Business has at every turn, some of the most challenges. The challenges don't tend to go away no matter what level of business you are. It is a game where it is most definitely a marathon, not a sprint. And while your business may grow, the problems don't disappear. You just start to get higher quality problems, bigger problems that you need to solve. So you really need to find something that you love and enjoy because you will spend more time running your business and really even your vocation than you will anything else in life. That's where huge amount of your waking hours will go.
