I think for me, the industry's changed so much. Snapchat has changed so much. It's really about understanding what the business needs. For me, in a given moment, and sometimes with a really difficult pivot or rebuild like we just went through with our advertising platform to deliver a lot more value to advertisers, to be able to grow lower funnel performance advertising, sometimes it really takes that hands on leadership and just working very closely with our teams. And other times you really have to empower our leaders and let them lead and execute towards our vision. And so I think it really depends on where the business is at in a given moment. That just trying to adapt to my own leadership style to really bring out the best in the team and the company has been something that's just really important.
