Hi everybody, it's Irina here and good afternoon. And today I wanted to do something very different, a little bit special and that's to talk about an amazing book that I really recently read and by a great author. And this book is by David, David Jennings. And it's called Systemology. And can you see that? That's Systemology and it really is all about creating more time. So I'm one, but definitely not liking systems in the good old days. But over the last 10 years I've grown in love with systems and they're introduced to me by a guy, first of all, Dale Beaumont. But this book here is so simple, like in the way that it's laid out and the formula of how to actually go about as a business person developing your systems in a really good, good way. That's that you know your team and you can, your team can follow and then you can scale and it gives you a lot more of a concrete idea in the way that David's got his formula. So what I really loved about this book is that it so easy to read and it was a joy to read great stories and the layout is really good to follow as well. So if you really are finding it hard to scale and you're finding it hard to scale and you really need a business book that really gets to the nuts and glory of systems, well, Systemology is your book. It's going to give you more time back and enjoy the read and as much as I did because I'm about to launch a global business and this is going to help me. So thanks, David. Sam.
