A short YouTube monologue arguing that much human behavior is automatic and habit-driven (thoughts, emotions, behaviors), which reinforces current results; the speaker urges commitment to a new vision (body, relationships, health, business) and to endure the "switch cost" long enough to become the new person required to achieve it.

And if you think about our lives, most of what we do is automatic. We don't deviate very much from when we wake up, when we go to sleep, what we watch, what we eat, where we exercise, who we hang out, what clothes do we wear. We're pretty much creatures of habit. The key is most of the habits that people have. I'm referring to habits as emotions, thoughts and behaviors are geared towards helping you achieve exactly what you are achieving right now. And for those of you that don't think that you are committed, you are to those results. To those of you who don't think you are disciplined, yes, you are to those thoughts and feelings and behaviors. The key is to become committed, more committed to your new vision, whether it's your body, your relationship, your health, your business, and then pay the switch cost long enough to make that the new you.
