My name is Azim Stahu Khan. I'm the owner of Business Performance Tuning and what I do is I save business owners. I have a background in IT and marketing for many years ago, worked for Microsoft and did a lot of stuff in the corporate space and realized there was a massive gap in the small to medium business where they didn't have the opportunity or the facilities available to them to guide them to make better decisions and just to find the things that weren't working properly in their business. The certification is really about being able to go down to the deepest level and to have access to David and the team to get the really nitty gritty details that I require, which you can't get from just being a reader of the book and consumer of that information. The opportunity is really to have a system, pardon the pun, a system for creating systems that can be put inside a business with the process around it. You know, there are many, many certification programs out there and a lot of them are very black and white, cut and dry. This is what you got to do and this is how you do it. Otherwise you're out, right? Or we're not doing it. I needed something that allowed me to have the tools and the flexibility and dare I say, the opportunity to feed back into the system how to make the entire process better and more applicable. A for me and for other systemologists and in the end result, the business owners that we serve. The key reason a franchisee buys into a system is that they don't want to do the heavy lifting of building a business from scratch. And the branding is already there and there's a safety net of support and a good product and branding and lots of things. But they're often coming out of being employed as an employee, as a job, or they're coming out of some other situation. The advantage in the franchise system is here's a great formula to put into a business to help them do that. Now, one of the interesting things that I've found, it becomes modularized. So if we have a system that one of the franchisees uses for local marketing or well, we can just take that whole system and plug it into another franchisee within the same system and boom, they've got, they're getting the same results in their area. So this building block LEGO approach with systemology, by being able to have defined systems that serve a certain purpose, is just was a discovery and it's just magic. It's just magic. In terms of what makes systemology stand out from other training programs and certifications. I've been involved in. I haven't been part of a cohort through any certification where we've been able to go into the depth that we go through and make it very, very applicable to what we're doing. In a nutshell, the difference is the accountability. The difference is the collaboration within the group, and the difference is the freedom to move and get the answers that you require from the people giving the certification. Rather than here's the 10 steps, which is actually really funny when you're talking about a certification around systems that you have this flexibility. But it does show that again, it's the spine and we color it in which other. Whichever crayons we want to use. But how it worked with David is. You can't say, oh, well, that's unique. It's him. The. The story behind what goes on there is applicable to every business owner. So if you're really out there and you want to serve business owners, and even if you have another discipline that you're good at, or is your key expertise having systemology in your back pocket as a certification to be able to deliver that is actually the icing on the cake for you because there's no point in showing your expertise and your development, whether it's your marketing, whatever you. If you leave or when you leave your client, hopefully in a better way than when you found them, and just all falls turns into custard after you leave. But leaving it with the base of systemology around it and you being able to speak that language is absolutely worth the certification.
