Hey guys, it's Lynn. I just wanted to send you a quick feedback video about the book Systemology. Oh, my God. It was actually really good. And I'm not just kidding. I had to share it with my team, especially even my operations manager, who's a very systems guy. And I shared with him. Your process of the ccf. Is that. Yeah, the flow chart thingy and the whole process of how you went from the. The CCF to the department and all that, the whole process is very simple and it kind of really helps our kind of clients because our clients are usually wanting to systemize, but they don't know where to start. And so I really like the book in that it's like, yeah, you know, that systems are good, important, but how do you actually do it in a simple way that is logical and seem simple? So, yeah, all the tips were all amazing. I really love the content. I was really amazed. I thought that I already know systems until I read yours. I really felt like it was simple. It got me thinking about some of my missing process. So I actually. We do have processes, but we haven't got processes around the finance department. And I was quickly to go check on my area and we realized that we were missing that. And so I think prior to having this book, you kind of think whatever random process that you think you do, but this book gives you more of a framework like, so that you could really look holistically all the areas that you do need to create the process. So. Thanks, Dave. Yeah, Let me know if you need anything. If you want me to write a testimonial or do whatever, I'm happy to help. Thank you.
