In this instructional video, David Jenyns explains how business owners can dramatically improve the quality and relevance of AI-generated content by creating a reusable "master prompt" that supplies the AI with comprehensive business context. He outlines the common mistake of giving AI generic, context‑less requests, then introduces the master prompt concept—a structured block of information covering the ideal client avatar, writing style, USP, company profile, SOPs, goals, and personal thinking patterns. Using the System Hub (Systeme.io) platform, he demonstrates how various AI assistants—Avatar Builder, USP creator, Writing Style analyzer, Personal Profiler, and Company Profile builder—help populate each component, which can then be assembled via the Print Manuals feature into a single prompt. A side‑by‑side comparison shows a bland generic response versus a tailored, on‑brand answer when the master prompt is attached. He further explains that once the master prompt is built, System Hub becomes a centralized "business brain" storing all SOPs, policies, and documentation, allowing users to pull relevant context for any AI task (emails, scripts, training materials, social media, etc.). The video concludes with a call to action to sign up for a free Systeme.io account and start building the master prompt immediately.

I used to make a very simple mistake with AI that meant I spent more time rewriting the output of ChatGPT than it would have taken me just to write the thing from scratch. That was until I changed one thing, and it's completely changed the way that I use AI. It takes about 30 minutes, and I built a master prompt for my business. I'll tell you a little bit more about what it is and how to build one for yourself, but it pretty much took my AI from giving me bland cookie-cutter answers to giving me responses that sounded like me. It even got the AI to start thinking like me. I don't know if you've ever opened up ChatGPT or Gemini or Copilot and felt like the answers, they were totally off. I think it's pretty common. A lot of people who use AI without giving it any real context, that's the result they get. The reason that AI gives you a generic output is because you haven't given it the full context. So today I want to show you how you can fix that by building a reusable master prompt., and I'll show you how to do it quickly and easily using a very simple tool. This is going to be something you build once, and then AI is going to start giving you responses that sound cleaner, more accurate. It's going to be in your voice and in your tone, and I think this alone is going to save you hours because AI is going to start to give you the responses that you're looking for right the first time without having to re-prompt or rewrite. Now, if we haven't met, my name is David Jenyns. I'm the bestselling author of the book Systemology and Systems Champion. What I do is I help business owners get off the tools, out of the day-to-day operations, and build a business that gives them true freedom. And now this has never been easier with a lot of the tools we have available to us, and AI is sitting right at the center of that. So let's talk about the problem. Most business owners, they make the same mistake. They ask AI to do things like, "Can you write me a marketing plan?" or "Rewrite this email," but they give it zero context. So what comes back ends up feeling like a template or something that you might get from a high school business class. The AI didn't make the mistake. The mistake was you didn't give it enough to work with. You didn't give it the full context. So everything changed for me when I started giving all of that context that it needed. Up front. We use a technique called the Master Prompt, which tells AI everything about your situation. It's a block of context or text that covers things like your ideal client avatar, your writing style, information about your products and services and your business and your goals and the way that you think. Once AI gets all of this information up front, it completely changes everything. If you are gonna ask it, hey, can you write me a marketing plan? And it's got the full context about your situation. It knows what it is that you are looking for, and it runs that question through the filter of your unique situation and position. You get night and day difference. So the big question is, where do you get started? How do you build out your master prompt? Now I've made it super easy inside System Hub, and I'll pop some links so you can check it out. But basically there are a range of different AI assistants. That is designed to help you build key parts of your master prompt. That way you don't have to start from a blank page. Let's take a closer look at one of them. We'll start with the Avatar Builder. This is where you're going to define your dream client, the person that you serve, the one that you would love loads more of. The system will ask you a few questions and then it will pull together a clear, structured snapshot of who you're serving, what motivates them, what it is that they want, and how you can identify them. This just becomes one key part of your master prompt. Then there are a range of other AI assistants that will build out the rest of the picture. You can start to develop your unique selling position, your USP, or you can analyze your writing style so that AI learns how to communicate like you. It can analyze you through the personal profiler and learn about how you think, your strengths and your weaknesses. You can build out your company profile, your mission, your values, and you'll do it all step by step. Once you create a piece, you save it into your System Hub account. Now, no doubt you'll also come up with some of your own ideas. You can load extra information about your products and services and your company goals. It's all about building out this additional context inside System Hub so that System Hub becomes your business brain, storing all of that information in one place. Then, using the print manuals feature inside System Hub, you can start to piece everything together like Lego pieces to build out your master prompt. You'll get a clean, reusable master prompt that you can paste or attach into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot, no matter what AI you are using, you'll be able to use this master prompt to give it the full context. So let's take a closer look and compare side by side the results. Firstly, here's a generic prompt. Can you write me an onboarding email to the Systems Champion Academy? You'll see what comes back. It's predictable, bland, and robotic. It doesn't have that full understanding of my situation. Now I'm gonna run the the same prompt, but I'm going to attach the master prompt to it to give it the full context. And now you can see the result is on brand, in my voice, tailored to my business, my industry. The answers are accurate. The flow makes sense. It sounds like something that I would've written myself. And when you start to realize how powerful this is, you're probably going to want to like and subscribe to this video because I share loads more videos like this all the time and you don't want to miss out. But we can also go one step further. Once you've built out your initial master prompt, you'll start to realize that System Hub becomes the home for all of your business knowledge. You'll be storing SOPs, your staff handbook, policies, other procedures, how-to document. Everything gets stored inside that System Hub account. You can then start to piece together the context depending on what you want the AI to do. Imagine having an AI that knows all about your onboarding processes, your customer support steps, your tone guidelines, the way you deliver your products and services. Imagine AI writing your emails, your scripts and proposals, checklists and training materials, social media content, all following your systems, your processes, your guidelines, That's what happens when you combine this idea of master prompting together with all of the documented information that'll live inside your System Hub account. It all starts with just understanding this concept of master prompting, where you package up context and deliver it to the AI when you're asking it questions. Once you do that, AI will start to give you better answers. It'll do it faster than ever before with far less frustration. AI isn't dumb. It's just that 9 times out of 10, it's missing the context it needs to give you really intelligent answers. So your step number 1, what you should do next, go get yourself a Systeme.io account. It's free to get started, and then use the AI assistance to build out your master prompt and start building out that business brain. I think within less than a few minutes, you're going to be able to dramatically get better results with AI. So go ahead, do it right now. Thank me later.
