The question you need to ask yourself is, if not now, when are you going to do this? Because you have to cross this bridge to systemize the business. If you just do nothing, you will go down on the downward trajectory. You have to take some action to move, even just to stay still. You have to be having some sort of movement, because everything's moving if you're not moving. So then you have to think in terms of moving quicker and taking that decisive action. It's only going to happen when you make that decisive action. That natural drift will happen. And it's never going to be easier than it is right now. Once you get team members, it's harder to reprogram existing team members. It's harder to build in culture into an organization. You want to get the culture right from day one. You want to recruit with that in mind. You want to onboard people thinking about systems.
