They get into business for freedom, yet a lot of them, they have the complete opposite of that. Do you think a business can actually effectively grow without good systems? Definitely it can grow to a certain point and it only grows off the back of a great tradesperson. You might be very technically proficient in doing the work and that's how you win work and you deliver to a great standard because it's always you but everything's grown off your back and at some point in time you, you'll hit capacity limits. I also think a lot of business owners, they get into business for freedom yet a lot of them, they have the complete opposite of that because if they're not working, their business isn't working and they're not getting any money in the door. So for a business to actually work, which gives you the freedom to work in it, out of it, on it, like just having that choice is what I believe business owners should have. You need systems and processes and great team to be able to execute on those.
