When you were in that moment around that sort of breaking point, how did you come across my work? I can't remember, to be honest. I was thinking about it this morning before I came in. I think it might have been in either a Leader email that came through or I don't know if it was on social. I don't do a lot of social media. I don't know if you were working doing that at the time, but I was really struggling and there was a point where I knew I had to do something. Otherwise I was going to have no marriage. I was going to not see my kids. My business was going to fold. I was going to end up in hospital. I really felt like that. And so I was looking for something and I just put on some part-time staff, which was a big thing to do as a one-man band. And I thought, I'll get in another trainee. I got a trainee, apprentice trainee type person and got that person in. I thought, that'll do the admin, but they didn't have the skills. And I just knew I needed something. There's something, whatever the wordsmith you used in you, I just thought I knew systems had to be the way it has to be. I do have systems, thought I did, but they were really just typical guy thing. I did them, it worked, therefore that became the system and I just needed something but for the business, not just for the technical stuff.
