Hi, guys. Johan Noguera, CEO of Business Authorities. And I'm so excited to be talking about Systemology. When David sent me this book, I was so impressed. I read it in two days and I had three main thoughts. The first one was, can this change our economy? And I'll talk to you about that in a second. The second one was, man, there's gonna be some pissed off people once they see this book is out when he releases it. And the third one is, damn, I wish I had this when I started my journey 20 years ago. So the first one, can this change the economy? You see, most businesses, or most small businesses, I should say, they don't go past more than four or five people. Why? Because they find systemization really, really hard. But guess what? Once you have read this, systemization becomes so easy. Point number two, why do they not systemize? Well, it takes a lot of energy and effort. They think that there's going to be so much that they have to do in order to systemize their business. So therefore, they opt for a lifestyle business and just stay the same. They plateau. But. But with David's seven steps, you'll be able to systemize really quickly. And guess what? You don't even have to do it. You can get your people to do it and systemize your business along the way. It's very important, especially right now, because we've got the baby boomers, all the baby boomers struggling, and not all of them, but most of them are struggling to sell their businesses. Why? Because they're not systemized. Systems makes your business saleable. So therefore, you need to be able to do that. Point number three. Oh, and you know, having a business that systemized allows you to leverage it. Guys, you've built a business because you want to be able to spend time with those people who are the most precious to you. Leverage everything. Leverage your knowledge. Build systems. Very, very key. Now, the third point. I wish I had this 20 years ago when I started my business, I made so many mistakes and, you know, put blood, sweat and tears into it. Only in the last probably five years did I learn about systemization that's allowed me to build more than six businesses concurrently in parallel. This is a book you must read. So, guys, David, you're brilliant. Thank you for putting this out there. You're going to help a lot of business owners. Take care. Bye.
