You got to put in that work and got to understand that it's going to pay off. It may not pay off when you want it to, but that's the beauty of preparing yourself. And that's what I try to tell my son and I try to really emphasize. Don't worry about things that you cannot control, but the things that you can control, that's what you have to manifest. Because when the opportunity is given to you and you don't step up to the plate and you're not prepared, who's going to be disappointed? Did I do enough? Did I put enough hard work into it? But if you know in your mind that you did everything that you could do, then nothing else really matters.
