A short spoken review from a podcast conversation praising the book SYSTEMology as a timely, practical manual for small business owners. The speaker says the book translates Michael Gerber's idea of business owners being stuck "in" the business rather than "on" it into a usable, fun manual to follow and recommends getting it.
I just think it's interesting. The book was amazing. It came timely, like, for us. I feel like at a good time where we're chatting about this pre recording is me, not a systems guy, but very interested in systems. I see the power in them. You have a manual, basically that you've created, but in a fun way. You're addressing an issue for a lot of small business owners, particularly that are kind of stuck in the work. And it's Michael Gerber was saying the whole kind of stuck working in the business, not on it. So you basically extracted that concept and like, put a manual in place to follow. Go get it, y'. All.
