systemHUB Review - Summit Web

I'm the owner of Summit Web or co owner of Summit Web. At the moment we're a digital marketing agency that helps generate consistent cash flow for service based businesses here in Perth. You know, the way we do that is mainly through SEO, AdWords, building websites, we do video and also CRM integration. When I first started with System Hub, the business was really quite young and so it was mainly me, it was mainly me with a whole heap of other part time staff as well. But the problem is, you know, I'm running sales, I'm running marketing, I'm trying to do the work as well and talk to the team and so I'm just getting lost all the time in the processes and where I am, you know, where I'm at the sales deal, where I am at this project. What's the next step? I think a friend then recommended System Hub to me and to me it was very easy, easy to manage the people who can see, you know what accounting can only see accounting operations, can I see operations, et cetera, et cetera. And for me it was far easier. The interface was up to my design standards. So then once I started implementing these systems I found that my stress levels seemed to go down a little bit more because I understood each day where I was and therefore I had a clear path and know what to do going forward. So the systems really helped me put things onto paper and then understand the next steps to grow and scale. So if you're thinking of starting System Hub, the alternatives out there, I kind of guess Google Sites. Unfortunately Google Sites though is technical, non intuitive and not really built for actually managing systems. It's built for a wider range of admin activities. So you need, need something that you can kind of really manage and something specifically built to make sure your accounting on one side, your operations on the other side and really you can just put it all down so you can scale quite easily. For me it's the scalability. When I have all my systems in one place and when my staff asks me a question, all I just say is go to System Hub. It's all in there, you know, so yeah, highly recommend it Sam.
