Think they should really ask themselves if they love what they're doing, and if they really love what they're doing, that will be the fuel that will carry them the whole way. But there are so many people who are trapped building businesses or in jobs that don't really love what they do, who haven't found how to use their special gifts in a way that applies to the business. And I think so much of life is trying to figure out what is that thing that I can do that I just love, that brings out the best in me and my talents. And I think not giving up in pursuing that is just so important.
