian government, the government of the Prime Minister Dictator Trudeau, is trying to distract Canadians as food prices are soaring and housing prices continue to rise to record highs. Basically, and I put this in quotes, a housing inflation crisis. That description basically, it's kind of expresses or explains nearly with the ongoing debate about Canada's inflation rate, which is now is a 30-year high. That's what's interesting about this. So, but that's not what's at the heart of this. I think the Prime Minister Dictator Trudeau is trying to divert attention here. It's a tactic our president use, our government does it too. So recently, the Prime Minister Dictator Trudeau, in an emergency session in Parliament, stated, and I quote, the country's intelligence agencies are investigating credible allegations that the June killing of a prominent Canadian Sikh activist is linked to agents of the government of India. End of quote. By the way, the Service canadien du renseignement de sécurité, which is a French word for the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, is Canada's main national intelligence agency. It is responsible for collecting, analyzing, reporting, and disseminating intelligence on threats to Canada's national security and also conducting operations covered and overt within Canada and abroad. Another— the equivalency of CIA, basically. So through those announcements was followed by the expulsion— yeah, they expelled the chief of Indian intelligence agency in Canada. He said, and I quote, "Today we are acting by expelling a key diplomat, but we will get to the bottom of this," end of quote. So what's at the heart of this is the target killing of the Singh, of a Singh Nijjar. His name is Singh Nijjar. He's a Sikh separatist movement, the head of the separatist movements, which now it's going to impact India-Canada relations. But who is, uh, Hardeep Singh Nijjar? Singh Nijjar was gunned down in his truck on June 18th. Get this, guys, because it's very important, the timing. On June 18th, 2023, by two masked men in front of a Sikh temple in Surrey, British Columbia. The 45-year-old, who migrated to Canada in 1990, was a strong advocate for the Khalistan movement, which— this Khalistan movement, it's calling for a separate homeland for the ethno-religious Sikh community. Which makes up less than 2% of the country's population in India's Punjab region. So at the height of an insurgency in 1980 and 1990s, tens of thousands were killed in the armed violence between Khalistan supporters and the Indian Army. So Indian authority, of course, has similar similarly labeled Nizar as, and I put this in quote, a terrorist. And he was wanted by the Indian National Investigation Agency for his alleged connection with the murder of a Hindu priest in Benjapur, a charge that Nizar supporters have denied. I think this is about, and here is where I am you know, just putting my geopolitical analyst hat on and think this one is targeting India for a reason, and Canada is doing the bidding of the United States. And you know why? It's because India just dumped the US dollar. That's what I think is at the heart of it. As a matter of fact, I am even thinking of doing a live stream where I can elaborate on this further. What do you guys think? So, so So let me know what you think about all this in the comment section. I will always like to read your feedback.
