Business Systems Summit 2025 Trailer

So just here at the Business Systems and AI Summit, it's just really great to come and listen to everyone in person and I've got an entirely different viewpoint. I've got onto the Systemology book back in 2020, 2019, so being part of the journey for quite a while and it's really great to be here watching everyone that I've read and listened to.

Of course I read the Systemology, which really captured my attention and I sort of applied that in my business and found a System Champion to delegate the system building process and yeah, and then I found out that they actually were doing a better job than what I could do myself.

I read the book Systemology probably about two years ago and realized, like most people, that this is something that I need to implement in my business. We've now found our Systems Champion after a bit of a process and I can say to anyone listening to this that Systems Champion should be something that you need to identify and hire before you get to where I've got to, because it will sit dormant for months on end because I'm not the person that should be doing systems. And that's the best example of why you should get someone that's going to run those systems for you.

We do use System Hub to store the finished products. I believe it's a necessity because you have to be able to bring everything in consistently if you want to be able to roll it out and educate people who are coming into the organisation and giving them the tools and the knowledge to be successful in what they do. It is a journey, but looking at the overall picture and going, this is where we want to be, let's put in the hard work and we will get there.

That's the reason I systemised my business. That's the reason I'm so passionate about this, because I want to share this with other business owners. I've been put here to help business owners break free from their business. That's my job and I love it.
