A short YouTube review/discussion of the book SYSTEMology (reviewed by David Jenyns) that recommends the book as a timely, practical manual helping small business owners move from working in their business to working on it. The speakers praise the book’s approachable/manual format and explicitly connect its premise to Michael Gerber’s well-known advice about systematizing business work.
I just think it's interesting. The book was amazing. It came timely, like, for us. I feel like at a good time where we're chatting about this pre recording is me, not a systems guy, but very interested in systems. I see the power in them. You have a manual, basically that you've created, but in a fun way. You're addressing an issue for a lot of small business owners, particularly that are kind of stuck in the work. And it's Michael Gerber was saying the whole kind of stuck working in the business, not on it. So you basically extracted that concept and like, put a manual in place to follow. Go get it, y'. All.
