Short excerpt from a YouTube video (creator: David Jenyns) arguing that fear of failure prevents entrepreneurs from starting and that failure should be viewed as a stepping stone to success rather than its opposite.
The best business advice has to do with not being afraid to fail. Because so many business people, so many entrepreneurs don't even start on an idea because they're afraid may fail, and there's a good chance that it may fail. So being willing to fail and recognizing, as my mother used to tell us, that failure is not the opposite of success, it's a stepping stone to success that is key.
