Hi, my name's Deb Mulqueen. I'm from Ugroup Victoria. We're a training company that provides drink and drug drive programs for people who've lost their license and also mental health first aid. I've recently completed the systemology course with David and his team and I think for me, the standout or thing that I enjoyed most about the course was the structure. Being delivered over a couple of sessions allowed me to process the information and think practically on how I was going to implement implement the systems into my business. The biggest takeaway for me was that your business should be systemized to a level where you're either considering franchising and or selling. That was a new concept for me and I'd like to say to another business owner who's thinking about doing the program is that it is worth the investment in terms of your financial investment, but also the investment in terms of time and I guess the systemizing your business to a level where you are able to confidently take a holiday, employ staff and know that they'll all be trained and you'll be able to continue to deliver a competent service in the work that you do.
