Master Claude Code: Context, Connectors & Skills

David Jenyns teaches Claude Code, an AI platform for automating business operations, built on three pillars: Context (feeding business data), Connectors (linking to tools like HubSpot and Stripe), and Skills (converting SOPs into AI actions). His team freed five full-time employees; Shannon's accounting firm cut 99% of manual hours.

Fantastic. Okay, welcome everybody to the Claude Code training. It's— you can tell it's a special event because I'm wearing a shirt and I don't usually wear shirts, but I am so excited with what we are going to be covering and I've never seen anything like this before. When it comes to technology and the ability to get work done and transform your business. I have been in the trenches quite deeply for the past 6 to 12 months. I think since the start of this year, that's really when everything changed. There were a few significant changes to the models, and in particular with Claude, that just opened things up. It's very obvious that things are changing and that this is one of those inflection moments. There is an opportunity here for first mover advantage, and most of the world hasn't yet woken up to this. And what I'd love to do is share with you what I've been working on, how I've been using the tool what's some of the impact, and I'll share with you a couple of stories as well. And I've got a few different activities that you'll be able to kind of complete as we go. So I'm going to start by sharing my slides here. And of course, you'll be happy to know that Claude Code created these slides for me as well. Of course it did. There's literally nothing that this tool can't do. I've Once you get everything connected up, once you've got the right foundations, um, it is an absolute super weapon. So we'll be diving into Claude Code. I really do think it's the most revolutionary technology that I've ever used or ever seen. I want to show you how you can use it to automate parts of your business. And this isn't just about AI, it's about building a business that runs without you, which is right in alignment with my mission and something that I've been on for the better part of 10 years. And this is the ultimate enabler, and we're going to dive into 3 key areas. I want to talk a little bit about context, I want to talk about connectors, and I want to talk about skills, because these are the foundations that if you get this right will unlock this technology. And a lot of people are still stuck in beginner mode when it comes to using Claude and even some of the AI tools as well. Maybe first things first though, just type into the chat. I'd like to know how you are feeling about Claude Code. If you could just use one word, type it into the chat. Are you overwhelmed? Are you skeptical? Are you excited? Let's see. All right, we've got excited. Way behind, empowered, quite a few excited, few behinds, it's new, beginner. People are still thinking about some of the other tools, ChatGPT, intrigued, very interested, not even sure how to start, optimistic. And I think all of these emotions are common and the right place to start. That's where I got started. I think any new tool is overwhelming at the start, is confusing, can be a little bit scary at times. Of course, you don't yet know what it is, but you're here and you're going to embrace those feelings and move through it anyway because you see the opportunity that's here. And I suppose that's I want to share with you some ideas and then we'll check in with you towards the end and see how you're feeling about it as well. So your input as we go will help make this a really great session. For those of you who know a little bit about me, I'm on a mission to free business owners worldwide from the daily operations of running their business. I wrote a book called Systemology. Michael E. Gerber, the guy who wrote the E-Myth endorsed it, not to mention Gino Wickman, Mike Michalowicz, and many others. Uh, we've worked with literally hundreds of thousands of businesses around the world deploy these ideas in their business. Um, I talk a lot about my story in my books and in my videos and in my content, so I won't go into that right now. We've got 45 minutes and I want to make sure that this is the, the most impactful information I can give you. At the end, I'm going to share with you how we can do some work together This isn't going to be for everybody, but for some of you, you're going to be going, wow, this is exactly what I need. And there's a few criteria of what I'm looking for, but I'll share a little bit more about that as we go. As I said, over the last 12 months in particular, I'm going to talk about some of the changes we had in my most recent book, Systems Champion. But in the last 12 months, or really the the last 6, I've completely rebuilt our business using Claude Code. And the results have been transformational. I'm not talking about simple social media posts here. I'm talking about like automating entire operational processes and tasks and freeing up team members to work on their highest value tasks as we move a lot of the administrative tasks over to the robots. My team is moving from doing a lot of the work to overseeing and orchestrating, almost being like a human in the loop, just making sure that the AI is doing the right work. And since the start of this year, we've freed up the equivalent of 5 full-time positions, over a couple of hundred hours every single week. And I feel like we are just getting started. The huge breakthrough for me was actually Relatively recently when, because I've been on this track for a little while now, it wasn't until my right-hand lady Melissa started using these tools that it's just gone electric through our business because it was almost with me, isolated with me, and then it's been passed now to Melissa and she's really leading the charge and now I'm watching adoption happen. And it's making every single team member 10 times more productive than they have been. So that's for me personally. There's some stories we'll talk a little bit later about some of the other team members as well. The reality is that there is a window of opportunity right now. That window is not going to be open forever. It's wide open because of this AI. We know that AI is cutting the cost in every single industry. You've got two paths. You either adopt this or you wait. If you adopt right now Claude Code, you're going to have better margins. The gap will start to widen between those that are using this technology and those that aren't. You'll be able to scale more easily. But if you wait, your margins will be squeezed by competitors who use this. They will be delivering the same value and quality as you, if not more, at an absolute fraction of the cost. And the choice is very binary right now. You either act now or you will get left behind. This is a blockbuster moment. This is a a Kodak moment. This is businesses that adopt this versus those that, that don't. Now is the time to start acting. So what we're here to talk about today though is very specifically Claude and its suite of products. I'm going to narrow in on Code. There's Claude Chat that happens in the browser. It's one conversation at a time. Very little memory. You have to re-explain the context. It's best for quick questions and isolated drafts. The second tool is called Cowork. Now, Cowork does a better job at remembering conversations. You can also build up skills, which will help it do certain repeat tasks on demand. It's best for recurring work when context matters. And then the last one is Code. Now Code is, it lives on your machine, it reads your files, it connects to your tools through things like MCP and API. And I know they're little acronyms and it sounds a little bit scary, but basically it means it can pull data from your CRM, it can draft things directly in System Hub, it can access HubSpot and Stripe and Xero, and it actually does real work., and you can set automations so it happens. So, um, I initially I was thinking, you know, about some of these trainings and I was almost like, oh, do I teach Cowork? You know, that's easy and that's accessible and, you know, that's most comfortable for people. And I thought the power is in Claude Code and I would be doing you a disservice if I didn't show you the tool that I'm using. And I know just the word code sounds intimidating for some people. Some people are going to go, but I'm not a coder, or hey, this is too far outside of my comfort zone. I get it. Everything is that overwhelming and confusing and you don't know it at the start. But once you start using it, once you get a hang of it, once you've got the right training, it is incredibly powerful and it's worth pushing through. Someone gave me a metaphor the other day that I absolutely love, and it's the idea— maybe this is a little bit of word of caution, as excited as I am— Claude Code is a little bit, without the right training, is like giving a chainsaw to a toddler. If you don't know what you're doing, it can be devastating. But if you do know what you're doing, It is incredibly powerful and can get you some extraordinary outcomes. You just need to make sure that you're using it safely. So because we're not going to be able to cover everything today, and I want to go through those 3 key areas with you, I'm just going to keep it high level. We're not going to talk about installing it. I'm not going to log into the terminal. We're not going to talk about automating skills, or I'm not going to show you GitHub Actions. Um, I just want to give you the top level, what you need to understand to make this technology work for you. Uh, and those 3 key areas are context, connectors, and skills. I think you must master these and you want to do it in that order to make sure that you're using the technology right. Most people try and start to jump to skills first, but that's why they're getting generic disappointing results. You've got to first establish context and give Claude all this information about you, your position, your outcome, your business. Get that piece right, then you move to the next piece, which is connectors. That's giving Claude access to your tools, uh, to, you know, we talked about some of the things like your System Hub or your CRM, your accounting, your email and things like that. And then lastly, that's when we start to think about skills. Now skills are just basically SOPs for AI. So that's one of the reasons why I feel like I'm so uniquely prepared for this, and I am sitting right in the sweet spot with this technology because skills are just SOP for AI and your processes are programming for the machines. I was built for this. Like, I'm— we are ready to absolutely ride this wave. Once you get all of that in place, then you can look towards automation, but you've got to get these three things right in the right order. So we'll walk through three, uh, one at a time, and we'll help you get some of these things in place right now. So first things first is Context. Um, context is everything that you would give a new employee on day one when they join your company. What type of things— type into the chat for me now— what type of things would help a new employee learn about your business Uh, if they were to join an induction process, perfect. A sales process, excellent. What else? Mark, good one. Client avatar, brand promise, strategy, organizational chart, methodologies, company overview, the handbook, mission, absolutely, manifesto. The personal support, who their boss is, the procedures like food safety procedures, processes, policies. Absolutely all of this information is correct. This gives AI the brain and the understanding. There is a vast amount of knowledge that it can tap into, but it must know which parts to tap into that are relevant for you. The only way it can know what is relevant for you is by you giving it that information. Once you do that, then Claude can act very intelligently, and it gets smarter over time. The more information that it builds, it becomes this brain that just continues to learn and expand. And we'll talk a little bit maybe later about self-improvement loops because that's, that's another huge lock that is literally just breaking right now. But as long as you understand that AI needs that context, SOPs, avatar, pricing, team, brand voice, handbook, products, everything that got written into the chat, you have to think about how is that codified and where is that stored and how is it positioned in a way that AI can chomp through it and find the pieces it needs when it needs it when you've asked it to do a various task. One of the best ways that I know how to do this is by showing an example. And I love thinking in terms of SOPs because I feel like SOPs are some of the greatest training for the AI, but a lot of people haven't yet got their SOPs in place. So I just kind of want to do two things. I'm going to show you this tool here and Jill will post it in the chat for you. And we're going to do an example. I can already see Chelsea's just written her website in there. So it's almost like she's a mind reader. She knows what I'm about to do. I needed a volunteer and Chelsea there is the first volunteer. So good on you, Chelsea. Oh, you've read the slide. I like it, active participant. So what we're gonna do, you'll all have access to this tool. It's called the MVS Builder. If you know my work, I talk about minimum viable systems. And we'll just call it trades. What size team are you, Chelsea? You wanna remind me? Just type it into the chat. 40 people. Great. Okay, so I'll just pop you in there. All right, so what this tool does is it's trained on a lot of our material. It'll look at your website, scrape a whole bunch of information, and then come back with you or to you with what it suggests are the most critical systems in each of the different departments in your business. We have this thing called, um, the rule of 42. Um, has anybody seen Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy? Yes. Um, can just type into the chat for me, uh, what is the secret of the universe? Uh, what is the answer? 42. Okay, so we have got a couple in here who know. So, uh, it's a little bit of a, a, uh, joke at that, but really the secret. And I think in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, basically there's this machine, this AI that they go to, and they ask it, tell me the meaning of life. And it takes hundreds of thousands of years to calculate, and it says, come back on this day and I'll tell you the meaning of life. And then everybody gets together to celebrate for this, when the AI is going to share the answer. And then it says, the meaning of life is 42. That— and everybody's like, what? We waited hundreds of thousands of years to hear this. Um, and you know what I think it is? I think it was talking about SOPs and systemizing your business, because there are 42 systems that you need to get into place. And the way I think about it is you've got each of your departments— marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR and management, and I say 7 systems in each. So think about, uh, if you were to pick the most critical 7, what would they be? And they would be the systems that make sure that department can deliver on the responsibility that that department has to the business. And, uh, the aim of the game is to get these identified and then documented. Now we're not gonna do all of that right now, and you can play around with this tool later. I just wanna show you something because this becomes a, a magical piece of context for the AI. Now when you get to this page here, there's a little button down the bottom here that says Export JSON. Now I'm just gonna hit this and I'm gonna save it to the download folder and we're gonna open up my Claude code, and I'm gonna say, can you please look in the downloads folder? I put a JSON file just about business. Can you log— grab that file, log into my System Hub account underneath the x.testing account, create a new folder called live demo, and then what I want you to use, use the JSON file to identify all of the key departments in the business, have a look at the systems that sit in each one of those departments, and then I want you to create a System Hub system for each one. Don't worry about drafting the material just yet, just create the shell so we know it's there, and then I want you to set the status to orange just so we know that it needs to be done. You can ask me any questions if, if you need to, or just get it done. So I've just used a little voice-to-text thing. I'm just gonna let that go in the background now. It's gonna go off. You can see it's finding the JSON file. It's found it, and now it's gonna go to work. I'll leave that at the moment and we'll come back to the slides. We'll see how it goes in a little bit. So the little homework here for you is to think about your 42 systems. Because this is on the path to giving AI the full context that it needs. It needs other things as well. We typed some of those into the chat, but the SOPs is a real key one when it comes to your business. And then AI, we just saw me do it. Like, I speak to the AI just like I would speak to a person and I tell it what to do, but it's been trained. It has all of the context. I've already set up the connectors, and it's now going to go off and do the work for me because I've already given it different skills and things like that. So, but we'll come back to that one. There's other things that live inside your System Hub account as well. If you've already got a System Hub account, because I know we've got quite a few of the System Hub members here, underneath your policy section now, there's a folder here called AI and Templates, and there's AI Assistants. I've built a whole range of AI assistants that will build out your avatar, your unique selling position. It'll analyze your writing style. All of this information, you save that back into your Systeme.io account and that builds out the context. But that's your level 1, regardless of what AI tool you are using. You want to start to build that out. All right, we'll move to step number 2 now, which is connectors. So connectors gives Claude the ability to do things in your tools. So Claude can now literally, with the right connectors, whether it's MCP or API, once you connect it up, it can reach into those tools. And either do work in the tool or bring work down, then do work and then squirt it back up in. And when the magic happens is when you layer all of the data from each of these tools on top of each other. When it knows your Xero, when it knows your Stripe, when it knows your G Suite, when it connects to System Hub, when it knows your email and your calendar and Google Analytics and It can see patterns where you couldn't see patterns as a human because it can layer information on top of each other. And what AI does so well, it is a pattern recognition machine. And with enough data, it can see, and then you can ask it questions, and then it can go, "Ooh, I know this situation," or, "I've seen this before," or, "I know what needs to happen." Now I'll show you inside. So an example here is inside System Hub now. So jump back into System Hub and we'll just come— this is, um, I just got to maybe resize this a touch. And here, so inside System Hub, a lot of tools are now starting to have this, and you, you really— I think if you're a SaaS and you don't have MCP, or some way to connect to the AI, in another few years, your SaaS is— no one's going to be using it. You want AI to be able to talk and work inside your tool. But if you're a System Hub client, this is just beta at the moment, but underneath the company, you'll have the AI Gateway. And basically, it's very easy to do to connect your tools. Generally, you're just getting the tool to generate a token and then you go over to the AI, like I'd go back to Claude and I'd say, hey, this is the token and I want to connect to the System Hub MCP server. And then it'll be able to connect it up. There's a lot of tools that can do it. Like one of the ones I'm absolutely loving is Asana. We've connected up Asana to my Claude and when I can be in Claude and I can give it a URL to an Asana task. And that Asana task in the description has a link to the SOP, which it has access to through System Hub. And it can see everything that a team member is doing. And it's happening all in one chat. And I say, hey, this team member's asked me this question. Can you read everything in that thread? Look at everything that you know and then I want you to draft the answer for me that solves their problem. Or I can say, hey, look at this task. Can you please tell me which parts of this you can automate? Like, for those who get what I just said there, that is the game changer. No more N8N, no more getting some expensive consultant to come in and do your automation, no more, No more fiddly techie stuff. Speak in human speak and have the platform do the work for you. It's, it's incredible. So let's try one now. If there's someone who has been engaged with Systemology for more than, let's say, a year or so, if you've been aware of my work and you'd like to be a little demo, just type in your name and your website address Let's just see what it knows about you through looking in my CRM, looking at what you've purchased, looking at what you've attended. I don't know if anybody feels like being a guinea pig. Okay, Mark. Great one. Thanks, Mark. So let me come back to here and I'm going to go back to my Claude and just tell it. Yeah, that's fine. I'm just— it was asking me a question about what we were getting it to do before. But I'll come in here and I'm going to say, I'm just doing a live demo and I've got a client here who's interested in joining our Systems Champion Academy. I'm about to— I'd love to meet with him and tell him a little bit more about the program. But before I do, can you tell me Uh, like, give me the full context and background about this client. I want you to log into HubSpot, and I want you to learn, like, read all of the records and look at the engagement. I want you to, um, have a look in our master client list to see if he's been a client in the past and made any purchase. Feel free to hop into my Stripe account also and have a look at that as well. Just don't reveal his Social Security numbers here on the screen for everybody to see. Now, that's a little bit of a joke, everybody. I don't have his Social Security numbers. But just give me a profile. Imagine I'm about to meet with Mark, and I want you to tell me what I need to know about his position to determine would he be a good fit for the Systems Champion Academy. Now, I'm just gonna paste this in here. And let's, um, that whole voice-to-text, let's make sure it worked. Just going to copy it here. Sometimes it, um, needs me to copy and paste it. I'll do that. And then we'll grab Mark's details. Mark's taking a gulp here. He's wondering, was this the right thing to do? Look, we're all friends here. So let's hit go. We'll give that a moment and then that's— we'll come back to that as well. I just want to make sure there's no questions going on there. All right, fantastic. So it's going to go together and pull together a full profile and it's going to come back to me. So as that's happening, I'll tell you about the last piece and then we'll have a look at what it's done in the background for all of this. So the last piece are the skills. So I talked about skills are effectively SOPs for AI. And what we can do now is we actually take an SOP, we can convert it into a skill, and then it becomes something that the AI can execute on. Think about little tasks that go on in your business. You've got a team member who logs into HubSpot and merges duplicate records and they do it once a week. Well, that can be converted into a skill. Previously, it might have been an SOP that a team member might have done, but we can now convert that into a skill that then the AI can execute. And then we can start to bundle these skills up and we can chain them together. And certain steps in these skills might still require human in a loop. You saw me before say, if you've got any questions, ask me. And it was asking me some questions. Sometimes it'll do questions, sometimes it won't. And when you combine it with System Hub and then your project management tool, you can basically point it to the Asana task and say, can you identify the skills that happen in this Asana task? And then help me automate it. And this is the piece here, like it's the automation piece. You first have to understand skills before you understand the automation piece. But one of the things is, and you can learn how to do this yourself, um, or, um, I'll talk a little bit about a program that I will help and I'll just do it for you. I'll give you the skill for creating skills. Claude publishes this stuff, but that's step number 1. Is who, who remembers the system for creating systems? If you've been following my work, you would know that one. Okay, so the new version is you need the skill for creating skills, and that can then convert SOPs into skills. And then what do you need? You just need the SOP. All of this stuff is in System Hub. As I said, there's a linear order in which you needed complete this, and that's why you start with the minimum viable systems. We can even use AI to accelerate the documentation of it that you get down first. Then you use the Skill to create skills, and then it converts that SOP into a skill that it can complete. And then, and I'll show you in a moment, I can jump into my System Hub account and show you Like I've built out an index now, like all of this happens in my System Hub account where you'll see the skills and then the step beyond the skills is the automation of those skills. Now I kind of feel like I get it. I've been obsessing over this for, you know, the better part of 6 months and here I am sharing it with you. This is going to feel like, drinking from a fire hose, and I know I'm excited by it, but if you can catch the key elements, that's— and you watch the recordings after this, and this, this will start to make sense. It'll be overwhelming and confusing at first until it's not. But one of my skills is able to— I am better than most at able to see into the future. I just— I know that's just a gift that I've been given. I— my brain just imagines and sees what's happening in the future. And so I'm, I'm coming from the future, giving you back information. The 3 things that you need to take away from today, you need to make sure that you're giving AI context, you're getting comfortable with connectors, and I get it, security and things like that around connectors. There are guardrails and things you can do to keep yourself safe. Um, but think back to the start of the internet. Who wanted to put their credit card into a web browser? Nobody wanted to put their credit card into a web browser. Now we're purchasing things left, right, and center. We purchase our groceries on there. We save our credit card there. Like, this will get easier and more comfortable. And yes, there's some security concerns. But don't let that stop you. This is going to happen. It's unavoidable. And then the last piece you need to learn is then skills. So it's context, connectors, and skills. If you take some things away from today, think of that. Now let's go back to our example and let's see how it went. So first things first over here. So it's read the JSON. It's done the work. It's created a folder. Let's go have a look at it. And then the second thing, actually, we'll save you, Mark, until after that. Let's come back to here. I'll look inside my System Hub account. Just come back here. I'm just gonna do a quick hard reload. I'll come down to here, Xtesting, live demo. Here's the folder. It's gone ahead from using the minimum viable systems. It's created the folders. It's created the, systems. It's set the status to orange. Like, I'm just scratching the surface on what this can do. It can then draft out the process once it's got full context about your business and it knows your tools and it knows what you are doing. It can do a pretty good crack at just writing these for you. And then you work on them and you improve it, and then it becomes the brain. Like, inside your System Hub account, like the business brain here. So this business brain is, is what I use. I've got a central location that my team can tap into to then train their AI. So I put my vision and mission, I put the avatar and USP, I put my customer voice, I put my products and services, I put our case studies, like all of it lives inside here. That's the context. And now, like, then we kind of go the next step up. I talked about it a little bit before. You start to build out these index of skills. So this is my skill index of a range of things that I've trained the AI to do. Build case studies, build sales letters, write hooks for me, publish directly to my website. At some point, go have a look at davidjenyns.com. I built that entire website using Claude. I don't even use WordPress anymore. It, it literally logs into my hosting account, works with Cloudflare, loads everything onto the site, SEOs the heck out of it, and it looks beautiful. And that's davidjenyns.com. But I build out all of these skills, and then the last step is the automation step. So then we start to automate where we then ask it to do the skills onset cadences. Every Monday I want you to pull this Stripe data and squirt it into this spreadsheet. Um, let's, let's have a look here. I'm just going to pop over to, uh, back to Cursor here, and we'll look at the, uh, here. So this was about Mark. So Mark He's the managing partner at MD Trimmer. They're accounting in New South Wales. It's guesstimated on what it thinks the revenue is and the size of the team. The history, he's been a customer since 2004. He bought the Ultimate Systems and AI bundle. That was one of his first purchases. He then, it looks like he may have— oh, he bought that for $200. Um, what else? Uh, so, uh, he's only spent maybe about $200 with us. Uh, Mark, it's time to spend more. Um, I think now is the time. Um, he's a genuine warm lead, uh, a clean fit philosophically. Um, uh, just want to have a chat with you and probably probe your ambitions around scale. And what you're looking to do, like where you want to grow your business. So that was just like, imagine giving that tool to your sales team and having them before any call. Like I have it, I've connected up a tool called Fathom. A few of you, you know those meeting recorders? A few of you had a few of those meeting recorders arrive today. I use a thing called Fathom. It records my call. It— I've then connected my Claude up to it. I've built a skill on how to process any call. At the end of a call, I tell it to go to Fathom to pull the call, get the transcript, read through, make the notes, update HubSpot, move it along in the pipeline. Depending on what it is, it'll create the pitch deck that is tailored to Mark and whatever it learned in that call for my second call, which then basically says, these are why you're looking to systemize. And that is then a presentation that I can give to him. Um, yeah, my brain— I haven't been sleeping for the better part of bloody 6 months. I'm absolutely obsessed with this because the window of opportunity, it's here, but it won't last. It really won't. This is too powerful and people are still scared away by the idea of code. Get over it. Like, now is the time. Shannon Schmitt's been my gold star for a little while now for the transformation from SOP through to automation. She's an accountant. She's here in Melbourne. She runs a company called Smart Business Solutions. They do everything from accounting to BAS to transfer pricing. She's got about 20 staff, highly specialized, quite complex work. She's been a SystemHub client for close to 10 years now. She took one of her most tedious processes. It was an administrative task of logging into the ATO portal and pulling some information from clients. She basically automated it And I quote, she said, "Things went genuinely crazy for us when we started automating." She, just one task, that one task went from 1,000 manual hours down to 8 hours. That's a reduction in 99% of administrative overhead. It's, it's not just about saving time. It's about unlocking productivity gains that free your team members up to work on their highest value tasks. Shannon has now given her accountants the mandate and said, this is now, you have the space to literally go out on site and meet with your clients and build relationships with them. Because they're not caught up doing little administrative things. She's like, well, what can't the robots do? And, and what do you think happens to someone who has an accountant who takes genuine interest in their business and they go and get a visit from the accountant on the site? Who has ever had an accountant come to their place of business and sit down and have a chat with you at your place of business about your work? Put your hand up if anybody has ever had an accountant do that. Mark. Mark works with Shannon. So it is rare. There's not very many people that do that. And what happens if you've got an accountant like that? You don't leave them. You stick with them. That's what you need to look at here with this AI revolution is What is the human magic that you can bring that the AI can't bring? That's what you need to start delivering to your clients now because everything else is going to the machines. And whether it's, you know, in 6 months' time or 3 years' time, the trend is very obvious. So it's about that automation. So as we kind of do a little bit of a wrap-up. I'd love to know how you're feeling about Claude Code right now. Just type that into the chat, get a little bit of a pulse check. Just type one word. And we still— are we less overwhelmed or more overwhelmed? I don't know. Okay, well, there's definitely some excited and keens. Baby steps. Yep, which is where everybody starts. Mark's saying he's using it every day, which is awesome. That's where it starts. You need to replace the, oh yes, I'm just going to Google it with I'm just going to Claude it. And that— still impressed. You haven't even seen the start of it, Doug. Like, we've been here for 45 minutes. If I could show you what I am doing, you would be— this is just extraordinary. I don't know any other way to put it. Obviously, I can't teach you everything that I know about Claude Code in 45 minutes. For the first time in years, I've stopped running programs. I don't know if you knew that. Other than a few of the smaller live introduction stuff, I don't run trainings anymore. James Brown and Rob Morgan, I've got two master Systemologists, they run them. For the first time in years, I'm running a 6-week program. I, I took on one-on-one clients. I've been out of that game for so long, and literally I took on some one-on-one clients to apply this stuff in businesses, real world, because I wanted to get back on the tools. So this is me getting back on the tools, and for 6 weeks I'm going to be running some training. It starts in mid-July. This will be 100% me. We'll be in a private group together, and I'm taking a group of business owners to teach you everything I know about Claude Code. And so that program is about to come up. It is by invitation only because I wanna make sure you got the right foundations. Otherwise, you will not get the full benefit from it. It's, we're going to install what we call the Systemology Operating System.
