Nick Ruddle, ActionCOACH in England, explains why he became the first systemologist there. He found SYSTEMology logical and thorough, and it delivered concrete results: clients saw less stress and higher profits, while his own business gained new revenue streams and freed up his time.
As we speak today, I'm the first and only systemologist in England. Fast forward three or five years, there'll be hundreds of us. Hi, my name is Nick Ruddle from Action Coach Business coaching. We help business owners to free up their time for their day to day operations and build a business that works without. I started action coach in 2007 and I always had this desire or drive to change people's lives, make them rich and do well for myself. In the previous life before coaching, I was in the corporate world. One of 14,000 employees in telecoms. Really didn't feel valued, didn't think I was making a difference to the world. But I was really looking for something that would actually make a difference to people's lives, change their lives and do something meaningful as opposed to just doing a job. I've got a great coaching toolbox in sales and marketing and leadership and recruitment. And when I discovered Systemology and I read the book or listened to the book I think a month after it was launched, within the first half an hour, I just thought that is the missing piece in my systemization coaching toolbox because it just tells you how you go about systemizing a business. And I don't think there's anything out there that goes anywhere near Systemology. And I was thinking about my clients and all the past clients I've had and future clients I will have who benefit massively from embedding and incorporating Systemology to their business. And it made absolute perfect sense to me. It was logical, simp and effective. And I think it's the one thing that people have been missing out on. They've tried to do it themselves, everyone does it in a different way, but it gives you a nice, uniform, logical, step by step process that can be broken down to achieve what business owners want, which ultimately is less stress, more profits, more efficiencies, less mistakes. And once it's implemented and followed, that will happen. What stood out to me with the training was how thorough and detailed and logical and step by step it was. It really does hold your hand through the whole process. It covers everything in a really clear, concise way. It doesn't feel like it's overwhelming, it feels like it's, it's just right. It just makes it an enjoyable process really. Biggest win for me so far going through the program is having something extremely tangible and desirable to offer the thousands and thousands of other businesses out there that don't know about it. There's thousands of coaches, but this will give me the edge as the first systemologist in England. I'm excited to get out there to spread the word because it's so unknown at the moment, people just never heard of it. So they're just carrying on doing things as they've always done, getting results they've always got. And I think this really will show people and give them hope and give them something tangible to actually implement in their business. Because the training is so thorough, you feel competent enough and really armed with genuine belief and confidence that you can actually help businesses. And I think I was itching to get started, you know, and the clients love it already. The feedback has been brilliant. I've got a great documenter that does all my documenting and she loves it. All of us are excited. The clients, me, the documenter, because it's so new and fresh and we can see how beneficial it will be for business owners. So on a personal level, it gives you better income. The way that the pricing structure is and the way that the programs are set up. It doesn't mean I'm going to be working twice as hard, but making better income for the business, for the family, it will help me, give me the structure and the ability to employ other people, create more jobs and free myself up to do the high level things. I would say to anybody thinking about doing a certification program is do it. You don't know what you don't know yet and it's going to be a lot better than what you think it may be. The support is phenomenal, the content is phenomenal. If you're serious and you really, really want to make a difference to people and your clients, then there's no real doubt in my mind that it will give you and the client everything you need.
