Hey, we're here with Adam Houlihan. He's one of our featured speakers for the Business Systems Summit. We've just recorded his session and I've got two very quick questions for you, Adam. Firstly, can you tell us a little bit about the system that you're going to be sharing as part of the summit and, and the problem that it solves for business owners?

Sure, I'd love to. So what we're covering is how you position your LinkedIn profile in the top 5% of all profiles globally and why it's really important to do that. The problem this actually solves is that most people don't understand that if they haven't done this process that LinkedIn aren't actually showing them in any searches, so they're almost invisible. So it's a quick step by step that we run through and you can literally do it within a couple of hours and you'll be in the top 5% in the world.

I think what I love about this particular process is. Yeah, you just only have to really go through it once and you've laid everything out perfectly step by step. So my last question is, why do you think systems and processes are so important in business?

For me it comes down to scale. It's easy to be a one man band, which we probably all started out as that. I know I did. But if you really want to grow your business and scale out, whether that's locally, nationally or globally, then you have to have fantastic systems and processes in place because you're going to be bringing on more team members and those team members can't get into your head. It has to be well documented, process outlined in processes, how they all interact together.
