Now, if you go above yourself and you look at that, how does that machine work? And then how do I interact with that machine to get what I want? You do that with an equanimity. Meditation also helped me a lot. And if you have equanimity and you look at it above and you look at with curiosity and you say, oh, I must not be interacting well with that, my reality, and how do I change it and how does it work? It's a very powerful way of approaching life.
