My name is Adam Mitchell, I'm the owner of Agrim. Our company has three key parts to it in hospitality, which is Minute Chef's Catering, we've got Radcliffe's, which is our function centre, and Port 53, which is our restaurant. Prior to System Hub was having everything in one place and also having a system or a platform where we could have multiple systems. People could log in and make edits on the fly and have everyone notified as to the changes. So I've just found that it's been really good to get everybody knowing what changes have happened and if we change a system instantly, everyone's notified and aware of it. Probably one of the biggest parts that I've found that's been really good is the training side of it also. So we have created all our systems in System Hub, for example, restaurant service, how to greet a customer, how to seat them and, you know, all the way through to off boarding the client out of the restaurant. I guess probably the most valuable aspect that I've found is that I do have a virtual assistant and having everything online has been phenomenal. So she can log in and she can not only view the systems, but update and change systems as she needs to. And that's really helped our business and making sure that people can take ownership over their work and also sharing with other staff how they do it. For anybody that is looking at drying System Hub, I'd highly recommend it. I guess there are lots of products that are out there, but I found that this is a product that really has worked well with our business. It's gelled well. I like the user friendly aspect of it. I like that you can have multiple users as your staff that can log in. You can give them different access rights and whatnot. It just, I feel it just brings everything together.
